Siti Hanila, Nia Indriasari; The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of completeness of products and services have an effect on buying decision in shopping at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. The population in this study is all consumers who happened to visit and buy in Zan Mart. Sampling using random sampling technique that amounted to 100 people. From the calculation results simultaneously obtained Fcount of 48.499 while Ftable 3.09 Ho thus rejected and Ha accepted simultaneous means of completeness of products and services have a significant effect on buying decision at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Partially obtained by tcount X1 = 13,9481 and tcount X2 = 7,8455 and ttable 1,98 means Ho is rejected, so partially completeness of product and service have significant effect to buying decision. The conclusion of the research results that there is influence of completeness of products and services to the decision to buy at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Effect simultaneously equal to 51,2% and partially influence of variable X1 = 66,5% and variable X2 = 38,6%. Suggestions that can be given is the Zan Mart should pay attention to the completeness of the product and offered so that consumers will feel satisfied. Regarding the service, should be more attention especially the element of speed, accuracy, security, friendliness, and comfort because service variables have a big enough influence in the decision to buy on Zan MartKey Words: Completeness Of Product, Service And Buying Decision.

This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

This research objective to find out the impact of motivation and compensation through teachers performance Vocational High School in Bangil district. Collecting data technique used questionnaire and distributed to respondent. Sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Sample for every school are 3 teachers from each major. Totally sample 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used pearson product moment. Analisis technique to answer the research questions are inferential statistic multiple linier regression. Research results showed motivation and compensation have an impact through teachers performance Vocational High School in Bangil District.

The research objective is to determine the factors related to Posyandu cadres Activeness in Puskesmas Kutabaro working areas of Aceh Besar Districts in 2014. This study is analytical descriptive using cross-sectional design. The population is all cadres of Posyandu which the total amounts are 261 people. The samples in this study are 72 people by using proportional sampling technique followed by random sampling by drawing. The study was conducted on February, 6th-27th 2014 at Puskesmas Kuta Baro. The research results mention that by using statistic test result that there is no relation to the community support, no relation to the appreciation, no relation to the training, and no relation with the facilities, against the Activeness of the Posyandu cadres. The research are no relations among the community support, training and the facility available to Activeness of the Posyandu cadres the support, but there is a relation between the appreciation and Activeness of the Posyandu cadres. Keywords:Community Support, Facilities, Activeness, Training, Appreciation

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan terhadap Penggunaan e-filing dan dampaknya terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain descrptive.Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Subyek penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak individu yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Gambir Tiga. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 390 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur  dengan dibantu menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.0 Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Persepsi Kegunaan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap penggunaan e-filing, Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan e-filing, Penggunaan e-filing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib, Persepsi Kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kepatuhan wajib, Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. This research aims to examine the Effect of Perceived usefulness, Perceived  Ease of Use  e-filing and its impact on Taxpayer Compliance. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive design. The data were collected using a random sampling technique. The data used are the primary data obtained by using the questionnaire. The subjects of this study are individual taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Gambir Tiga. The sample used in this study is as much as 390 respondents. The procedure of analyisis used is Path Analysis and the calculation is done using SPSS 22. The research results show all  hypotheses are accepted. Perceived usefulness has positive and significant effect on the use of e-filing. Perceived ease of use has positive and significant effect on the use of e-filing, Perceived usefulness has positive and significant effect on tax compliance. This study aims to determine the perceptions of class XII students towards volleyball learning. To find out students' perceptions, the researchers conducted indicators, such as internal factors including attention, mood, experience and memory, while external factors included the uniqueness and contrast of the stimulus, the size and placement of objects or stimuli, motion or movement. The research method uses a survey method using a questionnaire. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population used was the entire class XII. The sampling technique used was the Cluster Random Sampling Technique, Specification Probability Sampling. The sample in this study is one class of five classes. The instrument used in this study used a questionnaire. The score used is the Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the perceptions of class XII students towards volleyball learning at SMK Sunan Gunung Jati Karawang are in the "very good" category with a percentage of 13.3%, in the "good" category with a percentage of 37.7%, in the "enough" category with a percentage of 35.7%, in the "very sufficient" category with a percentage of 13.3%. The conclusion from the research results of students' perceptions of class XII on volleyball learning at SMK Sunan Gunung Jati Karawang which was obtained using a questionnaire with a percentage of 37.7% being in the "good" category. in the "very sufficient" category with a percentage of 13.3%. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Pendekar Bodoh (Dcost). The method used is a quantitative method. The population is employees of PT. The Stupid Swordsman (Dcost) totaling 125 people and the sample taken as many as 95 people using the "Simple Random Sampling" technique. The regression equation obtained is Y = 20.60 + 0.60 X. Based on hypothesis testing, it is obtained that t count is 5.641 > 1.986, which is greater than t_table which is 1.986. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pendekar Bodoh (Dcost). Based on the calculation, the correlation coefficient value is 0.5, which means that there is a positive and quite strong correlation between work discipline and employee performance. Based on the calculation results, the coefficient of determination (KD) value is 25.5%, this means that employee performance is influenced by work discipline by 25.5% while the remaining 74.5% employee performance is influenced by other factors that have not been studied.

