The tourism sector today still relies on the use of coastal areas as objects. There needs to be a tourist attraction so that it is more diverse. The tourism sector is also expected to encourage other sectors such as the plantation, agriculture, trade, and industrial sectors. While in the agricultural sector is agro-tourism. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development of agro-tourism objects, especially Agro-tourism in the Kacinambun Highlands, Puncak 2000, Siosar, Kacinambun Village, Tigapanah District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra. The focus of the research is the study of development factors with sub-focuses, namely: 1) attractiveness conditions, 2) accessibility conditions, 3) facilities and infrastructure conditions, 3) promotion conditions, and 4) visiting conditions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show, 1) the attraction is the beautiful nature offered by the charm and views of the community's plantations, 2) easy accessibility, positioning strategies, transportation networks are still minimal, 3) facilities and infrastructure are already supportive and available both complementary infrastructure, supporting infrastructure, and public infrastructure but not yet maximized. 4) tourism promotion utilizes social media, magazines, and daily newspapers to provide information to potential tourists, and 5) efforts to increase visits are carried out by developing attractions, facilities and also utilizing natural beauty such as community agricultural plants with multicultural types of plants to be shown to tourists.

Abstract - The tourism sector is the mainstay of the country's foreign exchange income. Thus an increase in attractions that can be visited by tourists is very necessary and sought. One effort is to conduct research that aims to determine natural factors, infrastructure factors, and Sapta Enchantment Tourism factors can play a positive role in the interest of tourist attraction to visit beach attractions, one of which is Goa Cemara beach tourism object in Sanden. The research method used was a quota incidental sampling random sampling technique from tourists visiting Goa Cemara beach attractions. The number of samples is 105 people. The method of data collection uses guided interview techniques, which uses interview guidelines compiled by researchers and tested to determine the reliability of the instrument. The method of data analysis uses percentage techniques. The conclusions of the study are as follows; (1) natural factors play a good role in increasing the interest or attractiveness of tourists to visit Goa Cemara beach tourism objects (77.4%), (2) infrastructure factors play a moderate role in increasing the interest or attraction to visit Goa Cemara beach attractions ( 51.6%), and (3) Sapta Pesona Wisata factor plays a good role in increasing the interest or attractiveness of tourists visiting Goa Cemara beach attractions (74.8%). It is suggested that there should be an effort to always improve and develop natural factors, infrastructure, and Sapta Tourism charm in order to increase the number of tourist visits in Goa Cemara beach attractions in order to increase the country's foreign exchange and the welfare of the community around the tourist attraction. Keywords: Natural attractions, infrastructure, Sapta Pesona Wisata and tourism objects. Abstrak - Sektor pariwisata merupakan sektor andalan pemasukan devisa negara. Dengan demikian peningkatan obyek wisata supaya dapat dikunjungi wisatawan sangat diperlukan dan diupayakan. Salah satu upaya adalah mengadakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor alam, faktor infrastruktur, dan faktor Sapta Pesona Wisata dapat berperan positif terhadap minat akan daya tarik wisatawan berkunjung ke obyek wisata pantai, salah satunya obyek wisata pantai Goa Cemara di Sanden. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik penentuan sampel secara quota insidental random sampling dari para wisatawan yang berkunjung ke obyek wisata pantai Goa Cemara. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara terpimpin, yakni menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang disusun peneliti dan diujicobakan untuk menentukan reliabilitas instrumen. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik prosentase. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ; (1) faktor alam berperan bagus dalam meningkatkan minat atau daya tarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke obyek wisata pantai Goa Cemara (77,4%), (2) faktor infrastruktur berperan sedang terhadap peningkatan minat atau daya tarik berkunjung ke obyek wisata pantai Goa Cemara (51,6%), dan (3) faktor Sapta Pesona Wisata berperan bagus dalam meningkatkan minat atau daya tarik wisatawan berkunjung ke obyek wisata pantai Goa Cemara (74,8%). Disarankan perlu ada upaya selalu meningkatkan dan mengembangkan faktor-faktor alam, infrastruktur, dan Sapta pesona Wisata guna meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisata di obyek wisata pantai Goa Cemara demi peningkatan devisa negara dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar obyek wisata. Kata kunci: Daya tarik alam, infrastruktur, Sapta Pesona Wisata dan obyek wisata.

