Educational technology as applied science that changes the definition over time makes the study area and contribution of Educational Technology in the education system at Indonesia also changed. This study is to identify the implementation of Educational Technology areas that have been applied in school institutions at elementary school, so in the future undergraduate researchers can do further research. This study is a descriptive research and has a survey method. The purpose of this study is identifying the implementation of Educational Technology areas that have been applied in elementary school institutions consisting of the area of creating, using, managing and evaluation. This study conducted at SDN Tegal Alur 09 From August to October 2017. To collect the data, this study used a questionnaire sheet, an interview sheet, and documentation. The result of this study has two types data, first, in quantitave data all of Educational Technology areas have been applied in school institution, but only three areas, which get a very good score, meanwhile creating the area get a low score. Second, in descriptive analysis data, there are some indicators of creating the area that haven’t been applied yet, but on the other hand, some indicators in all of areas that have been applied still in the simple and restricted form. Based on the result, educational technology as the study and ethical practice to facilitate learning needs to be introduced closer to the school institutions, because school institution still doesn’t know the existence of educational technology and its areas.   References Arikunto, S. Abstract Naming can sometimes be associated with particular situations or someone’s birth. This study intends to find out the association between Datooga names and socio-cultural backgrounds. The study employs a qualitative research approach, in which case the collected data was subjected to descriptive analysis. Data have been collected from Datooga speaking students studying at the Dar es Salaam University College of Education, through Interviews and Questionnaire. The analysis is based on the Kripke’s three arguments in naming as described by Speaks (2007). The theory explains how naming is achieved with reference to the modal argument, the semantic argument and the epistemic argument. The findings of the study have revealed that in the Datooga society, naming is associated with different phenomena particularly time of birth and prevailing situations, traditions, norms and customs.

Tape ketan (fermented glutinous rice) and tape singkong (fermented cassava) are traditional Indonesian foods produced by fermenting carbohydrate sources using ragi as starter culture. Those products known to contain high number of lactic acid bacteria (LAB). The purpose of the study was to evaluate the sensory characteristics of tape ketan and tape singkong from different household industry in Bogor, to identify the sensory profile, and to evaluate the correlation between LAB density and sensory attribute. The research was started by survey to household tape industries, followed by sensory analysis of rating hedonic and Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA), and LAB analysis. Data analysis of rating hedonic was done by ANOVA and post-hoc Duncan test, while data analysis of QDA was done by Principle Component Analysis (PCA). Samples of tape ketan were taken from two different home industries (BK and LK), while samples of tape singkong were taken from four different home industries (CT, NG, SH, TS). Hedonic rating test showed that the most preferred sample overall was tape ketan BK and tape singkong CT. QDA results showed that tape ketan BK was characterized by its sweetness, rice-like aroma, rice-like taste, and texture, while tape ketan LK was characterized by alcoholic aroma, alcoholic taste, sourness, and color. Tape singkong NG were characterized by sour aroma, alcoholic aroma, alcoholic taste, and color. Specific characteristic of tape singkong CT was bitterness and bitter aftertaste, SH was sweetness, and TS was texture. LAB of tape ketan BK (8,5 log cfu/g) was higher than LK (7,9 log cfu/g). Tape singkong with highest density of LAB was TS (8,1 log cfu/g), followed by CT (7,2 log cfu/g), NG (7,0 log cfu/g), and SH (6,5 log cfu/g). There was no correlation between the density of LAB and descriptive score of sourness, alcoholic taste, and sweetness.

This study proposes and tests a multilevel mediation framework to explicate the processes that link servant leadership to frontline employees’ service performance at both the employee and the branch levels of analysis. Data were obtained from 58 branch managers and 324 branch frontline employees of a chain restaurant in Taiwan. The results of hierarchical linear modelling indicate that two factors, concern climate and work engagement, mediate the relationship between branch managers’ servant leadership and frontline employees’ service performance; and that work engagement mediates the relationship between concern climate and such service performance. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are considered, along with future research directions and the study’s limitations.
