ABSTRAK Gadget merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia sebagai sumber informasi, hiburan dan pendidikan sehingga gadget dapat memberikan dampak yang postif dan negatif. Pemakaian gadget pada sekarang ini sudah digunakan mulai dari anak usia dini hingga orang dewasa. Persepsi efek positif anak terhadap gadget sangat penting untuk dikembangkan karena dapat membantu anak sebagai khalayak aktif untuk membedakan antara tontonan yang positif dan negative bagi anak.Dalam menggunakan g adget tentunya anak memerlukan dukungan dengan dilakukannya pendampingan dari orang tua untuk mengarahkan serta memberikan pemahaman-pemahaman mengenai media yang ditonton sehingga dapat meminimalisir dampak negatif. Pendampingan penggunaan media dan teknologi serta perangkatnya dikenal dengan istilah parental mediation . Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengawasan orangtua (parental mediation) terhadap anak usia dini dalam menggunakan gadget . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kajian pustaka dan literatur yang berisi teori. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut digunakan Teori Parental Mediation. Hasil dari kajian yang telah dilakukan terdapat tipe mediasi yang dilakukan orangtua untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap anak usia prasekolah dalam menggunakan gadget yaitu mediasi restriktif (restrictive mediation), mediasi aktif (active mediation) , mediasi penggunaan bersama (co - use) ABSTRACK The gadget is one of the media used by Indonesian people as a source of information, education and education so that gadgets can have positive and negative impacts. The use of gadgets at this time has been used starting from early childhood to adults. Percepti on of positive effects of children on gadgets is very important to be developed because it can help children as active audiences to distinguish between positive and negative shows for children. In using gadgets, make sure children support by supporting the assistance of parents to support providing media supports watched so that it can minimize negative impacts. Assistance in the use of media and technology known as parental mediation. The purpose of this study is to learn how to supervise parents of early childhood using gadgets. The lecture method is one of the methods that are often used by teachers in teaching and learning activities. This method is a method that is easy to implement and also cheap, because without the media and infrastructure it can be done. Some people underestimate this method and some even argue that it is outdated and left behind. According to the author's observations, this method remains relevant in any situation and condition, especially if a teacher is someone who is proficient in communicating and understanding the psychological condition and level of ability of the students he or she faces. The point is khootibunnaasa 'alaa qodri uqulihim (speak to humans according to their level of knowledge). The writing of this article uses the library research method, namely by digging and reviewing the literature that is related to the theme of writing this article. The results of the study and the author's study related to this lecture learning method are still very relevant and effective, especially during this covid-19 pandemic. By taking into account the following points; first, a teacher understands the science of communication well, second, understands the psychological condition of the audience/students, third, is able to touch students' emotions, fourth, includes elements of humor and is good at telling stories, fifth, is able to use social media and technology well.

Childhood is a golden age. The emphasis on the importance of early childhood education is not intended to assume that children should start "going to school as early as possible". The purpose of this study is; Develop learning media to improve the ability to recognize the concept of child numbers in the form of a number puzzle card game. This research method is research and development (Research and development or R D). Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the results of preliminary research on puzzle learning media through numerical cards: the assessment of material experts gave a score of 52.86% categorized as good enough. the quality got an assessment score of 57.14% categorized as good enough. After being revised the experts gave the following values: the assessment of the experts gave an assessment score of 78.57% categorized as good, the media expert gave an assessment score of 86.67% for the aspect of view categorized as very good and for the aspect of quality got an assessment score of 88.57% categorized as very good.

Cognitive development is an important aspect. One of them is the ability to think symbolically. To improve the ability of symbolic thinking of early childhood certainly cannot be separated from the role of educators. Indicators of cognitive development that must be achieved by children aged 4-5 years are: numbers 1-10, recognizing the concept of numbers, recognizing the symbol of numbers, and recognizing the symbol of letters. For this reason, it is appropriate for educators to work hard to improve the ability to think symbolically in early childhood by providing stimulation through appropriate learning media like children, one of which is the media learning of dimples. This research was conducted with a class action research method. From the two cycles that have been done show the results that there is an increase in the ability of symbolic thinking in early childhood group A using the media learning dimples.Perkembangan kognitif merupakan aspek yang tidak kalah penting. Salah satunya  adalah kemampuan berpikir simbolik. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak usia dini tentu tak lepas dari peranan pendidik. Indikator perkembangan kognitif yang harus dicapai anak usi 4-5 tahun adalah: membilang  benda 1-10, mengenal konsep bilangan, mengenal lambang bilangan, dan mengenal lambang huruf. Untuk itu sudah selayaknya pendidik berusaha dengan keras untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak usia dini dengan cara memberikan stimulasi melalui media pembelajaran yang tepat bagai anak, salah satunya adalah media pembelajaran lesung angka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode peneletian tindakan kelas. Dari dua siklus  yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemmapuan berpikir simbolik pada anak usia dini kelompok A dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran lesung angka.

