The research objectives are: to determine the factors that affect debtor compliance in credit settlement at PT. Mandala Mtufinancial, Tbk Cab. Tilamuta. This type of research used in this research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Researcher's descriptive approach wants to describe or describe the facts or circumstances or symptoms that appear in PT. Mandala Multifinance, Tbk Cab.Tilamuta. The results of this study are that natural factors that hinder debt repayment are crop failure for farmers and business instability by Civil Servants (PNS) because at this time they are still in the process of monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic. The consumer character that appears because the attitude and service of the company are not in accordance with the initial promise that the creditor has conveyed to the debtor. At maturity, the creditor provides a grace period of 3 days even up to 1 week when due, although the creditor has been given a grace period, unlike providing relief because the intervals of one day at maturity have been contacted directly by the company. The settlement taken by the company or the debtor in the process of handling credit is in the form ofRescheduling, Reconditioning and Restructuring.

This study was conducted aiming at examining: (1) the divergent principles of politeness in students’ directive speech act (2) factors affecting politeness and impoliteness in verbal and non-verbal directive speech act produced by students at grade X in Senior High School 1 Mataram in the learning process. The subject of this study are teachers teaching Bahasa Indonesia, English, Economy, History, Math, Religion, Civic, and Science, and all students at Grade X of Science 1, Science 3 and Social 2 in Senior High School 1 Mataram. This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The data source in this study is the number of utterances produced by students and teachers in the learning process. The data were collected through observation. This study revealed that: (1) there were divergent principles of politeness in participants’ directive speech act namely single and multiple divergent principles of politeness affected by speaker intentionally accused addressees, intentionally uttered by neglecting the context, was protective to other arguments, showed emotional feeling, given critiques in impolite words and mocked at other; and (2) there were factors affecting politeness and impoliteness in verbal and non-verbal directive speech act produced by students in learning process namely linguistic factor and non-linguistic factor.

Over the last two decades, Taiwan has experienced a surge in immigration due to marriage. With the growth in the incidence of international marriages, the number of immigrant children in Taiwan has sharply increased. Career development is an important factor worldwide and is thus an important issue for immigrant children in Taiwan. Many factors influence the choices of new immigrant children for their career development. The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing the career development of new immigrant children. The research was conducted using the qualitative research method, and data were collected from 30 participants who were new-immigrant-children university students. After analyzing the interviews of the participants, the results were analyzed. Further, on the basis of analysis of previous literature and interviews, recommendations were made for the career development of new immigrant children, such as strengthen the attainment of and respect for multi-culturalism through School, family, and social systems.

