Becanang Traditional Music In The EveningBeguru in Gayo Society Bebesen Districts, District Central Aceh (Study of the form ofpresentation and form of music). Faculty Of Language and Art. Medan State University,2015.This research is a study about the existence of the forms of presentation becanangmusic and music form becanang the Gayo people in the District of Central Aceh DistrictBebesen. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of music in the districtbecanang Bebesen, form of presentation and form of music in the evening becanangbeguru indigenous community in the district of Gayo Bebesen, District Central Aceh.Thisresearch is based on theoretical foundation to explain the meaning of existence,understanding forms of presentation, understanding forms of music, understanding nightbecanang indigenous communities beguru Gayo. The method in this study used aqualitative descriptive method. The sample in this study is penatuah customaryunderstanding of the cultural traditions of indigenous communities which are also GayoGayo people of Central Aceh district. This data collection is done by the method ofobservation, interviews, laboratory work and literature study. This study was taken at thesite of the District Bebesen, Central Aceh district and the research was conducted fromJune 2015 through to August 2015. The results showed that the presence in the districtBebesen becanang music still plays an important role in any wedding processionindigenous Gayo people which can be seen from its function, especially in the traditionalevening event Beguru to be a communication tool and as a sign that Beguru event tobegin. Form of presentation of music becanang played with several musical instrumentstradition and consists of Gegedem, cymbals, Memong and gong, music becanang has avery important role in every stage of the traditional events marriage Gayo society,especially on the eve of indigenous Beguru as a communication tool caller localcommunities and as a sign that the traditional evening Beguru begin. Becanang musicalform only play three different forms of rhythm alone, three rhythm is played in alternatingturns, the most prominent bring rhythm motif is gegedem, on Memong instruments,cymbals and gongs just follow it, cymbals used as a regulator of tempo.

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.

Companies must have innovative ways of communicating messages to compete with other companies because of the many new companies that have sprung up. One of them is by using television media. However, with the increasing number of companies placing advertisements, the number of TV stations in Indonesia is now around 1027 television stations. The public's tendency to switch channels has made advertising conditions worse so that creative advertising is needed. Using a qualitative descriptive method focuses on describing, analyzing, and interpreting Tokopedia advertisements from television media. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, and documentation. The results showed that the Tokopedia WIB "Waktu Indonesia Belanja" advertisement was always on television. The advert is inspiring and easy to remember. This advertising has creativity as seen from the indicators of connectedness, suitability, and novelty.

Kuta Bataguh is administratively located in Bataguh and East Kapuas Districts, Kapuas Regency, Kalimantan Tengah. The research aims to reconstruct the characteristics of Kuta Bataguh. This research is using interpretive-descriptive method with the inductive reasoning. Data collection used surveys, excavations, interviews, and literature study. The analysis included environmental, stratigraphic, artifactual, spatial, and absolute dating analysis. Survey (surface and aerial) and excavation activities were carried out inside and outside the fence, both downstream and upstream of the Karinyau River. The results illustrate that the characteristics of Kuta Bataguh are a large permanent settlement that is split by a river. The fortified settlement of Kuta Bataguh was the leader residence of Ngaju community group (as the center of power). By referring to the pattern, function and extent of this settlement, it can be assumed that the local authorities in Bataguh are on par with early state in their socio-political organization.

ABSTRACT This study discusses the meaning of the text meudikee anggok seen from the concept bildung and sensus communis gadamer. Aims to describe the meaning of meudikee anggoktext of wisdom seen from the concept of bildung and sensus communis according to gadamer. Theories used are text theory and hermeneutics. Hermeneutics is a theory used to interpret. Seen from the concept of bildung is the form and sensus communis namely the true feeling and common good in society as the owner of the ritual.  The time of the research was conducted in july until the mont of september 2017. Place of research in infant village, sub district wide area of nort Aceh regency. Population of artists, public figures and children dzikir which amounted to 180. The research sample is a child dzikir 20 people. Leadershipand tengku amounted to 2 people and geuchik baby village so that the sample amounted to 23 people. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, literature study, documentation and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Based on reasearch that has been done meaning meudikee text seen from the concept of bildung and sensus communis. On the concept of bildung in the form of motion, chanting dzikir and clothing. On the sensus communis concept of community agreement the meaning contained in the motion of whether to surrender, plead, salute, appreciate, sincere, passion, agree, protect, tought ad ask. The meaning contained in chanting dzikir is honor, glorify, pray, begged, apologize, sacrifice, struggle, love, loyalty, ask for blessings and hope. The meaning contained in clothing is clean, holy, strength, death, firmness, decency, cover of aurat. Where the text contained in the concept of the sensus communis can be seen from the deliberation in planning the implementation of activities that contain the meaning of cooperation, cohesivenees and respect. People work together to prepare meunasah and food to be brought to the meunasah. As for its meaning is sincare, give each other, mutual cooperation, happy, spirit and joy. Keyword : Meudikee Anggok, Village baby, Bildung, Sensus Communis.

