Employee performance basically has a big influence on the company's contribution in terms of the quality of service provided to consumers. Employee performance is one of the main assets that must be owned by the company, especially the hotel business where the aim is to measure customer satisfaction. Quality performance will create comfort and satisfaction for consumers. But the fact is that often the problem in the field is the opposite. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee performance on customer satisfaction at Hotel Setia Puruk Cahu Murung Raya. The type and research approach used is quantitative research, with data collection techniques through: Observation, Interview, and Questionnaire/Questionnaire. Data analysis techniques: Simple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test (t test) and Determination Test (R Square test). From the results of the analysis that the researchers did, it can be concluded that the variable "Employee Performance (Y) has a positive influence on the variable "Consumer Satisfaction" (X) where in a simple linear regression test it is found that every additional unit of Employee Performance Variable will increase satisfaction. Consumers are 0.441 or 44.1%, and the t test shows that the influence of employee performance on customer satisfaction at Hotel Setia Puruk Cahu Murung Raya is very significant where the significant value is 0.001 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then the influence of employee performance is also classified as high on consumer satisfaction, which is equal to 0.614 or 61.4%.

The population in this study were all Honda motorcycle consumers at Galaxy Motor Dealers. Sampling using accidental sampling (roscoe) technique to obtain a sample of 60 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is the test instrument (validity test and reliability test), Multiple linear regression test analysis, t test and F test. The results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = -0.963+ 0.121X1 + 0.415X2 + e. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded (1) There is a significant but not significant effect on customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, (2) there is a significant influence between brand trust and consumer loyalty (3) there is a significant effect between customer satisfaction and brand trust on consumer loyalty .

The inability to make choices of college, department, academic ability, will cause anxiety and anxiety that will make decisions based on the influence of others such as parents, family, and friends. To assist students in understanding the selection of advanced studies appropriate to their interests and talents, there needs to be a career guidance service. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of career guidance services against the election of advanced study of grade XII students. The method used is quantitative research using SPSS 17.0 on simple linear regression test which is used to know the effect of career guidance service on selection of further study. This study used a sample of 120 students of Class XII who were taken by random sampling at Senior High School in Singkawang city. The results showed that the career guidance service gives influence to the students of class XI in determining the selection of further study. From result of linear regression calculation by using SPSS 17.0 application so big influence is 0.098. the conclusion is that any career guidance services provided, will have a positive effect of 0.098 on the ability of students in choosing further studies. Suggestions for students, in order to follow the existing career guidance services in school so that it can assist in determining the decision selection of further study in accordance with the talents, interests and abilities possessed. For teachers of BK, can maximize career guidance services especially related to advanced studies so that students are able to choose and determine the choice of study of interest and in accordance with the ability possessed. Data collection was done by interviewing the staff on duty and making observations and observations while in the field. The data obtained is then analyzed and elaborated so as to form a relevant information. In addition to describing the results of interviews, there are some data that are processed using statistical analysis using correlation tests and simple linear regression tests. The statistical data analysis was used to determine the relationship between vehicle rental payments and operational activities and to find out what percentage of the effect was obtained from the two variables. The results of the correlation test using SPSS statistic 25 which shows that vehicle rental payments and operational activities have a positive relationship, the results of a simple linear regression test get the equation Y = 200534,257 + 0.659X. The value of R square is 0.559.

Many of them did not know the function of the clothes they wear, and how Islam arranges the clothes. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of religiosity on the decision of purchasing Muslim clothes in Tembilahan District. This was quantitative research by simple linear regression method analysis. The results showed that the T count was bigger than the T table. The T table was 12,763>2,024 and sig. 0.000 <0.05 means Ha was accepted, and Ho was rejected. The contribution of religiosity to the decision toward purchasing Muslim clothing by looking at the results of the R Square was 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% influenced by other factors outside of the researcher's discussion.
