Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence together on the learning motivation of students in Da'wah and Communication Management of the Islamic State University of Raden Fatah Palembang, and (2) the influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence partially towards the learning motivation of students of Da'wah and Communication Management of Da'wah Fatah Islamic University in Palembang. In this study the sample was 138 people. The research design used was multiple regression models. The variables used are three variables, namely the independent variable in the form of Spiritual Intelligence (X1), and Emotional Intelligence (X2), and the dependent variable, namely Learning Motivation (Y). The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence together on the learning motivation of students of Da'wah and Communication Management of the Islamic State University of Raden Fatah Palembang, and (2) there was influence positive and significant spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence partially towards the learning motivation of students in Da'wah and Communication Management of the Faculty of Da'wah and Raden Fatah's Islamic University Palembang. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku belajar, motivasi belajar, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap keberhasilan mahasiswa akuntansi meraih gelar sarjana. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survey menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menguji antar variabel dilakukan uji regresi linear berganda, tetapi sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap instrument penelitian serta uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, heterokedastisitas dan multikolinearitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi pada perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta di provinsi Bali berjumlah 8.652 orang pada tahun 2018. Teknik sampling dibantu dengan rumus slovin sehingga didapatkan sampel sejumlah 100 orang mahasiswa yang tersebar diseluruh Kabupaten di Provinsi Bali. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perilaku belajar, motivasi belajar, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberhasilan mahasiswa akuntansi meraih gelar sarjana.Kata kunci: kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan spiritual, sarjana akuntansiABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of learning behavior, learning motivation, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the success of accounting students achieving a bachelor's degree. This research was conducted using quantitative methods through surveys using questionnaires. To refer between variables, multiple linear regression tests were carried out, but the validity and reliability of the research instruments and the classical assumption tests were carried out which included tests of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The population of this study is accounting students in state and private universities in the province of Bali, amounting to 8,652 people in 2018. The sampling technique is assisted by the Slovin formula so that a sample of 100 students is spread throughout the regencies of Bali Province. The results of this study are learning behavior, learning motivation, emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on the success of accounting students achieving a bachelor's degree.Keywords: emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, bachelor of accounting

This research aims to and analyze the effect of APIP Ethical Codes (Integrity, Objectivity, Privacy, and Capability) through the performance of auditor in Maluku Utara Provincial Inspectorate which used quantitative method, with the multiple regression models. The research population is 44 Auditors and sampel is 44 Auditors. Primary data obtained by quistionaire distribution throughout 44 respondents which all fullfiled and operable. Independent variable of this research is APIP Ethical Codes (Integrity, Objectivity, Privacy, and Capability), and dependent variable is government performance of auditor. Regards to the result, therefore variable that APIP Ethical Codes simultaneously affect the government performance of auditor and partial that variable Objectivity affect the government performance of auditor, whereas variable Integrity, Privacy, and Capability rejected government performance of auditor.Keywords : Integrity, Objectivity, Privacy, Capability, And Performance Of Auditor

<p align="justify"><em>This research is to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, school environment on learning motivation and its impact on student achievement. The research methodology used is quantitative research using survey methods that are intended to provide an explanation. Survey research is research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as a primary collection tool. There are 3 variables used, they are independent variable, mediation variable and dependent variable. Emotional intelligence and school environment as independent variables, learning motivation as mediating variables and learning achievement as dependent variables. The study involved as many as 89 students as respondents, the data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement, the school environment had a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, the school environment had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect towards learning achievement.</em><em></em></p><p align="justify"><em> </em></p><p align="justify"> </p>

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence against professionalism and teacher’s performance at SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar.  This research uses 42 people of sample which selected pursuant to of stratified simple random method. Research variable consist of emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence as independent variable, and also professionalism and  teachers’s performance as dependent variable. The method of analysis used validity and reliability test, quantitative descriptive analysis method and PLS. Result of this research, showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on professionalism and the teacher performance of SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar. Besides that, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence gives more dominantly influence on teacher performance of SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasar. So, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence partially or simultaneously impact on teacher performance of SMK Saraswati 1 Denpasarand spiritual intelligence gives more dominantly influence on the teacher performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and examine between the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation to human resources performance in an organization. This research used purposive sampling with 131 people as respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study is questionnaires and interviews. Data analyzed by using SPSS 19 software with regression test to find out the determine of independent variable to dependent variable, independent variable to intervening variable and intervening variable to independent variable. Demonstrate that human resources performance can be improved by increasing the intensity of learning orientation, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. Learning orientation has a significantly positive influence on human resources performance. While emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significantly positive influence on human resources performance. So in this research, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation have a significantly positive influence on human resources performance.Keywords : emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and learning orientation, human resources performance

