Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada usaha peternakan sapi potong di kelompok Taruko Saiyo, Kelurahan Cupak Tangah, Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang. Permasalahan dikelompok sasaran adalah adopsi inovasi oleh peternakan rendah karena kurang mendapat penyuluhan dan motivasi usaha anggota kelompok menurun. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) Introduksi inovasi peternakan dan  2) Meningkatkan motivasi angota kelompok Taruko Saiyo dalam menjalankan usaha peternakan sapi Potong. Transfer pengetahuan pada kelompok sasaran di lakukan dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan melalui pendekatan ceramah dan sosialisasi. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah terjadi perubahan perilaku sasaran terutama pada aspek koqnitif, yaitu  perubahan pengetahuan anggota kelompok Taruko Saiyo dari tidak mengetahui jenis jenis inovasi peternakan menjadi tahu, baik itu inovasi pada aspek pakan, aspek reproduksi maupun inovasi dalam bentuk program dan kebijakan pemerintah. Terjadi peningkatan motivasi anggota kelompok sasaran yang tergambar dari bergabungnya kembali anggota kelompok yang sebelumnya sudah tidak aktif dari keanggotaan dan terpilihnya kepengurusan baru di kelompok Taruko Saiyo. Kata Kunci: Introduksi Inovasi, Inovasi Peternakan, Motivasi Usaha, Perbaikan Usaha, Usaha Peternakan ABSTRACT This community service activity is carried out in the beef cattle business in the Taruko Saiyo group, Cupak Tangah Village, Pauh District, Padang City. The problem in the target group is the low adoption of innovation by farms due to lack of counseling and decreased business motivation of group members. The objectives of this activity are 1) Introducing livestock innovations and 2) Increasing the motivation of the Taruko Saiyo group members in running a beef cattle business. Transfer of knowledge to target groups is carried out using extension methods through lecture and socialization approaches. The result of the activity is that there is a change in target behavior, especially in the competitive aspect, namely a change in the knowledge of the Taruko Saiyo group members from not knowing the types of livestock innovations to knowing, both innovations in the aspects of feed, aspects of reproduction and innovation in the form of government programs and policies. There was an increase in the motivation of target group members as reflected in the rejoining of group members who had previously been inactive from membership and the election of new management in the Taruko Saiyo group. Ilomata Village is one of the villages in Gorontalo District which has the potential of banana farming commodities, but it has not been utilized optimally. The aim of this community service activity are empowering the Ilomata Village PKK group through training activities for making various flavors of banana chips, simple bookkeeping training and product marketing training. The method applied is training and mentoring, whose activities include 1) Training in making various flavored banana chips; 2) Simple bookkeeping training; 3) Product marketing training; and 4) Mentoring in determining the name of the product, making packaging labels, and handling PIRT distribution permit. The results of the activity showed that the PKK group members understood and had skills in making banana chips with various flavors, doing simple bookkeeping and marketing the product. The availability of a banana chip product named banana chips I-Bas (Ilomata-Banana chips) with No. distribution license for PIRT 214750201001324 and has been marketed both offline and online. Thus, the empowerment of the PKK groups through banana chips entrepreneurship can increase the utilization of the potential of the banana commodity in line with the increased understanding and skill of PKK group members in making and marketing various flavored banana chips products.

Housewives have an important role to play in supporting government programs in preventing the spread of COVID-19 at the household level. Community service activities aim to provide understanding to partners so that they have knowledge and concern about preventing the spread of COVID-19 through the application of the 5M health protocol, increasing creativity in efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 through education on how to make hand sanitizers from natural ingredients of betel leaf (Piper betle Linn) which are mostly found in Sukorejo Village. The method used in this activity is counseling by providing material through lectures and distributing hand sanitizer finished products. The implementation of this service activity in the form of dissemination of the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 involves active participation from partners starting from the activity planning process, preparation of activity schedules to education on how to make and distribute hand sanitizers. This activity generated ideas for partners who are mostly housewives to empower themselves in supporting government programs to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by practicing how to make natural hand sanitizers from betel leaf. Thus, the expected output from this activity is an increase in IRT knowledge in preventing the spread of COVID-19, how to manufacture, packaging hand sanitizers, and participants to obtain sample products which can increase interest in producing similar products and commitment to implementing health protocols in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

