Today, more than ever, it is important to thoroughly study the experience of the structural organization and management of organizations, the experience of using electronic computing systems, the experience of accounting for the theory of systems, the use of technology in management, etc. All this is not only legitimate, but also vital, especially at the present time, in a democratic State governed by the rule of law. Therefore, we need to ask ourselves: have we studied, comprehended and generalized the socialist experience (meaning the experience of the USSR and the fraternal socialist countries) in the management and organization of production in a sufficiently deep and thorough way? Is there a sufficient number of specific studies of new forms and methods of government that are necessary for the successful implementation of the political objectives of the state established by Chapter 1 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, especially taking into account the amendments made? Undoubtedly, the Marxist-Leninist science of management is quite high in its social potential, in its scientific methodology, in its humanistic ideal, in solving the problems of the role of man in the management of society, the relationship of the subject to the managed object, on issues of discipline and labor organization, and many other issues related to the effectiveness of management. The more fully and deeply the positive elements of forms and methods of governance in different countries are studied, the more deeply the Russian experience will be understood.

On the basis of the updated educational program were discussed issues of application of design technologies, in biology lessons in the section «Cell Biology» on the method of spiral training. Communication between parents, teachers and students is provided for in project technology. The point is that interest in the topic will increase by asking questions to parents. I was asked to voice my question, share my ideas through group work. The analysis of the works of these scientists is carried out and some stages of application are noted. In order to increase the interest of students studying the subject of biology, the specifics of the use of technology in project training are determined. In the field of biology are defined stages of work aimed at further development and consolidation of data on the topic «Cell Biology». The role of the teacher was shown. Highlighted the relationship of parents with children and friendship, communication in the classroom.

Standards-based education reform requires that teachers develop a new array of professional knowledge and skills to teach a thinking-oriented curriculum, engage in the organization and management of schools, and produce higher levels of student achievement. Such a change is systemic and requires that all aspects of the school organization be restructured. This article describes a potential teacher compensation structure that is consistent with these types of systemic and normative changes and that is an example of the kinds of compensation practices they require for successful implementation. Our purpose is to spur systemic thinking about the role of compensation by offering a concrete proposal that includes skill- and competency-based pay as well as group performance awards.

e-Government adalah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Fokus penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengaruh Kreativitas dan Inovasi pada Keberhasilan Implementasi e-Kelurahan Gunung Panjang melalui Kinerja Aparatur. Untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya, maka digunakan metode Path Analysis. Jenis data primer atau langsung berbasis teknik wawancara terhadap 91 responden pada Agustus-November 2019. Temuan empiris membuktikan bahwa: (1) Kreativitas dan Inovasi secara langsung memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Kelurahan Gunung Panjang Samarinda; (2) Kreativitas dan Inovasi secara langsung memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi e-Kelurahan Gunung Panjang Samarinda; (3) Kinerja Aparatur Langsung memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi e-Kelurahan Gunung Panjang Samarinda; dan (4) Kreativitas dan Inovasi secara tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi e-Kelurahan Gunung Panjang melalui Aparatur Kinerja.Kata Kunci: kantor publik; pegawai negeri sipil; teknologi dan informasi; analisis jalur.To what extent is the performance of the apparatus in determining the creativity and innovation of the e-Kelurahan's success? A CaseABSTRACT In the digital era, the use of technology and information has grown very rapidly to help humans in their daily work. This is inseparable from the demands of private companies and public agencies, in order to create a professional character for employees in a sustainable manner. We try to highlight the influence of creativity and innovation on the successful implementation of e-Kelurahan with the role of apparatus performance in Sidomolyo Village, Samarinda City. Path analysis techniques are used to answer the objectives and proposed hypotheses. Data interpretation was supported by survey data for 100 informant units in 2019. They are civilians who are domiciled and are taking care of the administrative needs that get services in the Sidmolyo area, so the purposive sampling technique is very appropriate to describe the characteristics of the informants. As a result, this finding concludes that creativity and innovation have a significant effect on personnel performance. from other direct influences, creativity and innovation have a significant impact on the successful implementation of e-Kelurahan. Then, the performance of the apparatus also has a significant effect on the success of implementing e-Kelurahan. Finally, especially for the indirect effect, creativity and innovation have had a significant effect on the success of implementing e-Kelurahan with the role of good apparatus performance. This study indicates that for theoretical and practical purposes, it is necessary to support the success of public services that synergize human resources and digitalization.Keywords: public office; civil servants; technology and information; path analysis.

