Background: Uric acid is a disease that arises from excessive blood uric acid levels, which causes excessive blood uric acid levels, which is the production of more uric acid in the body from its disposal. There are several causes of gout, including changes in diet, consumption of drugs, and alcohol consumption. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide education to the community in Bercak Village and to check uric acid levels. Methods: Based on the team's observations on several residents in Bercak Village, it was found that most residents did not have sufficient knowledge about gout and did not carry out routine health checks. In order to increase awareness and understanding of residents about health care efforts, especially preventing gout, the team coordinated with the urban village to carry out community service activities in Bercak Village, Wonosamudro, Boyolali. Results: The target in implementing this program is all residents in the Bercak Village, Wonosamudro, Boyolali. Community service activities were carried out on March 13, 2021, attended by the village head and also village officials and babinsa. Conclusion: After carrying out the activity, it is hoped that the community can follow up on the results of the examination and improve the behavior of efforts to prevent gout.

In daily life, soap is one of the things that humans need to keep the body clean and the cleanliness of the surrounding environment. The high public interest in soap, especially dishwashing soap, opens up business opportunities to produce soap to meet community needs. Community empowerment, especially the PKK women's group to produce dishwashing soap, can be done because dishwashing soap is relatively easy to learn and produce. However, public knowledge about chemicals and the process of producing dish soap is still very minimal. This community service activity aims to provide insight into the home business opportunities and skills of making dish soap to PKK ladies. The group of partners in this activity is PKK women in Kutuwetan Village, Ponorogo Regency. This activity is expected to improve the community's welfare, especially in the economic field, and foster awareness and independence in entrepreneurship. The methods used in this community service activity include coordination with partners, counseling, and training in making liquid soap, evaluation, and follow-up. This community service activity is in the form of a dish soap product that has been put in packages and distributed to residents. In addition, the achievement of a group of partners who already have skills in making dish soap. ABSTRAKDalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sabun merupakan salah satu barang yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia baik untuk menjaga kebersihan badan maupun kebersihan lingkungan sekitar. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap sabun khususnya sabun cuci piring, menjadikan terbukanya peluang usaha untuk memproduksi sabun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut. Pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama kelompok ibu-ibu PKK untuk memproduksi sabun cuci piring bisa dilakukan karena pembuatan sabun cuci piring yang relatif mudah dipelajari dan diproduksi. Akan tetapi, pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahan kimia dan proses produksi sabun cuci piring masih sangat minim. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang peluang usaha rumahan dan keterampilan pembuatan sabun cuci piring pada ibu-ibu PKK. Kelompok mitra kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Kutuwetan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi serta menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian bagi masyarakat ini meliputi koordinasi dengan mitra, penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu berupa produk sabun cuci piring yang telah dimasukkan kemasan dan dibagikan pada warga sekitar. Selain itu, tercapainya kelompok mitra yang telah memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan sabun cuci piring.

The high prevalence of stunting has prompted the government to take preventive measures. One of them is the priority program for convergence to prevent stunting in villages through the Ministry of Village Regulation, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds 2020. This regulation was followed up by the formation of a Human Development Cadre (KPM) to carry out convergence activities for preventing stunting with 1 cadre of 1 village. The problem that occurs is the lack of provision for convergence activities for KPM. This community service activity aims to provide assistance to KPM in making proposals for convergence activities. This activity was carried out in Poso Pesisir District, Poso Regency in February 2020. The target audience was 13 KPM people and 13 village midwives. In this KPM mentoring activity, village cadres and midwives succeeded in making proposals for convergence activities to prevent stunting in the village. It is hoped that the village government will follow up the proposals for convergence activities to prevent stunting into village meetings and it is agreed to be budgeted for 2021.

Tujuan dan target dari BUMDes dapat dicapai jika dikelola dengan benar dan profesional karena dalam esensi BUMDes adalah hadir sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha kreatif dan UKM di desa. Atas dasar permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra maka program PKM ini perlu dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang berbagai peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan UKM di Era New Normal.dan tata Kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan ceramah. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan Tim PKM ini dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi telah mampu memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat di Desa Manjalling untuk melakukan variasi produk pada UKMnya terlebih lagi atas dukungan dari Kepala Desa Manjalling, para pelaku UKM, tokoh masayarakat dan pengurus BUMdes yang dijadikan sebagai sasaran kegiatan pengabdian pada Masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini juga dapat membantu bagi pengurus BUMdes mengetahui dan memahami tata kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum.   The goals and targets of BUMDes can be achieved if managed properly and professionally because in essence BUMDes is present as a solution for the community in developing creative businesses and SMEs in the village. The Village

The village is located in a coastal area so that residents do not have proper sanitation facilities. Many people use slung toilets that do not have a septic tank and can pollute water sources. The purpose of holding this community service activity is to increase knowledge and change the behavior of Bajo Indah villagers about disposing of feces not in place which can damage aesthetics and can be a source of disease. The activities carried out were socialization using the lecture method, as well as building a communal septic tank as a model for local villagers. Results obtained from this community service activity are that the residents have recognized the importance of disposing of feces properly. The residents were also very enthusiastic in constructing 1 unit of the communal septic tank as a pilot for 3 houses, and the location for the construction was done in Hamlet I, Bajo Indah Village. It is hoped that the village apparatus and the local government will provide alternatives in the follow-up to the construction of communal septic tanks to reduce the economic burden on the residents, and each resident can have a toilet that meets health requirements.

