This research is entitled "Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum: (PAI learning in SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya)". This study was written to determine the learning process of PAI in SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya in the application of the 2013 curriculum. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach that was evaluative. In this research, theoretical and empirical studies are conducted, both studies are very important and necessary, both of which bridge the realization of the research. This research takes a case study in SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya with data collection tools: interviews, observations and documentation with phenomenological analysis with the stages of reduction, display and verification, through technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study suggest that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in PAI learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya goes through several stages, namely: First: Planning stages, where teacher  make PAI lesson plan that include annual programs, semester programs, syllabus and lesson plan (RPP) which includes KI-KD, subject matter, the time allocation. Second: Stages of the implementation of learning. Learning carried out by PAI teachers emphasizes practice more than just theory, because the approach used is the 2013 curriculum scientific approach. Third: Stages of evaluation and evaluation, the assessment carried out is the assessment of spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, knowledge and skills.

The purposes of this study were (1) The comprehension of the fourth grade teachers about the scientific approach and integrated thematic learning; (2) the integrated thematic lesson plan with a scientific approach; (3) the implemented steps of the scientific approach to the core activities of the learning process; (4) the activities of learners in the integrated thematic learning with a scientific approach; (5) the attitudes of students in the integrated thematic learning with a scientific approach; and (6) the factors supporting and inhibiting to the application of scientific approach in the integrated thematic learning.The approach used was a qualitative descriptive approach. The instrument of collecting data consisted of nonparticipant observation, interview and documentation study. The data Triangulation was done in two ways which were triangulation sources and triangulation methods.The results showed that the designed lesson plan was an integrated thematic scientific approach. The learning process was done according to the core activities with the scientific approach activity steps. The activities of students have also been according to the steps in the scientific approach. It is needed the supporting factors such as facilities and infrastructure to succeed the learning. However, there is also the obstructed factors.

AbstrakGuru adalah pelaksana langsung dari kurikulum di suatu kelas. Pencapaian implementasi kurikulum yang baik sangat bergantung pada faktor kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian tentang “Peran Guru dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus pada Sekolah Luar Biasa di Sidoarjo”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dilakukan secara triangulasi. Teknik analisis data bersifat induktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus pada Sekolah Luar Biasa di Sidoarjo dilaksanakan secara bertahap, dimulai sejak tahun ajaran 2015/2016 pada kelas 1 dan 4 dan pada tahun ajaran 2016/2017 ditambah kelas 2 dan kelas 5. Implementasi pembelajaran di kelas menggunakan perpaduan antara Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan khusus dan Kurikulum KTSP; (2) Sebagian guru Sekolah Luar Biasa di Sidoarjo sudah menjalankan perannya sesuai kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus dengan beberapa adaptasi dari kurikulum KTSP, mulai perencanaan pembelajaran seperti program tahunan, program semester, rincian minggu efektif, silabus, dan Rencana Pembelajaran (RPP), melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik, dan evaluasi yang meliputi aspek sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan; dan (3) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus pada Sekolah Luar Biasa di Sidoarjo, antara lain: kurang lengkapnya ketersedian buku guru dan buku siswa, prasarana juga masih banyak yang perlu dibenahi, kurang lengkapnya alat peraga pendidikan, kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berdasarkan  kurikulum 2013. AbstractTeacher is an implementator of Curriculum in a class. Good achievement of curriculum’s implementation depends on the teacher’s capability. Therefore, this research performed “The Role of Special Teachers in Implementation of Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus at Special School in Sidoarjo”. The research was qualitative descriptive study. The Techniques of collecting data were observation, interview and documentation. The data validity use triangulation. Data analysis was inductive. Results are: (1) Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus at special school in Sidoarjo is implemented gradually, starting from the academic year of 2015/2016 on Grades 1 and 4 and at academic year 2016/2017 was added Grades 2 and 5. Implementation of the curriculum in the classroom at special school is an assimilation between Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus and Kurikulum KTSP; (2) Some special teachers in Sidoarjo are already running their role corresponding to Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus with some adaptations from Kurikulum KTSP, including Planning Learning as Annual Program, Semester Program, effective weeks list, syllabus, and Lesson Plan (RPP), implementing learning with scientific approach, and Evaluation which covers Attitude, knowledge, and skills aspects; And (3) The obstacle in implementation of Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus at Special School in Sidoarjo, including: the lack of Teacher's books and student’s books, infrastructure, learning tools, and teacher’s understanding on learning tools based on Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus.Keywords: The Role of Special Teachers, Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Khusus, Special School