<p class="Bodytext20">The aim of this research is to identify the difference of Intelligent Quotient (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (El), Spiritual Intelligence (SI) among students of UIN Malang. The subjects were 304 students of Islamic State University in Malang, using proportional random sampling technique. The instruments used in this research are IQ test and psychological scale. Psychological scales cover spiritual intelligence scale, emotional intelligence scale, and aggressivity scale. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance with SPSS version 10.0 for windows. The research result show: that there is significant difference among students from all faculties in UIN Malang on IQ. However, there is no significant difference on EI and SI. Students of science and technology faculty got the highest average score on IQ which can be the result of the academic exposure they received. In addition, it can be inferred that the conducive academic atmosphere may affect the difference of student’s academic performance.</p><p class="Bodytext20"> </p><p class="Bodytext20">Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan Intelligent Quotient (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (El), Spiritual Intelligence (SI) diantara siswa UIN Malang. Subjek penelitian adalah 304 siswa Universitas Negeri Islam di Malang, dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes IQ dan skala psikologis. Skala psikologis meliputi skala kecerdasan spiritual, skala kecerdasan emosional, dan skala agresivitas. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varians dengan SPSS versi 10.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa dari semua fakultas di UIN Malang dengan IQ. Namun, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada EI dan SI. Mahasiswa fakultas sains dan teknologi mendapat nilai rata-rata IQ tertinggi yang bisa menjadi hasil paparan akademis yang mereka dapatkan. Selain itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa atmosfir akademik yang kondusif dapat mempengaruhi perbedaan prestasi akademik siswa.</p>

Reading has proven to be an important activity for human being. Hence, a librarian, as an information provider, should have a good reading interest. The research was aimed to examine the correlation between librarians reading interest and the development of Sunan Kalijaga Islamic State University library. The research is of a quantitative one, using the librarians reading interest as an independent variable and the development of the library as a dependent one. The result of the research shows that there is a significant effect of the librarians reading interest toward the development of the university library. The result gives a quite high value of the librarians reading interest and the library development variable by a grand mean of 2,96 and 3.03 consecutively. The simple linear regression experiment using linear regression coefficient provides that Y=29,811 + 0,562X. The constant 29,811 means that if there is no increase in the librarians reading interest, the library development value is 29,811. While regression coefficient 0.562 provides that each increase of the librarians  reading interest raises the library development value by 0.562. The research puts recommendation that each librarian should be provided time to read book every day

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung employees which tends to decline. The sample used in this study was 154 respondents, namely employees of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. The quantitative analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the t test (partial) to determine partially the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable. The results of the research on the hypothesis under study as a whole are accepted. This means that the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence are significant variables in shaping the performance of the employees of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. Suggested efforts in order to improve the intellectual intelligence of employees at PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung, the company holds training for employees to improve intellectual intelligence. Then another suggestion that can be made by the company is that the company should make changes to the organizational structure. Kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual merupakan variabel yang signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. Saran penelitian ini adalah perusahaan mengadakan pelatihan bagi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan intelektual. Saran lain yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan yaitu sebaiknya perusahaan melakukan perubahan struktur organisasi. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual pada tingkat pemahaman akuntansi, yang dimoderasi oleh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spritual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang akan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel independen tersebut terhadap variabel dependen dengan dua variabel pemoderasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis verifikatif dengan menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa (1) Kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemahaman akuntansi. Artinya dengan kecerdasan intelektual yang baik maka mahasiswa akan lebih mudah memahami tentang pemahaman akuntansi, (2) Kecerdasan emosional dapat meningkatkan pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual pada tingkat pemahaman akuntansi secara positif dan signifikan. The method used in this research is explanatory research, which would explain the causal relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable that is reinforced by moderating variables through hypothesis testing. Data collected through questionnaires and secondary data. While the data analysis includes descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test and verification analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).Based on the results of this research is that (1) the intellectual positive and significant impact on the understanding of accounting. This means that with good intelligence quotient, the student will be easier to understand about the understanding of accounting, (2) Emotional intelligence can enhance intellectual influence on the level of understanding of accounting is positive and significant. (3) Spiritual intelligence Can enhance intellectual influence on the level of understanding of accounting is positive and significant. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of gender, intelligent quotient, emotionalquotient and spiritual quotient on the judgment of the auditor’s opinion. Therefore, researcheruses a quantitative methods with SPSS as an analytical tool in this study. The results showthat men and women do not have a significant difference based on psychological aspects that saywomen have a tendency to be more efficient and more thorough in decision making. On the otherhand, The higher of intellectual and emotional intelligence then giving the auditor’s opinion willalso increase well. Another finding is the higher of spiritual intelligence the more he can survivein the face of difficulties during performing his duties so that it will affect the conclusions of theexamination set forth in the opinion of auditorsKe y wo rds: Auditors Opinion, Emotional Quotient, Gender, Intellegent Quotient, SpiritualQuotient.
