Globalisasi mengakibatkan perkembangan dunia ekonomi dan bisnis bergerak sangat cepat, dinamis dan terus berubah. Generasi millennial atau generasi Y merupakan generasi terbanyak saat ini dan menjadi aset bagi kemajuan perusahaan. Sehingga, untuk menghadapi tantangan perubahan ini generasi millennial memerlukan learning agility, yaitu kesediaan untuk belajar dan menerapkan hal yang telah dipelajari dalam situasi baru. Namun, generasi millennial dikenal sebagai generasi yang instan, cepat bosan, dan kurang tangguh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuck mengetahui gambaran learning agiity pada generasi millennial di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Kuesioner dibuat berdasarkan empat dimensi learning agility dari Choices Quetionnaire (Eichinger & Lombardo, 1997). Empat dimensi dari learning agility terdiri dari people agility, results agility, change agility, dan mental agility. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 136 orang dengan kriteria usia generasi millennial, berusia 18- 37 tahun dan merupakan karyawan tetap di sebuah organisasi di Jakarta. Teknik analisa data deskriptif menggunakan perbandingan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan learning agility karyawan generasi millennial berada pada kategori tinggi. Dari hasil penormaan setiap dimensi, diketahui keempat dimensi juga berada di kategori tinggi. Karyawan generasi millennial memiliki keinginan yang tinggi untuk belajar, fleksibel untuk menghadapi perubahan.  Globalization promotes rapid, dynamic, and constantly changing development in the economic and business world. Being the current most prominent generation, the millennial generation, also known as generation Y serves as an asset for company development. Therefore, in order to overcome this challenge of change, the millennial generation requires learning agility, which i a willingness to learn and apply what has been learned in new situations. The work attitude of the millennial generation in overcoming change still requires investigation, that organizations can have better understanding of their employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of learning agility of millennial employees in Jakarta. The research method used was descriptive quantitative research. The research instrument was constructed based on four dimensions of learning agility, namely = people agility, results agility, change agility, and mental agility. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. Participants of the study were 136 millenials who worked as full-time employees aged 18-37 years. Descriptive data analysis was conducted by comparing hypothetical mean and empirical mean, along with differential test with independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. Results show that the learning agility of millennial generation employees was considered high. The mean score of mental agility was the highest, followed by results agility, change agility and the lowest mean score was people agility. The differential test found no differences in learning agility based on age and gender.

This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is a motor vehicle taxpayer. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is a motor vehicle taxpayer in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique in this research used convience sampling. Respondents in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires given directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were dominated by male (58 respondents). Whereas female respondents amounted 42 respondents. The analysis techniques in this research used multiple linear regression analysis, with SPSS tools. This study obtained results that perseptions of tax corruption and service quality of tax officers affect taxpayer compliance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang berada di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini didominasi oleh laki-laki (58 responden). Sedangkan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan alat SPSS. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi korupsi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan petugas pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

The role of women in the business world needs to be considered, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. Technological developments in this case Information Technology can help simplify in conducting business activities known as online business. Online business activities help create new fields and job opportunities and help the family economy in particular. Most women who use the Internet as an opportunity to open jobs and fill their spare time in this case young mothers.The purpose of this research is to know the factors that motivate women entrepreneurship through online business. The population in this study are young mothers of Bangkalan subdistrict who have an online business. This research is a quantitative research. Sample collection was done by distributing questionnaires, using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique to 75 young mothers who do business online. To find out what factors motivate women entrepreneurship through online business then researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that there are six factors that are formed in motivating women entrepreneurship through online business especially in young mothers are family factor, Self Interest, Employment Opportunities, Technical Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Experience, Family Background, Market Potencial. Keywords: Factor Analysis, Motivation, Entrepreneurial Woman, Online Business

The study investigates the effects of the pandemic brought about by Covid-19 on Ilocos businesses and establishments. The study participants were the owners of micro, small and medium businesses in Ilocos Norte, and they were selected using a convenience sampling technique. The study employed a quantitative research design, and the entrepreneurs were asked about the perceived impact of Covid-19. Using descriptive statistics, the findings divulged that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the businesses ranged from retrenchment of employees, disruption in the supply chain, and temporary to permanent shutdown. The impact of the pandemic includes uncertainties, the decline in productivity, demand, and sales. Implications, conclusions, and recommendations were also provided in the study.

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine, prove and analyze the effect of teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate on employee performance at X Hospital, South Jakarta. Research Methodology: This research is a quantitative research by making permanent employees of Hospital X as many as 187 people as the population with a non-probability sampling technique using convenience sampling, based on the solving formulas, a sample of 130 respondents was obtained. Data processing used IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program with a significance level of 5% (0.05). Results: The results show that teamwork partially has an influence on employee performance, work discipline partially has an influence on employee performance, organizational climate partially has an influence on employee performance, simultaneous teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate influence employee performance. Limitations: In the process of collecting data, researchers cannot directly see and assist respondents in completing the research because the health protocol implemented at hospital X south Jakarta during the covid-19 pandemic is very strict. Contribution: It is hoped that this research can provide meaning and material for consideration to achieve increased performance in accordance with industry expectations and goals. And hoped that this research can provide positive benefits so that employees are motivated to maintain order and teamwork in carrying out their duties to improve employee performance.

