Hypertension is a condition when the systolic blood pressure greater than 120 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure over 80 mmHg. Healthy lifestyle of hypertension as one of handling blood pressure so that family support is necessary in order to achieve compliance with management healthy lifestyle in patient with hypertension. The purpose study to determine relation of the family support with the healthy lifestyle of hypertension in family. Method: Design of study deskriptif corelasional with cross sectional design. Study was conducted at UPT Kesmas Gianyar I with forty three respondents was taken by consecutive sampling. Family support and healthy lifestyle of hypertension by questionnaire and analyzing using by rank spearman test. Result: Research of study showard most respondents have a high family support 41,9% and a most respondents has enough healthy lifestyle 58,1%. The result of analysis obtained p=0.012<α (α=0.05), which means there is a significant a relation of the family support with healthy lifestyle of hypertension in family. Discussion: Device for community to implement the healthy lifestyle of to controlled blood pressure in patient with hypertension.

One of communicable diseases become very serious health problem was hypertension. The purpose of hypertension therapy was to control blood pressure in range of normal blood pressure, it is needed the adherence for hypertension therapy. The family supportcould improved healthy status. Patient with family support  feel that people care, so it could directed patient to improve their healthy lifestyle.The purpose of this study was to determine elderly family support, medication adherence in elderly hypertensive patients, and analyzedthe correlation between the family support with the adherence ension in elderly hypertension patients in Puskesmas Sungai Cuka Tanah Laut.This study was conducted with the cross sectional design in December 2014 until January 2015. Population was280the elderly patient in the region of  primary public health Sungai Cuka and 164 of them were used for sample. Data was collected by completion questionnaires family support and Morisky Modification Adherence Scale (MMAS)questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by gamma test with 95% confidence level.Based on the results, that Elderly who have family support by category 23.8% lower category, middle category were 64%, high category were 11.6%, and 0.6% were very high category. The adherence degree of elderly hypertension patientwere 45,7% low adherence degree, moderate adherence degreewere 36%, and high adherence degree were 18.3%. There were a correlation between the family support andthe medication adherence in elderly hypertension patients at Puskesmas Sungai Cuka Tanah Laut. (γ =0.295).

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang. Fraktur merupakan suatu masalah yang bisa menyebabkan kecacatan bahkan kematian. Pasien fraktur memerlukan penanganan dan pelayanan yang komprehensif di rumah sakit yang bertujuan untuk mencegah komplikasi yang terjadi pada pasien fraktur. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan pasien fraktur bisa sembuh dengan baik adalah adanya dukungan dan motivasi keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dukungan keluarga terhadap perawatan pasien fraktur.  Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel adalah 46 responden, diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik non probability sampling, dengan metode consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner.Hasil Penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 43,5% mendapatkan dukungan informasional cukup, 41,3% dukungan emosional baik, 47,8% dukungan instrumental baik, 37% dukungan penghargaan kurang.Kesimpulan. Dukungan keluarga terhadap perawatan pasien fraktur di BRSU Tabanan dalam kategori cukup. Kata Kunci : dukungan keluarga dan pasien fraktur. ABSTRACTBackground. Patient with fractures require some care and comprehensive service at the hospital to prevent complications that occur in patients with fractures. One of the factors that led patient to be cured is the support and motivation from the family. The purpose of this study is to determine the family support in caring for patient with fracture.Method. This research used descriptive method with cross sectional design. The number of samples was 46 respondents, taken using non-probability sampling techniques, with consecutive sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire.Research result. The results showed 43.5% got sufficient informational support, 41.3% got good emotional support, 47.8% got good instrumental support and 37% got less award support.Conclusion. Research Design using Cross-Sectional Design. The population is all mothers with infants in the Pesantren District of Kediri City using the incidental sampling technique, with a sample of 30 respondents. The Independent variable is Family Social Support and the Dependent variable is Lactation Management. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Statistical tests using the spearmen rho The results showed that the most supportive assessment of family support was as good as 18 respondents (60%), Instrumental Support was mostly as good as 18 respondents (60%), the most information support was good as many as 15 respondents (50 %) The most emotional support is good as many as 15 respondents (50%). The results of the study using the Rho spearman test obtained p = 0.025 with a Correlation Coefficient of 0.612 which means there is a strong relationship between family support and lactation management.

