This report, entitled "Development of Pangsan Village Tourism as Destinations in Petang District of Badung Regency" with the background of the issue stating that the tourist village near death, or it can be said as a tourist village that did not develop. This study aims to determine the involvement of what has been made public for five years after the enactment of a tourist village and how the development of village tourism with the involvement of the community as the manager of the tourist village through analysis of the Destinations Lifecycle Theory. Judging from Destinations Lifecycle theory, Pangsan Village Tourism stage of development at the stage of Involvement / participation is increasing visitors encouraged local residents offers exclusively to its visitors. Contact with local community remain high and some of them began to adjust their social patterns to accommodate changes in economic conditions due to the presence of tourists. Promotion of tourist destinations ranging initiated. During the process of collecting the data, obtained by the findings that the involvement or participation in a tourist village in the management of member services, guides, to provide lodging for travelers when visiting tourist village. In addition, people began to provide other facilities such as trekking and cycling facilities as well as the efforts rafting prepared by one of the people. Abstract: Nagari Pariangan as the most beautiful tourist village in the world has a place to help the community's economy, increase local revenue (PAD). Local industrial products that have been owned by the community can become souvenirs for visiting tourists. However, in fact Nagari Pariangan does not have the media to promote it. This study aims to analyze the convergence of media in marketing the local industrial handicraft products of the community. This research approach is descriptive qualitative, with data collection methods, namely by means of observation and interviews and literature review. The results of this study reveal that Nagari Pariangan is an area with tourism potential that has become the spotlight of the world, there is a need for a media that helps the community in introducing local Nagari products in order to increase local community income. The main key to convergence is digitization, Nagari Pariangan does not yet have digital media as a forum for supporting community industrial output. Based on the 3C technology dimension (Communication, Compute and Contents), which consists of the IT Industry, Telcom Infrastructure Provides, and the Content Industry. Nagari Pariangan is considered capable of building a digitalized medium, in order to be able to make the economy of the people in areas that have tourism potential much better.     Keywords: convergence; craft produk; media  Abstrak: Nagari Pariangan sebagai desa wisata terindah dunia memiliki wadah untuk membantu perekonomian masyarakat, menambah pendapatan asli daerah (PAD). Hasil Industri lokal yang selama ini dimiliki oleh masyarakat bisa menjadi oleh-oleh bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Namun, pada kenyataanya Nagari pariangan belum memiliki media dalam mempromosikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis konvergensi media dalam memasarkan produk kerajinan industri lokal masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi dan wawancara serta kajian literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Nagari Pariangan merupakan daerah dengan potensi wisata yang sudah menjadi sorotan dunia, dan perlu adanya sebuah media yang membantu masyarakat dalam memperkenal produk lokal nagari agar bisa menambah pendapatan masyarakat setempat. Kunci utama konvergensi adalah digitalisasi, Nagari Pariangan belum memiliki media digital sebagai wadah dalam mendukung hasil industri masyarakat. Berdasarkan dimensi teknologi 3C (Communication, Compute and Contents), yang terdiri dari IT Industry, Telcom Infrastructure Provides, serta Content Industry. Nagari Pariangan dirasa mampu untuk membangun sebuah media yang digitalisasi, agar mampu menjadikan ekonomi masyarakat di daerah yang memiliki potensi wisata jauh lebih baik.Kata kunci: konvergensi; media; produk kerajinan

In Sidomulyo Village there is a weaving craft industry that has the potential to be international. This weaving industry is AJZ's weaving industry, owned by Mrs. Asih Tri Tanti, a full-time female worker. According to the results of an interview with Ms. Asih Tri Tanti on April 13, 2017, it is known that her weaving skills are currently acquired while working as a migrant worker in Brunei Darussalam. Then in 2013, this craftsman returned to Sidomulyo Village to develop the potential of weaving craft in his village. However, there were many obstacles. Finally, from 2013 to 2017, Bu Asih worked with businessmen from the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam and had been contracted for 10 years by this country. Each sheet, this woven fabric is sold at Rp. 5,000,000. The potential of Asih bu is very likely to be developed. The development of these handicrafts can open employment opportunities from local residents and certainly improve the welfare of the community, especially vulnerable women and women with disability. This service aims to (1) increase the availability of human resources from diffable groups and vulnerable women, (2) shape the mindset of the people who have the character of independence, (3) establish coordination between the government and the community regarding the development of weaving potential, and (4) provide a place for people with disabilities who are members of PPDI to develop their skills. The method of implementation is carried out through seminars and weaving training for vulnerable women and women with disabilities. The results show that UB's community service activities in this weaving training are able to (1) improve Human Resources (HR) (disabled and vulnerable women) in Sidomulyo Village, Blitar Regency, (2) improve the mindset of the people who have the character of independence, and (3) able to change the mindset of the local community to not be ashamed to work in weaving in their own neighbors.