Abstract: This community service activity was carried out in RT 16 RW 6, Kembang KuningMulyo, Surabaya. This area is an urban village area with poor public facilities. The result of thesituation analysis in the area is that Balai RT 16 suffered some damage with conditions that wereunfit for use. One of them is that some of the room floors in Balai RT 16 are still in the form ofcracked and perforated cement floors. Then the solution offered based on priority problems andthe intensity of its use is the installation of advanced floor tiles in the inner room and terrace ofBalai RT 16. Implementation of floor tile installation is carried out by teams, RT managers, andresidents who have expertise in carpentry. Community service activities are fully supported by thecommunity as evidenced by the participation of residents in the installation of ceramics and theirunderstanding to help maintain the better condition of the Balai RT 16. Implementasi pemasangan ubin lantaidilakukan oleh tim, pengelola RT, dan warga yang memiliki keahlian dalam pertukangan.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat didukung penuh oleh masyarakat yang dibuktikan denganpartisipasi warga dalam pemasangan keramik dan pemahaman mereka untuk membantu menjagakondisi Balai RT 16 yang lebih baik. Penyebaran Covid-19 dinyatakan telah masuk ke Kota Bengkulu pada tanggal 31 Maret 2020. Sejak saat itu berbagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 dilakukan, diantaranya memperketat pengawasan orang luar masuk ke wilayah Bengkulu terutama yang berasal dari zona merah Covid-19 dan sebaliknya serta mengimbau masyarakat untuk menjaga jarak antara 1-1,5 meter jika berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Berdasarkan situasi tersebut, Lurah Kandang Limun ingin mengetahui bagaimana kondisi masyarakat di Kandang Limun dalam masa pandemi ini. Hal itu dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan Covid-19 serta merupakan dasar bagi Lurah untuk mengambil kebijakan-kebijakan untuk mencegah dan mengedukasi masyarakat sekitar kelurahan Kandang Limun. Oleh karena itu, kelurahan setempat meminta pendampingan dalam melakukan survey tentang kondisi masyarakat pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan perangkat Kelurahan Kandang Limun mampu melakukan survey secara mandiri dan menyajikan informasi hasil survey dengan baik dan benar. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diperoleh bahwa masa pandemi Covid-19 ini cukup mempengaruhi aktifitas warga RT 03 Kelurahan Kandang Limun. Serta Perangkat RT 03 dan Kelurahan Kandang Limun dapat menyajikan data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk grafis yang mudah dipahami oleh warga.COMMUNITY CONDITION SURVEY ASSISTANCE IN PANDEMIC COVID-19 AT RT 03 KELURAHAN KANDANG LIMUN KOTA BENGKULU. The spread of Covid-19 was declared to have entered Bengkulu City on March 31, 2020. Since then various efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 were carried out, including tightening the supervision of outsiders entering the Bengkulu area, especially those from the Covid-19 red zone and vice versa and appealing to community to maintain a distance of 1-1.5 meters when interacting with other people. Based on this situation, the Head of Kandang Limun Village wanted to know the condition of the people in Kandang Limun during this pandemic. This was done as an effort to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 and was the basis for the Village Head to take policies to prevent and educate the community around the Kandang Limun village. Therefore, the local urban village asked for assistance in conducting a survey about the condition of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic. Through this activity, it is hoped that the Kandang Limun sub-district apparatus will be able to carry out surveys independently and present survey information properly and correctly. Based on this community service activity, it was found that the Covid-19 pandemic had quite an impact on the activities of the residents of RT 03 Kandang Limun Village. As well as RT 03 and Kandang Limun sub-district devices, they can present the data obtained in graphic form that is easily understood by residents.

This Community Service Activity has been conducted in the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) Kemudo Makmur, Kemudo Village, and Klaten Regency. The purposes of these community service activities are to provide alternative solutions to the BUMDesa’s financial reporting problem and to enhance the awareness toward BUMDesa’s potential risks. “Aplikasi UKM“is offered as an alternative solution to the financial statement problems. Introducing the risks matrix that may provide simple information about the potential raised by BUMDes become the following activity in these community service activities. The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk.
