The Healthy Living Community Movement (Germas) is an effort to increase awareness, willingness and ability for everyone to live a healthy life in order to improve the health status of the community as high as possible. The purpose of this study was to conduct an analysis that influenced the Germas program to increase employee motivation at PT. Maruki international Indonesia Makassar. The research method is an analytic survey with a cross sectional study approach. The total population in this study were 241 employees and the sample size was 71 respondents. Collecting quantitative data using questionnaires and checklists, analyzed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results showed that the Physical Activity variable had a significant effect (p=0.012<a=0.05) on the increase in work motivation, the Nutrition Improvement Variable had a significant effect (0,=0.048 <0,=0.05) on the increase in work motivation, the detection variable Early childhood has a significant effect (p=0.008<a=0.05) on increasing work motivation It is recommended with the results of this study that the relevant government and company management can provide socialization in the application of the Healthy Living Community Movement (GERMAS) program, especially in the workplace, so that healthy workers' productivity increases

Perilaku Hidup  Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan cerminan pola hidup keluarga yang senantiasa memperhatikan dan menjaga kesehatan seluruh anggota keluarga. Semua perilaku kesehatan yang dilakukan atas kesadaran sehingga keluarga atau anggota keluarga dapat menolong dirinya sendiri dibidang kesehatan  dan dapat berperan aktif  dalam kegiatan-kegiatan dibidang kesehatan di masyarakat. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya perilaku hidup bersih sehat keluarga. Guna mencegah  penyakit menular dan tidak menular, setiap anggota rumah tangga perlu diberdayakan,dalam melaksanakan 10 (sepuluh) indikator PHBS Pelaksanaan PHBS Kabupaten Sangihe tahun 2017 50,40%. Di Kecamatan Tabukan Selatan Tengah 280 KK Keluarga yang di pantau ,yang ber PHBS 114 (40,2%). Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui  Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Keluarga dengan Perilaku Hidup Bersih Sehat. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan rancangan Cross sectional study. Hasil penelitian tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan penerapan Perilaku hidup Bersih Sehat diperoleh nilai P yaitu = 0,171 >ᾳ  0,05 dan ada hubungan antara sikap dengan penerapan Perilaku hidup Bersih Sehat nilai p value 0,03 < ᾳ (0.05). Disarankan agar setiap anggota keluarga termotivasi melaksanakan 10 indikator PHBS   Clean and Healty living behavior showed of fammily pattern live style in order to prevent infectious and non-communicable diseases, every member of the household needs to be empowered in implementing 10 (ten) indicators of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior. In 2017 the implementation in Sangihe District was 50.40%. The family monitored in Tabukan Selatan Tengah Subdistrict were 280 families, apply clean and healthy living behavior about 114 (40.2%). Method of those reaseach apply cross sectional study, design  and the result of the research show that was not a relationship between knowledge and clean healthy life behavior with p value 0.016 <ᾳ (0.05) and those was a relationship between attitude and clean healthy lifestyle, p value 0.03 <ᾳ (0.05). The member of fammily incentive to motivate ten (10) standards of Clean Healty living behavior.

Nursing as a science that continues to develop, both due to external pressure and because of internal pressure nursing. One of the problems faced by Indonesian nurses in the health service system is the low standard of reward which can have an impact on nurse performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of rewarding with work motivation of nurses in the Inpatient Room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency, with total sampling taking 48 respondents.This research is a quantitative study using an analytic observational design using a cross-sectional study approach. The results of bivariate fisher analysis showed that the value of the p-value was 0.028 p (<0.05). The value of 0.028 is below the alpha value (0.05), thus there is a relationship between giving rewards with work motivation of nurses.Then it was concluded that there was a relationship between rewarding and work motivation for honorary nurses in the inpatient room of H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Hospital in Bulukumba Regency. Based on the results of the study it is expected to the Hospital to provide more appropriate rewards or awards to improve better nursing services.

The performance of nurses in providing nursing services is an integral part of health care. The factors that affect the performance of nurses also play a role in the effectiveness of the application of patient safety in nursing care, including the motivation factors of nurses and the workload of nurses. Nurses work motivation will be able to influence the implementation of patient safety. The workload of nurses can also have an impact on the optimization of the provision of service care. The general objective in this study was to determine the determinants of nurse performance in the application of patient safety at the Imelda Worker Hospital of Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative study with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at Imelda Hospital Medan, totaling 217 people, with a total sample of 140 people according to the specified incusion criteria. Data analysis using frequency distribution and chi square test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an influence on the work motivation of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000 <0.05 and there was also an influence on the workload of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000. <0.05. In connection with efforts to improve the performance of nurses in the application of patient safety at the Indonesian Worker Imelda Hospital, it is necessary for the head of care to pay more attention to matters relating to providing motivation and rules regarding the workload of nurses so that nurses can maximize their performance.