ABSTRAKPelaksanaan ibadah umrah di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hal ini didorong dengan semakin baiknya kondisi perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk itu diperlukan perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji yang memfasilitasi para jamaah untuk melakukan ibadah menuju ke tanah suci. Mengenai hal tersebut, sudah seharusnya perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Hal ini sangat penting dikarenakan banyak terjadi pelanggaran etika bisnis Islam yang dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan, tidak terkecuali oleh perusahaan travel umrah haji, seperti yang banyak diberitakan dibeberapa media yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya jamaah yang gagal berangkat ke Baitullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu survei pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mubina Tour Indonesia kabupaten Gresik telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan cara menyampaikan secara jujur dan benar, senantiasa berusaha untuk selalu menepati apa yang telah dijanjikan, membekali semua karyawan dengan berbagai skill dan mengemas promosi dengan trik-trik yang menarik.Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Perusahaan Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah dan Haji. ABSTRACTPerforming Umrah in Indonesia year by year has been experiencing a significant increase. It is motivated by a better economic condition in Indonesia. Therefore, Umrah and Hajj Travel Organizer Company is needed to facilitate Muslim pilgrims to pilgrimage to Mecca. According to this, this kind of company shall implement Islamic business ethics to run their business activities. It is very important because there are many Islamic business ethics violations committed by some companies, unexceptionally Hajj and umrah travel companies as widely reported in several media. It was proven by the large number of pilgrims who failed to go to Baitullah. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the case study method. Data collecting techniques used by the researcher are preliminary survey, observation, interview, documentation, and literature review. The result of the research shows that Mubina Tour Indonesia in Gresik Regency has implemented Islamic business ethics by delivering information honestly and truthfully, always trying to fulfill what has been promised, equipping all employments with many various skills, and packaging promotion with interesting techniques.Keywords: Islamic Business Ethics, Umrah and Hajj Travel Company.

Pesantren, as an authentic educational institution initiated by Indonesian Muslims, provides parents aneffective alternative to educate their children. For years, pesantren has proven trusted in educating youthand establishing a standard in both general and religious educations. In this study, the researchers willdiscuss factors that motivate parents to entrust pesantren as the institution to educate their children. Thisstudy uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, andthe results of relevant studies. After analyzing the data, the results indicate that there are two types ofmotives among parents. First is general motivation in placing children in pesantren, namely intrinsicmotivation which covers parents' ideals having a generation with the quality of faith and good moralconduct, forming morals, and building strong physical and mental. The other factor is extrinsic motivation,including intense, integrated, and comprehensive Islamic teaching, positive activities carried outcontinuously for 24 hours, and proper coaching methods. The two factors indicate that parents' motivationto entrust pesantren as an educational institution is relevant to current conditions in which the youngergeneration is prone to moral depravity

This study aims to describe the implementation of management functions of PondokPesantrenTahfizhPutri (PPTP) at one of the Islamic Boarding School in East Java Indonesia. The Education system integrated with the formal school. The subject of this study are 17 participants. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach as guidance so that the research focus to describe research's form question or problem identification. Result of the research show that the planning function in its management has long-term planning in vision, mission, and objectives of the foundation. Besides, the organizing function related to the organizational structure.

<pre><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to describe the problem of integrating the strengthening of character education in thematic learning that discuss the problem of the design of learning implementation, implementation of learning, assessment of learning and solutions. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study research and used the Robert K. Yin data analysis model. The results of this study state that there are problems in making the design of the implementation of learning, the implementation of learning and assessment of learning. It is suggested that the teacher must optimize the planting of characters by cooperating with each other between the school, the community, and the education office to improve deficiencies in the planting of character education in schools. </pre><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problem pengintegrasian penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran tematik yang membahas tentang masalah rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran dan solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dan menggunakan analisis data model Robert K. Yin. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan terdapat masalah dalam pembuatan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Disarankan guru harus mengoptimalkan penanaman karakter dengan saling bekerja sama antar pihak sekolah, masyarakat, dan dinas pendidikan guna memperbaiki kekurangan dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah.

