An educational institution has the responsibility for the process of educating children as students in reading and memorizing the Qur’an. Among the tasks that require extreme seriousness and extra care from every educator is the task of finding the best method to teach the student about Qur’an. This study aims to determine differences in the ability to read Qur’an between the students who use the Talaqqi method at Fitrah Insani SMPIT with students who use the Tilawati method at Salman Al-Farisi Middle School. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, which is by collecting data in the form of numbers. The sample used was 110 students. Data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, test and documentation studies. In analyzing the data using a sample independent t-test on the SPSS 15.0 application. Based on quantitative results, there are significant differences in the ability to read the Qur’an between students who use the Talaqqi method with students who use the Tilawati method. The mean value of students with the Talaqqi method was 87.6 while the average value of students who use the Tilawati method was 90.4, that students who use the Tilawati method get the higher scores than students who use the Talaqqi method. Students who use the Tilawati method are more fluent in reading the Qur’an with good and correct makharijul hurf and tajweed rules.

This article contains a description of tolerance in students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection using tolerance instruments. The research sample consisted of 120 students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi and 64 students identified who were affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah religious organizations. The results of this study are first that the tolerance of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Cimahi is in the high category. Second, profiles of the aspect of tolerance consist of aspects of equality, respect for differences, and peace. Third, the results of the t-test indicate that there is no significant difference in the tolerance of students who are affiliated with the religious organizations of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah. The results of this study can be used as consideration for developing peace counseling and developing multicultural guidance and counseling program in Madrasah.

The aim of this study was to know the effectiveness of the use of alphabet cards game as interesting tool to explain vocabularies and it make it easier to remember their meanings. This study belongs to the quasi experimental research and presents pre-test, post test and to investigate the effect of using alphabet cards game on vocabulary mastery of commercial business administration students. The participants were the students from commercial business administration students at the third semester (N=54) of State Polytechnic Bengkalis and divided into two groups. Both groups were taught vocabulary, however, the experimental group students who are exposed to alphabet cards game and the controlled group students who received conventional method. Pre-test and post-test were given to both experimental group students and controlled group students. The score of the vocabulary tests were compared through independent sample t-test. The mean value of pre-test of experimental class was 61.35, while the control class was 52.23. After learning using alphabet card games in experimental class the mean value obtained in post-test was 78.85, while in control class was 59.04.  The improved of learning outcomes can be seen from the level of significance was 0.000 and it was lower than t test 0.000<0.05.  It means that the hypothesis null is not accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the score of the students in learning vocabulary between the experimental group and control group was significantly different. The experimental group students who learned vocabulary using alphabet cards game had increased their vocabulary mastery.

The lack of use the writing skills method raises several obstacles experienced by students, including weaknesses in understanding the basics of Arabic writing and difficulty in answering Arabic questions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve learning as an effort to improve writing skills by applying the imla’ manzur method. This research is an experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group design model, aimed at finding out the effectiveness of the imla’ manzur method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, tests, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Then the validity of the data is tested using the independent sample t-test. The results obtained were that in the experimental class the mastery of Arabic writing skills of students after applying the imla’ manzur method had increased the average value from 52.08 to 78.57. Then, the results of the independent sample t-test showed a significant difference in the mastery of Arabic writing skills in the experimental class and the control class 0.000 < 0.05 after treatment, so that the conclusion of this study based on the data obtained showed that the application of the imla’ manzur method was effective in improving students Arabic writing skills. Evidenced by a significant increase in learning outcomes, student enthusiasm when taking turns to write vocabulary and sentences in Arabic on the board, as well as growing sensitivity of student analysis of Arabic writing skills.

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) index between Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS)  and Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi (BAZNASPROV) in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with an independent sample t-test. The population in this study is the official website of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique with two criteria. The website have to be can accessed properly, furthermore LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV have been inaugurated for more than 2 years. The data used is secondary data. Data collection was obtained from the official websites of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in the IFR index between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV. Based on the four IFR components used, one and only component showed significant difference is technology used. However, the results obtained that between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV still do not provide maximum on internet financial reporting yet.Keywords: Internet Financial Reporting, LAZNAS, BAZNASPROV