Background: Advocates, being stressed out and depressed in the law profession due to unstable work pattern, work overload and lack in coping up skills. They thrive a lot to survive in the profession. In such circumstances, lawyers may lean on alcohol or tobacco. In view of above issues, one of the main objectives of the study is to evaluate the association between use of alcohol, tobacco, smoking and hypertension among practising advocates.Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in a sample of 300 practising advocates at Madurai district court for a period of 1 year by simple random sampling method. Data was collected using structured interview schedule and analysed using SPSS.Results: Around 263 (87.66%) study participants were non-smokers and 37 (12.33%) were tobacco smokers. Among the tobacco smokers, a majority of 24 (64.86%) were found to be hypertensives (p=0.002). In the current study among the alcohol consumers, a majority of 26 (55.32%) were hypertensives and among the non-consumers of alcohol, only 38.34% were hypertensives (p=0.044).Conclusions: Advocates being professionals are well educated, informative and aware of complications. Adoption of healthy life style practices, the prevalence of hypertension may be reduced among the advocate community. Life style modifications such as cessation of smoking, alcohol and tobacco should be adopted. Promotive activities like arrangement of health camps in the court, health education, counselling on self-care, stress bursting leisure time activities would reduce the dependency on tobacco and alcohol.

Introduction: Healthy life style and food safety are among the most crucial elements inpromoting community health. This cross-sectional study was conducted to assess the awarenessand attitudes of the students of Urmia University, Urmai, Iran, regarding health and food safety. Methods: The questionnaire used was designed in three parts (demographic, attitude, andawareness) and it was completed by 384 students. Data were analyzed using SPSS software.Results: Results showed that over 80% of the students had positive attitude towards health and foodsafety. In addition, almost 50% of the subjects had low awareness on the most appropriate plasticcontainers to keep food healthy. Findings indicated that there was a significant difference between thestudents' attitudes and their academic level (P = 0.008). No significant differences were found amongstudents' awareness and attitude considering gender and passing the food safety course. Cocnclusion: As the study findings revealed, training programs and workshops related to healthand food safety could be effective, specially for freshmen students.

Stroke is a condition where a part of the brain is suddenly disturbed which is caused by a lack of blood supply, which causes an inhibition of metabolic processes. As a result of a stroke affects the psychological function of the patient, so the patient feels his level of self-esteem decreases or is low. The role and support of families play an important role in the rehabilitation process to provide health services for stroke patients. The aim is to find out the relationship of family support with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in 2019. The design used a "cross sectional study" approach with a population of 2,690 people. Samples were stroke patients at RSU Royal Prima medan, as many as 25 respondents using accidental sampling techniques and questionnaires as research instruments. The test used is the chi-square test. The results of the study Based on the chi-square test found p value (<0.05) statistically shows that there is a relationship between family support and the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients specifically there is a relationship between informational support (p-value = 0.009), assessment support (p-value = 0.003), Instrumental support is obtained (p-value = 0.009), Emotional support (p-value = 0.004) with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients. This research shows that good family support will positively impact the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients.

Abstract: The number of boiler chicken farm located in the community felt starting to annoy people, especially the chicken farm located close to residential areas. Many people complained about the bad effects of the operations of the boiler chicken farm because there are many farmers who ignore the handling of waste of effort. The impact that can arise is the smell of chicken farms, the emergence of flies and fears spread of bird flu virus. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the sewage smell chicken farm on the incidence of psychosomatic symptoms in a residential community surrounding villages cage Sei Lembu Makmur 2014. The design of this study analytic observational, cross-sectional study approach. This research was conducted in the month of January to August 2014. The sample in this study that people around the cage which amounts to 43 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and a doctor's diagnosis. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis were processed using the computerized system and Lambda test. The results showed that respondents ammonia contaminated and uncontaminated 21 people 22 people (51.2 %), which has a disturbing perception as many as 23 people (53.5 %) and did not interfere with 20 people (46.5 %) and respondents who had psychosomatic disorders is 13 people (30.2 %) and not psychosomatic 30 people (69.8%) .Based Lambda test showed that there was no relationship between the concentration of ammonia with psychosomatic disorders in settlements around the cage Sei Lembu Makmur (p = 1.000> 0.05) and there was no relationship between perception and psychosomatic disorders in the settlements around the cage Sei Lembu Makmur (p = 0.462> 0.05). For the people around the cage explain to the public that air pollution by ammonia due to the smell of the chicken coop with the highest ammonia concentration of 3.32 ppm which means no influence posed to human health.

School age is the important period of human life and the quality have to be prepared well. The school age children is susceptible to malnutrition. Malnutrition among school age children will implicatethe children�s development and further potential development in that age. Food consumption levels and worm infection status are the two most affected factors to nutritional status of children school. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of energy, protein, fat and worm inflectional status to the nutritional status of SDN 01 Limpakuwus�s student in Sumbang, Banyumas. This research was cross sectional study approach,used purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria in 44 respondents. Analysis conducted by univariate, bivariate (Spearman rank) and multivariate (multiple logistic regression).Multivariate analysis showed the variables that influenced nutritional status is the level of fat consumption (p=0.022), and the variable did not affect the nutritional status are the level of energy consumption (p=0.999), protein consumption level (p=0.580), and worm infection status (p = 0.661). The suggestion is to get more food that can fulfil the energy, protein, fat needs and make the canteen in the school becomes a healthy canteen that serves healthy and nutritious meal.