This article is a research conducted in the cultural tourism village of Koto Sentajo. The research was initiated by creating a network with various related advice and assistance in improving the quality of local community skills through training and hands-on practice which aims to be able to help increase income for the village. Apart from the collection of Rumah Godang, this tourist village is also enriched with natural beauty such as protected forests, rice fields and rivers that have interesting potentials for the benefit of local residents. However, all the potential of this tourist village has not been well mapped as a tourist attraction and is supported by tourism promotion management. This then becomes an interesting object of research on how all the potentials of this tourist village can be mapped and helps strengthen community independence in managing existing tourism potential. This research puts forward the method of direct local community participation in data collection which is also supported by the method of interviews, observation and literature study. The research succeeded in carrying out a comprehensive mapping of tourism potential on a number of tourist objects, cultural attractions, culinary delights and local arts. In terms of strengthening the role, the community has begun to be able to receive live in tours through various involvement of tourism activities in their daily activities. This new phenomenon in the life of cultural village communities is an indication that the community can grow and develop in terms of tourism through inclusive behavior in accepting tourists and at the same time promoting local tourism potential towards e-tourism

Halal tourism development in Lombok has been increasing the number of visitor. Successfully applied in various sectors, one of them in halal tourism. Setanggor Tourism Village is a form of tourism development through the concept of halal tourism. The main purpose of this tourist village is a rich blend of interesting, traditional art of culture and religion, meaning is presented in the form of synergy between the feel of a quiet rural community with a distinctive local cultures. This tourist village a lot of progress since the establishment Pokdarwis in 2016, where development is most visible in terms of halal tourism quality of programs tourist attraction. Pokdarwis is in charge of organizing the thing of development of tourist attractions which are managed by the local community. The Pokdarwis role was seen in the process of design creation, and implementation, and management of halal tourism activities, including the people that the eventualities of some stakeholders is that further strengthens the existence of Setanggor Village to improve the identity of halal, tourism.Keywords:The Pokdarwis Role, Halal Tourism Development, Setanggor Village

Ranu Pane Village is an enclave village located in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park area. This village still maintains the traditional Tengger culture which has natural potential in the form of Lake Ranu Pane and Lake Ranu Regulo. Located in a national strategic area of 10 priority tourist destinations, Ranu Pane village is directed to become a tourist village. Tourism development in the perspective of local independence is the embodiment of a community order that is carried out independently. Community participation is very decisive in the development of tourist villages, so as not to be separated from the cultural values of the local community and the decline in environmental quality, so that tourism management will be able to create a prosperous society together with nature conservation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with direct observation techniques and library data collection. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of the Ranu Pane village community in the development of a tourist village. through a SWOT analysis obtained a strategy for the development of tourist villages. In general, it is necessary to increase the participation of the village community so that it is better.

The Vegetarian Festival in Tam Vu Town, Chau Thanh District, Long An Province was born more than 100 years ago. The festival is organized by the local community to commemorate the heroic heroes, pray for thedead spirits and for the peace of local residents. With the spirit of chiseling and opening up, the Vegetarian Festival maintains and develops beautiful cultural values that demonstrate the tradition of “being grateful to ancestors”, the patriotism, the solidarity, the community connection and the noble humanistic spirit, contributing to cultural goals for the socio-economic development of the locality. By combining two basic methods: (1) synthesizing, analyzing the written documents of relevant predecessors and (2) filed surveys,expert and community interviews, this article focuses on evaluating the nature and value of the Vegetarian Festival from 2014 to present. The research initially shows that, despite the strong effects of the current industrialization and urbanization, the Vegetarian Festival in Tam Vu basically retains the tradition of decades ago, becoming a "cultural dialogue" channel between the current Tam Vu community and past traditions, between the people and local authorities, and between the local people. It is the value of “cultural dialogue” that is the resource and driving force to help this festival be preserved and developed until today.

This study is inspired by the existence of Bukit Darma Durga Kutri Temple located in Kutri Pekraman Village in Buruan Village, Blahbatuh Sub-regency, Gianyar Regency. Bukit Darma Durga Kutri Temple as an archaeological heritage possesses tourism potentials if it is managed holistically. This study aims to develop a strategy for the development of Kutri Pekraman Village with the tourist attractions that it has in store as a tourist village. This study employs the qualitative paradigm paired with a combination of both the qualitative and qualitative methods (mixed methods) and the SWOT analysis as the data analysis technique. The research method used is a combination of both the quantitative and qualitative methods with the qualitative paradigm as the main approach to the study. As for the sampling, qualitatively the technique used is the purposive sampling technique where there are four informants, and quantitatively the technique used is the total sampling technique where there are 100 respondents from the local residents and 15 foreign tourists. The result of the study indicates that the people of Kutri Pekraman Village in Buruan, Blahbatuh Sub-regency, Gianyar Regency are ready to carry out the development of a tourist village using all tourism potentials that are considered to be very attractive for tourists. The result of the analysis points to the strategy of future tourism development as a tourist village with the approach of alternative tourism (heritage tourism) with Bukit Darma Durga Kutri Temple as the core of the tourism, supported by the rice field areas which are popular among tourists for tracking and cycling activities.