Subak is one of the Balinese cultural heritages, which has been assigned as one of World Cultural Heritage sites by UNESCO. Participation and empowering for local community is very important to occur equalization welfare and suistainable tourism ongoing on Subak Lodtunduh development as a tourist attraction. This research is very important for analyzing the local community participation to tourist attraction development in Subak Lodtunduh focused on development position of Subak Lodtunduh and their local community participation in various aspects. In this research methods used is qualitative research method. Qualitative method is used to reveal the form of local community participation. Qualitative and quantitative data in this research derived from primary and secondary data. Those collected by observation and literature review technique. Primary data explored by indepth interview to several informants that determined by purpossive sampling, then data annalyzed qualitatively to be explained in descriptive method. The result of this research is the form of community participation is limited to external parties such as the opinion by Tosun (1999). There are no real forms of the draft plan or detailed spatial Lodtunduh Subak rice cultivation to be a tourist attraction. The government's role was limited to initiate the Subak Lodtunduh to be more productive in the tourism sector in line with the agricultural sector that has been cultivated local communities Lodtunduh Subak communities.   Keywords: Community Participation, Subak Lodtunduh, Tourist Attraction

Tourism in Indonesia has grown and developed into one of the country’s foreignexchange earnings. Seeing Bali’s potential from natural beauty, people’s hospitality, culturalarts and distinctive customs, making the tourism sector receive special and serious attentionfrom the local government of Bali Province. Serangan Village is a sub-district and sub-districtlocated in Wialyah, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali Province, Indonesia,which has considerable tourism potential, such as Bugis village, fishing village, turtle parkand temples. Based on the description above, the problem can be formulated as follows:how is the development of tourist villages in Serangan Village in improving the welfare ofthe surrounding community. In this study, the research method was carried out by libraryresearch by reading literature relating to the development of tourism objects, observationand field research, where research was carried out by visiting tourism objects in Seranganand interviewing communities around tourism objects in Serangan Village. The results ofthe study indicate that from the results of the research conducted it can be concluded that thedevelopment of Serangan village tourism can improve welfare and development which canbe seen from the economic side, it can be seen a number of positive examples of the impactof tourism development in Serangan village, including; the life of the village communitySerangan is becoming more advanced because access to urban areas is becoming increasinglysmooth. In addition to the development of Serangan island, there is financial inclusion asvillage treasury. The financial income mainly comes from the entrance ticket that is charged to everyone who enters Serangan island with a fare of Rp. 1,000, for motorbike riders andRp. 2000, - for motorists The entry from the entrance ticket is quite large, where the funds areused to support village development and the need for maintenance of worship facilities andinfrastructure in Serangan village

Creative industry has a big influence on the development of tourism destination. Developing a creative industry which is the part of the tourism industry is an assertion in the present. The synergy between the creative economy and the tourism sector is a potential economic development model to be developed in Indonesia, including the Province of Banten. Banten has the potential of tourism commodities such as wicker, a local wealth of Batik Banten, and Weaving Baduy. Banten Province also has 34 centers of small and medium industries including snack center, footwear, metal, bricks, and tile scattered in Serang, Pandeglang, and Lebak. The purpose of this study is to understand the main actor and driving factor of the development of creative industry, to construct the strategy of creative industry development in Banten Province, and to analyze the potential of creative industry development as a tourist attraction in Banten Province. The research method of the study is a literature review with descriptive and explorative approaches. This research found that to develop the creative economy as a driver of the tourism sector requires connectivity, by creating creative product outlets in strategic locations and close to tourist spots. These outlets can be counter or craft centers that can be packaged in tour packages.

This study, entitled The Tourism Potential of Sibolo Beach, Batu Islands, South Nias Regency to Increase Tourist Visits, discusses how the potential of Sibolo beach to attract tourist visits. Qualitative descriptive research method. The informants of this research are the people of Sibolo beach, tourists, and the staff of Pinnacles North Telo who are the managers of the Sibolo beach. The results show that Sibolo beach has sufficient potential to be visited by tourists but does not have complete facilities and infrastructure such as tourist information centers, money changers, souvenir shops or local craft centers and the lack of skilled human resources in the tourism sector. Promotions that have not been carried out optimally and only use a few promotional strategies and the incessant efforts made by the manager of the object and tourist attraction of Sibolo beach in increasing tourist visits.

