Kesalahan Penggunaan Bahasa Perancis dalam Tulisan Mahasiswa Program Studi Sastra Perancis Unpad

ABSTRAKUntuk menghasilkan sebuah karangan berbahasa Perancis yang dapat dipahamioleh khalayak umum, mahasiswa harus menguasai kemampuan berbahasa Perancis ragamtulis yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah yang berlaku. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menjelaskan kesalahan sintaksis yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Program StudiSastra Perancis Universitas Padjadjaran. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambildari sepuluh karangan mahasiwa yang duduk di semester lima dan tujuh dan dianalisisdengan menggunakan metode simak dan metode analisis padan referensial translasionaldengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesalahantertinggi yang dilakukan mahasiswa adalah kesalahan dalam penggunaan passé composédan imparfait sebesar 50%, kemudian diikuti oleh kesalahan dalam penggunaan pronomrelatif simple et composé ‘pronomina penghubung bebas dan turunan’ sebesar 30%, danterakhir kesalahan dalam penggunaan pronom COD et COI ‘pronomina COD dan COI’ sebesar20%. Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan tersebut adalah faktor linguistikyang disebabkan oleh perbedaan kaidah tatabahasa bahasa Indonesia dan Perancis.Selain itu terdapat pula faktor sosiolinguistik yang disebabkan oleh jarangnya mahasiswamembiasakan diri mereka untuk mengaplikasikan bahasa Perancis di luar kelas.Kata kunci: kesalahan, sintaksis, bahasa Perancis, tulis, pengajaranABST RACTTo produce a French-language essay that can be understood by the general public,the students should master the ability of French language in good and true writing skill inaccordance with the applicable rules. The aim of this research is to explain the syntactic errorsmade by students of French literature’s program at University Padjadjaran. The sources ofdata are taken from the ten student essays who sit in the fifth and seventh semesters, and themethods used in this research are Observation Method ‘Metode Simak’ and the analyticalreference translational analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results of thisresearch indicate that the highest errors that students make are the use of passé composéand imparfait as much as fifty percent, followed by errors in the use of pronom relatifsimple et composé ‘the free and derivative pronouns’ thirty percent, and the last error is inthe use of pronom CO D et CO I ‘‘The COD and COI pronouns’ twenty percent. The factors thatcause those errors are a linguistic caused by the difference rules of Indonesian and Frenchgrammar. In addition there are also sociolinguistic factors caused by the rarity of studentsfamiliarize themselves to apply the French language outside the classroom.Keywords: Error, syntax, French language, writing, teaching

Analisis kontrastif antara dua bahasa atau lebih dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penjelasan yang objektif tentang perbedaan kaidah antara dua bahasa atau lebih yang diperbandingkan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pembentukan makna jamak secara sintaksis dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Arab, kemudian membandingkannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan penanda makna jamak bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Arab. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simak dengan teknik simak bebas libat cakap. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode agih dan padan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan makna jamak secara sintaksis dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Arab dibentuk dengan adanya kata sandang, numeralia, adverbia, dan kata yang bermakna jamak secara leksikal tanpa penanda. Keempat penanda tersebut ditemukan dalam kaidah pembentukan jamak bahasa Indonesia, tetapi dalam bahasa Arab hanya ditemukan penanda berupa numeralia dan kata yang bermakna jamak secara leksikal. Contrastive analysis between two or more languages is intended to provide an objective explanation of the difference law between two or more languages being compared. This study identifies the formation of plural meanings syntactically in Indonesian and Arabic. The purpose of this study was to determine the similarities and differences in the plural meaning markers of Indonesian and Arabic. The methods of data collection used was the observation method with the simak bebas libat cakap technique. The data analysis method used agih and padan methods respectively. The results of this study show that the syntactic plural meaning in Indonesian and Arabic is formed by the presence of the article, numeralia, adverbial, and words that have the lexical plural meaning without a marker. The four markers are found in the rules for the formation of the Indonesian plural, but in Arabic, only a marker is found in the form of a numeralia and a word that has a lexical plural meaning.