The goal to be achieved in this service program is to help compile and make financial statements CV. Kasih dan Sayang. Specific targets to be completed are knowledge and skills in preparing and formatting financial statements. The problem in preparing financial statements is knowledge and skills in the recording of business finances. Therefore, the challenges in this target group need to be overcome by increasing knowledge and training in making financial statements that are easy and helping financial records for partners. The method that will be used in this service program is participation method. CV. Kasih dan Sayang were given financial statement training. The results of this community service activity are trainees who are able to provide training materials that are supported by using financial statements formats in the form of MS. Excel is in accordance with the case of business transactions. In addition, the financial statement format is in the form of an MS. Excel will tidy up and make it easier to make business financial statements.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training on village government administration and village financial reporting governance in improving the capacity of village government apparatus. It is hoped that through these activities it will promote accountable and transparent village governance and give birth to village cadres who have good knowledge, attitude and skills. While the activity method used is Participatory Learning And Action. This activity is conducted by emphasizing on lecture, discussion, brainstorming conducted interactively with group members and continued with action or real activity that relevant with material of society empowerment. The results of community service activities run in accordance with predetermined plans, the community has a response and enthusiasm for training and created changes in knowledge, attitudes and skills.

One program that can be implemented by the community in an effort to improve family welfare, especially in the field of  food is the planting and utilization program of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). TOGA is a home-grown plant that has medicinal properties. TOGA planting can be done in pots or on land around the house. The Kelurahan Kenali Asam Bawah  is one of the Kelurahan in Kota Baru Subdistrict where the community in the region generally still has a large enough yard, so that the utilization and management of the environment can be optimized by planting TOGA. Based on field observations, the Dasawiwma group did not have a pilot family of medicinal plants. Some of them also do not understand the efficacy of TOGA scientifically. Therefore it is necessary to conduct socialization / counseling about the efficacy of TOGA so that people can have knowledge about the efficacy of TOGA. The target of this community service activity is the dasawisma group d RT 047 The target target is 10 people in one dasawima group especially in Kelurahan Kenali Asam Bawah. The aim of community service is expected after participating in the socialization of Dasawisma The group leader is able to understand and be willing to motivate his group members about the importance of planting TOGA. The results obtained with the procurement of plants and the socialization of the use of the TOGA 100% increased knowledge of the participants

The sub-district office is a government institution that uses letter media in delivering information or activities carried out to support government programs. Writing official letters is one of the activities in administration that can help smooth the activities of the administration. Therefore, writing official letters is very important to be understood by all sub-district office employees to support the administrative work process. The purpose of this service activity is to find out the understanding of writing official letters of the Gunungtanjung District Office of Tasikmalaya District and to find out an increase in understanding of writing official letters of the Gunungtanjung District Office in Tasikmalaya District. The implementation of Community Service activities is packaged using a workshop approach. The activity was carried out using the method of lecture, discussion and practice. The achievement of the training activities was the increasingly motivated sub-district office staff to improve their competence and professionalism in writing official letters. The quality of official letters that have been produced by employees of the Gunungtanjung District Office in Tasikmalaya Regency has also increased as explained below. 20 official letters with very good categories, 7 official letters with good categories, and 3 official letters classified as sufficient (score <70). The training activities benefited the participants and were expected to improve the quality of services in the Gunungtanjung District Office in Tasikmalaya Regency.Keywords: official letter, sub-district employee.�ABSTRAK�Kantor kecamatan merupakan lembaga pemerintah yang menggunakan media surat dalam menyampaikan informasi atau kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan guna mendukung program pemerintah. Penulisan surat dinas merupakan salah satu kegiatan dalam administrasi yang dapat membantu kelancaran aktivitas bidang administrasi. Oleh karena itu, penulisan surat dinas sangat penting dipahami oleh semua pegawai kantor kecamatan untuk mendukung proses kerja administrasi. Adapun tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pemahaman penulisan surat dinas pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Gunungtanjung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman penulisan surat dinas pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Gunungtanjung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini dikemas dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Pencapaian� dari kegiatan pelatihan ialah semakin termotivasinya para pegawai kantor kecamatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalitasnya dalam penulisan surat dinas. Kualitas surat dinas yang telah dihasilkan oleh para pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Gunungtanjung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya juga mengalami peningkatan sebagaimana uraian berikut. 20 surat dinas dengan kategori sangat baik, 7 surat dinas dengan kategori baik, dan 3 surat dinas tergolong katerori cukup (skor < 70). Kegiatan pelatihan dirasakan manfaatnya oleh para peserta dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Gunungtanjung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.