In the game of futsal, work of postural muscle balance needed to maintain the stability of the body for receiving the pass and put the ball into the other team's goal at the time of attack, changing the direction of movement quickly when returning to their respective positions and avoid of back disorder. This research is a form of experimental research that will test the effectiveness of the provision of trunk balance exercise is better than the strengthening of back exercises to improve muscle work balance of erector spine on futsal beginner players, in this study sample will be divided into two groups, the first group will be given trunk balance exercise to improve balance of erectorspine muscles work in futsal begginer players, the second group will be given back strengthening exercise to improve balance of erectorspine muscles work in futsal begginer players.This study was conducted for 6 weeks and the intervention performed 18 times during the study period. Samples measured by surface electromyography to measure work of right and left erector muscle by calculating the proportion of the work on the muscle, the measurement is performed at before the intervention and then intervention in accordance with the grouping which has been divided and then after completion of the intervention, the samples will be re-measured to obtain the value of the intervention.The results of the first group who has been given of trunk balance exercise shows the average value of the before treatment (83.82 ± 2.94) % and the mean value of the after treatment (96.74 ± 2.39) %, and in the second group who has been given strengthening back exercise shows the mean value of the before treatment (88.29 ± 1.89) % and the mean value after treatment (95.91 ± 1.75) %, with the probability value of both groups is 0.000 (p <0.05), and can be expressed there is a significant difference between both groups. In the fourth hypothesis test conducted comparative results of both groups, using independent samples t-test using mean value of the first and second groups, in the first group (12.92 ± 2.94) %, and the second group (7.61 ± 2.12) %, with a probability value 0.000 (p<0.05) and can be expressed in statistical analysis is no significant difference between both treatments were carried out and that means, giving trunk balance exercise is better than back strengthening exercise to improve balance of erector spine muscles work on futsal beginner players.

e16502 Background: In the last years published studies demonstrated that mast cells (MCs) contain pro-angiogenic factors associated with tumoral angiogenesis. Tryptase is the most abundant and potent pro-angiogenic substance contained in MCs secretory granules and it can be released in tumour microenvironment. Up to now few data have been published on the role of MCs in angiogenesis in both pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cancer tissue (PDACT) and adjacent normal tissue (ANT). Methods: In this study MCs density positive to C-Kit receptor (MCDP-C-KitR), MCs density positive to tryptase (MCDPT), MCs area positive to tryptase (MCAPT), angiogenesis in terms of microvascular density (MVD) and endothelial area (EA) were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and image analysis in both PDACT and ANT. All tissue samples were obtained from 45 patients with stage T2-3N0-1M0 (by AJCC for Pancreas Cancer Staging 7th Edition) who had undergone surgery. For each analyzed tissue parameter mean ± standard deviation was evaluated in both PDACT and ANT and differences were evaluated by Student t-test. Each analysed tissue parameter was then correlated each other by Pearson t-test analysis. Results: The mean value ± standard deviation (SD) regarding MCDP-C-KitR, MCDPT, MCAPT, MVD and EA in TT was 14.69±4.57, 13.31± 4,23, 171.41±62,39 µ2, 29.11±7.93, 201.82±70.05 µ2 respectively and the mean value ± SD in ANT was 5.61 ± 2.39, 5.13 ± 2.03, 54.43 ± 16.73 µ2, 11.45 ± 4.96, 67.60 ± 21.96 µ2, respectively. Differences in terms of mean value ± SD between PDACT and ANT were significant for each analyzed tissue biomarker (p ranged from 0,001 to 0,004 by t-test analysis; Table). Data demonstrated that MCDP-C-KitR MCDPT, MCAPT, MVD and EA significantly increased from ANT to PCT. In PCT it was showed a correlation between MCDP-C-KitR and MCDPT (r = 0.87, p = 0.01), MCDP-C-KitR and MVD (r = 0.74, p = 0.02), MCDP-C-KitR and MCAPT (r = 0.81, p = 0.01), MCDPT and MVD (r = 0.72, p = 0.02), MCD-C-KitR and EA (r = 0.73, p = 0.02), MCDPT and MCAPT (r = 0.85, p = 0.01), MCAPT and MVD (r = 0.76, p = 0.02), MCAPT and EA (r = 0.66, p = 0.03), MCDPT and EA (r = 0.69, p = 0.03), MVD and EA (r = 0.82, p = 0.01). Conclusions: Our data suggest that assessed tissue parameters increased from ANT to PDACT and that MCs are associated with angiogenesis in PDACT. On this basis inhibition of MCs by tyrosine kinase inhibitors such as masitinib or inhibition of tryptase by gabexate mesylate may be a novel antiangiogenetic approach in pancreatic cancer therapy.

