The samples of 27 patents were collected using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was family support, whereas the dependent variable was adaptability. Questionnaires were used to collect the data analyzed using Mann-Whitney test with the level of significance α = 0.05. The result of study showed that most of the patients (70.4%) received good family support, whereas most of them (63.0%) had ability to adapt to their disease. Moreover, the result of Mann-Whitney test showed that p = 0.001 and the level of significance α = 0.05 so that H1 was accepted because p < 0.05. It showed that there was a correlation between family support and adaptability of patients suffered from Cancer found at Yayasan Kanker Indonesia located in East Java. The more family support, the more adaptive the patients with Cancer adapt to their disease. This paper focuses on determining the influence of sales territory design on salesforce performance in the detergent manufacturing companies in Kenya. Detergents play a critical role in our everyday lives by ensuring hygiene at our personal level, in our homes, in schools, institutions, and hospitals. Detergents have gained a lot of prominence since the onset of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) disease in 2019, as it has been proved that they play an important role in curtailing the transmission of the COVID-19 disease. The Salesforce plays an important role in organizations as they are the ones who in most cases interact with customers, provide information about their organization and products, provide prices, demonstrate how products are used, train customers, provide after sales service, and resolve any issues that may arise. The study was anchored on Expectancy Theory, Resource Based Theory, Equity Theory, and Agency Theory. The study adopted positivism philosophy and used a descriptive cross sectional design. The unit of analysis was the sales people in the detergent manufacturing companies in Kenya who are members of Kenya Association of Manufacturers as per list obtained from KAM in December 2018. The study used primary data which was collected by administering semi-structured questionnaires. The data was analyzed using a combination of both descriptive and inferential statics to describe the manifestations of the variables in the data collected, simple regression model was used to test the significance of the influence of sales territory design (independent variable) on the salesforce performance (dependent variable). Fischer distribution test (F-test) was used to test the significance of the independent variable and the overall model. The p-value for the F-statistic was used to determine the robustness of the model. This was done at 95% confidence level (p<0.05). The study found a strong relationship between sales territory design and salesforce performance. This depicts that sales territory design is critical in determining salesforce performance in detergent manufacturing companies in Kenya.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which usually attacks the lungs. The increasing number of TB patients will result in an increase in TB transmission in the community. The lack of prevention measures of TB transmission occurs because the patient has less motivation in preventing the transmission of disease. This study aims to determine the relationship of family social support with patient motivation in preventing transmission of pulmonary TB in Negara Sub-district 2019. This study is quantitative study and used a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was pulmonary TB patients in the Negara sub-district with a total sample of 43 respondents. The research sample used a Simple Random Sampling technique. Analysis of the study using Spearman’s Rho. Family social support the most lung TB people are in good category 37 (86%). The motivation of patients in preventing the transmission of the most lung TB in the category of good 40 (93%). The results of the research analysis state P = 0.005 (P = 0.05). There is a relationship between the social support of the family with the motivation of the patient in preventing the transmission of lung TB.

Some families who treat people with mental disorders have fully support their family member, but people with mental disorders do not care about it. ODGJ (People with Mental Disorder) prefer to do what they want to do unless there is an award from the family. The aim of the study is to find out the relationship between family support and the level of independence of ODGJ in Posyandu Jiwa, Wonokromo Village, Surabaya. The design of this study is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population is all ODGJ families. The sample is 35 respondents with Purposive Sampling techniques. The independent variable is family support and the dependent variable is the level of independence of ODGJ. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using Rank Spearman test. The results showed that of the 35 respondents most (62.9%) had good family support and most (65.7%) were independent. The test results of Rank Spearman statistics p = 0.000 <α = 0.05 indicate that there is a family support relationship with the level of independence of ODGJ. The independence of ODGJ can be achieved to the maximum with good support from the family. It is expected that families can maintain good family support for ODGJ to be more independent and maintain ODGJ's independence, so as not to depend on family

Introduction: Exposure to organic dust in the agricultural industry can cause pulmonary function problems for workers. This study aims to know the determinant of pulmonary function impairment on rice mill workers in Ujung Pangkah, Gresik, East Java. Method: This study was an analytical observational study using a cross-sectional design. This study’s population were all rice mill workers in Ketapang and Glatik Villages, Ujung Pangkah, Gresik, East Java there were 25 people. The sample of this study was 16 people. The independent variable in this study was the sex, working period, smoking, and using a mask, while the dependent variable was the pulmonary function status of workers. The data respondent obtained a questionnaire, observations, and measurement of workers’ pulmonary function using a spirometer. Data analysis was performed in analytic descriptive with the Spearman correlation test. Result and Discussion: The Spearman test results are known that the working period (r = -0.022) and smoking (r = -0.160) were very weak and an inverse correlation with pulmonary function status. In comparison, the use of masks (r = 0.462) was adequate and directly correlated with pulmonary function status. Smoking and working period will describe the length of exposure to rice dust, affecting the pulmonary function status. The obedience of using masks to workers will reduce the risk of pulmonary function impairment. Conclusion: Working period, smoking, and using mask are determinants of pulmonary function impairment on rice mill workers in Ujung Pangkah, Gresik, East Java.

The sampling selectionof this study used total sampling technique; hence the total sample number was 34.Spearman test was performed in data analysis. Result: The study suggested that 64.7% ofthe respondents received good family support and 66.7% of the respondents had a high levelof self-esteem. Besides, it was also obtained that there was a moderate correlation betweenfamily support and self-esteem of patients with breast cancer (p=0.01< α 0,05 with r =0.432). The results imply that better family support is the higher the level of self-esteemof patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy will be.