AbstrakDewi Sambi (Desa Wisata Samiran Boyolali) merupakan salah satu bentuk community-based tourism dan merupakan desa wisata unggulan di Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan masyarakat yang terlibat dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Penelitian ini memilih wilayah di lereng sebelah timur Gunung Merapi di Desa Samiran di Kecamatan Selo Kabupaten Boyolali. Dasar utama pemilihan wilayah ini adalah desa wisata ini mengusung konsep pemberdayaan, dimana aktivitas utamanya berasal dari masyarakat lokal dan hasilnya juga untuk masyarakat lokal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang mengarah ke paradigma konstruktivis. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus yang menyelidiki kebutuhan masyarakat sejalan dengan pengembangan desa wisata.  Analisis kebutuhan dalam penelitian ini digambarkan dalam bentuk diagram pohon masalah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan masyarakat yang dirasakan menjadi pemicu dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Aspek partisipasi masyarakat, nilai, norma, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri menjadi entitas kebutuhan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis kebutuhan menjadi dasar dalam pengembangan desa wisata Samiran Boyolali. AbstractDewi Sambi (Samiran Boyolali Tourism Village) is a form of community based tourism and is a leading tourism village in Boyolali Regency. This study aims to analyze the needs of the people involved in developing tourist villages. This study chose the area on the eastern slope of Mount Merapi in Samiran Village in Selo District, Boyolali Regency. The main basis for the selection of this region is that the tourist village carries the concept of empowerment, where the main activity comes from the local community and the results are also for local people. The method used in this study is qualitative which leads to the constructivist paradigm. This research uses a case study that investigates community needs in line with the development of a tourist village. The needs analysis in this research is illustrated in the form of a problem tree diagram. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman method. The results showed that the perceived community needs became a trigger in the development of tourism villages. The aspects of community participation, values, norms, appreciation, and self-actualization are needed entities in this research. Analysis of needs is the basis for developing the Samiran Boyolali tourism village.

Kabupaten Sleman has many tourist attraction objects that can be used as tourist destinations for anyone. The attraction of this city includes the panorama of nature, history, museums, culture, ancient relics, culinary and tourist villages. The number of tourist villages in Sleman regency is in accordance with the data of the Sleman Regency Culture and Tourism Office (Fauzy & Putra, 2015), as many as 38 tourist villages. The tourism village management base generally involves many parties, including by empowering local communities as local communities who play an active role in managing and developing tourism villages. However, according to (Damanik, 2013), "The weak point of the local community in managing tourism services is networking and promotion capabilities". The success of the tourism village manager in influencing the perception of visitors with their promotional tools can trigger the decision to visit. In this case, the right selection of promotional tools (promotional mix) is very important in addition to attracting tourists, as well as the progress of the tourism village itself. The number of tourist visits is a measure of the success of managers in developing the right promotional strategies. The constraints faced by the manager of the tourist village of Kembangarum Turi Sleman Yogyakarta are related to the weak network for promotion. A promotion has been carried out both conventionally and through internet media but not yet interactive, thus reducing the understanding of the wider community of the existence of the Kembangarum tourism village. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method assisted with quantitative data tabulation. The results of the study with relevant data that is read indicate the trend of a shift in the implementation of promotional strategies with media that are conventional to modern with the help of information technology, especially the internet since the period 2015/2016. The conclusions of this study include: it is known that the most optimal use of conventional promotional media is by providing brochures, and word of mouth information. Whereas in the span of the last three years the promotion has focused more on online promotional media through social networks that have been owned by the tourism village manager of Kembangarum. This shift in promotion strategy proved to have an impact on increasing the number of tourist village visitors, especially in the period of 2016/2017 where this promotional strategy began to be implemented since the period of 2015/2016.

The development of tourism can help the welfare of the rural population through developing a tourist village concept. The potential of the village can be used as a tourist attraction. Klaten Regency has a very abundant potential of springs that located in Ponggok village which is mostly used by local residents for irrigating rice fields, agriculture, and fish cultivation. However, the existing springs in the Ponggok village are now used as tourist destinations that spread across several locations, such as Umbul Ponggok, Umbul Sigedang, Umbul Besuki, Waduk Galau/Banyu Mili. This study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis and the data obtained through questionnaires distributed and completed by respondents as many as 135 respondents. SWOT analysis is employed to investigate internal and external factors to analyze Ponggok Tourism Village development strategy towards integrated tourism area.