To determine experimentally the mean value of a randomly fluctuating quantity, it may be necessary to measure the average value over a considerable interval of time. This problem arose in a recent study of the temperature fluctuations over a heated horizontal plate, and a system was used that depended on the counting of electrical pulses generated at a rate proportional to the quantity being measured. The advantage of this technique is that mean values may be measured over time intervals of almost unlimited length with little added difficulty for the experimenter. Circuits are described which measure: (a) the mean square of a fluctuating quantity and of its time-derivative, (b) the statistical distribution of the fluctuations, (c) the mean frequency of the fluctuation assuming a particular value, and (d) the mean product of two fluctuating quantities. Over the range of use, the stability and linearity of the calibrations is better than 1%, more than sufficient for work on natural convection. In its present form, the equipment responds uniformly to all frequencies below 100 c/s, but it would not be difficult to extend this range of response to higher frequencies.

The research aims to measure the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE), entrepreneurial attitude (EA), and entrepreneurial intention (EI) towards entrepreneurship education. The research subjects were all students of SMK Negeri Tempursari. Research conducted is a population study with a total of 187 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the MANOVA technique. The results of the study were: (1) The mean value of the ESE, EA, and EI of students who have received entrepreneurship education is higher when compared to the average value of students who have not received entrepreneurship education; and (2) EA and EI have no significant effect between students who have received entrepreneurship education and students who have not received entrepreneurship education. While in the ESE aspect there is a significant influence between students who have received entrepreneurship education and students who have not received entrepreneurship education.

The Qur'an learning is very fundamental in Islamic education, especially in elementary education. The Qur'an is one of the subjects that must be taught to children. Early education in the Qur'an is expected to produce young people having a strong mental foundation, education not only makes children as prosperous in the world, but also provides sufficient provisions to both improve their religion and practice their scriptures. To be able to practice the Holy Qur'an correctly, children must be guided and taught how to read the Qur'an properly in accordance with the rules of true recitation. In fact the Qur'an learning at MI AL-Hidayah Mangkujajar Kembangbahu Lamongan initially tended to be monotonous for being dominated by conventional learning methods. As a result,  the Qur'an learning only produced generations that could read the Qur'an with the average ability without any sense of love and closeness to the Qur'an instead of having enthusiasm in learning it well. As time goes by, the Qur'an learning at MI Al-Hidayah has increasingly developed by applying the so-called Wafa method. This method teaches children to be able to read and memorize the Qur'an by maximizing the right brain. This is classified as a new method, but it is quite practical and fun in the learning process. The research was aimed at determining the effect of the Wafa method on the ability of children to read the Qur'an at MI Al-Hidayah Mangkujajar Kembangbahu Lamongan. The research method is quantitative with the experimental type of one group pretest-post test, data analysis techniques use the mean pretest and posttest, in addition, to testing the hypothesis it uses the Paired Sample T-Test with the SPSS 16. The results showed the influence of the Wafa method on the children ability to read the Qur'an at MI Al-Hidayah Mangkujajar Kembangbahu Lamongan. It was proven from the results of the analysis through the mean pretest formula, it was obtained a value of 82.92 and increased in the acquisition of the mean value of posttest amounted to 85.75. In addition, in the Paired Sample T-Test based on significance values with SPSS 16, it is known that the Sig. (2-tailed) value is 0,000 <0,05, because sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05, then the hypothesis is accepted and it could be concluded that there is an influence of the WAFA Method on the ability to read the Qur'an at MI Al-Hidayah Mangkujajar Kembangbahu Lamongan.

Through this research, it is hoped that acid-base titration learning will be more meaningful and can contribute to student creativity. PjBL model is an integrated learning that is carried out cooperatively through projects that develop student skills, so that student creativity will increase. The project given in this research is making of soap from the wrinkled oil. In the process can be attributed to the application of acid-base titration material by calculation of acid numbers and saponification numbers on the cooking oil before being processed into soap. The results of data analysis shows data significance> 0.05 which means that the data is normally distributed for pretest and posttest. The data of paired sample t-test shows that the significance obtained is 0,000 <0.05 which means that there is a significant difference between the mean value of the integrated creativity test with the acid-base titration concept before treatment is given after treatment is given. Creativity improvement were calculated using the N-Gain value resulting in an average achievement rate of 0.50 and belonging to the moderate category. Posttest results indicate that the implementation of project-based LKP is effective in improving student creativity with classically average is 81.5%.
