Relevance: normal physical education and upbringing also contributes to the normal development of such qualities as memory, attention, high levels of stability, perception, observation, and mental performance. In physical education classes, the student learns rational and safe methods of life activity, rational actions, rules of personal and public hygiene, hardening, etc., which positively affects mental development, the process of mental education, and intelligence. The modern Russian school does not provide all the necessary conditions that would allow it to become a place for the formation of the health of schoolchildren. It is necessary to continue physical education after school, to form among children and adolescents the skills and abilities of a healthy lifestyle, a conscious and responsible attitude to the preservation and promotion of health. The main task is to develop and consolidate a conscious attitude to health, personal and public safety among children and adolescents for the entire life cycle. The reasons for the increased attention to the health of students are the following: insufficient motor activity, low level of knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of motor activity, as well as insufficient awareness of the formation of a healthy lifestyle of adolescents.

The formation of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy lifestyle in the work of various activities, developing a program that includes appropriate measures to correct the functional state of employees of nervous and emotional labor, is currently one of the essential areas of occupational health. The study aims to assess the prevalence of behavioral risk factors for health disorders and the effectiveness of measures to correct overstrain in pedagogical and medical workers, depending on the personal level of anxiety. The researchers conducted comprehensive physiological and hygienic studies. We described behavioral risk factors, awareness of health-saving issues based on a questionnaire (346 teachers), a professional graphical assessment of the intensity of efforts. Psychophysical studies help to study the states of various functions of the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system, psychological testing, and general physical performance (GPP) according to the RWC170 test when evaluating the implemented model of motor activity and assess the effectiveness of relaxation in the shungite room. We performed static processing of the data obtained using statistical programs EpiInfo 3.5.2., Statistica 10, Microsoft Excel 2010 using adequate methods of statistical analysis. The study of the prevalence of the factors risky cheek of life for the health of teachers revealed insufficient physical activity (61.1% (95% CI 54.7-67.2)), inadequate sleep duration (46.1% (95% CI 40.0-52.4)), eating disorders (16.2% (95% CI 11.9-21.5)) tobacco smoking (15.8% (95% CI 11.5-20.9)). The developed and implemented regime, which increases the volume of motor activity to 8-9 hours a week instead of 3-4 hours, contributed to an increase in resistance to stress effects, a decrease in the percentage of identified teachers with a low level of physical fitness. A high degree of nervous and emotional tension in the work of general practitioners, the possibility of infection with COVID-19 leads to the formation of a high level of anxiety in a significant part (63.7-72.2%) of medical workers, which indicates the purposefulness of a psychological correction measure. The conducted production studies have shown the usefulness of using in programs for correcting the functional conformity of pedagogical and medical workers, an increase in motor activity using physical culture and sports, and relaxation in the shungite room.

A child, being in a stressful life situation, can break existing habits to a healthy lifestyle, which is manifested in behavior disorders; alcohol consumption; smoking; food excesses; sleep disorders. The frequent impact of stress and the lack of ability to cope with unpleasant situations is also a factor that hinders the health of school-age children. The ability to cope with stressful situations will help students avoid many troubles. Modern conditions of life and activity put forward increased requirements for adaptive mechanisms and the entire potential of the human body. A large number of anthropogenic and natural factors, which are intense stressors, cause various forms of maladaptation, neuropsychiatric and psychosomatic disorders. The impact of extreme circumstances on a person can be so strong that personal characteristics no longer play a decisive role in the development of stress disorder, which can develop in almost every healthy and emotionally stable person. Taking this into account, our research interests focused on the diagnosis of the frequency of experiencing and staying in states of psychological stress in children aged 10 – 16 years, as well as on determining the regularity of using the relaxation method, namely motor activity. The factors that provoke a state of emotional distress, shifts in mental health, scientists primarily include the features of disharmonious communication of a person with others and, above all, with the closest people – parents, relatives, friends. The aim of the study is to study the degree of ability to overcome stress by relaxation, namely motor activity in children aged 10-16 years.

Analysis of swimming programs used in higher education institutions shows that classes are usually built according to the traditional method with the parallel development of two similar in structure methods of rabbit on the chest and rabbit on the back. At the same time, the peculiarities of sex and age, interests, motives and needs of students, as well as individual features and tendencies to master a certain type of motor activity are not sufficiently taken into account. The positive effect of physical activity on physical fitness, health and psycho- emotional state has been studied. The importance of motivation for physical education classes and increase of motor activity is revealed. It was found that one of the valeological factors that contributes to the formation of the foundations of health and longevity of modern youth is physical activity; Excessive educational workload in higher education institutions has a negative impact on the process of students' recovery. In order to determine the level of physical health of student youth and motivation of physical education classes, a questionnaire and research were conducted according to the method of O. Pirogova. Harmonious development of personality provides adequate motor activity and cultural and aesthetic activities. Students of pedagogical specialties are not able to fully organize their motor activity. This is due to a fairly large mental load, low motivation to engage in physical education, non- adherence to a healthy lifestyle and insufficient efficiency of modern organization of physical education of students. One of the most common reasons is the deterioration of the diet, reduced efficiency of traditional preventive measures, reduced physical activity due to the rapid development of information and communication technologies.
