This study aims to determine the influence of parental involvement on the learning motivation of grade IV and V students at MI Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo. In this study, the total population was 42 students in class IV and V of MI Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo which included 11 children in class IV A, 12 children in class IV B, and 19 in class V. Because the number of class IV and V MI Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo is 42 students, the population sample in this study is all of them. In measuring the research variables, the researcher first tested the instrument, namely the validity test and the reliability test. Meanwhile, in measuring the effect of the two variables using the correlation formula and simple linear regression using SPSS 20 to determine the results of the data that has been done. Based on the data processing that has been done, there is a significant influence between the involvement of parents on student motivation at MI Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo amounting to 32.7% while the remaining 67.3% is influenced by other aspects

Abstract The Covid 19 outbreak has an impact on various areas of life, especially the world of education. Student learning is required to transform and adapt to the conditions of the 4.0 century. This is what motivates researchers to conduct research on children's learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade IV MI Al Fajar Pringsewu. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate there is an effect of audio visual media on student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic with a known value tcount > ttable (4.118 > 2.056) then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract:The purpose of study is to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect of humanistic approach on learning motivation of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung during Covid-19 pandemic. This research is quantitative descriptive by using descriptive statistic method. The population is 143 students of class XI and the sample of 25%, namely 36 students were taken randomly. A closed questionnaire was used as the instrument for the data collection. The data processing and analysis techniques used simple linear regression method with t-test. The regression equation was Y = 2.5 + 0.21 X + e. The value of X was positive value, it indicated that the better humanistic approach is applied, the more student motivation will be. Based on the data analysis, it was known that the significance value of the humanistic approach variable was 0.047. The results show that the significance value (0.047) is smaller than the value of 0.050 (α). Therefore, it is concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that the humanistic approach has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pendekatan humanistik oleh guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Tarutung pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitianini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Populasi 143 siswa kelas XI  dan sampel 25 % yaitu 36 orang diambil secara random.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket tertutup. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana dengan uji-t. Persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 2,5 + 0,21 X + e. Nilai X adalah nilai positif, ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pendekatan humanistik dilakukanguru akan mengakibatkan motivasi belajar siswa semakin meningkat.Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi variabel pendekatan humanistik oleh guru adalah sebesar 0,047. Karena nilai signifikansi 0,047 lebih kecil daripada nilai 0,050 (α) maka disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini berarti bahwa pendekatan humanistik oleh guru mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

This study aims to determine the effect of extracurricular public speaking activities on the communicative character of class IV-VI students of MI Darul Fikri. This type of research is quantitative research, test analysis, data collection methods using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The total population of 133 students consists of 7 classrooms. The sample of this research was taken using the formula Slovin, which was obtained as many as 57 of the 133 students. Hypothesis testing includes 2 stages, namely the product-moment correlation test and simple linear regression test using the SPSS 20 application. The results of this study can be concluded that three is a significant effect of extracurricular public speaking activities on the communicative character of class IV-VI students of MI Darul Fikri Bringin Kauman Ponorogo. This is evidenced by the amount of 0.258 or 25.8% while 74.2% is influenced by other factors

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif, yang beralokasi di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar.Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik Cluster/ judgmental  sebanyak 61 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, koesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah-langkah berupa validitas, realibilitas, uji normalitas, linearitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS 17 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0,000, sedangkan nilai r square menunjukkan 0,58 artinya terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Hang Tuah Makassar sebesar 58%.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, perilaku siswa.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of family and school environment on student behavior in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which located in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar. Cluster sampling is the technique / judgmental as many as 61 students. The technique of collecting data is through observation, questioner, interview, and documentation. Analysis of data by measures such as validity, reliability, test for normality, linearity and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression formula with SPSS 17 for Windows. Based on the results of the data analysis, the significant value gained 0,000, while the r value of 0.58 means that there are square shows the influence of family and school environment on student behavior in SMA Hang Tuah Makassar by 58%. Keywords: family environment, school environment, student behavior

This study aims to determine whether or not the effect of school facilities on student motivation in SMP N 1 Jiwan Academic Year 2011/2012. Determination of the sample in this study using a random sampling of the number of 48 students comprising the class 7A and 7B. The data collection method kueisioner. In analyzing the data using a simple linear regression, and to test whether the instrument is valid using the t test. The results indicate that school facilities have an influence on students’ motivation in the learning process in SMP N 1 Jiwan Year 2011/2012. It is obtained from the calculation of the t test showed that thitung (2.5)> ttabel of 1.684 which was exhibited significantly at the level of 0.05 (5%), Ho is rejected which means that there was an effect of school facilities on student motivation in the learning process. Judging from the results of calculations using the t test derived regression equation Y = 26.717 + 0.346 X, which means that if the school facility experienced a 1% increase the motivation of students in the learning process has increased by 0.346%. It can be concluded that there was an effect of school facilities on student motivation in the learning process in SMP N 1 Jiwan Madison County Academic Year 2011/2012.

Data processing in this study used SPSS 17 for windows software, while for testing using a questionnaire in the validity test and reliability test before the study. The classic assumption test used is the normality test. The hypothesis test used is simple linear regression. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were employees at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the number of samples used is the same as the total population of 40 people. The instrument test in this study consisted of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: 1) classical assumption test consisting of normality test and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency as evidenced by the sig value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 5,619 > ttable 2,021 so it can be concluded that employee competence has a significant influence on archive management.

ABSTRAK   Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keterampilan  mengadakan  variasi gaya mengajar  guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pad mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VIII 3 di SMP Negeri 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode  pre experimental desing dengan bentuk one group pretest- postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 254 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang yang diambil mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dokumentasi observasi dan angket.  Berdasarkan hasil analisi rata-rata angket 65% dan meningkat menjadi 71%. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji regresi linier sederhana di dapatkan nilai yang diperoleh .000 dan nilai (?) sebesar .05 dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai sig < ? (.000 < .05), maka keputusan yang diambil Hoditolak dan menerima Ha.Kata kunci: Keterampilan mengadakan variasi , Motivasi belajar siswa, PPKn  kelas VIII ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of skills organizing various teachers' learning styles for students' study motivation in the PPKn class of VIII 3 Senior High School of 1 Palembang. This research used a quantitative approach with the pre experimental desing method with the form of one group pretest- postest design. The population in this research is 254 students with 32 people samples that are taken using purposive sampling techniques. As for data collection techniques had used observation and angket documentation. Based on an analysis of the average sheet of questionnaire 65% and rising to 71%. In. This case, the research is proven by a test of a hypothesis by using a simple linear regression formula to achieve the value generated .000 and a value (?) is .05 as large as a result is a sig < ? (.000 < .05), then the decision taken by Ho is rejected and accepts Ha.Key words: Unvariety skills, Student learning motivation, PPKn VIII class

<em>This research analyzes ecommerce on online purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of trust, safety, product quality on online purchasing decisions at shopee. The total population used was 1,200 taken from researchers' instagram followers and the number of samples used in this study were 92 respondents. This research is a quantitative study, using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study were obtained simultaneously showing the positive influence of product safety and quality while trust has a negative influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of trust, safety and product quality on purchasing decisions. And there is advice given, that shopee companies need to pay attention to consumer confidence and develop the quality of products that are needed and desired by consumers in shopping online.</em>
