In this study, the goal is to test empirically the effect of recruitment, selection and motivation of the employee performance at Datacomm Diangraha Company. The samples used were employees of Datacomm Diangraha especially the engineers with the total number of respondents was 126. The analysis used a linear regression, this research examines four variables: Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Motivation (X3) as independent variables, and Performance employees (Y) as the dependent variable. Partial test shows that the recruitment effect of 0175 (positive and significant) on the performance. While the selection is also influenced significantly by 0347 on employee performance. And further motivation for 0295 was a significant influence on employee performance.Measurement model analysis in this study showed that all variables have met the criteria of validity and reliability, while at the structural model analysis shows that testing of hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 supports the hypothesis proposed. The resulting model of the independent variables and the effect on the dependent variable is Y = 16,408 + 0175 0347 X1 + X2 + X3 0295. The study concluded that the recruitment, selection and motivation affect the performance of employees with the results affect the performance of 95%, while 5% is determined by other variables.   Keyword : recruitment, selection, motivation, linear regression

Abstract: Improvement employee performance is very important to support company’s business in property industry. Therefore, this research is used as a basic policy to improve employee performance. The methodology in this research is quantitative exploratory method and analyze data used software SPSS for Windows version 24. This research was conducted at PT Jasamarga Properti with a population of 64 people as saturated samples. All employees are used as samples. (1) Multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.419 + 0.313 X1 + 0.199 X2 + 0.187 X3 + e; Rsquare = 0.759, F = 59.844 (2) The work environment is the most dominant factor in Employee Performance; (3) Competence and Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Performance. The results of Employee Performance are 1,419. If X1, X2 and X3 are considered zero, it will affect employee performance by 1.419 in the Likert scale 1-5. The result is that employee performance is categorized as a very bad category.

The data used in this study is primary data. The Primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaire. Analysis using multiple linear regression formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 and processed using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. From the analysis of data obtained by multiple regression equation is: Y = 5,965+ 0,656 0,276 X1 + X2. T test at significance level α = 0.05, tcount X1 = 4,497 and table = 1.677. So tcount> ttable. Thus the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of leadership style and performance Employees of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. Meanwhile tcount X2 = 2.247. So tcount> ttable. Thus the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables on the performance of employee and work discipline of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan. From the test results obtained F test namely Fcount 14.377> 3.15 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between variables Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Medan.

In this study there are three independent variables namely education, motivation and compensation and one dependent variable is employee performance. At present it is in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, which is marked by; big data / giant data, internet of think, labor knowledge, and long life education. Since the beginning of the life of mankind to an infinite period, it is largely determined by the mastery of science and technology. Science and technology can not be separated from the progress of education level. Education is the base of all changes both individually, as well as countries. Employee performance is determined by the education that is owned, as high as education, the higher the performance and vice versa. The population in this study are BRI CAB employees, SEMARANG A-YANI, 60 people and all of them are sampled. The results of the analysis using SPSS 23 program statistical tools obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.505 X1 + 0.175 X2 + 0.408 X3 The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between education on employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t count test 6.314> t table 0.05), motivation towards employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (tcount 2,160> t table 0,05), and compensation for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (t test 5.108> ttable 0.05). While together (simultaneously) the influence of education, motivation and compensation has an effect on and significant on the performance of employees at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG (count = 44,692> ftabel = 0.05). The influence of the two research variables is very strong with a correlation value of 69.0% for employee performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by the motivation and compensation education of the remaining 31.0% of the employees' performance at BRI CAB. A YANI SEMARANG is influenced by other variables that affect employee performance.