This study aims to describe the ethics of implementing online-based counseling using media and technology during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses literature review by collecting reading materials from various sources with readings, comparing theories and research results regarding the use of technology media in the implementation of counseling, which are then analyzed descriptively. The result of this literature review is that the implementation of guidance and counseling using media and technology provides advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are related to the convenience obtained by BK / Counselor teachers in pre, implementation and post implementation of BK activities related to administration or guidance and counseling services. While the disadvantages are regarding public trust regarding the competence of implementing online counseling and the limitations of the media in its implementation, so that the maximum application of ethics in the implementation of online counseling is needed in order to anticipate the losses incurred.

This research originated from the fact that was found in Aisyiyah 29 Tanjung Aur Kindergarten, Padang, that children's creativity ability is not well developed, because the media is less varied. The aim of the researchers was to raise this title to find out whether clay influences the creativity of early childhood in Aisyiyah 29 Kindergarten Tanjung Aur Padang. Children's creativity can be developed through clay media. After going through the process and stages of clay can be used by children so that it is safe and harmless when forming activities with clay. The research method used is a quantitative method with experimental quasy types. Tests in the form of 4 items are used as data collection techniques, then processed using the t-test. The results of the post-test data analysis of the experimental class scored an average of 80 using clay activities and the control class gained an average of 71.67 using paper pulp.