Kebersihan merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting untuk menjadikan negara Malaysia setaraf dengan negara maju. Selain daripada komuniti, penjawat awam juga dilihat mempunyai peranan yang besar untuk memelihara kebersihan persekitaran di tempat kerja melalui penjimatan perbelanjaan bagi urus tadbir negara. Oleh itu, kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk mengenal pasti tujuh faktor kontekstual yang mempengaruhi amalan kitar semula dalam kalangan penjawat awam di negeri Melaka. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui soal selidik manakala data kualitatif adalah melalui temu bual bagi menyokong data kuantitatif. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah pensampelan bertujuan ke atas 365 orang penjawat awam kerajaan negeri Melaka. Dapatan kajian kuantitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan perisian SPSS 20. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan faktor kontekstual pengetahuan terhadap amalan kitar semula dalam kalangan penjawat awam kerajaan negeri Melaka adalah tinggi (M=4.41; SP=0.65) diikuti dengan menjaga alam sekitar (M=4.29; SP=0.66), pengasingan sisa pepejal (M=3.75; SP=0.69), kempen kitar semula (M=3.71; SP=0.70), menjana pendapatan sampingan (M=3.59; SP=0.70), pengaruh sosial (M=3.50; SP=0.67) manakala faktor kontekstual kemudahan kitar semula (M=3.35; SP=0.91) adalah yang paling rendah. Penemuan hasil kajian ini dapat membantu organisasi dan jabatan untuk mempelbagaikan promosi, kempen dan aktiviti kitar semula bagi mendorong penjawat awam mengamalkan kitar semula dalam konteks yang lebih luas lagi. Abstract-- PT Toyonaga Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive field, the importance of purchasing activities as the main support in the process production and as revenue company , it is very necessary for  system that is mutually integrated computerized between one part and another. PT Toyonaga Indonesia has no system that can integrate between parts to facilitate internal control of the company. This study using method a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, which developing system design using a system development, system structured cycle due to SDLC is a recognized method and is used a lot of system development, steps structured and practical, tools from SDLC using more diagrams so easy to understand, the stages are related to each other. The results show that the system has been running well in PT Toyonaga Indonesia, but the system has not run effectively and efficiently so it is designed with an application system called Entrepreneurial Purchasing System to facilitate the company's business processes, especially in the field of credit purchases.   Keywords-- System Information Accounting In Purchase Credit   Abstrak--PT Toyonaga Indonesia adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang otomotif, karena begitu pentingnya kegiatan pembelian sebagai penunjang utama dalam proses produksi dan perolehan profit perusahaan maka sangat dibutuhkannya sistem yang saling terintegrasi secara komputerisasi antara satu bagian dengan bagian lain. PT Toyonaga Indonesia belum terdapat sistem yang dapat berintegrasi antar bagian untuk memudahkan pengendalian internal perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu dengan mengembangkan perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan sistem tersturktur System Development Life Cycle karena SDLC merupakan metode yang diakui dan digunakan banyak pengembangan sistem, alur tahapannya terstruktur dan praktis, tools alat-alat dari SDLC menggunakan diagram yang lebih mudah dimengerti, tahapannnya terkait satu sama lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem yang berjalan pada PT Toyonaga Indonesia sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun sistem belum berjalan secara efektif dan efisien maka dirancang dengan sistem aplikasi dengan nama Purchasing Entris System agar memudahkan proses bisnis perusahaan khususnya dalam bidang pembelian kredit.   Kata Kunci--Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pembelian Kredit

Abstract: The technical instruction number: 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 dated on 1-02-2019 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration Program Based on the Community Participation (Juknis PTSL-PM) enables the presence of community involvement as the manifestation of Article 42 paragraph (1) of the Regulation of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Ka.BPN Number 6 of 2018. The practice can be found in Bojonegoro District which has started the PTSL–PM program before the issue of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM so that it causes issues related to the compatibility of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM implementation with the participative mechanism occurred in Bojonegoro District. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the implementation of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM. This research used qualitative research method through descriptive approach. The result of the research found that from 97 description of the activities as the comparison instrument, 48 activities were not appropriate, while 42 activities were appropriate (the activities type contains participation which is not regulated in the technical instruction of PTSL-PM) and 7 activities have not been studied so that those were not included in the research object. The components related to the working map, land data collection formation basic, and measurement method used were the components which affect the implementation of technical instruction of PTSL-PM the most. Land office of Bojonegoro District cannot perform the technical instruction of PTSL-PM fully since the participation method uniformity is not possible considering the community characteristic, human resource, and facilities-infrasturure which are different in each region.Keywords: PTSL, Community’s Participation, Technical Instruction Intisari: Petunjuk Teknis Nomor 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 tentang Kegiatan PTSL Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat (Juknis PTSL-PM) memungkinkan adanya keterlibatan dari masyarakat sebagai perwujudan dari Pasal 42 ayat (1) Permen ATR/Ka.BPN Nomor 6 Tahun 2018. Praktiknya di Kabupaten Bojonegoro telah memulai program PTSL-PM sebelum diterbitkannya Juknis PTSL-PM sehingga menimbulkan persoalan terkait kesesuaian pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM dengan mekanisme partisipatif yang telah terjadi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 97 uraian kegiatan sebagai instrumen pembanding, 48 kegiatan tidak sesuai, 42 kegiatan sesuai atau dapat disesuaikan (jenis kegiatan bersifat partisipasi namun tidak diatur dalam Juknis PTSL-PM) dan 7 kegiatan belum diteliti sehingga bukan merupakan objek penelitian. Komponen yang berkaitan dengan peta kerja, dasar pembentukan pengumpul data pertanahan dan metode pengukuran yang digunakan merupakan komponen yang paling mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bojonegoro tidak dapat melaksanakan secara penuh Juknis PTSL-PM karena keseragaman metode partisipasi tidak dimungkinkan mengingat karakteristik masyarakat, sumberdaya manusia dan sarana prasarana memiliki perbedaan di setiap daerah.Kata Kunci: PTSL, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Petunjuk Teknis

