Abstract The centred approach of adolescents at school can prevent nutritional problems and improve daily nutrient intake. Therefore, the purpose of this service is the formation of adolescent nutrition posts. This activity was carried out in September 2019 until January 2020, in SMA Negeri 12 of Jambi City. The target is adolescents in the SMA Negeri 12 of Jambi City, who joined  student council organizations. This activity consisted of (1) providing counseling with power point media, leaflets, posters, as well as pre-post test questions; (2) Practice monitoring of nutritional status and; (3) Formation of nutrition posts. The outputs of the community service activities are: (1) Effective and innovative leaflets and posters; (2) Application of balanced nutrition in adolescents and; (3) Establishment of adolescent nutrition posts. Based on the pre-test results it was known that the target had good knowledge about balanced nutrition and nutritional status of adolescents ie> 90% can correctly answer the questions on the post-test sheet. Therefore, it is expected that schools will be able to involve School Health Unit  to provide information and health education specifically on the importance of balanced nutrition for adolescents.

<p>This Community Service activity was carried out because they we the teacher's lack of ability in making their own learning videos. This ability is very much-needed in this pandemic, because students have to do distance learning. Universitas Pembangunan Jaya conducts training for teachers at MTs Miftah Assa'adah School located in South Tangerang area. In distance learning, the use of video media is needed by students. Teacher training is conducted using a combination of online and offline methods. The teachers were also given hand-on training to create, edit and upload the learning videos they made. Training using common applications and can be obtained easily. The applications used are also applications that do not require high computer resources, so they can be done with only standard devices. For example MS Power Point, Canva and Movie Maker, VLC and even Zoom. Of the 10 indicators used as a measure, 8 of them showed an increase of over 50%. The post-test results at the end of the training also showed an improvement in the general abilities of the training participants </p>

This program focuses on health education activities by little doctors using applicative extension media in terms of applying food diversity, selecting healthy snacks and eating breakfast. The purpose of this community service activity is to conduct training and measure changes in the knowledge of small doctors before and after the training on the use of flipchart nutrition counseling media by little doctors in the UKS program. The targets in this activity are Little Doctors in SD N 1, SDN 2 and SDN 3 Batubulan Kangin. Community service activities were carried out in July 2019 which included pre-test, training, post-test, counseling with a flip sheet by a small doctor to target elementary school children in their neighborhood. The number of targets in the three elementary schools is 57 people. Descriptively the age of the small doctor ranged from 9 years to 12 years, with an average age of 10.33 years and a standard deviation of 0.76 years. The knowledge pre-test results show the lowest value of 45 and the highest value of 95 with an average of 72.45 and a standard deviation of 12.50. In counseling training activities using flipchart media on little doctors in SD N 1, 2 and 3 Batubulan miss it can be observed that the small doctors are very enthusiastic to follow and try. This is because the flipchart is something new and is easily applied by them. The results of the post-test knowledge showed an increase compared to the pre-test data. The lowest value is 50 and the highest value is 100 with an average of 76.05 and a standard deviation of 11.79. There was a significant increase in knowledge based on paired t test results (p 0.05). Based on a review of the results of community service activities, it can be suggested that counseling activities carried out by small doctors are more often done. This adds to the knowledge and insight of elementary school children about healthy, nutritious and balanced food. The opportunity to use the internet as a health promotion strategy is expected to improve the degree of public health. This technology is able to facilitate the delivery of information more closely, reaching healthy but irregular individuals in contact with health services. The purpose of this community service activity is to find out changes in knowledge about healthy living behaviors and participation in the use of online health promotion media "behavior livesehat.org". The target in this community service activity is students at the Sila Chandra Batubulan Tourism Vocational School, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. These community service activities are carried out using direct and indirect socialization methods. Evaluation of the process is done by conducting interviews with community service goals, monitoring the level of attendance of community service participants and activeness. In this socialization activity students listened intently to the material presented. The results of the pre-test target show the lowest value of 20 and the highest value of 80 with an average of 52.14 + 15.71. While the post-test results show the lowest value of 50 and the highest of 100 with an average of 70.71 + 10.51. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase students' knowledge about the 10 indicators of Clean and Healthy Behavior household arrangements. Counseling uses media power points, but before starting counseling, questionnaires are filled out by students (pretest). Counseling is carried out by lecture, discussion and question and answer methods, then after counseling, the questionnaire is distributed again to be filled out by students (posttest), after knowledge data before and after counseling has been obtained, then the data analysis using Wilcoxon statistical test. Based on the results of community service activities at the KORPRI senior high school in Banjarmasin, the p-value (0,000) <α (0.05) means that there is a significant difference in knowledge between before and after counseling using power point media, thus it can be concluded that the counseling method uses media power point conducted at the KORPRI senior high school in the city of Banjarmasin is able and successful in increasing students' knowledge about the 10 indicators of Clean and Healthy Behavior  household arrangements. It is recommended that schools can work together with the Public Health Services in the region in order to empower school health unit (UKS) to be able to educate school health unit members who are tasked with providing health education using the media, especially power point media in order to help provide comprehensive understanding for other students about health through school health unit at the KORPRI senior high school in Banjarmasin.

