The aim of this research is from this research to find out 1) what kind of marketing institution plays a role in the marketing of broiler chickens in the partnership of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa and 2) price margins, profits, and marketing profits for broiler broiler at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Metro City. The research method used in the research is using quantitative descriptive method. The research sample is a partnership farmer of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, traders, and end consumers who buy chicken sourced from partnership farmers. Data analysis techniques used are analysis of price margins, profits, and profit share. The results of the research are three channels of marketing broiler broiler in Metro City, namely the first channel consists of breeders, collectors I, collectors’ II traders, collectors III, retailers and consumers. The second marketing channel is farmers, collectors I, collectors II, retailers, and consumers. The third marketing channel pattern is breeders, collectors, retailers, and consumers. The highest price margin is found in the pattern of the first third marketing channel, namely at the retail level, while the largest profit share is in the second channel pattern, that is, the collecting traders I. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the morphology and anatomy of ginger plants based on differences in altitude, and to make a booklet resulting from the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger for morphology and plant anatomy courses. This research method is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews, characterization techniques, document review, and questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with quantitative descriptive and descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of ginger based on differences in the height of the place. Ginger in Selupu Rejang District has a high stomata density. Ginger is more suitable for planting in the lowlands with high temperatures, low humidity. The compilation and manufacture of morphology and plant anatomy course booklets were declared valid with very decent qualifications with a percentage of 86.2%. Conclusion, there are differences in the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the ginger plant based on the height of the place, while the booklets that are made have proper and valid qualifications to be used as material for plant morphology and anatomy courses. Efficient marketing is characterized by low marketing margins and high farmer's share. This research was conducted to determine the condition and level of efficiency marketing channels Scad in Pengambengan Village during February-March 2020. The method used was descriptive qualitative method and quantitative descriptive by observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with fishermen, collectors, wholesalers and retailers. The Marketing margin analysis and farmer's share were used to determine level of efficiency marketing channel. The results of the analysis show that there were two patterns of marketing channels for Scadthat were caught by traditional fishermen in Pengambengan Village. Marketing channel pattern I was a two-level channel pattern, while marketing channel pattern II was a three-level channel pattern. The marketing margin value in the two-level channel pattern was Rp5.700/kg with a farmer's share of 71%. The marketing margin value in the three-level channel pattern was Rp9.700/kg with a farmer's share of 59%. The marketing efficiency value obtained in two-level marketing channel pattern was 6%, while in three-level channel marketing pattern the marketing efficiency value was 8%. Based on the values obtained, the marketing efficiency of two-level channel pattern was as efficient as the three-level channel pattern. Thus, the marketing of Scad that were caught by traditional fishermen in Pengambengan Village was classified as efficient marketing.

The purpose of research is to find out how the activity of early childhood in improving natural intelligence through the introduction of animals in Pelita Kindergarten Bandung and to find out how much improvement of natural intelligence through the introduction of animals. The research problem is how the introduction of animals made to the natural intelligence of early childhood in Pelita Kindergarten Bandung. The research method used is Classroom Action Research method. Subjects in this study were all children early childhood amounting to 26 children. The instruments used are observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive using percentage and qualitative. Data analysis uses data reduction, data model, and conclusion. The results showed that in cycle I, the average value obtained by children Developing Very Good of 17%. While in cycle II, the average result of children Developing Very Good increased to 65%. This shows that by using the introduction of animals, the early child's natural intelligence in Pelita Kindergarten Bandung increased by 48%.

he purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness utilization of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in improving employee discipline. This research method uses quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness utilization of of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in order to improve employee discipline based on indicators of target achievement, adaptability, and job satisfaction are in the good category. Meanwhile, based on indicators of responsibility are in the quite good category.

The purpose of this study is to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This research method using descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 31 students of class VIID SMP Negeri 13 Tegal. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This is evidenced by the data in the first cycle with an average value of 70.97 and those who completed 58.04% increased the average value of 81.23 and those who completed were 87.10% in the second cycle. This increase is also accompanied by changes in behavior, students are more active, and respect others in doing tasks.

The purpose of this study is to describe the results of the analysis of the ability to understand cognitive mathematics in the material "angles" when using video learning with an online system in class IV B SDN Pintukisi Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The writer acts as an instrument for collecting data. Data analysis techniques used are according to Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The research subjects used were grade IV B students in the 2019/2020 school year. The number of students is 20 people. The results showed how to understand mathematics in the angles material, 2 students got the highest grades and 12 students got grades less than KKM.The results revealed that the cognitive understanding ability of students in class IV B based on the first indicator can be categorized high, the second indicator is categorized high, and the third indicator can be said to be very low.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of classroom management on motivation to study economics at SMA Negeri 20 Palembang for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method used quantitative descriptive method. The sample in the research of class X amounted to 54 students. In collecting data the researchers used techniques of documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that the class management had a significant effect on the economic learning motivation received with a large effect from the class management of 31.97%, while the remaining 68.03% was influenced by other factors. Cognitive ability to recognize the concept of numbers is very important to be introduced early on, so children are accustomed to easily solving simple problems related to numbers. The problem found by researchers is that children have difficulty when asked to numerate objects, numerically order numbers, and connect images of objects with numbers according to the amount. In an effort to address this problem, the educator introduces new media, namely the number egg media made from used materials and designed as attractive as possible so that students were motivated to learn. This study aims to determine whether there is cognitive development in recognizing the concept of numbers 1-10 in children aged 3-4 years in the Playgroup Al-hikmah Kweden Karangrejo Ngasem District Kediri Regency between before and after the action. The research method used is classroom action research conducted in three cycles. This research involved subjects of 3-4 years old children totaling 18 students. The analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive technique by comparing learning completeness between the time before and after the action. The results obtained in the first cycle of 50%, and in the second cycle of 63.8%, while in the third cycle of 81.9%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that through the egg media numbers can develop cognitive abilities in recognizing the concept of numbers 1-10 in children aged 3-4 years.

Since the coronavirus pandemic hit Indonesia, tourists have become more careful when doing tourist activities. Natural or outdoor tourist destinations are assumed as safe and preferable destinations because they have the lowest risk of coronavirus transmission. One of the activities that can be done in natural or outdoor tourist destinations is camping. Using the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action) Model, this research was conducted to determine how much tourists are interested in camping, especially in South Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, as it has many natural tourist destinations with camping areas. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, frequency analysis techniques, and scoring analysis. Samples were taken using a stratified random sampling technique to 111 respondents. Respondents are tourists who know or have visited one of the three natural tourist destinations in South Bandung, used as samples, namely Mount Puntang, Ranca Upas, and Rancabali. The results show that tourists are quite interested in camping as an alternative tourism activity during the coronavirus pandemic. However, they have some limitations or prerequisites in visiting the camping area during these uncertain times.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture and competitive advantage on service and culinary companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is the quantitative descriptive method and using a questionnaire with 65 respondents who have businesses in the service and culinary fields. The data obtained were processed using multiple linear regression methods with SPSS 16.0 application. The results showed that the variables of work culture and competitive advantage had significant importance on the performance of culinary and service companies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