Some families who treat people with mental disorders have fully support their family member, but people with mental disorders do not care about it. ODGJ (People with Mental Disorder) prefer to do what they want to do unless there is an award from the family. The aim of the study is to find out the relationship between family support and the level of independence of ODGJ in Posyandu Jiwa, Wonokromo Village, Surabaya. The design of this study is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population is all ODGJ families. The sample is 35 respondents with Purposive Sampling techniques. The independent variable is family support and the dependent variable is the level of independence of ODGJ. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using Rank Spearman test. The results showed that of the 35 respondents most (62.9%) had good family support and most (65.7%) were independent. The test results of Rank Spearman statistics p = 0.000 <α = 0.05 indicate that there is a family support relationship with the level of independence of ODGJ. The independence of ODGJ can be achieved to the maximum with good support from the family. It is expected that families can maintain good family support for ODGJ to be more independent and maintain ODGJ's independence, so as not to depend on family

Globalization era has led to higher demands and expectancy for life, causing higher stress level followed by higher prevalence of obesity and hypertension. Obesity and stress has became risk factors of hypertension and heart disease. This study purposed for analyzing the correlation between obesity and stress level with hypertension among church community in Indonesian Christian Church (GKI) Manyar Surabaya. This study was an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. Subject of this study were chosen using simple random sampling method. Data were collected by interviewing subjects, calculating subjects’ Body Mass Index (BMI) based on their height and body weight measurement, measuring blood pressure and fi lling DASS-42 questionnaire. All data were analyzed with Spearman test using SPSS v25.0. 76 subjects aged 18-45 year were participated in this study. This study showed 21.1% subjects were overweight and 42.1% were obese. 65.8% subjects experienced stress with a DASS score above 14. Twenty seven subjects experienced prehypertension and 12 others experienced hypertension stage 1. Based on statistical calculation, obesity (r=0.577; p<0.001) and stress level (r=0.370; p=0.001) are positively correlated to hypertension. Health promotion should be held to increase knowledge and awareness about the danger of obesity and stress to hypertension. Therefore, people can put more eff orts to maintain ideal body weight, learn to manage stress well and control blood pressure regularly

Family support are attitude, action and acceptance family towards patients who get illness. The. The anxiousness is part of human’s life that signed by fearfullness or deeply nervousness and having a continously. This research purposes to determine the relationship of family support with anxiety levels in appendictomy preoperative patients at Prof. Dr. Soekandar hospitals Mojokerto. This research is a correlational research with cross sectional approach. The population was all apendictomy preoperative patients. The sampling method was consecutive sampling. The analysis of the relationship of family support and the level of anxiety apply Spearman Rho correlation test showed a significant relationship with p = 0.004 (<α 0.05). The result showed that family support in medium category was 2 people (13%), the family support in good category was 12 people (80%), the family support in excellent category was 1 (7%), while the number and percentage of respondents who experienced in mild anxiety as much as 4 people (27%), moderate anxiety as much as 9 people (60%), and severe anxiety as much as 2 people (13%). There is no respondents in analysis who have family support in less category, and There is no respondents in analysis who have not experienced a panic and anxiety. The level of anxiety was influenced by family support, pain, ignorance, disanlement, death and anesthesia. However, the factors that affect the level of anxiety that is family support. The anxiousness would be lower if you have a good family support.

