This paper aims to explain the results of research on teacher career guidance conducted by the principal of vocational school. As for the indicators are 1) providing motivation 2) implementing job rotation 3) opportunity to participate in training/upgrading 4) opportunity to continue education. The study population numbered 75 teachers at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan 3 Padang. Samples were taken using stratified random sampling technique, so that a sample of 54 respondents were obtained. The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire compiled in the form of a Likert Scale model and tested for validity using the formula of the hierarchical correlation and reliability test using the alpha formula. The index of validity and reliability is significant at 95% confidence level. Analysis of data research using the average formula. The results of data analysis of the research show that the average teacher career guidance by the principal with a score of 3.50, which means that it is in the category quite good. With this it can be concluded that career guidance by the principal is still not optimal yet. So it needs a more effort from the principal so that the teacher's career guidance takes place as expected.

This research is motivated by the low ability of the students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal in communicating well interpersonal. Self-confidence and peer conformity are factors that are thought to affect interpersonal communication. This study aims to describe: (1) self-confidence, peer conformity, and interpersonal communication, (2) the contribution of self-confidence to interpersonal communication, (3) the contribution of peer conformity to interpersonal communication, (4) the contribution of confidence and peer conformity. peers together on interpersonal communication. This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was all students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal, amounting to 1130 people, a sample of 295 people, who were selected by proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale model. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression. The research findings show that: (1) on average, students 'self-confidence is in the high category, (2) peer conformity is in the high category, (3) students' interpersonal communication is in the good category, (4) self-confidence contributes 47.8 % towards interpersonal communication, (5) peer conformity contributes to interpersonal communication by 19.2%, and (6) peer confidence and conformity together contribute to interpersonal communication by 49.5%

PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to find out the difficulties of any difficulties experienced by students and what factors influence it. The procedure of this study uses a qualitative approach, the place of research in Elementary School Teacher Education FKIP Jambi University. The study population was 261 students. The sample of this study 15% with random sampling technique. Data was taken through observation, tests, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis is done by studying, arranging, synthesizing, looking for patterns and finding what is systematically meaningful. The results of the study only 20% of students reached KKM 75 / B + passed the test because: (1) students had difficulty understanding basic geometry concepts (2) students had difficulty in using the formula (3) routine students in understanding the connectedness of each build and 4 ) Difficult students solve questions that are mixed with application stories that require analysis. While the factors that influence it are (1) the basic ability of students to mathematics is still low (2) learning motivation is still low (3) low learning readiness (4) the availability of books / references that are minimal (5) lack of trying to solve complicated / reasoning questions . Conclusion of Research, that students have difficulty learning in geometry material, and the determining factor is the lack of readiness and seriousness of students in solving these difficulties.   Keywords: Analysis, Learning Difficulties, Basic Concepts of Mathematics

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

This research is motivated by the rise of cases of sexual harassment that occur among teenagers. Sexual harassment by teenagers occurs in verbal, visual, and physical forms such as: sexual jokes, flirting and touching someone's sensitive area. Factors that influence adolescents to commit sexual harassment are due to peer group involvement and the inability of adolescents to make choices in actions that are reflected in peer conformity and self-determination. The aims of this study is to examine the contribution of self-determination to sexual harassment, to examine the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment, and to examine the contribution of self-determination and peer conformity together with sexual harassment. This research uses quantitative method with simple and multiple regression analysis. The study population is all students high school city of Padang who are active in 2020/2021. The number of samples in this study were 273 teenagers who were selected by cluster random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using self-determination scale, peer conformity scale, and sexual harassment scale with a Likert Scale model to then be tested for validity and reliability. The research findings show that: (1) there is a significant negative contribution between self-determination with sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R= 0.736 and R Square of 0.542, which means that the contribution of self-determination to sexual harassment is 54.2%. (2) there is a significant positive contribution between peer conformity to sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R = 0.767 and R Square of 0.588, which means that the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment is 58.8%. (3) there is a significant contribution between self-determination and peer conformity together to sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R =  0.810 and R Square of 0.665, which means that the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment is 68.5%.

 Objective: The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between personal characteristics with knowledge of antibiotics usage in Medan.Methods: This research is an analytic research with cross-sectional approach. The data collection process was conducted in November 2013. The study population is the people residing in the district of Medan Johor; subjects are 336 people which enrolled by consecutive sampling technique. The data were obtained by interview using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was done using Chi-square statistical test using SPSS program.Results: The results showed that the level of knowledge of the Johor subdistrict community on the antibiotic usage was in the good category (79.5%). The statistical analysis showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between education level with knowledge of antibiotic usage (p<0.05). There was no relationship between sex and age with knowledge of antibiotic usage.Conclusion: Knowledge is the main factor and has an important role which every patient should have so that they can take antibiotics appropriately. To increase the public’s knowledge about the proper use of antibiotics, it is desirable that the role of physicians give a role in communicating them to the patients so that the use of antibiotics can be done appropriately.

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and trust on customer satisfaction (a case study at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal).Method - The type of research carried out is a quantitative approach. The study population was all customers at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kendal using the incidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire or questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study uses validity and reliability tests, then classic assumption test, t test, F test, determination test and multiple linear regression equation test.Result - The results of this study are (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) service quality, product quality, and Trust together has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Implication - The implication is that service delivery and product quality as well as the trust given by the bank will affect customer satisfaction.Originality - This study shows that these three variables have a significant correlation to customer satisfaction.

