Abstrak: Kemandirian pondok pesatren akan terwujud apabila pondok pesantren bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dan biaya penyelenggaraan pendidikkannya sendiri tanpa bergantung pada pihak eksternal pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemandirian dari pondok pesantren yang memiliki usaha bisnis berupa lembaga keuangan dan kemandirian dari pondok pesantren yang tidak memiliki usaha bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada informan yang berkaitan dalam variabel penelitian ini. Objek penelitian ini adalah pada pondok pesantren yang ada di Pamekasan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya bisnis pondok pesantren dapat menciptakan pondok pesantren yang mandiri dan tidak tergantung terhadap pihak ketiga baik itu pemerintah maupun alumni santri serta iuran dari santri, namun dengan adanya lembaga keuangan mikro syariah mampu memberikan kontribusi kepada pondok pesantren setiap tahun dari sisa hasil usaha (SHU) yang didapatkan dari lembaga keuangan mikro syariah, keuntungan juga diperoleh dari usaha bisnis pesantren yang lainnya.   Keywords: Pondok Pesantren, Lembaga Keuanngan Syariah, Kemandirian.   Abstract: The independence of the pondok rapidly will be realized if the boarding schools can meet the needs and costs of conducting their own education without depending on external parties of the pesantren. This study aims to determine how independent Islamic boarding schools have business businesses in the form of financial institutions and the independence of Islamic boarding schools that do not have business. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews and direct observation to informants who are related to this research variable. The object of this research is the Islamic boarding school in Pamekasan. The result of this research is that the existence of an Islamic boarding school business can create an independent Islamic boarding school and does not depend on third parties, both the government and santri alumni as well as contributions from students, but with the existence of Islamic microfinance institutions it only contributes to the boarding school every year from the remaining results. Business (SHU) obtained from Islamic microfinance institutions, profits are also obtained from other Islamic boarding school businesses.   Keywords: Islamic boarding schools, Islamic financial institutions, independence.

Financing using a sale and purchase contract is one of the most dominant financing in Islamic financial institutions. One of the Islamic microfinance institutions namely baitul maal wat tamil has two types of sale and purchase agreements on its financing products, namely the contract of sale and purchase of murabahah and bai bithaman ajil. This study discusses the concept of financing based on the sale and purchase contract, namely murabahah and bai bithaman ajil on baitul maal wat tamwil (BMT) Pahlawan Tulungagung. The things that need to be reviewed in the practice of the ajabahah and bai bithaman contract are adjusted to the points in the DSN-MUI Fatwa on murabahah financing. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive case study strategies. Data collection through interviews with four respondents consisting of financing managers, managers and two members of the financing of buying and selling financing and documentation. Interpretation and conclusions are made by linking between data obtained in interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the concept of financing murabahah and bai bithaman ajil in BMT Pahlawan is not fully in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa regarding the purchase of goods. However, this is still tolerated because of the limitations of BMT to purchase goods which then applies the Al-hajatu tunazzilu rule, manzilata al-dharurah, which is a requirement or need to occupy an emergency position so that the purchasing system is allowed.Keywords: Financing, Murabaha, Bai bithaman ajil, DSN-MUI, BMT Pahlawans

The development of Islamic economics and finance in Indonesia in the last few decades has experienced significant developments. It can be seen in the increasing number of sharia businesses in various sectors. From financial institutions, both bank and non-bank financial institutions, Islamic capital markets, sharia bonds (Sukuk) to tourism development managed in a sharia manner. Over time, this rapid development must also be balanced with compliance with sharia values. This study aims to assess Islamic microfinance institutions (BMT) in implementing sharia principles in their products. The product studied in this study is Murabahah. This research uses a qualitative approach with field studies. The results of this study, the BMT studied in this study in general, have implemented sharia values. The implication of this research is to strengthen the compliance of Islamic financial institutions in implementing Islamic values. This research can also be used as a reference by related parties, especially in developing Islamic financial institutions.

The development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia is very fast eventhough it is a new institution that all products are new in this Muslim-majoritycountry. This study will test the competence variables account syariah officer andrisk of financing in relation to the financing is affecting performance, and will alsotest the variable business ethics and information asymmetry in relation to risk andfinancial performance. Sample of this research is Islamic Microfinance Institutionsin Jember and Bondowoso with respondent managers and leaders Sharia Microfinance Institutions using primary data obtained through questionnaires. This studyused a quantitative approach and the data processing using Partial Least Square(PLS). Final output of this research is the development of arisk reduction model offinancing is an attempte scalation of financing performance.

ABSTRAKPandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan banyak aspek yang terdampak hal tersebut memerlukan adanya bantuan yang disalurkan dari pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan guna membantu menyejahterakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran  Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah yaitu Bank Wakaf Mikro di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bank Wakaf Mikro berperan dalam situasi pandemi covid-19 yaitu dengan melakukan sistem baru dalam pelayananya meliputi proses pendataan nasabah yang terdampak pandemi COVID-19, mempermudah angsurannya, memberikan fasilitas pemanfaatan media online sebagai pengembangan usaha, menutup proses pembiayaan tetapi memberikan fasilitas untuk diarahkan kepada lembaga keuangan lain.Kata Kunci: Bank Wakaf Mikro, Pembiayaan, Pandemi, COVID-19 ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 pandemic has affected many aspects. This pandemic requires the government and financial institutions to help people of the community. This research purpose to determine the role of Islamic Microfinance Institutions, namely Micro Waqf Banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer knowledge about Islamic banking on the decision to become a customer at a Sharia Microfinance Institution (LKMS). A research method is a quantitative approach, where data is obtained through questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and documentation. After the data was obtained, the researcher analyzed it using regression analysis. Partial calculation results show that consumer knowledge about Islamic banking influences the decision to become a customer. One of the toughest challenges that many LKMS are now facing is the many accusations that LKMS is just conventional financial institutions with a sharia label added. LKMS consumers, becoming customers only want to secure their money or because of the profit-sharing offered by LKMS so that they can facilitate their economic path, besides that, they are also interested in the Islamic label or sharia system developed by the LKMS but in detail, they do not understand the process of implementing the sharia, but whether One's knowledge of sharia in the LKMS is a factor in the decision to become an interesting customer for further investigation.

Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) are part of non-bank financial institutions. In organizing, MFIs can be implemented with sharia principles, but not a few people who assume that this Sharia-based MFI is only a label to attract the sympathy of the Muslim community. Based on this, this study aims to determine the legal policies for the implementation of MFIs in Indonesia and to find out regulatory policies regarding sharia principles in the organization of MFIs as an effort to protect the spiritual rights of consumers. This study uses a normative juridical research method with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. This study shows the legal basis for the organization of MFIs is Law Number 1 of 2013, POJK Number 14/POJK.05/2014, POJK Number 61/POJK.05/2015, and POJK Number 62/POJK.05/2015. The policy of regulating the application of sharia principles as an effort to protect the spiritual rights of consumers has also been regulated in the MFI Law and the implementing regulations namely POJK Number 62/POJK.05/2015 concerning Business Administration of MFIs which in the implementation of sharia-based MFIs must use mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah, salam, istishna, ijarah muntahiah bit tamlik or other contracts (akad) that do not conflict with sharia principles. The policy of applying sharia principles in organizing MFIs is intended to guarantee the protection of the spiritual rights of consumers from Islamic MFIs.

Koperasi Pesantren Or abbreviated to Kopontren BIR ALY is one means learning for Robithotul Ulum boarding school students in order to foster an entrepreneurial spirit that is reliable in order to face the future life after they graduate from the school. As well as to foster independent spirit of entrepreneurship. In addition to being a place for moral development of students piety and learning Islamic sciences, pesantren should need also diversified specialty and featured scientific or practical expertise specific to diversify. That is, each boarding schools need to make the benefits (plus) certain that distinguish schools with each other pesantren, for example by increasing excellence in science expertise such as excellence expertise in the study of hadith, or discipline specific religion, or it could be in the form of practical skills other for example language skills, agricultural skills and other practical skills. The purpose of this study was to describe the role and functions of the Cooperative Pesantren Bir Aly As a Means Economic Empowerment in Robithotul Ulum Islamic Boarding Jatirejo Mojokerto. This study took place in the village of Jatirejo kec Jatirejo mojokerto kab. Jatirejo area known as agricultural areas, as well as many emerging companies and rock miners, many pesantren stand, a region still dominated rural areas. Economic development practices in boarding schools in order to sharpen practical skills for students, still need support from other parties to support, either from the government, private sector and society in general. Comparison between Turus and Pesantren Pesantren Baitul Hamdi in this case study is not intended as an effort to show which one is better, but rather as an attempt to describe variations in economic enterprise started piloted in boarding schools. Each has advantages and disadvantages that can be used as an ingredient to learn from each other. From this research, we can conclude several steps that can be done in the development of the economy in order to empower schools. Among the local authorities and the schools need to do (1) joint identification of potential schools and regional problems. Identification is required so that it develops economic activities in accordance with the carrying capacity of the environment; (2) establishing economic commodity that fits in a religious boarding school in accordance with the needs of the market that can be used to improve the common welfare; (3) develop a joint program that is based on empowerment schools, may be useful.