Abstract This study aims to express the factors that influence the existence of Madam balanse dance at Seberang Palinggam. Type of this research was a qualitative study with using descriptive method. The main instrument of this study was the researcher. The additional instruments used were such as stationery, camera and flash disk. Techniques of data collection werecarried out by using literature study, observation, interviews, documentation. The steps in analyzing data were data collection, reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions of the research. The results show that the dance originated from trading activity which led to cultural encounters, namely Portuguese culture (dance) with Nias culture (maena). The cultural meeting creates a form of art performance  namely Madam Balance Dance. The existence of the Madam balanse dance is influenced by several factors such as: customs, religion, community and government environment. This dance has changed its function from dance as a custom to dance as entertainment, this is because of the lack of interest in the community and the government of Padang to preserve and learn the Madam Balanse dance. One of the efforts to keep the Madam Balanse dance alive and sustainable is that the government have to promote or introduce the Madam Balanse dance again to the public. Keywords: Factors Affecting the Existence of Madam Balanse Dance

Online media is a liaison, intermediary, and target as well as a communication tool channel to convey messages to the general public with planning and systematic and hopes to get a response from the recipient of the message, and of course, it requires a good response or response from the target audience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the use of SIKD in managing archives in the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, with data collection done through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. The questionnaire was distributed to the archive manager with a research sample of 6 people. The results of this study indicate that the average score is 3.35, based on preparations using the Likert scale at intervals of 3.26 - 4.00, that the archive manager is very positive and effective using SIKD in managing the archives at the Department of Library and Archives of Pekanbaru City . And the obstacle faced by managers in using SIKD is one of the network problems, where in the Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service the network is sometimes unstable.

AbstrakPelaminan Melayu adalah bagian dari tradisi budaya masyarakat Melayu yang berfungsi sebagai tempat duduk ketika pengantin wanita memiliki upacara pernikahan. Pelaminan Melayu dihiasi dengan sulaman tekat dengan menggunakan berbagai desain ragam hias Melayu. Pelaminan Melayu sebagai simbol perkawinan di Riau telah digunakan sebagai sumber inspirasi dalam pengembangan batik di Pekanbaru Riau, yang disebut batik tabir. Namun, tidak banyak orang yang tahu bahwa ide batik tabir terinspirasi dari pelaminan Melayu Riau. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagian pelaminan Melayu yang menjadi inspirasi batik, desain ragam hias yang terdapat pada pelaminan Melayu Riau dan inovasi pada kerajinan batik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan ditetapkan dengan teknik snow ball sampling. Selanjutnya, data ditinjau dan dianalisis dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data dilakukan dengan partisipan, observasi, triangulasi, pengecekan dan memberchek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bentuk Tabir salah satu bagian pelaminan  Melayu berbentuk susunan garis-garis vertikal. 2) desain ragam hias Pelaminan Melayu Riau mengacu pada pola flora dan fauna. 3) Pelaminan Melayu sebagai inspirasi untuk inovasi batik. Konsep pola dasar batik berberupa garis-garis vertikal terinspirasi dari bentuk tabir belang pelaminan Melayu dan motif yang dirancang bersumber dari desain ragam hias yang terdapat di pelaminan Melayu Riau. Kata Kunci: Pelaminan Melayu Riau, Desain Ragam Hias dan BatikAbstractMalay pelaminan is part of the cultural traditions of the Malay community that serves as a seat when the bride has wedding ceremony. Malay pelaminan is decorated with tekat embroidery by using various pattern of Malay ornament. Malay pelaminan as a symbol of marriage in Riau has been used as a source of inspiration in the development of batik in Pekanbaru Riau, called batik tabir. However, not many people know that the idea of batik tabir is inspired from Malay pelaminan of Riau. Therefore, this study aims to describe the shape of the Malay pelaminan, pelaminan ornament motifs and innovations to the craft of batik.This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Its data collection of the study was conducted by using the interview technique, observation and documentation. The informants were set with snow ball sampling technique. Furthermore, the data reviewed and analyzed  by data reduction steps, presentation of data, drawing conclusions.  The validity of data was done with the participation, the observation, triangulation, checking and memberchek.The results revealed that: 1) the shape of the Malay pelaminan as a whole is rectangular. 2) The decorative motive of Malay Pelaminan Riau refers to flora and fauna pattern. 3) Malay Pelaminan as a inspiration for batik innovation. Batik is the concept of vertical lines of the form tabir belang pelaminan shape, and it is designed from  ornament  in the Malay pelaminan of Riau.Keywords: Riau Malay Pelaminan, Ornament  and Batik

Population of study aretradisional leaders. Simalungun people who knows aboutTortorMangaloaloTondong. The data collection was conducted by real work methods it wereinterviews, direct observation, documentation and literature study. The methods is used in thisstudy is qualitative method and descriptive approach. The result of the revealed thatTortorMangaloaloTondongfunction were server as the communication between human andhuman (suhutbolon and tondong). Tondong respected for delivering advice to suhutbolon andbride in tortor, humans communication to God were gratitude to God because the weddingceremony had done clearly, human and nature to see the weather, determine a good day for thewedding ceremony.

This article was structure and social function of folklore legend Si Untuang Sudah in Kanagarian Salido Sari Bulan District IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan Regency. Indonesian Literature Study Program, Department of Language and Literature of Indonesia, Faculty of Languages and Arts, State University of Padang. This study aims to describe the structure, and the functions contained in the story of Si Untuang Sudah in Kanagarian Salido Sari Bulan District IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research type is qualitative research by using descriptive method. Data were collected through interview, observation and recording with informant in Kanagariani Salido Sari Bulan District IV Jurai Pesisir Selatan Regency. Based on the research findings concluded the following matters. Structure of the story of Si Untuang Sudah can be described as folows: (a) figures of the legend Si Untuang Sudah, while the additional characters are Puti Linduang Moon, Rajo Angek Garang, Rajo Kuaso Kakek tuo, community (b) The path contained in legend Si Untuang is conventional groove; (c) there are several backgrounds contained in the story of Si Untuang Sudah, time setting, place, and social background. (d) The theme of the legend of Si Untuang has been about the greatness of God in showing his power; (e) The mandate we can take in the story is not to be emotional, do not be easy to believe in others, always be grateful and say thank you for what God has given you, to be wise before making a decision. The social function of the legend story of Si Untuang Sudah is for educating. entertaining, forming identity and tradition.Keywords: Structural, Social function, Folklore, Legend