The increase in the budget deficit BPJS in the first 3 years of implementation JKN require special attention. One of the problems in the implementation of JKN is high late payment of premiums by the participants of the Non PBI Mandiri. The purpose of this study was to determine the participants' perceptions of Non PBI Mandiri to the recommendations transition strategy JKN premium payer. This study is a policy with qualitative descriptive approach. The study design used policy aims to draw up a recommendation is the Case Study on the phenomenon of late payment of premiums. Depth interviews with 11 informants participants Independent Non PBI done with purposive sampling quota system. The result showed that the presence of positive consequences as the public response to the concept of a transitional strategy premium payer. Participants claimed to be greatly assisted if the program was held because it can ease the burden of their medical expenses when his advanced age and does not have income again, providing peace in the certainty of change of insurer premiums in non-productive age. Conclusion of the study were breakthrough made in a transitional strategy premium payer has received positive responses from the public policy goals.

This research was conducted to describe the results of the analysis of the implementation of IT-based learning at the Bunga Bangsa Islamic Kindergarten Bekasi. The analysis includes the understanding concept of IT-based learning implemented in Bunga Bangsa Islamic Kindergarten, knowing the obstacles in the implementation of IT-based learning there, and describing the strategies carried out in implementing IT learning there. This research was conducted for 3 months with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is done by interviews, observation, analysis of documents in the form of curriculum documents, lesson plan (RPPH), assessment of children's learning outcomes and documentation of the usege of IT tools in learning there. Data analysis begins by describing the findings of the study and then conducts an objective discussion with a theoretical approach. In this study the learning process was described in the Bunga Bangsa Islamic Kindergarten and the usage of technological tools in various aspects of learning components such as media, learning resources and also as learning support. The learning process is more interesting and not monotonous, thus creating a fun and interactive atmosphere. The constraints found were that there was still lack of teacher references for using IT tools for learning in some activities in specific theme and the lack of teachers' skills in using existing IT tools. Current efforts to overcome these obstacles are by providing various references in the form of videos, books and workshops on the use of IT in learning.

This study aims to determine the type of gharar practiced in cooperation between Small and medium industry exporters of furniture to the furniture in Jepara district.This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study strategy.Determinating techniques for informants in this study using snowball sampling. Data collected through interviews with research subjects and direct observation of the research object. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis by using the method of data analysis and describes the results of interviews and direct observation.The results of this study indicate that gharar is practiced in the cooperation between the Small and medium industry with the company exporting furniture is unclear at the end of the time limit on credit payments by companies exporting furniture to the Small and medium industry as suppliers of goods to the company.

Content analysis is a method to study and analyze something that systemically and objectively on the message that appears. The contents of textbooks are a source of material in the learning process. Therefore, textbooks must be in accordance with the applicable curriculum. In the context of education in Indonesia, the current curriculum is the 2013 curriculum with a scientific approach. This study sought to find out the content of the material (hiwar and qira’ah) of Arabic students' books 2013 curriculum of the grade XII MA published by the Ministry of Religion and its suitability with the 2013 curriculum which consisted of four Core Competencies which became the perspective. The approach used is a qualitative-descriptive approach using documentation and content analysis methods as a tool for collecting and analyzing data. The results of this study is indicate material content (hiwar and qira’ah) in accordance with the 2013 curriculum content standard. The details are as follows: 1) the first chapter of the more prominent aspects is the realm of spiritual attitude and knowledge; 2) chapter two, Knowledge and Skills; 3) chapter three, Social Attitudes and Knowledge; 4) chapter four, the domain of Social Attitudes; and 5) Spiritual Attitudes. From the research findings, the social attitude in this book is very minimal. Aspects of diversity, tolerance, pluralism and multiculturalism are not found in the material of the book.