As an agricultural country, the agricultural sector has a vital role in the development of the national economy. But it does not mean the agricultural sector work without an obstacle. In fact the sector is often faced with various problems, especially in the weakness of capital. The capital needs will increase along with various choices of commodities and cropping patterns, the development of cultivation technology, post- harvest handling and processing of increasingly rapid results. In the era of agricultural technology, intensive of capital mobilization for both agricultural equipment and production facilities. Farmers can not afford to finance their farms with their own funds so that the farmers decide to finance the majority of which come from conventional lending institutions or even loan sharks and “moneylenders” based on the interest system which contains the element of riba. This is what causes financing by using islamic financial institutions are still minimal. Over this condition, making an opportunity as well as a challenge for islamic financial institutions to be present in the community, especially farmers in the agricultural sector, in order to minimize the action of riba in economic activity. As a solution, sharia financial institutions offer appropriate financing schemes in accordance with the needs of farners, but it can also be through the optimization of the function of islamic microfinance institutions (BMT) as an alternative in financing in the agricultural sector, the establishment of agricultural sharia banking and the application of rewards and punishment in financing. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) is one of the pillars of the national economy because of the magnitude of the contribution made by MSME. It is even mentioned that MSME is an integral part of the country's economy. MSME in Indonesia is able to absorb the labor up to 97.02%. The contribution of MSME to GDP (57.08%) and investment (53.24%) also has a larger value when compared to large businesses. But in general, MSME has limited access to financial institutions. By these problems, the government has provided special financing of MSME through Microfinance Institutions (MFI). But in its implementation, externally MFI has obstacles of institutional aspects that have an impact on the variety of the MFI forms. While SMFI has Islamic financing methods that give priority to moral, ethical, and fair so efficiently it can encourage the participation of MSME entrepreneurs to succeed. This study formulates schemes or strengthening models of MSME to increase institutional cooperation between MSME and SMFI. The institutional strengthening scheme offered is expected to increase the contribution of MSME to the national economy.

Multicultural education has an important role in shaping the character of students to respect others and to foster a social spirit. Madrasas and Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that have a major influence in shaping the character of students. This study aims to determine the differences in the implementation of multicultural education in MAN 3 Sleman and the Nurul Ummah Kotagede Islamic boarding school in Yogyakarta.The research method used is a comparative qualitative method, namely research that compares two or more entities. This study focuses on the similarities and differences between these two schools by comparing them with the same variables. Multicultural values include: diversity, humanity, pluralism, democracy, curriculum, culture, public relations, and comfort. From the results of the study it can be seen that in implementing multicultural education in both institutions, there are similar methods in its implementation.[Pendidikan multikultural mempunyai peran penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa untuk menghargai sesama serta untuk menumbuhkan jiwa sosial terhadap peserta didik. Madrasah dan pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan islam yang mempunyai pengaruh besar dlama membentuk karakter siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan implementasi pendidikan multikultural di MAN 3 Sleman dan pondok pesantren Nurul Ummah Kotagede Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif komparatif, yaitu penelitian yang membandingkan dua gejala atau lebih. Penelitian ini berfokus pada persamaan dan perbedaan antar unit dengan membandingkan variabel yang sama untuk sampel yang berbeda. Nilai-nilai multikultural antara lain: keragaman, humanis, pluralis, demokrasi, kurikulum, budaya, hubungan masyarakat dan kenyamanan. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa dalam pengimplementasian pendidikan multikultural di kedua lembaga tersebut terdapat metode yang sama dalam pengimplementasiannya.]
