This study determined the effect of school leadership on the work discipline of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Ogan ilir. This research used quantitative methods with correlational types. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression test analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) principal's leadership has a significant effect on teacher discipline; 2) work motivation has a significant effect on teacher discipline; and 3) principal's leadership and work motivation together have a significant effect on the work discipline.

This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and rewards on teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational type of research. The research population was 45 people, namely the teachers at SMPN 1 Indralaya. The number of research samples were 40 people. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression test analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. Research results show that: (1) The work environment has no significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya. (2) The rewards has a significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya (3) Work environment and rewards together have a significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya

This research was conducted in order to determine the effect of leadership style and discipline to employee performance that is mediated by the motivation to work on Tanah Datar District Education Office. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of a number of statements about leadership style, work discipline, employee performance and motivation. This study used a sample of incidental sampling, where the entire population is taken overall research officer working as many as 72 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression test multilevel linear regression. Simple linear regression test is used to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of labor discipline on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, and for linear regression stratified namely the effect of leadership style on employee performance mediated by motivation and influence of labor discipline against employee performance mediated by work motivation. The results showed that the leadership style positive and significant impact on performance, discipline, positive and significant impact on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on the performance, leadership style positive and significant effect on performance mediated by motivation and discipline positive and significant impact on performance mediated by motivation.this research is exspectedto further research.

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

This study aims to examine the effect of trust, service quality, hedonic shopping motivation on the interest in transacting using lazada application. The population used in this study is community using lazada application. The method of data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The testing technique used is validation and reliability tests and uses data analysis techniques in the form of classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests.. The hypothesis in this study was tested using t test and f test. The results of the study showed that all variables were declared free of interference from existing classical assumptions.From the results of multiple linear regression test results f obtained Fcount of 17.665> Ftable of 2.60 then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted means that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between variables of trust, service quality, hedonic shopping motive towards interest in using the lazada application. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of packaging toward purchase intention with quality of the product as a mediation variable for Micro, Small, and Medium Scale Business “Legit” Product. This research used descriptive quantitative methods. The method of data collection were primary and secondary data. The population of this research is the entire Indonesia population of 2016 (257.912.349 peoples). This study used non-probability sampling technique by taking purposive sampling. This study used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with instrument test, a classic assumption (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), model test (adjusted R2, T test and F test), Causal Steps and Bobel Test to checked the validity of the hypothesis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the packaging has a significant effect on the purchase intention of the Legit’s product, the packaging has a significant effect towards the quality of the Legit’s product and the packaging has a significant effect towards the purchase intention of the Legit’s product with the quality of the product as a mediated variable.

1This1research originated from the Industrial Field Experience at Daima Hotel Padang. The author found problems, related to employee work performance and lack of work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on work performance in Daima Hotel Padang. This1type1of1research1is1quantitative1with a1causal assosiative approach. The population in this study were employees of Daima Hotel Padang. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 46 people, namely employees who already had work performance assessments. Data analysis techniques using data description and simple linear regression test using the SPSS Computer1Program1version116.00. Research results show that: Work motivation is in the good category (52.17%), Job Performance is in the quite good category (58.69%) and the simple linear regression test results obtained R Square value of 0.118. Meaning that motivation significantly influences work performance employees at 11.8% and 88.2% are influenced by other factors.

