This study aims to describe the influence between the level of social bonding on child mischief on child clients in Probation Boards Class I Bandung. The type of research is descriptive to describe and explain the influence of social bonding level to child mischief on child client in Probation Boards Class I Bandung. The test is done by measuring the dimension of social bonding as stated by Hirschi, that is Attachment, Commitment, Involvment, and Belief. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study describes the influence of social bonding level on child mischief on child clients in Probation Boards. The sampling process of the researh was done by total sampling technique. After sampling, we get 501 Litmas documents of children. Data collection was done by several techniques, namely content analysis, and literature study. Management of data obtained from the content analysis, and literature study. Management of data obtained from the contents of litmas that have been inserted into the coding is done by using SPSS 20 program. Based on the results of research that has been done by the author for 3 weeks at Probation, that the level of social bonding on child clients in Probation is at a low level. So it can be concluded that social bonding affects children do misbehavior. Therefore, to create social bonding in children, it is necessary to improve the pattern ofcare in the family, and supervision both in school and community environment.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

ABSTRACTThisi study was aimed at to constructed the actual issues of national resilience ini thei developmenti of educational content of civici educationi as a description of knowledge about the actual issue of citizenship in the national resilience studies asi thei content of civici educationi in school.The research used qualitative descriptive approach. Abstract The article aims to analyze the conceptions conferred by the health professionals that compose the Expanded Nuclei of Family Health (NASF) on their work assignments. This is a qualitative research, in which was used, for the data collection, eight focus groups, with a total of 43 participants. The data were submitted to content analysis. The results outlined the following categories: integrating NASF work with the Family Health Teams (ESF); developing specialized care; promoting intersectionality; contributing to the promotion of teamwork in Primary Care (AB) and strengthening AB. The study indicates the importance of a better understanding of the functions of the NASF, so that it does not restrict the opportunity to perform specialized care in AB. It is pointed out, the need for adjustments in the work processes of the ESF, in order to enable the shared work in the AB.

This study's intended objective is to evaluate the effect of the work capability on the welfare of the apparatus and work facilities and its impact on the efficiency of the Mamuju police force in the province of West Sulawesi. This study uses a causal research design that illustrates a causal or causal association in the variables examined and used a quantitative approach. In this report, all the Mamuju Police staff, the West Sulawesi Province, were as many as 95. The sampling technique was a non?probability sampling process of systematic sampling, which implies that the samples were taken according to the order of the counted population members. Data collection was carried out by observation, distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. This review analyses and processes data with multiple linear regression using SPSS ver. 25. All the hypotheses suggested in this study are acceptable. The variables of the level of welfare and work facilities are critical variables that can influence staff's workability to enhance their performance. The story of welfare is necessary to inspire workers to function more efficiently; the more affluent the team, the more likely they are to increase their efficiency. Work facilities indicate that the types of facilities given by the company have facilitated an improvement in officers' efficiency, that the needs of the apparatus provide an appropriate standard of facilities, not just to facilitate their work, but also to promote satisfaction and ease of work.

This study was conducted to identify and describe the regulation making processes and the implementation of the policy by the Local Government of Katingan Regency in managing the tourism potential resources through the development planning of the regency programs. The descriptive method with qualitative approach was applied with the application of qualititative data collection techniques. Data were collected through observation, structured-in depth interviews, and literature study, with primary data collection techniques were interviews of 14 of the key informants and the document review. The participants were selected due to the purposive qualitative sampling technique. The research showed the existing condition of the tourism in Katingan Regency which include the descriptions of the potential resources and the descriptions of the policy procession making by Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Penelitian dan Pengembangan and the implementation of the regulation by Dinas Kebudayaan Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Katingan. The results of the research suggested that alternative regulation as an operational policy are needed to improve the development programs such as the management of resources policy and the sites management policy.

The research titled "strategy of subak community in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism (Case Study Subak Umadesa Lodtunduh Village, Ubud)", aims to understand subak strategy in reducing land alternation of ricefields due to tourism in Subak Umadesa, Lodtuduh Village, Ubud, Gianyar-Bali. This research uses SWOT analysis techniques, with data collection techniques of observation, in-depht interviews, literature study, and documentation. Moreover the technique of determining informants using purposive sampling technique, which determines the sample with a certain consideration which is deemed enable to provide the data to the maximum results in accordance with the criteria of the research objectives. The result of this research after conducting interviews and observations based on SWOT analysis matrix is creating agro-ecotourism activities. Forms and types of activities of agro-ecotourism that can be implemend in the territory of Subak Umadesa include: trekking, directly agricultural activities such as plowing, planting, harvesting, interaction with local people directly, etc. Hence the agricultural sector is not being marginalized by the development of activities in tourism sector.

This study aimed to determine the marketing activities of pilgrim package tour that have been performed by PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel, develop strategies and also marketing programs that can be implemented by the company. Data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis, analysis of the Likert scale and SWOT analysis approach. The results obtained there are four teen indicators of strengths, weaknesses of tree indicators, four indicators of opportunities and four indicators threats. Marketing strategies that can be implemented by the firm such as 1)create and develop a quality product, 2)provide rebates to customers who have used the services of PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel several times.The advice given are more active in the promotion by giving rebates, conduct marketing activities as E-commers, expand cooperation with business trips or individuals.

This study aims to 1) determine the values ​​of Aqidah Education in "Novel MARS How Meaningful a Mother in My Life" by Aishworo Ang. 2) find out the relevance of Aqidah Education Values ​​in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother is in My Life" by Aishworo Ang with current Islamic education. The research method used by the author is content analysis. This analysis is used by the writer to reveal, understand and capture literary works. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are literature study techniques or documentation by examining various writings related to the object of research. The collected data were then analyzed using the stages of data processing, categorization, and data interpretation. After analyzing the data, the authors obtained the following conclusions: 1) The values ​​of aqidah education in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" by Aishworo Ang includes: a) Illahiyat, (a matter of divinity such as about His Essence) b ) Nubuwat, (prophetic issues, scriptures, etc.) c) Ruhaniyat (unseen problems such as spirits, angels, jinn, etc.) d) Sam'iyyat, (problems that can be known through revelation, such as barzhakh , heaven, hell and others) 2) The Relevance of Aqidah Educational Values ​​in Aishworo Ang's Novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure is in My Life" with current Islamic education, which is in accordance with the aims of education aimed at improving the quality of Indonesian people, namely humans having faith and fearing God Almighty, this is in line with the contents of the story in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" which generally contains the values ​​of faith, including faith in Alla. h, faith in the book of Allah, faith in the Angel of God, faith in the Prophet, faith in the Last Day, and faith in the destiny of Allah.

Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.