Language is a tool used to convey ideas, ideas, feelings, and thoughts to others. Language, which is an arbiter sound symbol system that is used by members of one community to work together, interact, and identify themselves. In other words, language can be a means to convey intent or purpose so that the desired thing is achieved. As a communication tool, language develops over time. Therefore, language will never die if its speakers still care and love for the language comparative linguistics as a study or study of language which includes the comparison of cognate languages or the historical development of a language. This research aims to elucidate the use of Indonesian language at students of Iqra Buru University with Comparative Analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collected by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Sources of data in this study were 5 speakers 5 speakers language Analyzing the data by means of data selection, data classification, and data presentation. The results of the study stated that there were phonological differences, namely the Jamee vowel system contained / ɛ / and / ɔ /, while the vocal system was / a / and the consonant system was Jamee / ɣ / or / R /, while the language / r /, then the difference pronunciations include single vowels, for example makɛn, bɔRa in Jamee and eating, bara in Language used by iqra Rush university students. Indonesian and Malaysian are languages that are often debated because they have similarities and similarities. This happens because Indonesian and Malaysian are rooted in Malay. Problems related to Indonesian and Malaysians are interesting to study. The topic discussed in this study is the use of Indonesian and Malaysian personal pronouns. The main objective of this study is to compare the use of Indonesian and Malaysian personal pronouns from a semantic point of view. That is, the authors compare them in terms of lexical meaning. This is because the root of a vocabulary is the meaning of the dictionary. In this study, the type of qualitative method with a descriptive approach was chosen as the data analysis method.. The data collected is in the form of first, second, and third personal pronoun vocabulary. The data sources for this study are Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia and Kamus Dewan Bahasa Malaysia. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the use of Indonesian and Malaysian pronouns had differences and similarities. The difference can be seen from the number of meanings. In Indonesian, there are as many as 15 meanings, while in Malaysia there are as many as 20 meanings. The similarities can be seen in each personal pronoun.

The purpose of this research is to obtain an overall view of the translation of adverbs of manner from English to Bahasa Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach using a content analysis method. The data used in this study are all sentences which are positive, negative, and interrogative sentences, including translation strategies and translation shifts (of the meaning). The data source in this study is Charlotte’s Web novel by E.B. White in English as the source text and the translation in Bahasa Indonesia (Laba-laba dan Jaring Kesayangannya) as the target text translated by Dina Begum.

Objects become one of the discussions in both Indonesian and Arabic grammar which serves to form basic sentences in sentences that are transitive predicated, clarify the meaning of sentences, and form a unity or completeness of mind. Therefore, the author will examine the differences and similarities about objects or maf'ulbih in Arabic and Indonesian so that a learner will easily understand the structure of the sentence in texts with different themes. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with content analysis method. The research data are in the form of Arabic object structures in the Al-Jazirah Online newspaper and the structure of Indonesian objects in the Tempo kora. The results of this study are the equations of the structure of objects in Arabic and Indonesian, the equations concerning the type of words used, namely both nouns both in Indonesian and Arabic. The differences in the structure of the objects of the two languages ​​can be seen from the order of placement of objects, in Arabic the object may overtake the subject and the predicate does not have to be after the predicate, but in Indonesian it is not like that.

