Today, the problem of participation in various forms of joint ventures, which is an appropriate method of achieving competitive advantage through cooperation, is becoming relevant for the development of domestic enterprises. Solving problematic issues requires detailing the limitations of joint ventures and researching the areas of common interests of its subjects. The aim of the study is to develop an effective model of intensifying technology transfer in the form of joint ventures based on the interaction of partner entities. The spheres of independent interests of the subjects of joint venture are researched and determined, the factors of guaranteed result are determined. The basis for the analysis was the scientific studies of domestic and foreign scientists on this issue. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is a set of principles and methods of scientific research: the principle of systematization and theoretical generalization, methods of structural and functional analysis. The results of the study showed that the conflict of interests of the subjects of joint venture arises in situations where there is a tendency to integration and the subjects expect to get a certain guaranteed result. It has been proved that a necessary condition for ensuring mutually beneficial cooperation of individual joint ventures is the existence of a guarantee of useful results, and partnership within the joint venture is based on common interests and goals to be achieved in the results of activities and aimed at consolidating cooperation of individual participants through joint ventures. The implementation of the developed model of enterprise development based on the intensification of technology transfer, which describes the continuous changes in the process of functioning of the form of joint venture over time, can have a useful effect on its successful operation. The practical value of the model is that individual entities, regardless of their own economic policies and the nature of their interests, have a common area of compromise in which they can conduct joint ventures.

The authors considered anti-evolutionary, institutional, entrepreneurial and integration models of management systems in the context of studying the transformational cycle of economic processes development. This made it possible to prove that the effectiveness of the application of a specific approach to the organization of the structure of the management system depends on the degree of its implementation at a specific economic asset, and the transition to another structure is necessary in the case of the limitations of the existing one. It has been proven that one of the most promising mechanisms is the reengineering of business processes, which provides process orientation and an inductive approach to the use of modern information technologies, allowing flexible adaptation of the management system to changes in external and internal environments. The use of an object-oriented approach to the analysis, design and synthesis of applied software is proposed.  It will allow the use of an iterative method of project development, which increases the efficiency, quality and speed of performing all types of work, as well as the possibility of forming multi-option solutions for the development of production and economic systems.

Increasing the investment attractiveness of the cultural sphere of Ukraine is possible only with the introduction of modern tools and mechanisms to attract resources that have become widespread in the world and have proven their effectiveness. The model of public financing of culture is formed in each country on the basis of a choice of methods, forms and mechanisms of financial policy. Its formation is greatly influenced by such factors as traditional national cultural preferences, as well as the development of philanthropy, sponsorship and philanthropy. The system of financing culture and art is determined by the degree of centralization of public administration and the nature of intergovernmental relations. In unitary states, the central budget continues to play a major role. The main types of financial support for culture and art in different countries by attracting state investment (budget funding) are direct funding, general and targeted transfers, joint participation of different levels of government, support through independent intermediaries, public-private partnership. The experience of financial support for the cultural sphere in the EU countries indicates that countries are trying to pay considerable attention to the development of this sphere. The most common mechanism for attracting investment and increasing funding for culture in the EU is a reduced VAT rate on the consumption of a cultural product or service. Despite the significant number of tools used by European countries to attract investment in culture and increase the investment attractiveness of culture, we should not forget about public investment. Public and private investment are complementary. Public investment, in turn, guarantees the priority of the sphere for the state, consolidates the development of confidence in the public good of culture, ensuring the stability of the development of the cultural sphere. In the proposed model of multi-channel financing, the main investors can be the state at the expense of state and local budgets, private partners (businesses, enterprises, etc.) and directly the population (those who consume cultural services and products). The proposed model of multi-channel financing combines best practices and tools to attract financial resources in the field of culture, which have become widespread in the European Union. It should also be noted that based on the analysis, it can be argued that the introduction of a project approach to finance culture and create competitive markets for cultural services can serve as a basis for organizational and economic mechanism to increase investment attractiveness of culture in Ukraine.