Besakih Temple is the bigest temple in Bali located on the slopes of Mount Agung exactly in Besakih village, Rendang district, Karangasem regency. In addition to being a center of religious ceremonies at Besakih Temple there are also tourism activities. Mount Agung is the highest mountain in Bali and has several times the last eruption occurred in 2017. The researchs try to find the condition of tourism before and after the eruption of Mount Agung in the area of Besakih Temple. The research method used is qulalitative research with comparative data analysis techniques to analyze the condition of tourism before the eruption of Mount Agung and the implications of eruption Mount Agung for tourism activities in the area of Besakih Temple. The data sources, from primary data and secondary data. The concept used are concept of eruption, concept of cultural attraction, concept of the Besakih Temple as spiritual phenomenon, concept of operational, concept of the informal sector in tourism. The result of the research shows that the influence of Mount Agung eruption on tourism activity in area of Besakih Temple is viewed based on the level of tourist visit, the condition of tourist attraction, the comfort of the area, the cleanliness of the area, the operational and income of the local tour guide, the motorcycle drivers, artshop, kiosks, activity of informal tourism sector in the area of Besakih Temple. The area of Besakih Temple managers should synergize with the government and community to conduct recovery of tourism activities in the area of Besakih Temple. <p>Bintan Regency is one of the districts in the Riau Islands which relies on the tourism sector as the main sector. The geographical position close to Singapore is a force in capturing foreign tourists. This has resulted in an increase in the number of tourist visits, especially foreign tourists. Bintan Regency is rich in natural and cultural tourism but is still lacking for man-made tourism. Diversity of tourist attraction can be a reason for tourists to extend their length of stay. This raises opportunities to open a water park business. The purpose of this paper is to examine business feasibility by analyzing market aspects market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, management and organizational aspects, and financial aspects of the water park business. The research method used is descriptive research method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 222 respondents using convenience sampling, observation, and interview techniques. The analytical method carried out consists of several aspects, i.e. market and marketing aspects, technical aspects, management and organizational aspects, and financial aspects. Based on the results of the analysis of the four aspects, the water park business plan is feasible.</p><p><em><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak:</strong> Kabupaten Bintan adalah merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Kepulauan Riau yang mengandalkan sektor pariwisata sebagai sektor utama. Posisi geografis yang dekat dengan Singapura menjadi kekuatan dalam menjaring wisatawan mancanegara. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, khususnya wisatawan mancanegara. Kabupaten Bintan kaya akan wisata alam dan budaya namun masih kurang untuk wisata buatan. Keanekaragaman daya tarik wisata dapat menjadi alasan wisatawan untuk memperpanjang lama tinggalnya. Ini memunculkan peluang untuk membuka bisnis water park. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menguji kelayakan bisnis dengan menganalisis aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen dan organisasi, serta aspek finansial dari bisnis water park. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada 222 responden menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, observasi, dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang dilakukan terdiri dari beberapa aspek, yaitu aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen dan organisasi, dan aspek finansial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap keempat aspek maka rencana bisnis water park ini layak untuk dijalankan.</em></p>

The aim of this research is to determine the tourist perceptions and motivation that visit to Jembong tourist destination. This research was conducted at the Jembong tourist destination, Jembong District, Ambengan Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by distributed questionnaires to two hundred and twenty fivetourist that visiting Jembong tourist destination in Jembong district, Ambengan Village. A questionnaire consisted of twenty threestatements that refer to the theory of tourism development, which are tourist attraction, amenities, access and ancillary services and eighteen statements of tourist motivation that refer to the push and pull theory motivation. The potential tourist attraction in Jembong tourist destination are waterfall, trekking, and nature. The facilities are bathroom and change room, trash bin, restaurant, parking area, and gazebo. Local community who has an authority to make signboard and provided stairs and trail to facilitate tourists toward waterfall and trekking. Tourist information center made simultaneously with entrance ticket counter Jembong tourist destination. Promotion media at Jembong tourist destination are brochure, email and instagram. Maps of Jembong tourist destination is available in google maps therefore tourist easier toward Jembong tourist destination. The results of this research finding the higher of push motivation and pull motivation is related with beauty nature that suitable with the higher tourist perception to attraction are freshness air and beauty nature in Jembong tourist destination.

Community Empowerment in the Tourism Sector in Efforts Acceleration of Economic Recovery in Dambalo Village As an effort to grow the economy which is currently slumped as a result of the covid 19 pandemic. He people of Dambalo Village have various livelihoods from self-employed fishermen, farmers and some are civil servants and construction workers, all of which aim to help the family economy. and almost 60% are creative and micro business actors. Here fore, we are interested in providing creative ideas in the tourism sector, where in this village there is a pretty good tourist attraction to be developed, namely the Botudidingga tourism object, as for the tourism objects in this village that have existed since a few years ago which are located on the coast which has its own uniqueness, because to go to this place the tourists seem to go on a trip to the mountains, the vast expanse of sea surrounded by mangroves and has a courtyard to the middle of the sea makes Botudidingga tourism object the maldeves of North Gorontalo. To further beautify and attract tourists, the thematic village community service students create interesting photo spots with materials taken in the village of Dambalo itself

The objectives of this study were: a. Identifythe potential for ecotourism based on family medicinal plants (toga) that can be developed in Sambori Tribe b. Identify the right strategy for developingecotourism based on family medicinal plants (toga) in Sambori Tribe based on community and stakeholder perceptions. Research Methods:The research method used descriptive methods with survey and observation techniques. Data collection used purposive sampling, the data consisted of aspects of tourism products and markets, economic and business benefits from ecotourism activities and the socio-economic conditions of the community. Product aspects include the main potential of flora, namely toga plants, fauna, natural attractions and landscapes, amenities, accessibility and the socio-cultural life of the community. The market aspect consists of potential tourists in Sambori Tribe. Key informants (Stakeholders). In this study, thestrategy is not only subjective to the researcher, the researcher also involves the opinions of related experts to become respondents. Results and Discussion:  The results of the research that Sambori Tribe had a variety of toga plants with  the potential as a tourist attraction.Sambori Tribe has a diversity of flora and fauna potentials as well as a very suitable landscape potential as a tourist attraction. Conclusion: Sambor Tribe has the potential of flora and faund and the landscape.  The future strategy for developing ecotourism of Toga in Sambori Tribe includes optimizing the potential of toga plants in terms of cultivation, land management and processing potential of toga plants, developing high potential of biological natural resources, both flora and fauna, and natural panoramas