AbstrakPredikat dalam bahasa Indonesia (bI) dan bahasa Inggris (bIng) secara umum diisi oleh kata kerja atau verba. Kelaziman tersebut berimplikasi pada munculnya fenomena perubahan kelas kata nomina menjadi verba. Konstruksi yang diciptakan dari proses perubahan tersebut dikenal dengan verba denominatif (VDn). Konstruksi VDn dalam bI dapat berwujud membukukan, berpidato, menggambarkan, dan sejenisnya. Konstruksi VDn dalam bIng dapat berwujud summarize, darken, beautify, dan sejenisnya. Melalui penelitian ini, fenomena konstruksi VDn dalam dua bahasa tersebut diperbandingkan. Pembandingan dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan fitur morfologis konstruksi VDn dalam bI dan bIng. Data berupa konstruksi VDn yang mengisi fungsi predikat klausa atau kalimat bI dan bIng yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode simak (observasi) model Sudaryanto (2015). Data dianalisis berdasarkan landasan teoretis morfologi kontrastif (contrastive morphology) (Lefer, 2011). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua deskripsi kecenderungan. Pertama, secara khusus, aspek persamaan bersumber pada (a) afiks derivasional sebagai pemarkah konstruksi dan (b) jenis nomina yang diderivasikan. Kedua, aspek perbedaan terdiri atas (a) distribusi afiks derivasional bI lebih bervariasi daripada bIng dan (b) pola pembentukan konstruksi VDn bI lebih bervariasi daripada bIng.Kata kunci: verba denominatif, morfologi kontrastif, bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Inggris AbstractThe function of predicate of the Bahasa Indonesia and the Englsih commonly filled by the verb classes. That syntactical order stimulates the phenomenon of word class-changes, namely from noun into verb. The construction that producted by those process identified as denominal verb (VDn). The constructions of VDn of Bahasa Indonesia appear on many form, for example membukukan, berpidato, menggambarkan, and so on. In addition to Bahasa Indonesia, the VDn of English appear on several forms, for example summarize, darken, beautify, and so on. In this study, the phenomenon of VDn of the Bahasa Indonesia and the English compared to describe the morphological feature of VDN on those two languages. The data were clause or sentence of the Bahasa Indonesia and the English that using VDn as a predicate. The data of study collected by observation method (simak) formulated by Sudaryanto (2015). The analysis of data based on the theoretical framework of Contrastive Morphology  (Lefer, 2011). The results show two descriptions of tendency. First, the similarity of VDn of the Bahasa Indonesia and the English is on (a) the derivational affixes as a VDn marker and (b) the types of noun as a based morpheme. Second, the difference of VDn of the Bahasa Indonesia and the English is on (a) the distribution of afffixes on the VDn of Bahasa Indonesia were more varied than the VDn of English and (b) the pattern of formation of VDn of the Bahasa Indonesia more varied than the VDn of the English. Nowadays, people can easily access everything with one-click away. For example, when you want to read an article in foreign language which you are not familiar with, then you just need to open Google Translate and within seconds, you will get the translation of it. To deal with that reality, a translator has to differentiate himself from machine translation which is increasingly used by the public. Therefore, the translator is required to produce an equivalent and natural translation in the Target Language. This research aims to provide understanding of translation equivalence on video transcripts conducted by students in Movie Translation (Subtitling) course. This study uses qualitative approach, content analysis method, and purposive sampling to collect data. In short, there are two types of translation equivalence used by students, formal and dynamic. Formal equivalence focuses on the similarity of the form and meaning of the message from Source Language to Target Language, while dynamic one focuses on the naturalness of expression in the Target Language.

Language plays an important role in human life. language and humans can not be separated. Humans in all their activities need language to communicate with other humans. Communication has various kinds, one of which is oral communication that can cause interference. This research is descriptive in qualitative form. In this study the author uses listening method, the basic technique is "Tapping Technique". The advanced technique I  is checking out the free involvement technique or "SBLC". Advanced technique II is a note-taking technique. Another technique is interview. The emphasis of the analysis in this study is the grammatical interference of Bahasa Indonesia  in mahārah kalām, of female students (santriwati) of Kulliyatul Mu’allimat Al-Islamiyah (KMI) at Ar-Risalah International Program of modern boarding school Ponorogo. Based on the emphasis of the analysis above, the authors chose the intralingual equivalent method as an analysis method. The presentation method of the data results analysis used in this study is an informal method. The results show that the form of Interference that occurs in the study location is in the form of morphological and syntactic interference. As for the factor underlying the interference in mahārah kalām of Santriwati at KMI Ar-Risalah boarding school is the difference in the system of first language or second language (interlingual transfer), analogy (excessive equation), thinness of user loyalty to recipient languages, the need for synonyms and transfer language because it brings habits in mother tongue.

The objective of this study is to understand comprehensively the directive speech acts contained in the comic Tous Super-Héros by Jean-Christophe Camus, Lilian Thuram and Benjamin Chaud which includes forms, meanings and functions. The data analysed were dialogues between the characters in the Tous Super-Héros comic that were found in the dialogue balloon. The data, hereafter processed through a content analysis method with a qualitative approach. Qualitative approach used here is an approach that investigates a social phenomenon and human problems which the data collected consists of words (or text) from the expressions between speakers and interlocutors in the dialogue. Analysis of the findings shows that literal direct speech acts as a form of directive speech act has the highest intensity of 65.12%, the context of commands and warnings as the meaning of directive speech acts has the highest intensity of 20.93%, and advisories as a directive speech act function has the highest intensity of 24.41% . The findings in this study have implications for general French language insights, and for understanding the social and cultural of French expressions.