ABSTRACTGovernment effort for increasing and leveling rural development done by village funds allocation as mandated by UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 about also by Goverment Regulation (PP) No. 60 Tahun 2014 about village funds that sourced from APBN. Referred to village funds purpose which is for increasing community welfare so for the management community should involve. The purpose from this research is analyzing how’s the community’s attitude and participation towards village funds management and to analyze how’s the level of inequality distribution of development results. The methods that being used in this research is quantitative methods supported with qualitative data and using analysis of multiple linear regression test. The results of this research shown if community’s attitude who joined village discussion tend positively and the participation level is high, while the community’s attitude who wasn’t join the village discussion tend negatively and the participation level is low. The community’s responses is affecting the transparency level and accountability of village funds management.Key words: community’s responses, village development, village funds-----------------------ABSTRAKUpaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan dan memeratakan pembangunan desa dilakukan melalui pengalokasian dana desa sebagaimana amanat UU No.6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa serta Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 60 Tahun 2014 tentang Dana Desa yang bersumber dari APBN. Merujuk tujuan dari dana desa yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat maka pengelolaannya harus melibatkan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana sikap dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan dana desa serta untuk menganalisis bagaimana tingkat ketimpangan pendistribusian hasil pembangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang didukung data kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap masyarakat yang mengikuti musyawarah desa cenderung positif dan tingkat partisipasinya tinggi, sedangkan masyarakat yang tidak mengikuti musyawarah cenderung memiliki sikap yang negatif dan tingkat partisipasi yang rendah. Respon masyarakat tersebut mempengaruhi tingkat transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa.Kata kunci: dana desa, pembangunan pedesaan, respon masyarakat

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the quality of the products, promotions, brand trust and satisfaction of consumers against purchasing decisions (case study of user Honda Vario Muara Bulian district). The number of samples in the study was 80 respondents and convience method using sampling. This research method using multiple linear regression test analysis. The results of this study showed that the quality of the products, promotions, brand and trust our satisfaction of influential consumers significantly to purchasing decisions. Test the quality of the data used in this study using the test validity and reliability as for testing the validity, reliability, while for hypothesis testing in this study using a coefficient determination test, test and test F T. multiple linear regression test results it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the variable quality of products, promotions, brand, trust and satisfaction of consumers against purchasing decisions.Keyword: product quality, promotion, brand Trust, satisfaction of consumers and purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction and brand trust on consumer loyalty. The problems in this study are (1) How is the influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, (2) how the influence of brand trust on customer satisfaction and (3) how the simultaneous influence of customer satisfaction and brand trust on consumer loyalty. The population in this study were all Honda motorcycle consumers at Galaxy Motor Dealers. Sampling using accidental sampling (roscoe) technique to obtain a sample of 60 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is the test instrument (validity test and reliability test), Multiple linear regression test analysis, t test and F test. The results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = -0.963+ 0.121X1 + 0.415X2 + e. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded (1) There is a significant but not significant effect on customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, (2) there is a significant influence between brand trust and consumer loyalty (3) there is a significant effect between customer satisfaction and brand trust on consumer loyalty . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan konsumen dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, (2) bagaimana pengaruh kepercayaan merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan (3) bagaimana pengaruh secara simultan antara kepuasan konsumen dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen sepeda motor Honda pada Dealer Galaxy Motor. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling (roscoe) sehingga diperoleh sampel 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), Analisis uji Regresi linier berganda, Uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = -0,963+ 0,121X1 + 0,415X2+e. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen da (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dan kepercayaan merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

This study aims to determine whether the director's leadership has a positive effect on increasing the creativity of educators at the Cirebon Maritime Academy. The research method used in this research is quantitative methods to process the data obtained from the research location, which is data in the form of numbers or quantitative data that is raised. The sample used amounted to 266 respondents consisting of all employees who work within the AMC Cirebon and also students who are studying at AMC Cirebon taken with a non-probability sampling technique, namely the method of purposive sampling, because in determining the sample in this study certain criteria are considered. The analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, hypothesis test with partial regression test (t test). Analysis using simple linear regression results Y = 17.057 + 0.463X can be seen that the regression equation shows an influence which is positive from the leadership variable to increase the creativity of educators. The results of the t test have a probability value of sig = 0.000 which is smaller than a probability value of 0.05 or a value of 0.05 0.000 (then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the regression coefficient is significant. The conclusion is that the leadership of the director (X) has a significant effect on increasing creativity of educators (Y). Keywords: Director's Leadership, Improving the Creativity of Educators.
