In the previous work, it was demonstrated that one can effectively employ CTRNN-EH (a neuromorphic variant of EH method) methodology to evolve neuromorphic flight controllers for a flapping wing robot. This paper describes a novel frequency grouping-based analysis technique, developed to qualitatively decompose the evolved controllers into explainable functional control blocks. A summary of the previous work related to evolving flight controllers for two categories of the controller types, called autonomous and nonautonomous controllers, is provided, and the applicability of the newly developed decomposition analysis for both controller categories is demonstrated. Further, the paper concludes with appropriate discussion of ongoing work and implications for possible future work related to employing the CTRNN-EH methodology and the decomposition analysis techniques presented in this paper.

Kepuasan kerja menjadi masalah yang cukup menarik dan penting, karena terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang besar bagi individu maupun perusahan. Kepuasan kerja merupakan suatu sikap seseorang terhadap pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan situasi kerja, kerja sama antara karyawan, imbalan yang diterima dalam kerja, dan hal-hal yang menyangkut fisik dan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kepuasan kerja perawat di bangsal medikal bedah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini dengan analisa univariat untuk mendeskripsikan karekteristik dari variabel yang ada. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner kepada perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit tertentu di Kabupaten Timur Tengah Selatan dan Kota Kupang, sampel yang di ambil berjumlah 89 sampel. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini rata-rata kepuasan kerja perawat berada pada kategori netral yang artinya perawat merasa apa yang sudah diterima sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang sudah mereka lakukan hal ini dilihat dari Sembilan kategori yang di telliti yaitu gaji, supervisi, tunjangan tambahan, penghargaan, kondisi kerja, promosi, sifat kerja dan komunikasi kecuali rekan kerja. Saran untuk peneiliti kedepannya agar dapat menggunakan variabel yang lain seperti well-being terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit.   Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, perawat   IDENTIFICATION OF NURSE WORK SATISFACTION THAT WORKED IN THE MEDICAL SURGERY OF SURGERY   ABSTRACT Job satisfaction is a problem that is quite interesting and important, because it has proven to have a great influence for individuals and for companies. Job satisfaction is a person's attitude towards work related to work situations, cooperation between employees, rewards received in work, and matters relating to physical and psychological. The purpose of this study was to identify job satisfaction of nurses in the surgical medical ward. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of descriptive research. The data analysis techniques in this study were carried out by univariate analysis to describe the characteristics of the variables. The sampling technique used questionnaires to nurses who worked in certain hospitals in South Middle East District and Kupang City, the samples taken were 89 samples. . The results obtained from this study mean that the average job satisfaction of certain hospital nurses in East Tengah Selatan District and Kupang City is in the neutral category, which means nurses feel that what they have received is in accordance with the work they have done. telliti namely salary, supervision, additional benefits, rewards, working conditions, promotions, nature of work and communication except coworkers. Suggestions for future researchers to be able to use other variables such as well-being towards job satisfaction for nurses working in hospitals.   Keywords:  job satisfaction, nurse

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This study aims to test and determine whether empirically through valid data, intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations have an effect on the satisfaction of students both partially and simultaneously. The method used by researchers is a survey method with a correlational approach to the santri of Manahijusadat Islamic Boarding School in Lebak, Banten. This type of research is quantitative, therefore the data analysis technique used is statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. As for the means of collecting data through a questionnaire to 100 respondents from class III MTs Manahijussadat Islamic Boarding School, interviews and documentation. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that there was a positive and significant influence of intrinsic motivation on student satisfaction with a percentage of 17.8%. Second, there is a positive and significant effect of Islamic boarding school regulations on the satisfaction of students as indicated by the percentage of influence of 25.5%. Third, there is a joint positive and significant effect of intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations on student satisfaction by 32.6%

Abstract IR-OBIRCH (Infrared Ray – Optical Beam Induced Resistance Change) is one of the main failure analysis techniques [1] [2] [3] [4]. It is a useful tool to do fault localization on leakage failure cases such as poor Via or contact connection, FEoL or BEoL pattern bridge, and etc. But the real failure sites associated with the above failure mechanisms are not always found at the OBIRCH spot locations. Sometimes the real failure site is far away from the OBIRCH spot and it will result in inconclusive PFA Analysis. Finding the real failure site is what matters the most for fault localization detection. In this paper, we will introduce one case using deep sub-micron process generation which suffers serious high Isb current at wafer donut region. In this case study a BEoL Via poor connection is found far away from the OBIRCH spots. This implies that layout tracing skill and relation investigation among OBIRCH spots are needed for successful failure analysis.