This study aims to develop a model of exercise aids (hand paddle) as a training medium to train finger density in early swimmers. The research method used is the Sugiyono’s model of research and development method. Hand paddle modification was developed through a small-scale trial of 29 early swimmers from 3 swimming associations in East Jakarta. Small-scale trials were conducted using the pre-posttest design experiment with 6 training sessions using paddle modification. The results of the research and product development showed that (1) the media of exercise aids (hand paddle) significantly increased the density of the fingers in early childhood (2) the validity of exercise aid media indicated by the results of 87% swimming expert validity with the category very feasible and the validity of 75% biomechanics experts with appropriate categories, (3) The effectiveness of hand paddle media indicated by the results of the pretest and posttest, obtained tcount = 6.71> t table - 2.06, with sig (2 tailed) and degrees of freedom) .05 Keyword: Hand paddle, swimming, early age Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan model alat bantu latihan (hand paddle) sebagai media latihan melatih kerapatan jari tangan pada perenang usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D) model Sugiyono. Modifikasi hand paddle dikembangkan melalui uji coba skala kecil terhadap 29 perenang usia dini dari 3 perkumpulan renang di Jakarta Timur. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan dengan menggunakan eksperimen pre-posttest design dengan 6 kali sesi latihan menggunakan paddle modifikasi. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan produk yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Media alat bantu latihan (hand paddle) signifikan meningkatkan kerapatan jari – jari tangan pada anak usia dini (2) Kevalidan media alat bantu latihan yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil validitas ahli renang 87% dengan kategori sangat layak dan validitas ahli biomekanika 75% dengan kategori layak, (3) Keefektifan media alat bantu (hand paddle) yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil pretest dan posttest, diperoleh thitung = 6.71 > ttabel – 2.06, dengan sig (2 tailed) dan derajat kebebasan 0.05. The limited use of Jawi in the media has become a new challenge to Jawi enthusiasts. The influence of globalization and the community’s perception on Jawi has resulted in a state of concern regarding the use of Jawi especially in the mass media. Therefore, this study aims to obtain the perception of Malay students at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) pertaining to the use of Jawi in the mass media. The main objective of this study is to examine the perception of Malay students in UNITEN upon the use of Jawi and the preservation of Jawi in the media. The Malay students represent the young generation in the society. This study employed a quantitative research method using questionnaire survey as a source of information regarding the issue investigated. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS software version 20. The results showed that majority of the respondents had the idea that Jawi should be well-placed in the mass media. One of the important recommendations provided by the respondents is the role of the local authorities to make it compulsory for Jawi scripts to be on billboards and advertisements. This study is important as reference for the concerned parties for actions to be taken for the preservation of Jawi. Keywords: Jawi script, Jawi preservation, media Penggunaan tulisan Jawi yang terhad di media telah menjadi cabaran baru kepada para pencinta tulisan Jawi. Pengaruh globalisasi serta persepsi masyarakat terhadap tulisan Jawi telah mewujudkan satu keadaan yang membimbangkan tentang tahap penggunaan tulisan Jawi terutamanya di media massa. Oleh itu, kajian ini berhasrat untuk mendapatkan persepsi dari kalangan pelajar Melayu di Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) berkaitan penggunaan tulisan Jawi di media massa. Objektif utama kajian ini adalah untuk menilai persepsi pelajar Melayu di UNITEN berkaitan usaha pemeliharaan tulisan Jawi dan penggunaan tulisan Jawi di media. Pelajar Melayu ini merupakan golongan muda yang mewakili generasi baru dalam masyarakat. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah penyelidikan secara kuantitatif yang menggunakan borang soal selidik sebagai sumber maklumat berkaitan isu yang dikaji. Data yang diperolehi telah dianalisis menggunakan perisian SPSS versi 20. Hasil kajian menunjukkan majoriti responden berpendapat bahawa tulisan Jawi perlu mendapat kedudukan yang baik di media massa. Antara cadangan penting yang diberikan oleh responden adalah peranan pihak berkuasa tempatan untuk mewajibkan penggunaan tulisan Jawi pada papan tanda dan iklan. Kajian ini penting sebagai bahan rujukan kepada pihak berkaitan untuk tindakan seterusnya sebagai salah satu usaha pemeliharaan tulisan Jawi. ABSTRAK   Pendidikan karakter merupakan hal penting yang harus di tumbuhkan pada anak usia dini, salah satunya mengenai kemandirian. Anak usia dini merupakan masa yang menjadi dasar pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian anak. Sehingga akan sangat penting bila kemandirian sudah mulai ditumbuhkan sejak dini. Salah satu cara untuk menumbuhkan kemandirian pada anak usia dini bisa dilakukan dengan bermain. Bermain mempunyai arti yang sangat penting bagi anak karena setiap anak mempunyai dorongan untuk bermain dan merupakan suatu kebutuhan untuk seorang anak. Dengan bermain, aspek kemandirian akan didapat dari bagaimana cara anak menyelesaikan sebuah tantangan tanpa harus ketergantungan pada orang lain. Metode bermain yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan media puzzle. Media puzzle adalah media permainan anak yang akan meningkatkan kognitif anak serta akan membantu anak mengembangkan kemampuan kemandirian dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan studi literatur yang merupakan survei dan pembahasan literatur pada bidang tertentu dari suatu penelitian. Studi ini merupakan gambaran singkat dari apa yang telah dipelajari, argumentasi, dan ditetapkan tentang suatu topik, dan biasanya diorganisasikan secara kronologis atau tematis.   Kata Kunci : pendidikan karakter, kemandirian, anak usia dini, puzzle.   Character education is an important thing that should be grown in early childhood, one of which is about independence. Early childhood is the period that became the basis of character formation and personality of children. So it will be very important if the independence has begun to grow early on. One way to cultivate self-reliance in early childhood can be d one by playing. Playing has a very important meaning for the child because every child has a drive to play and is a necessity for a child. By playing, the independence aspect will be gained from how the children solve a challenge without having to depend on others. Playing method used is by using the media puzzle. Media puzzle is a child's game media that will improve children's cognitive and will help children develop the ability of independence in solving problems. The research method used is literature study which is a survey and discussion of literature in certain field of a research. This study is a brief overview of what has been learned, argued, and defined about a topic, and is usually organized chronologically or thematically.   Keyword : character, independence, early childhood,puzzle.

One of the characteristics of early childhood is to have a strong sense of enthusiasm and curiosity towards many things around it. Curiosity can be raised using the media. Media is a means of learning that can bring the interest of students to learn because the media is everything that can be used to channel the message, stimulate the mind, attention, and willingness of students to be involved in the learning process. The series image media has a sequence of images that can stimulate the child's mind to speak and produce a continuous story. The purpose of the study explains the media of this series can increase the students' interest to speak so that the ability to speak early child is increasing. The research method used in this study is literature review is a series of activities related to the method of collecting data library, reading and recording and managing research materials. Research results obtained by using a series of drawing media can develop the potential for child speech development and increase vocabulary mastery.

The problems analyzed in the thesis of the phenomenon of slang as linguistic creativity in Instagram social media in this millennial era are numerous. To obtain more linear and specific analysis results, the problems studied in this scientific paper study must be limited to the characteristics of the slang on Instagram social media, the equivalent vocabulary of slang with Indonesian on Instagram social media and the process of forming the lingual unit of slang in the media social Instagram and the positive and negative impacts of using slang in the millennial era. The research method used in this thesis research is a qualitative descriptive research method with phenomenological qualitative techniques. In this study, the collection of data and information was obtained through informants, namely by means of observation or observation. The results of the data obtained through data collection techniques are then compiled to form a systematic report, namely Instagram account owners in the millennial era.