This study is a quantitative study on student perceptions of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine the model of the relationship between gender, Stress, and satisfaction of accounting students in Indonesia towards online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this quantitative research is a survey method using a sample of accounting students at several universities in Indonesia. The number of samples in this study were 84 students, obtained through a sampling technique that is purposive convenience sampling. The results of this study confirmed that only the effect of Stress on student satisfaction was found to be significant, while gender did not significantly affect Stress and satisfaction with online learning. The objectives to be achieved by the research are to analyze the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the home business of Viktoria Flower Bouquet in Ambon City with the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Victoria Flower Bouquet Shop in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application and the IBM SPSS ver application. 22. Based on the results of data analysis, the overall hypothesis proposed can be accepted.   Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dapat penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha rumahan Buket Bunga Viktoria di Kota Ambon dengan jenis penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Buket Bunga Victoria di Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

The aim of this research is to know the extent to which the use of English song improves students’ vocabulary at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Halmahera Utara. This research was quantitative research by using pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. The sample of this research was 20 students in class  X-3 Social science students by using convenience sampling technique. The instrument used in the research was the song lyrics. The students’ answer the question by determining noun, verb and adjective of  vocabulary consisting of 50 items. The data were analyzed by using t-test. It was found that teaching vocabulary by using English Song helped the students to master vocabulary. Based on the data analysis, teaching by using English Song could significantly improve students’ vocabulary.The research  shows the score of pre-test and posttest as follow:  pretest 58.9 score and posttest 75.1 score, and T-count value obtain 12.7 and t critic 1.729 at the significant level 0.05. It means t-count is higher that t-critic. The null hypothesis (H0) stating that teaching vocabulary through English song cannot improve students vocabulary is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hi) stated that teaching vocabulary through English song can improve students’ vocabulary mastery at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Halmahera Utara is accepted.

Nomophobia is a modern phobia that occurs mostly in adolescents due to addiction to the use of a smartphone. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in the level of nomophobia among adolescents based on gender. This is a quantitative research with a comparative descriptive approach. Data were obtained from 400 adolescents selected using the convenience sampling technique. Furthermore, the instrument used was the Indonesian version of the Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q) consisting of 20 valid items with alfa Cronbach of 0,93 developed and adapted by Rangka et al. (2018). While hypothesis testing was carried out using the Independent Sample t-Test formula. The results showed a significant difference between nomophobia in boys and girls, with a t-value of -5.531 at a significance level (p) of 0.000. This means that in east Jakarta, the girls have higher nomophobia than men due to their significant inability to community effectively and efficiently while using their smartphones.

The birth of the baby is one of the wondrous moments in their life. A newborn is a continuum of foetal life and an important transient time to adopt extrauterine life. Essential Newborn care refers to the care provided by the mother or caregiver regarding breastfeeding, care o cord and eyes, maintaining body temperature, immunization, and controllingthe infection.Objectives: To assessthe knowledge level of postnatal mothers regarding Essential Newborn Care. Materials and methods: A non-experimental descriptive study was conducted in a selected hospital, Idukki to assess the knowledge of post-natal mothers regarding essential newborn care. A total of 50 post-natal mothers were selected with a non-probability convenience sampling technique. A quantitative research approach was used in this study. A self-structured questionnaire was used to gather the data, and appropriate statistics were performed to analyse the data. Results: The data results revealed that 50% of samples are in the age group of 19-27 yrs. and 50% were 28-36 years of age. The majority of the samples(72%) were Christians. Half of the samples(58%) were graduates and 22% were postgraduates. Concerning the level of knowledge, 10% of them had poor, 60% had average and 22% had good knowledge regarding essential newborn care.

Purpose: Information Technology is playing a vital role in supporting struggling economies in the world and the Generation Z has the remarkable potential to make things happen in this context among all known cohorts. More than one third population of Pakistan falls in Generation Z and almost 48% of this pool comprises of females. Increasing trend in Pakistani females perusing higher studies and momentous enrollment of females at degree level implies that a significant chunk of available manpower for IT industry will be female in gender in upcoming years. IT industry has to pay attention to employability preferences of this pool as well in order to attract, attain and retain the best talented resources out of this segment to gain competitive advantage. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study is based upon a sample of IT students, approached through mixed sampling technique and gender-specific comparison is conducted with the help Mann-Whiney U test after ensuring reliability and validity checks. Findings: The results depict gender differences in almost 37% variables considered in this study, hence serve as a strong baseline for practitioners and strategists of IT industry in Pakistan to gain a competitive edge in ever-changing, dynamic business world. Implications/Originality/Value: Although handling of Generation Z representatives is a significant challenge for managers belonging to antecedent generations in current business operations, gender differences are yet another dimension to be explored in detail for competitiveness.