This study aimed to explore the relationships between attachment styles, proximity, and relational satisfaction. This was achieved by assessing a distinct type of long distance romantic relationship of flying crews, compared with proximal (non-flying crew) romantic relationships. The responses of 139 expatriate professionals revealed significant associations between proximity and anxious and avoidant attachment dimensions. The role of the avoidant dimension in comparison with that of the anxious dimension was found to be a significant predictor of relational satisfaction. This study contributes significantly toward addressing the role of proximity and attachment in relational satisfaction in a new context of geographic separation.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of the role, ethics, and independence of internal auditors in implementing good university governance (GUG) with leadership style as a moderation variable. Multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis models are used to test the hypothesis. The primary data are obtained through questionnaires that are distributed to the respondents, namely the dean and head of study program at the UniversitasBinaDarma and UniversitasMuhammadiyahPalembang. The results of this study indicate that the instruments in each variable proved to be valid and reliable. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be seen that simultaneously the variable of role, ethics, and independence of internal auditors have positively and significantly effect in implementing good university governance (GUG). These results provide justification or endorsement of the theoretical truths used as the theoretical references of Stewardship Theory and Attitude and Behavioral Theory. Based on the partial test, role of auditor does not significantly affect the variable of GUG, but ethics and independence variable are found to be significant in influencing GUG. The leadership style is negative and insignificant in moderating the role of internal auditors and GUC and also the independence of internal auditor and GUC. The leadership style is found to be positive and insignificant in moderating the relationship of internal auditors’ ethics and GUC.Keywords        Role, Ethics, Independence, Internal Auditor, Leadership Style, Good University Governance  ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh peran, etika, dan independensi auditor internal dalam menerapkan good university governance (GUG) dengan gaya kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi. Model analisis regresi linier berganda dan regresi moderasi digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden, yaitu dekan dan ketua program studi di Universitas Bina Darma dan Universitas MuhammadiyahPalembang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen dalam setiap variabel terbukti valid dan dapat diandalkan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat dilihat bahwa secara simultan variabel peran, etika, dan independensi auditor internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam penerapan good university governance (GUG). Hasil ini memberikan pembenaran atau pengesahan kebenaran teoretis yang digunakan sebagai referensi teoretis dari Teori Penatalayanan dan Teori Sikap dan Perilaku. Berdasarkan uji parsial, peran auditor tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel GUG, tetapi variabel etika dan independensi ditemukan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi GUG. Gaya kepemimpinan negatif dan tidak signifikan dalam memoderasi peran auditor internal dan GUC dan juga independensi auditor internal dan GUC. The chapter of “Institutional Economics” textbook is devoted to the development of business-groups as a specific feature of industrial organization in the Russian economy. The main determinants of forming and functioning of business-groups such as allocation of property rights in Soviet enterprises, networks of directors and executive authorities in the Soviet economic system as well as import of new institutes and inefficient state enforcement are in the center of analysis. Origins, structure, organization and management within the groups and the role of shareholding and informal control rights are considered.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

This essay examines a polemic between two Baudelaire critics of the 1930s, Jean Cassou and Benjamin Fondane, which centered on the relationship of poetry to progressive politics and metaphysics. I argue that a return to Baudelaire's poetry can yield insight into what seems like an impasse in Cassou and Fondane. Baudelaire provides the possibility of realigning metaphysics and politics so that poetry has the potential to become the space in which we can begin to think the two of them together, as opposed to seeing them in unresolvable tension. Or rather, the tension that Baudelaire animates between the two allows us a new way of thinking about the role of esthetics in moments of political crisis. We can in some ways see Baudelaire as responding, avant la lettre, to two of his early twentieth-century readers who correctly perceived his work as the space that breathes a new urgency into the questions of how modern poetry relates to the world from which it springs and in which it intervenes.

ABSTRACT Of the information available on steroid hormone metabolism in responsive tissues, only that relating hormone metabolism to physiological activity is reviewed, i. e. metabolite activity in isolated in vitro systems, binding of metabolites to target tissue receptors, specific steroid hormone metabolizing enzymes and relationship of hormone metabolism to target organ physiological state. Further, evidence is presented in the androgen field, demonstrating 5α-reduced metabolites, formed inside the target cells, as active compounds. This has led to a consideration of testosterone as a »prehormone«. The possibility that similar events take place in tissues responding to progesterone is discussed. Finally, the role of hormone metabolism in the regulation of hormone availability and/or renewal in target cells is discussed. In this context, reference is made to the potential role of plasma binding proteins and cytosol receptors.

E-governance is a paradigm shift over the traditional approaches in Public Administration which means rendering of government services and information to the public by using electronic means. In the past decades, service quality and responsiveness of the government towards the citizens were least important but with the approach of E-Government the government activities are now well dealt. This paper withdraws experiences from various studies from different countries and projects facing similar challenges which need to be consigned for the successful implementation of e-governance projects. Developing countries like India face poverty and illiteracy as a major obstacle in any form of development which makes it difficult for its government to provide e-services to its people conveniently and fast. It also suggests few suggestions to cope up with the challenges faced while implementing e-projects in India.
