Community Service Activities organized by the Dian Husada Nursing Academy in collaboration with Al Hidayah Kutorejo Mojokerto shelter house held health counseling with participants of all ODGJ patients (People with Mental Disorders) with the theme “Increasing Public Knowledge About Personal Hygiene in ODGJ (People With Mental Disorders)”. Health counseling will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Al Hidayah Kutorejo Mojokerto shelter. This activity was carried out in a team consisting of two Akper Dian Husada lecturers, 2 students, and a team from the AL Hidayah Kutorejo Mojokerto shelter. The activity was arranged by the team for two weeks, starting from determining the theme of the activity, the form of the activity, the timing of the activity, and first socializing the activity to ODGJ patients. This activity was witnessed by all patients with ODGJ (People with Mental Disorders). The form of evaluation of this community service activity that went smoothly was the enthusiasm of ODGJ patients (People with Mental Disorders) in participating in the activity by asking questions about personal hygiene to the presenter.

Abstrak: Praktik bullying ataupun kekerasan di sekolah masih sering terjadi hingga saat ini. Sudah banyak kasus Bullying yang terungkap dan bahkan menyebabkan kematian bagi korban. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa tentang bullying dan cara pencegahannya. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu Penyuluhan kesehatan tentang bullying dan pencegahannya serta diskusi bersama. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 08 Februari 2020 pukul 09.20-11.00 WITA. Peserta kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Kecamatan Amfoang Selatan, Kabupaten Kupang kelas XI-XII. Peserta penyuluhan sebanyak 68 peserta. Penyuluhan Kesehatan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Pihak sekolah juga memberikan dukungan penuh dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa semakin bertambah terkait bullying dan cara pencegahannya, dibuktikan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test dimana terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 30% setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Perlu dilakukan pengabdian lanjutan dengan waktu yang lebih lama untuk advokasi aturan/kebijakan terkait pencegahan dan penanganan bullying di sekolah.Abstract: The practice of bullying or violence in schools was still common today. There have been many cases of bullying that have been revealed and have even caused death to victims. The purpose of this service was to provide knowledge and understanding to students about bullying and how to prevent it. The form of service activities carried out was health counseling about bullying and its prevention and discussion together. This community service activity was held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 09.20-11.00 WITA. The participants of this counseling activity were students of SMK Negeri 1 Lelogama, Amfoang Selatan District, Kupang Regency in class XI-XII. There were 68 extension participants. Health education can run well and smoothly. The school also provides full support in this service activityStudents' knowledge and understanding is increasing regarding bullying and how to prevent it, as evidenced by the results of the pre-test and post-test where there is an increase in knowledge of 30% after being given counseling. Further service needs to be done with a longer time for advocating for rules / policies related to the prevention and handling of bullying in schools.

Abstract: Plastic waste is one of the most common plastic wastes around Suka Maju village, the lack of public knowledge in utilizing and processing plastic waste into products of economic value, based on this background, the Shanti Bhuana Institute lecturer community service activity was carried out and involved two students, the purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge about the processing of plastic waste that is often found by mothers in Suka Maju village so that they get new knowledge and can be applied in their daily lives. The method used in this activity is the method of lecturing, question and answer and direct practice, the participants who attend consist of mothers, while the material is given knowledge about waste, the dangers of waste and its impacts, as well as the practice of making handicrafts. Activities carried out at the homes of local residents in the form of a workshop meeting. The results obtained were that the use of plastic which was applied in the community service activities of the Shanti Bhuana Institute was a new activity for mothers who participated in these activities, the mothers were very enthusiastic in these activities as seen from their presence in this activity Direct practice allows them to know directly how to make economically valuable products. From this activity, it can be concluded that the community service activities carried out have a good impact because some women can practice how to manufacture products by utilizing plastic waste to become economically valuable products.        Keywords: economic value; plastic waste; women empowerment  Abstrak: Sampah kresek merupakan salah satu limbah plastik yang banyak ditemui disekitar desa Suka Maju, kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan dan mengolah sampah kresek menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis, untuk itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dapat memberikan pengetahuan tentang pengolahan sampah kresek. tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang pengolahan sampah kresek yang banyak dijumpai oleh ibu-ibu yang ada di desa Suka Maju sehingga mereka mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dan dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktik secara langsung, peserta yang hadir terdiri dari ibu-ibu. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa pemanfaatan plastik kresek yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Institut Shanti Bhuana merupakan kegiatan yang baru bagi ibu-ibu yang mengikuti kegitan tersebut, ibu-ibu sangat antusias dalam kegiatan tersebut terlihat dari kehadiran mereka dalam kegiatan ini dan kegiatan praktik yang dilakukan secara langsung membuat mereka secara langsung dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Dari kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang baik karena sebagian ibu-ibu dapat mempraktikan cara pembuatan produk dengan memanfaatkan sampah plastik kresek menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis. Kata kunci: bernilai ekonomis; pemberdayaan perempuan; sampah kresek