Interest in learning is an encouragement that students have to carry out learning activities in order to achieve goals in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant and partially simultaneous influence between the use of gadgets and the environment of peers on the learning interest of Grade VII students in Social Sciences subjects at SMP Negeri 17 Malang. this type of research uses ex post facto research using multiple linear regression. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 17 Malang with a population of 268 students and a sample of 54 students. proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the calculation results, it is known that: 1) there is an influence of the use of gadgets and peers' environment on the learning interests of Grade VII students in Social Sciences subjects at SMP Negeri 17 Malang; 17 Malang, 3) there is an influence of peers 'environment in class VII students' social studies interest in Social Sciences at SMP Negeri 17 Malang.

The Relationship

This study aims to analyze the relationship between moral intelligence and courtesy attitudes of high-grade students of SDN cluster I, Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research. The research method used is correlation. The population in this study were high-grade students consisting of grades 4 and 5 of the Elementary School Cluster I of Bengkulu City, totaling 350 students consisting of 3 elementary schools, namely SDN 1, SDN 6, and SDN 7. The sample in this study used the simple random sampling technique. , the sample in this study amounted to 35 respondents who were drawn proportionally. The instruments and data collection techniques used in the study were a questionnaire consisting of a moral intelligence questionnaire and a courtesy questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation formula and the t test. The calculation results obtained rcount value of 0.562, greater than rtabel 0.334 with a significant level of tcount 3.892, and the contribution of moral intelligence by 32% to the polite attitudes of high class students of SDN cluster I Bengkulu City. Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between moral intelligence and courtesy attitudes of high-grade students of SDN cluster I Bengkulu City.

This study aims to analyze the psychomotor skills of Pharmacy students in using a microscope. This research is an observational study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all active students of Pharmacy of Imelda Medan University. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out by means of descriptive analysis, namely to get an overview of the distribution of research results for each variable categorically with descriptive percentages. The results showed that on average, UIM Pharmacy students were skilled in using a microscope. The highest percentage of the assessed aspects is in the aspect of turning on and off the microscope with a skilled presentation of 64.10%. While the lowest presentation is in the aspect of holding glass objects, with the percentage of unskilled at 25, 64% and less skilled at 28,21%.

This research aimed to find out the development of the Faculty of Education (FIP) Library in the State University of Jakarta ( UNJ) in terms of the role of the Faculty Library in supporting the learning activities at the Faculty of Education, efforts done to develop the Faculty Library, the application of information technology and the students’ participation. To meet its purposes this research was conducted at the Faculty of Education (FIP) of the UNJ within 4 months with the samples covering 120 respondents selected from FIP students by random sampling technique. Research results showed that the FIP Library has not been managed properly. Although the Library facilities are quite complete, they are not well benefitted, the information technology is not much used to develop the Library and the students’ participation is seemingly low. The research provides a number of suggestions to develop the FIPLibrary.