Introdução: Com o passar dos anos, além de doenças laborais físicas, surge um novo cenário de doenças emocionais que vem afetando gradativamente profissionais da área da docência a pesquisa em questão visou identificar os transtornos mentais que mais provocam afastamento de docentes em instituições de ensino superior, (com ênfase no transtorno bipolar), onde contribuiu para se aprofundar a análise de fatores relacionados a esse tipo de transtorno. Objetivos: os objetivos deste estudo, são de realizar análise crática e reflexiva quanto ao número elevado de professores de ensino superior com o Transtorno Afetivo Bipolar, e a relação dos fatores associados a este impedimento dos profissionais, destacar também questões relativas à saúde mental, e identificar quais são as consequências que implicam na rotina de trabalho desses professores e o aumento de docentes com diagno?stico de Transtorno Bipolar. Materiais e Métodos: Quanto à fundamentação teórica, trata-se de um referencial bibliográfico ao passo que utiliza de literaturas científicas disponibilizadas por meio eletrônico. Utilizando-se como técnica de análise de dados a análise de conteúdo interpretativa. Os critérios de inclusão que foram usados são: publicações em português, entre os anos de 2000 a 2018 disponíveis na íntegra. Conclusão: Por fim chegou-se ao entendimento de que além da sobrecarga os docentes remanescentes, o adoecimento crescente dos profissionais da educação compromete a qualidade de vida desses profissionais. Introduction: Over the years, in addition to physical work-related illnesses, a new scenario of emotional diseases emerges that has gradually affected professionals in the teaching area. The research in question aimed at identifying the mental disorders that cause the most withdrawal of teachers in higher education institutions, (with emphasis on bipolar disorder), where it contributed to deepen the analysis of factors related to this type of disorder. Objectives: The objectives of this study are to perform a critical and reflexive analysis regarding the high number of teachers of higher education with Bipolar Affective Disorder, and the relation of the factors associated with this impediment of the professionals, also highlight issues related to mental health, and identify what are the consequences that imply in the work routine of these teachers and the increase of teachers diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. Materials and Methods: Regarding the theoretical basis, it is a bibliographical reference while using scientific literatures made available electronically. The analysis of interpretive content was used as data analysis technique. The inclusion criteria that were used are: publications in Portuguese, between the years 2000 to 2018 available in full. Conclusion: Finally, it was understood that in addition to overloading the remaining teachers, the growing sickness of education professionals compromises the quality of life of these professionals.

Pneumoconiosis, or occupational lung disease, is one of the world’s most prevalent work-related diseases. Silicosis, a type of pneumoconiosis, is caused by inhaling respirable crystalline silica (RCS) dust. Although silicosis can be fatal, it is completely preventable. Hundreds of thousands of workers globally are at risk of being exposed to RCS at the workplace from various activities in many industries. Currently, in Australia and internationally, there are a range of methods used for the respiratory surveillance of workers exposed to RCS. These methods include health and exposure questionnaires, spirometry, chest X-rays, and HRCT. However, these methods predominantly do not detect the disease until it has significantly progressed. For this reason, there is a growing body of research investigating early detection methods for silicosis, particularly biomarkers. This literature review summarises the research to date on early detection methods for silicosis and makes recommendations for future work in this area. Findings from this review conclude that there is a critical need for an early detection method for silicosis, however, further laboratory- and field-based research is required.

Local structural problems in ships are generally the result of stress concentrations in structural details. The intent of this paper is to show that costly repairs and lay-up time of a vessel can often be prevented, if these problem areas are recognized and investigated in the design stages. Such investigations can be performed for minimal labor and computer costs by using finite-element analysis techniques. Practical procedures for analyzing structural details are presented, including discussions of the results and the analysis costs expended. It is shown that the application of the finite-element analysis technique can be economically employed in the investigation of structural details.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. Abstract Background: Multimorbidity is defined as the co-occurrence of two or more than two diseases in the same person. With rising longevity, multimorbidity has become a prominent concern among the older population. Evidence from both developed and developing countries shows that older people are at much higher risk of multimorbidity, however, urban-rural differential remained scarce. Therefore, this study examines urban-rural differential in multimorbidity among older adults by decomposing the risk factors of multimorbidity and identifying the covariates that contributed to the change in multimorbidity.Methods: The study utilized information from 31,464 older adults (rural-20,725 and urban-10,739) aged 60 years and above from the recent release of the Longitudinal Ageing Study in India (LASI) wave 1 data. Descriptive, bivariate, and multivariate decomposition analysis techniques were used.Results: Overall, significant urban-rural differences were found in the prevalence of multimorbidity among older adults (difference: 16.3; p<0.001). Moreover, obese/overweight and high-risk waist circumference were found to narrow the difference in the prevalence of multimorbidity among older adults between urban and rural areas by 8% and 9.1%, respectively.Conclusion: There is a need to substantially increase the public sector investment in healthcare to address the multimorbidity among older adults, more so in urban areas, without compromising the needs of older adults in rural areas.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing Law Number 23 of 2004 on Elimination of Violence in Household, as well as the factors that influence its enforcement. This type of research is empirical legal research with a quantitative descriptive in nature. This research was conducted in Makassar City to be precise at the Makassar City Police. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2004 in Makassar City is still considered less effective. Factors affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2004 in Makassar City consists of several factors, namely: legal factors; law enforcement factors; supporting facility factors; environmental factors; and cultural factors. in addition, environmental factors are the biggest factor affecting the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2004. It is hoped that the police will further strengthen environmental factors in order to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2004 in the future.
