Hemoglobin is a protein found in red blood cells. Hemoglobin levels that are less than normal or anemia can cause complications in the form of fatigue and stress on the body's organs. Nutritional status is one of the factors that can affect hemoglobin levels. Measurement of nutritional status can be done through several methods including anthropometry and clinical laboratories. Among these methods, the most frequently used in the field is anthropometry using body mass index (BMI) and upper arm circumference (LLA). This study aims to determine the hemoglobin level and nutritional status of the assisted families located in Uteunkot Cunda Village, Lhokseumawe. This study is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach to determine the description of hemoglobin levels and nutritional status based on indicators of Body Mass Index and Upper Arm Circumference in the fostered family. The sampling technique used is total sampling with a total of 79 respondents. The results obtained were the average hemoglobin level of the respondents was 12.34 g/dL in the normal category. Nutritional status based on Body Mass Index, most respondents were in normal nutritional status as many as 27 respondents (34.2%). The most nutritional status based on upper arm circumference was malnutrition, namely 55 respondents (69.6%).

Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience resulting from actual or potential tissue damage or described in terms of the damage. Murottal is a recording of the voice of the Qur'an sung by a qori (reader of the Qur'an). In this study, the degree of pain before murottal therapy was obtained based on the NRS (numeric rating scale) pain measuring instrument by the respondents, it was found that 8 patients (18.6%) had normal pain levels, 23 people (53.5%) experienced mild pain. ), and 12 people (27.9%) experienced moderate pain. Meanwhile, after murottal therapy based on the NRS pain measuring instrument (Numeric Rating Scale) by the respondents, it was found that patients with normal pain levels increased to 28 people (65.1%), and those who experienced mild pain became 15 people (34.9%). There is an effect of murottal Al-Qur'an therapy in lowering the pain intensity in post-cesarean patients at RSIA Abby, Lhokseumawe City

Phototherapy is a therapeutic procedure in dermatology. Phototherapy uses certain ultraviolet wavelengths classified into 3 types, broadband UVB (BBUVB), narrowband UVB (NBUVB), and psoralen UVA (PUVA). The most widely used is NBUVB for treating psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and vitiligo. The mechanism of action of phototherapy is to reduce epidermal proliferation, suppress the immune system, reduce the inflammatory process, and induce repigmentation. Before starting phototherapy, the dose adjustment depends on skin type and minimal erythema dose (MED). Frequency of use is recommended based on the severity of the disease, continuously administered needed. Besides of this therapeutic effect, some contraindications and side effects that need to be considered in the use of phototherapy such as drug interactions, photoallergic and risk of skin malignancy.

Normal arteries have three layers of structure, tunica intima, tunica media, and tunica adventitia. Intima tunica is the deepest layer of coronary arteries in which there are antithrombotic molecules such as heparin sulfate, thrombomodulin, and plasminogen activator. In addition, tunica intima also contains substances that regulate the contraction of tunica smooth muscle cell media, called nitric oxide (vasodilators) and prostacyclin (vasoconstrictors). Tunica intima and tunica media seem to be directly related to the atherosclerosis process. Meanwhile, the role of tunika adventisia is unknown. The accumulation of atherosclerotic lesions and hemodynamic stress factors and the degradation of extracellular matrix will cause susceptibility of atherosclerotic plaque fibrous capsules to rupture and form thrombus. Thrombus that occurs in the coronary condition causes acute coronary syndrome, characterized by typical symptoms such as chest pain depending on the thrombus formed. In studying acute coronary syndromes, of course it cannot be separated from understanding the physiology of coronary arteries and the process of atherosclerosis. Therefore, this article aims to briefly explain coronary physiology.

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) has a high mortality rate. This disease is closely related to an unhealthy lifestyle, including nutritional intake, physical activity, consumption of alcohol and cigarettes. Regular physical activity can increase the chances of living longer by lowering the risk of chronic disease. Pedometer is a technology that can be used to assess and motivate physical activity behavior.

Encephalitis is an inflammatory process of the brain that attacks the central nervous system and can cause neurological dysfunction. Encephalitis is mostly caused by viruses, but in some cases the etiology is unknown. Autoimmune encephalitis occurs due to autoantibody interactions characterized by symptoms of central nervous system disorders. Clinical symptoms are quite specific, but there are criteria that must be met to make a diagnosis and additional investigations if needed. Treatment options for autoimmune encephalitis range from agents that suppress the immune system broadly to agents that specifically target antibody-mediated pathogenesis.

Despite major advances in stroke management in the last 2 decades, stroke is still the leading cause of disability and death worldwide. Current ischemic stroke therapy aims to improve long-term outcomes in stroke patients. For this purpose, early recanalization is the only promising therapy for acute ischemic stroke. The main goal of reperfusion therapy in acute ischemic stroke is to immediately improve blood flow (recanalization) in areas of the brain that are ischemic and have not undergone infarction. The long-term goal is to increase outcomes by reducing disability and death from stroke. The most important factor in the success of reperfusion therapy in acute ischemic stroke is therapy as early as possible. However, selection of suitable candidates for reperfusion therapy requires neurologic evaluation and neuroimaging studies.

Nandong is a song usually sung by Padang people who come to trade to the island of Simeulue. Nandong poetry is sung in the form of rhymes and describes the story of human life, but over time, the poems conveyed by intelligent people are compiled into art called Nandong. Nandong poetry tells the story of human life and is displayed in wedding events to be entertained and give advice to those who are married. However, at this time, the preservation of Nandong culture seems to be fading due to the development of modern musical instruments so that local culture is rarely displayed. This study will describe the factors causing the loss of Nandong culture in Sambay village, West Aceh.

Anxiety is an uncomfortable, pleasant, indistinct and pleasant feeling with autonomic symptoms. Many internal and external factors cause anxiety in a person. The human body tries to maintain homeostasis at all times. Anything that disrupts homeostasis is defined as a stressor by the body. To compensate for stressors and to restore homeostatic equilibrium, physiological adaptations occur in response to stress. This adaptation involves a hormonal cascade along the HPA axis, namely the release of corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) which stimulates the release of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and causes the release of stress hormones (glucocorticoids and epinephrine) from the adrenal cortex. Glucocorticoids will provide negative feedback (negative feedback) to the hypothalamus, thereby reducing the release of CRF. Non-pharmacological intervention anxiety that has lower side effects is safer and can be used for a more extended period compared to anti-anxiety drugs. The recitation of the Al-Qur'an generates alpha waves, which are waves that appear when someone is relaxing. Increased alpha waves can reduce symptoms of anxiety.

School Health Unit (SHU), is an effort made by schools to help students and school residents who are sick in the school area. SHU is usually done in the health room of a school. In another sense, SHU is an effort to foster and develop healthy habits and behavior in school age students which is carried out comprehensively (comprehensively) and integrated (integrative). To optimize the SHU program, the participation of students as subjects and not just objects needs to be increased.