This study examines factors affecting the interest of state civil servants to undertake whistle-blowing action on local governments of Papua Province. The population in this study is the State Civil Servants (ASN) on local governments of Papua Province, with 120 number of people as sample in this research. Multiple regression analysis techniques is used to analysis, discuss and testing the hypothesis from the data collection. This research find that variabel of organization commitment has a significant and negative effect on the interest of state civil servants to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Thus it can be explained that, in high and low commitment of organzation environment which dominated by employees at SKPDs in government of Jayapura city that have lowered interest to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Then, varibale of Attitude has a significant effect on the Interest of Whistle Blowing action, which the attitude of the existing employees will increase the interest to Blow the Whistle at the SKPDs’ employees in the government of Jayapura city. Similarly, Personal Cost variabel has a significant affect on the interest of state civil servants to attempt a Whistle Blowing action, it can be seen that when there is a sufficient personal cost in the employees of SKPD in the government of Jayapura city, it will increase the interest in Blowing the Whistle. While, the degree of seriousness also has a significant influence on the employees to attempt a Whistle Blowing interest. This means that the increasing interest in Blowing Whistle among employees are required to enhance the degree of seriousness in conducting Interest of Blowing a Whistle at SKPD in the government of Jayapura city.

ABSTRACT This paper tries to explain and describe the position of UMKM in the Kepuh, Boyolangu Village, Banyuwangi, as an effort to reduce the unemployment rate, especially in the lower middle class and to see how the strategy of the UMKM founders in maintaining their position in all conditions. So it is hoped that readers can find out and analyze UMKM within the scope of the region as an effort to minimize unemployment and increase living standards. This paper use qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Establishing UMKM is certainly not an easy thing, because the large number of workers does not guarantee UMKM, who is determined by the appropriate expertise and strategy. In addition, the Government has not been maximally perfect in overcoming problems and financial assistance for community UMKM which in reality is able to absorb many new workers, and has an impact on reducing the unemployment rate.

This argumentative paper presents a new perspective on Ibn-khaldun’s theory of social change in light of Covid-19. It argues that when examining the theory, it can be found that it makes an association between social change and natural factors, such as epidemics and human factors, such as government changes. The target theory which is explored in this study is the cyclical theory of Ibn-khaldun. This study adopts the former theory in order to analyze the effects of Covid-19 on the Arab-Islamic society, and how this theory was able to predict many of the current events and possible future events using social and historical approaches. The paper consists of four parts as follows: First, an overview of Ibn-khaldun’s theory of social change and its philosophy is provided. Second, the role of human factors in social change according to Ibn-khaldun is explored. Third, natural factors affecting social change according to Ibn-khaldun are discussed. Finally, the impact of Covid-19 on our way of life in relation to Ibn-khaldun’s theory of social change is examined.

Abstract The research aimed to determine the impact studied factors represented by (people’s activities, government activities, natural factors) on the deterioration of natural pastures in the Governorate of Al-Muthanna the point of view of agricultural employees in the governorate. The research included all agricultural employees with a preparatory scientific qualification in agriculture and above in the governorate their number is (94) employees. A questionnaire was prepared to collect the data necessary to achieve the objectives of the research. It consisted of two parts. The first part included the factors related to the employees, which are (term of service, academic achievement, participation in extension activities, job position and work location). The second part included a measure to identify the agricultural employees’ the point of view of on the factors affecting the deterioration of natural pastures. It consists of (46) section spread over (3) field covered by the research. The results showed that government activities have the most impact on the deterioration of natural pastures, it was found a statistically significant difference in the respondents’ point of view about the influence of the studied factors according to their personal characteristics. The researchers concluded the necessity of agricultural expansion in pasture lands and industrial investments, as well as the importance of personal factors in assigning employees who can work in the development of natural pastures, and the researchers recommend activating government laws for the protection of natural pastures to prevent abuses (people’s activities, government activities) that contributed greatly to the deterioration of vegetation cover in the research area and taking into account the factors studied in the selection of workers in the development of natural pastures in the research area.
