The characteristics of sustainable development of enterprises are made according to a typical set of components. However, the information component remains not covered, which should reflect information links that perform a supporting and unifying function. Particular relevance in this aspect is acquired in connection with the extensive digitalization of the activities of enterprises at the present stage.

The methodological substantiation of the specificity of modern processes of state development of Ukraine on its key meta-spaces is accomplished. The formalization of the interconnection and interdependence of spatial management of natural resource assets has been made on six planes: ideological; political; spiritual-moral and politico-ideological; institutional; value-ideological; the goal is conceptual.

The existing methods and approaches for analysing an organization’s personnel capacity have been considered, a retrospective review of the well-known classifications of Russian scientists has been carried out. The authors have studied the papers devoted to the practical aspects of assessing the personnel capacity of industrial enterprises in the context of a number of areas, including: personnel management, sustainable development management, increasing the competitiveness and market value of a company. A new approach to analysing personnel capacity has been proposed in the form of assessment of personnel security or the current level of personnel risks, which are, in turn, attributed to such components of personnel capacity as qualification / working experience, ability / speed of reproduction of labor resources.

This article provides information on the experimental effectiveness of the training process to 12-13 year-old handball players in their formed team-game specialization. Currently, the competition calendar has radically changed, it has become more dense and intense for teams of different levels and ages with high demands on the results of the competition. And this, in turn, creates difficulties in the training process of athletes, allowing an excessive intensification of training sessions, with all the ensuing consequences. We believe that in this situation, in order to improve the sports training of handball players, at the present stage, it is necessary to use other possible reserves, which suggest, against the background of general training processes, the restructuring of the existing ways of organizing game capabilities, including an earlier age-related team-game specialization of athletes, in which their role, as an individual sports and technical characteristic, will be especially effective in competitive manifestations.

Sport performs several functions in society: an educational, a social, a cultural as well as a recreational function. Nevertheless, sport is also a business: in economic terms, it is a rapidly growing area accounting for 3% of world trade and is one of the sectors most likely to generate new employment in the near future (Colucci & Hendrickx, 2014). For that reason, at the present stage of sustainable development of sports in Europe in general and in Republic of Latvia in particular, there is a growing need for a clear regulation of the employment relations of professional athletes and transparency of taxation in the sports industry. Taking these considerations into accounts, aim of the research paper is to assess the theoretical and practical issues related to employment relationships and taxation in Latvian sports from the sustainable development perspective. The methodological basis of the research consists of general scientific and special legal research methods.

At the present stage of development of science and practice of audit, its theory is presented in fragments. In the period before the emergence of mass public discontent with the work of auditors (which was a consequence of the collapse of Enron, WorldCom, Parmalat and other institutions), the main efforts of scientists were aimed at substantiating the needs of audit, its methods, principles, concepts, and postulates. Today, the need to concentrate efforts on the search for a qualitatively new, ideological level of audit theory is obvious. The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of the classical core of audit theory, as well as to substantiate the need to expand the content of audit theory by borrowing provisions from other modern general economic and accounting theories. The authors have established the weaknesses of the theories (concepts) of audit, among them: a contradictory, non-systemic explanation of the nature of audit; limitation of scientific borrowings from other economic and accounting theories; weak connection with the development of social and economic theories. The necessity for the formation of the classical core of the audit theory was substantiated; its essence and significance for the development of audit science were revealed. The logic of the determination of concepts and the classification of individual theoretical contributions to the classical core of the audit theory was put in order. A structural model of the development of science and practice of audit was proposed. The necessity of basic ideological and general economic borrowings to the audit theory was substantiated, among them: institutional and behavioral doctrines; concepts of sustainable development and digital economy; modern management theories (integral ideological structure). Based on the trends in the development of the digital economy, the emergence of the specialization of an IT auditor was predicted, whose task will be to assess the effectiveness of setting up digitalization processes to objectively reflect the effectiveness of business.

Currently, at the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK), the Department of Economics is conducting a multifactorial and multifaceted scientific and practical study of the influence, relationships and dependence of the development of socio-economic policy in Russia and the complex of property relations. The study is carried out in several stages. At present, the “green” part of the study is being actively pursued: environmental factors, “green” growth and modern problems of sustainable development of the natural potential of Russia are being studied. The work is carried out on the basis of open information (regulations, publications, Internet resources, own research). Environmental components at the present stage have a significant impact on the economic, social and territorial policy of Russia, on the one hand. On the other hand, the Russian Federation itself is a large territorial, human, natural resource and industrial element of the planet Earth. Therefore, the material for research is rich, multifaceted, interesting and constantly updated with new directions.

At the present stage of the transition to sustainable development, when the share of a green economy in technologically advanced countries reaches one third of GDP, overcoming the structural crisis of the Russia is inseparable from reducing the technological gap and structural imbalances in the economy. These imbalances alienate Russia from ecologically and technologically advanced countries. Therefore, it is highly relevant to develop a methodology for assessing the structural convergence of the economy in the context of the transition to sustainable development, accompanied in developed countries by a new type of structural shift caused by the expansion of convergent technologies, the emergence of new principles of sectoral genesis and the formation of a green economy. The deepening of the divergent nature of Russian economy development was the result of a series of negative structural shifts that consolidated the dominance of extractive and resource-intensive industries, which threaten the final loss of technological identity, consolidation of the recessive trend and a lag in the transition to sustainable development. Therefore, today it is extremely important to formulate a methodology for assessing the structural convergence of Russian economy with technological and ecologically advanced countries, taking into account both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