The problem in this study is the existence of learning outcomes under the KKM standard of competence in the Electrical Fundamental students of class X Aiframe Powerplant of Nusantara Ketaping Flight Academy. The purpose of this study was to reveal how much the students' motivation and learning facilities contributed individually or together to the learning outcomes of Electrical Fundamental students of class X. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The study population amounted to 137 and a sample of 58 students in class X Aiframe. The sampling technique is done by proportional random sampling. Data on student learning outcomes are obtained from the curriculum section. While data on student motivation and learning facilities were obtained through questionnaires using a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that (1) Motivation of students and learning facilities together contribute significantly to learning outcomes 27.88%, (2) Motivation of students contributing significantly to student learning outcomes of class X Electrical Fundamental expertise programs of 13, 91%, (3) Learning facilities contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of class X students. Electrical Fundamental skills program at Nusantara Nusantara Ketaping Vocational High School is 8.64%. So it can be concluded that Motivation of Students and Facilities Learning together or partially contributes to class X student learning outcomes Electrical Fundamental competency standard skills program class X Aiframe Powerplant SMK Nusantara Ketaping Flight.Keywords: Student Motivation, Learning Facilities, Learning Outcomes

The purpose of this study was to reveal the contribution of student learning and  Family Socioeconomic Statuson student achievement outstanding Class XI Department of Audio Video (TAV) Public and Private SMK Padang. This research is a correlationaldescriptive study. The study population totaled 69 students and the sample amounted to 41 outstanding students of class XI and SMK Padang Private in the Academic Year 2012/2013. Sampling technique proportional random sampling. Student learning outcomes data is obtained from the public and private vocational school student in the city of Padang. While data on student learning and Family Socioeconomic Status were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using a computer program SPSS version 16.0. The results of data analysis showed: (1) How to study and Family Socioeconomic Status together accounted for 56.6% of the outstanding student achievement in public and private SMK Padang; (2) How to Learn accounted for 30.1% of the outstanding student achievement in public and private SMK Padang; (3) Family Socioeconomic Status accounted for 15.13% of the outstanding student achievement in public and private SMK Padang.Keywords: How to Learn, Family Socioeconomic Status, Learning achievement, correlational descriptive, proportional random sampling.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Kehidupan keluarga di Desa mengalami perubahan yang semakin cepat, sebagai dampak dari kemajuan di segala bidang, terutama semakin lancarnya komunikasi dan transportasi yang memudahkan mereka mengakses segala sesuatu. Orang tua perlu memonitor perilaku remaja serta memahami perkembangan remaja untuk menentukan masa depan anak. Remaja juga memerlukan banyak informasi tentang persiapan kehidupan berkeluarga untuk membangun keluarga yang sejahtera. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Hedonisme dan Pola Asuh Autoritatif Terhadap Kesiapan Hidup Berkeluarga pada Remaja di Desa Pragak Kecamatan Parang Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional <em>ex post facto. </em>Populasi penelitian adalah 60 orang remaja berusia 17 sampai 21 tahun yang dilaksanakan di Desa Pragak Kecamatan Parang, Kabupaten Magetan dengan menggunakan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini melalui angket dengan model Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Analisis Korelasi Regresi dua predictor dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ada pengaruh yang signifikan Gaya Hidup Hedonisme Terhadap Kesiapan Hidup Berkeluarga pada Remaja Desa Pragak Kecamatan Parang Kabupaten Magetan, diterima. gaya hidup seseorang tercipta adanya kebiasaan orang tua dalam mengasuh anaknya. Orang tua dengan kondisi ekonomi rendah cenderung untuk menikahkan anaknya di usia muda sehingga setelah menikah seringkali mengalami kesulitan ekonomi. Sedangkan orang tua dengan ekonomi tinggi cenderung menunda pernikahan anaknya sehingga anak akan lebih mementingkan karir dari pada pernikahan.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong><strong>: Gaya Hidup Hedonisme, Pola Asuh Autoritatif, Kesiapan Hidup</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Berkeluarga.</strong><strong></strong></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p>Family life in the village is changing rapidly, as a result of progress in all areas, especially the smoothness of communication and transportation that makes it easier for them to access everything. Parents need to monitor adolescent behavior as well as understand the development of adolescents to determine the future of the child. Teens also need a lot of information about the preparation of family life to build a prosperous family. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Hedonism Lifestyle and Autoritative Foster Pattern to Prepared Family Family Preparedness in Pragak Village, Parang Subdistrict, Magetan Regency. This research uses correlational ex post facto method. The study population was 60 people aged 17 to 21 years old which was conducted in Pragak Village District of Parang, Magetan Regency by using purposive sampling technique. Technique of taking data in this research through questionnaire with Likert Scale model. Data analysis technique used in this research is the technique of Correlation Analysis of two predictor Regression and Test F. The results showed, there is a significant influence Hedonism Lifestyle Against Preparedness of Family Life in Pragak Village Teens Parang District Magetan Regency, accepted. one's lifestyle created a parent's habit of parenting. Parents with low economic conditions tend to marry off their children at a young age so that after marriage often experience economic difficulties. While parents with high economic tend to delay the marriage of their children so that children will be more concerned about the career than at the wedding.</p><strong>Keywords: Hedonism Lifestyle, Autoritative Care Pattern, Family Preparedness Readiness.</strong>