The Women Farmer Group in Semarang was established in 2013, and it has been developing small businesses in the processing of local fresh milk into various snack products. However, the selling value has not reached the optimum results since it faces a problem in packaging quality. Therefore, as one of the goals of Tridarma of Indonesian higher education which have directed the university to care about problems in society, an accompaniment to the business was carried out for improving the quality of product packaging. There were three activities conducted, i.e.a, training; re-designing; and monitoring. The results of the community service showed that the program was highly effective to enhance the understanding of Women Farmer Group members on the importance of product packaging as a strategy of marketing proved by the results of the average posttest score at 80.55. Product testing to consumers shows that the new packaging could increase consumer buying interest in comparison to the old one. Also, with the new packaging, the non-preservative snacks could have a longer storability compared to the old packaging. In this community service activity, an empowerment model can be obtained and can be further developed.

Tujuan diseminasi teknologi pembuatan haylage plus melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan merubah sikap anggota kelompok tani agar mampu mengolah dan menyimpan bahan pakan ternak yang melimpah pada musim hujan (panen) sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi kesulitan penyediaan pakan sapi potong yang terbatas pada musim kemarau. Metode diseminasi yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut adalah kombinasi metode penyuluhan tatap muka langsung sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 dengan gelar teknologi (showcase technology). Berdasarkan hasil kajian ini sebanyak 28,69% anggota kelompok tani yang pernah mendengar teknologi pembuatan haylage plus dari jerami padi dan hanya 13,79% yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan haylage. Berdasarkan hasil kegitan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap anggota kelompok tani terhadap teknologi pembuatan haylage plus masih rendah, sehingga masih perlu ditingkatkan dalam rangka peningkatan kapasitas petani-peternak. Dissemination of Haylage Plus Production Technology to Overcome Difficulties in Feeding Beef Cattle in the Dry Season Abstract The purpose of disseminating the technology for making haylage plus through community service activities is to increase knowledge, skills and change the attitude of farmer group members so that they are able to process and store abundant animal feed ingredients during the rainy season (harvesting) as a solution to overcome difficulties in providing beef cattle feed. limited to the dry season. The dissemination method used to solve this problem is a combination of face-to-face counseling methods in accordance with the Covid-19 health protocol with a technology title (showcase technology). Based on the results of this study, 28.69% of farmer group members had heard of the technology of making haylage plus from rice straw and only 13.79% had attended training on making haylage. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge, skills and attitudes of farmer group members towards the technology of making haylage plus is still low, so it still needs to be improved in order to increase the capacity of farmers and breeders.

Background: Subdistrict Parengan has high livestock potential especially Suciharjo Village and Margorejo Village. The existing agricultural waste is not treated properly and livestock cannot reach maximum weights. The provision of quality animal feed is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of the community. Quality of animal feed can be increasing cattle productivity so that the selling value will increase. Purpose: This Community Service activity aims to improve the economic strengthening of the community through breeders through the introduction, dissemination, through technology UMB Herbal based on local resources that can increase the weight gain of beef cattle. UMB Herbal is a concentrate feed that uses raw materials based on raw materials (agriculture) with curcuma which is widely available in the regions. Improving skills makes UMB Herbal can be a provision for the community to be able to increase income. Methods: The method used in community service is the counseling for animal feed and health, training to make UMB Herbal and focus group discussions then applicating of UMB Herbal to pilot cattle. Results: The results of this community service include an increase in beef cattle body weight,  decreasing the gastrointestinal worm infestations, and increasing the knowledge and skills of the participants of the community service. Conclusion: Community Service Activities have a positive impact related to the development of beef cattle farms.

The ornamental plant program is one of the programs launched by the Palopo City government, including in Battang Village. The Mandiri Women Farmers Group is one of the groups involved in this program. However, over time, the motivation and interest of group members in this program has diminished because of government assistance. The purpose of this community service activity is to help the Mandiri Women Farmers Group to build a difficult crop business to get help from the government. The service team used the asset-based community development model (ABCD) in this activity. From the results of the activities carried out, make changes to the target group. The Mandiri Women Farmer Group is no longer active in waiting for help from the government. However, they are now more active in running their businesses. In addition, they are actively building networks with stakeholders to expand their businesses.