ABSTRAKHipertensi di Indonesia memerlukan perhatian yang serius karena merupakan penyebab kematian nomor 3 setelah stroke dan tuberculosis. Seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya angka penderita hipertensi di Indonesia, pemerintah merumuskan berbagai kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan untuk lansia agar derajat dan mutu kesehatan lansia penderita hipertensi dapat meningkat. Salah satunya yaitu dengan mencanangkan pelayanan kesehatan pada lansia melalui beberapa jenjang. Pelayanan di tingkat masyarakat dilakukan oleh Posyandu Lansia. Uraian situasi di atas merupakan dasar mengapa perlu dilakukan pemberdayaan kader posyandu lansia untuk pencegahan hipertensi dan komplikasinya di Kecamatan Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pemberian edukasi tentang hipertensi dan komplikasinya serta, memberikan pelatihan pemerikasaan tekanan darah bagi kader. Subjek dalam kegiatan ini adalah seluruh kader kesehatan di wilayah Kecamatan Purwosari. Lokasi ini dipilih mengingat kasus hipertensi di wilayah ini masih cukup tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapatkan sambutan hangat dari peserta. Hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya peserta yang aktif dalam diskusi dan mengajukan pertanyaan. Setelah sesi diskusi pemateri malakukan post test secara lisan kepada peserta, dalam post test yang dilakukan 100% peserta mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang disampaikan oleh pemateri dengan benar. Kesimpulan yang bisa ditarik dari kegiatan ini seluruh peserta cukup aktif dalam kegiatan ini dan tidak meninggalkan tempat sampai acara selesai. Upaya peningkatan pengetahuan  masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi dapat lebih maksimal setelah diadakan kegiatan ini diukur dengan hasil apersepsi dan evaluasi. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Kader, Hipertensi ABSTRACTHypertension in Indonesia requires serious attention because it is the 3rd cause of death after stroke and tuberculosis In line with the increasing number of hypertension sufferers in Indonesia, the government has formulated various health service policies for the elderly so that the degree and quality of health of elderly people with hypertension can increase. The description of the situation above was the basis of why it is necessary to empower elderly Posyandu cadres for the prevention of hypertension and its complications in Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The form of this community service activity was in the form of providing education about hypertension and its complications as well as providing training in blood pressure checks for cadres. The subjects in this activity were all Health Cadres in the Purwosari District area. This location was chosen considering that there were still many cases of hypertension in this region. This service activity received a warm welcome from the participants. This is evidenced by the large number of participants who are active in the discussion and asking questions. After the discussion session the speaker performs a post test orally to the participants, in the post test 100% participants were able to answer the questions presented by the speaker correctly. The conclusion that can be drawn from this activity was that all participants were quite active in this activity and do not leave the venue until the event was over. Efforts to increase public knowledge about hypertension can be maximized after this activity was measured by the results of apperception and evaluation. Keywords: Empowerment, Cadres, Hypertension

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Koperasi, Masyarakat RW 09Community service activities are one way for Trilogy University students to have social skills. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused various impacts on the community's economy, especially for Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) owner. Various impacts felt by the UMKM owner have affected their psychological health such as the emergence of stress, anxiety, fear, and symptoms of depression. Therefore, this Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat (PKM) activity aims to help UMKM to be able to maintain psychological health in stressful situations during the pandemic. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out online. The implementation of PKM is held in the form of an interactive webinar through the presentation of material related to stress and its management. The activity was attended by a psychologist, accompanying students, and two owners of UMKM. Based on the implementation of community service activities, it can be concluded that providing education around stress-management could help participants gain new knowledge about stress and also able to experience the benefit of stress-management technique such as relaxation exercises that could manage the stress they experience.Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan berbagai dampak pada perekonomian masyarakat terutama pada pengusaha Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Beragam dampak yang dirasakan oleh pengusaha UMKM telah mempengaruhi kesehatan psikologis seperti timbulnya stres, cemas, rasa takut, dan gejala depresi. Oleh karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengusaha UMKM tetap dapat menjaga kesehatan psikologis dalam situasi stres di masa pandemi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara daring. Pelaksanaan PKM diselenggarakan dalam bentuk webinar secara interaktif melalui pemaparan materi terkait stres dan cara pengelolaannya. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh seorang psikolog, mahasiswa pendamping, dan dua pengusaha UMKM. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemaparan materi terkait stres membantu peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai stres. Kemudian latihan relaksasi yang dilakukan pada saat webinar ditemukan bermanfaat untuk mengelola stres yang dialami oleh para peserta.

