It can be said that anyone who coincidentally meet the researcher and if the persons is suitable as data source, the researcher will ask the persons to fill out questionnaire which is later it will be use as sample. The population in this research was the consumers who shopped in Loka Malang City Point with the total of 100 respondents. The instrument for the analysis is research instrument tests which are validity and reliability test by using heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and linearity test. After that continued with multiple regression analysis. This research has a purpose to analyze the independent variable ( x ) in this case is the independent variable that affects to impulse buying , the variable among others is the variable sale , store layout , and self service . After all the research instrument testing, the last thing to do is hypothesis testing used t-test and f-test. The research instrument is a tool used to collect data or measure objects of a research variable. To obtain the correct data for the conclusion that is in accordance with the actual situation, then required a valid instrument and consistent and appropriate in providing data of research result. Instrument reliability tests to include test-retest, equivalent, and internal consistency. Internal consistency tests have several testing techniques depending on the type of instrument. Testing techniques included split half test, KR 20, KR 21, and Alfa Cronbach. The value of the validity and reliability of an instrument is influenced by the measured subject, the instrument user, and the instrument itself. Sehinggga, validity and reliability must always be tested before the instrument is used.

The United Nations (UN) considers sports as an important enabler of sustainable development. The popular and fast-growing Participatory Sports Event (PSE) sector can play an important role in this regard, however, research that measures and reports sustainability in PSEs is scarce. Therefore, the aim of this paper was to construct and validate a research instrument based on the UN’s sustainable development goals, and to examine sustainability in PSEs. To this end, an online survey was administered among a representative sample of 303 PSE organisers, located in Flanders, Belgium. A confirmatory factor analysis affirmed the social, economic and environmental dimensions of the instrument and provided evidence for its validity and reliability. The results reveal significant discrepancies between the three dimensions, with a noticeable lower score for environmental sustainability compared to social and economic sustainability. Furthermore, challenges are highlighted in the field of the civil society sector and in walking sports events. The findings also indicate that large-sized events are more likely to be sustainable. The current study can act as a foundation for future research on sustainability in PSEs and can assist PSE organisers and policymakers to increase the sustainability-related performance of the sector.

Prior to the study, the instrument first tested on 29 students of class XII SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Having piloted tested the validity and reliability to determine the item valid and reliable instrument. Engineering data analysts used in this study is hypothesis testing, prior to testing the hypothesis, first tested as a condition of a requirements analysis so that the analysis of the research actually has a high reliability. Test requirements analysis done by testing normality, linearity test and test intercorrelations. After test requirements are met analysis tested the hypothesis. Test this hypothesis using multiple regression and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) the guidance of industry working practices (X1) and the achievements of the industry work practices (X2) are jointly positively correlated with interest in working on the student (Y) class XII Expertise Automotive Engineering, 2) industry practice guidance ( X1) partially positively correlated with interest in working on the student (Y) class XII Expertise Automotive Engineering, 3) achievement of industry working practices (X2 ) partially positively correlated with interest in working on the student (Y) class XII Mechanical Engineering Expertise automotive.