Healthy Lifestyle (Germas) and Fit with Jamu action (Bude Jamu) are the programs to improve health, which promote physical activities, consumption of fruits and vegetables, and the utilization of jamu. The figure of the mother in the family comes in the role of regulating a good diet for the family. In connection with these two programs, study was conducted to determine the profile of fruits consumption and utilization of jamu among housewives in Cicanir and Jatipamor villages, using the cross-sectional design with the number of respondents based on the number of minimum requirements in its activities. 150 Housewives were involved and given questions about the frequency of buying fruit, the favorite fruit, the habit of drinking jamu. The results were that most respondents bought fruit twice a week, their favorite fruits included orange, banana. People who drank jamu in Cicanir and Jatipamor were 40.79% and 25.86%, with the aim of disease prevention was 96.77% and treatment disease was 46.66%. Jamu gendong was the main source of jamu that was utilized, besides that the expertise in making jamu was still practiced and maintained by some respondents. In conclusions, fruit consumption in Cicanir and Jatipamor was quite good. Housewives in Cicanir and Jatipamor used jamu for the purpose of preventing and treating diseases. Jamu gendong was the most widely used source of jamu and the expertise in making jamu is still maintained. These all showed that the culture of Germas and Bude jamu have been applied in the lives of respondents.

Background and goals: People who are getting older will reduce their ability to perform daily physical activities that can affect their physical fitness. Family support is needed by the elderly in living their old age because the family plays an important role and has the responsibility in caring for the elderly. Good family support for elderly activities will be able to maintain and improve the health and fitness of the elderly. This study aims to determine the relationship of family support with physical fitness of the elderly.Method: This study used a cross sectional design involving 96 elderly samples that met the requirements. Data collection is done by testing and filling out questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rho test and binary logistic regression test.Results: Bivariate analysis showed that variables related to physical fitness were family support (p = 0.004), gender (p = 0.035) and work status (p = 0.001). The results of multivariate analysis showed that variables related to physical fitness were family support (AOR 5,618; 95% CI: 1,624-19,435) and work status (AOR 10,974; 95% CI: 2,452-49,095).Conclusion: Family support has a relationship with elderly physical fitness. Characteristics of work status samples have a relationship with physical fitness of the elderly. The family should always provide positive support to the elderly in fulfilling daily activities in accordance with the ability of the elderly in their effort to maintain and improve the physical fitness of the elderly.

Backgrounds : Anemia in pregnant women can effect maternal death, increased fetal morbidity and mortality. Iron supplementation programs should have a high success rate because the iron folate tablets are easily available and free of charge. But in reality. the compliance rate of iron folate tablets is still lowPurpose: analyze compliance rate of iron folate tablets in pregnant women at Puskesmas Halmahera and the factors influenced.Method: An analytic observational research with cross-sectional design. The subjects in this study is 56 pregnant women who went on Puskesmas Halmahera. Subject was taken by consecutive sampling technique with the criteria pregnant women trimester 2 and 3. Compliance data, knowledge, education, family support and health care obtained through interviews with a questionnaire. Normality of data was tested using Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Bivariate analyzes performed using Rank Spearman testResult: there is a association between knowledge scores with compliance (r = 0.370, p = 0.005), there is no significant association between education level and compliance (r = 0.032, p = 0.817 there is no significant association between family support and compliance (r = 0.216, p = 0.115) and there is no significant association between health service and compliance (r = 0.217, p = 0.108)Conclusion: more than a half of respondents (58,9%) did not comply consume iron folate tablets. Based on the data can be seen that the knowledge is the most influental factor.

<p>Posyandu elderly aims to monitor the elderly condition in particular area because the body condition and aging process. But not all were able to actively follow the elderly Posyandu activities by various factors. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors related to the activity of the elderly following the Posyandu activities. This study was quantitative, using cross sectional design. From 155 respondents, 75 samples was obtained by purpossive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using chi-square test and logistic regression. Chi-square test result in this study indicate the variables that have a relationship with liveliness elderly family support variable (p=0.001), service cadres (p=0.000) and service of health workers (p=0.000). While that does not have a relationship with the activity of the elderly is a variable job (p=0.570) as well as distance and access (p=1.000). The result showed that cadre services was most dominant relationship with the liveliness of the elderly. In conclusion, the factors that have a relationship with the activity of the elderly following the Posyandu activities are support families, services and service cadres of health workers. This study sugest, cadres should be more active to disseminate information concerning the elderly and increase the number of cadres Posyandu.</p>