ABSTRAK Deteksi Dini penyakit Dengue Haemoragic Fever di Dusun 1 Desa Sukabanjar Kecamatan Gedong Tataan Kabupaten Pesawaran Bandar Lampung belum dilakukan dengan baik di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bernung. Hambatan yang ditemukan yakni pengetahuan kader kesehatan tidak adekuat, belum tersedianya informasi yang adekuat tentang deteksi dini penyakit dengue haemoragic fever (DBD) pada kader kesehatan. Pelibatan kader kesehatan dalam edukasi mengenai deteksi dini penyakit DBD menentukan keberhasilan dalam penanganan awal DBD. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam pendampingan kader kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan peran kader kesehatan dalam masyarakat dalam deteksi dini DBD. Kegiatan dilakukan di Kantor Kelurahan Dusun 1 Desa Sukabanjar Kota Bandar Lampung pada bulan Desember 2018. Metode yang dilakukan yakni ceramah, diskusi, praktek cara  melakukan rumpled test. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan kader kesehatan tentang deteksi dini DBD. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah bentuk upaya dalam deteksi dini DBD dengan melibatkan kader kesehatan. Kata Kunci : Deteksi Dini, Kader Kesehatan, Rumpled Test  ABSTRACT Early detection of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Dusun 1, Sukabanjar Village, Gedong Tataan Subdistrict, Pesawaran Regency, Bandar Lampung, has not been carried out properly in the Work Area of the Bernung Health Center. The obstacles found were inadequate knowledge of health cadres, inadequate information on early detection of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) among health cadres. The involvement of health cadres in education regarding early detection of dengue disease determines the success in the initial handling of dengue. The purpose of community service activities carried out in mentoring health cadres is to increase knowledge and the role of health cadres in the community in the early detection of dengue fever. The activity was carried out at the Subdistrict Office of Dusun 1, Sukabanjar Village, Bandar Lampung City in December 2018. The methods used were lectures, discussions, practice on how to do a rumpled test. The results of this community service activity were found to increase the knowledge of health cadres about the early detection of dengue. Social entrepreneurship can be a solution or model of community empowerment, especially women, in the handicraft industry. The handicraft industry was chosen because it was indicated in demand by the Bogor community and potentially contributed to the absorption of Bogor manpower and investment.  Based on this, community service activities are conducted on two target communities / partners, consisting of Children of Putri Bunda Orphanage, Dramaga and Mothers of PKK Situ Ilir Village, Cibungbulang District with the aim of forming Social entrepreneurship as a model of women empowerment through making the accessories based on patchwor.  The activity is done through several stages, which begins with socialization, held the training, after the entrepreneur walk, conducted assistance. The result of this community service activity is the formation of entrepreneur or business to make accessories made from woven waste patchwork.  Social entrepreneurship can be a solution to the improvement of the economy through community empowerment, especially women.

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

The problem faced by students is at the production stage, namely the problem of product labeling. Until now labeling was done simply or without labeling. If students can design their own product labels, of course this will add to the selling value of the product. The existence of labels and brochures also add value to the promotion of student products. The aim of this mentoring activity is to provide training and graphic design assistance to students of SMK. The steps of this community service activities are observations, socialization, graphic design training, assistance in making labels and brochures for student entrepreneurial products, as well as evaluating and reflecting on service activities. The result of this service activity was in the form of training and graphic design assistance for students. All of the activities was well done . This can be seen from the number of students who participated in training and mentoring for three days. In addition, there are positive responses from teachers and students that have an impact on the success of this graphic design training and assistance. This can be seen from the results of student designs that are attractive and can be used as a commercial tool.

The general objective of this community service activity is facilitating the theoretical and practical BK services in Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Special Program in Surakarta and MIM Kartasura in implementing Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014 in an effort to improve the professionalism of teachers. In particular, the purpose of the community service is to facilitate the understanding the partner schools in Counselling services in the areas of personal, social, learning, and career. The service activities include socialization Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014 concerning guidance and counseling services in primary school, a discussion on the basic concept of guidance and counseling, and workshops on the implementation of guidance and counseling in Muhammadiyah Elementary School of Special Program in Surakarta and MIM Kartasura. Community service activities have received positive responses namely the formation of a formal institution Institute of Guidance and Counseling in each school. These institutions equipped with the personnel in charge, coordinator and teacher who oversees areas: personal, social, learning, and career.