Lanjut usia (Lansia) merupakan kelompok yang paling beresiko terkena Covid-19, dikarenakan lansia umumnya memiliki beberapa penyakit komorbid serta tingginya angka mortalitas pada lansia. Salah satu upaya untuk pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada lansia ialah dengan langkah promotif dan preventif, antara lain dengan pemberian edukasi pada lansia. Selain itu, perlu juga diperhatikan agar lansia tetap sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga kualitas hidup lansia tetap terjaga dan resiko tertular Covid-19 pada lansia dapat dikurangi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap lansia tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan jumlah lansia sebanyak 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan pendampingan para lansia untuk berkumpul diruang aula, pemberian kuesioner untuk pre-test, penyampaian informasi dilakukan dengan slide power point tentang protokol kesehatan dan upaya lansia sehat dan bahagia, video, kartu SMART, demonstrasi teknik relaksasi nafas dalam serta diakhiri dengan sesi tanya jawab, post-test, dan pemberian makanan tambahan sehat untuk lansia. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan menambah pengetahuan para lansia tentang pencegahan terjadinya infeksi Covid-19, meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap bahaya penularan serta menjadi lansia yang SMART. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Lansia, Sehat, Bahagia, SMART, Covid-19 ABSTRACT Elderly is the group most at risk of contracting Covid-19, because the elderly generally have several comorbid diseases and high mortality rates in the elderly. One of the efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission in the elderly is by promoting and preventive steps, including providing education to the elderly. In addition, it should also be noted that the elderly remain healthy and happy during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the quality of life for the elderly is maintained and the risk of contracting Covid-19 in the elderly can be reduced. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people during the Covid-19 pandemic, with 20 elderly people. The method of implementing this community service activity begins with the assistance of the elderly to gather in the hall, giving questionnaires for pre-test, delivering information with power point slides about health protocols and efforts for healthy and happy elderly people, videos, SMART cards, demonstrations of deep breathing relaxation techniques. and ended with a question and answer session, post-test, and providing healthy supplementary food for the elderly. The results of this community service activity are expected to increase the knowledge of the elderly about preventing the occurrence of Covid-19 infection, increase awareness of the dangers of transmission and become SMART elderly. Premenstrual syndrome characterized by affective, physical, and behavior symptoms with moderate to severe grade, that usually recurrent every luteal phase of menstrual cycle and disappear within menstruation. The frequency of premenstrual syndrome is still high, in Indonesia and all over the world. To overcome this situation, there should be a health promotion. The aim of this community service was to increase the girl’s knowledge of premenstrual syndrome. This community service was held in one day on November 2016 in public islamic high school MAN 2 Palembang. The schedule was start with pre test consist of 15 questions, counseling sesssion using power point media, discussion session, and post test consist of the same questions to measure the knowledge after counseling. Pre test score showed that 13.9% students had good knowledge and post test score showed an increase of good knowledge (66.7%). Conclusion, heatlh education through counseling method bring a change of knowledge.

The gluten and casein-free (GCF) diet is one alternative ways in handling children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The aim of this community service activities was to improve the attitudes, motivations and skills of the mothers in order to be able to prepare GCF diet that are safe for consumption by ASD children. The target participants of this community service activity were 25 mothers of ASD children from the Pondok Peduli Autis Foundation in Medan. Stages of implementation consisted of socializing the activities, pre-test, and counseling on a GFC diet, training and demonstrations on processing of GCF snacks, as well as evaluating activities in the form of a post-test. The GCF products made in the training activities were purple sweet potato pudding, pumpkin pudding, hunkwe pudding, corn bakwan, cassava omelette, cassava pastel, and cassava croquette with vegetables. The average pre-test results on the participants' knowledge about GCF diets was 45.6. After counseling twice by using a "Booklet" tools and training on the processing of GCF products, there was an increase in knowledge to 81.9. Furthermore, after regularly consuming the GCF foods prepared based on this program, more than 50% participants found their autis children improvement in learning concentration and no longer hyperactive.

<div class="WordSection1"><p>Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini berdasarkan permintaan dari pihak SMP Terbuka Maleo Tangerang Selatan untuk melatih guru dan siswanya. Mereka dipersiapkan agar lulusannya dapat meningkatkan daya saing masyarakat. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, penting dilakukan pengabdian dengan cara memberikan pelatihan dasar membatik kreatif dengan empat teknik yaitu<br />wet on wet, wet on dry, teknik colet, dan teknik penggaraman untuk mengatasai masalah yang dihadapi mitra. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam satu hari dengan 2 sesi kegiatan. Sesi pertama, peserta diberikan materi tentang cara mengolah material biji klungsu. Peserta diberikan lembar pretest dan post-test untuk menilai adanya peningkatan alih pengetahuan peserta setelah penyampaian materi tersebut. Sesi kedua peserta melakukan praktik cara membuat batik kreatif dengan menggunakan olahan biji klungsu dan 4 teknik pewarnaan. Berdasarkan nilai pretest-post-test peserta diketahui dengan hasil pengujian Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sesudah kegiatan pelatihan membuat batik kreatif.</p><p><em>The implementation of this community service is based on a request from the Maleo South Tangerang Open Middle School to train teachers and students. They are prepared so that their graduates can increase the competitiveness of society. Based on these facts, it is important to do dedication by providing basic training in creative batik with four techniques, namely wet on wet, wet on dry, dabbing technique, and salting technique to overcome problems faced by partners. This activity is carried out in one day with 2 activity sessions. In the first session, participants were given material on how to process the Klungsu seed material. Participants are given pretest and post-test sheets to assess an increase in participants' knowledge transfer after delivering the material. In the second session the participants practiced how to make creative batik using processed klungsu seeds and 4 coloring techniques. Based on the participants' pretest-post-test scores, The Wilcoxon test results showed that there was an increase in participants' knowledge after practice how to make creative batik. </em></p></div>

Nutritional status in athletes is one of the important factors that affect athlete performance. Athlete's knowledge of nutrition is still lacking. Malnutrition and other health problems are found many in athletes. The purpose of this activity is trained athletes to improve the understanding of nutritional status and measure anthropometry to improve performance. This training contains materials that is needed to improve athlete's knowledge on nutritional status and anthropometric measurements. Further it can be used in the training process or in match conditions. This community service activity was attended by 29 participants consisting of female and male athletes as well as handball trainers. The activity is carried out online. Before and after the training participants fill out a google form for data on body weight, height, and questions about training materials. From the results of data processing, the average height for male athletes was 176 ± 6.33cm and for female athletes 164 ± 5.79cm. Meanwhile, the body weight of female athletes is 60.5 ± 8.3kg and male athletes are 74.02 ± 9.05kg. BMI in female athletes is 22.5 ± 2.2kg / m2 and in male athletes 23.88 ± 1.88 kg / m2. The mean pre-test score for female athletes was 60.35 ± 11.09, while for male athletes it was 60.35 ± 14.69. The average post-test score for female athletes was 67.85 ± 11.90, while for male athletes the average post-test score was 72.5 ± 9.20. Thus, the difference (gain) change in post-test scores to pre-test in female athletes is 12.43% and 20.12% in men. From this training, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the knowledge of handball athletes regarding nutritional status, nutrition, and dietary regulation in athletes. It is hoped that further this community service activity can be carried out in terms of determining the calorie and nutritional needs of athletes as well as athletes can be given knowledge about how to make food menus according to the needs of athletes.

Community service performed at Immanuel Bandung School of Health Sciences aims to see the relationship of nutritional status and nutritional behavior to female students in MI AL-ISHLAH BANDUNG. Research design of this study was cross-sectional study. Sampling method was purposive sampling and number of subject mere 145 students of 3, 4, 5, and 6 done by purposive sampling with 145 samples of students taken from grade 3, 4, 5 and 6 grade in MI AL-ISHLAH BANDUNG. The assessment is done by using questionnaires pre and post test treatment. The results obtained from community service that is the nutritional status of female students in MI AL-ISHLAH with normal category (-2SD to 1SD), while for the nutrition behavior of female students in MI AL-ISHLAH BANDUNG included in the category less (<60%) . Based on the calculation by using T-test obtained results that are not significant (p-value> 0.05), this is due to lack of motivation in applying nutritional behavior
