<strong>Abstract</strong><br />Visual Logo Analysis of Household Waste Management Organization “Gawe Rukun”. Logo in corporate identity or brand identity is a symbol or a sign that describes and represents the identity of what is in it. A well-conceptualized logo or branding becomes an identity that can communicate visually. Gawe Rukun is an organization that focuses<br />on handling, managing waste, and greening especially in Kunciran Indah, Tangerang, Banten. This organization is a pioneer of the Tangerang City government program on 1000 Bank Trash. Visually, the garbage bank logo Gawe Rukun paid little attention to the placement of visual elements in it. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analytic method with the technique of collecting interview data, observation, literature study, and documentation study. An effective, communicative,and informative logo can reinvigorate the existence and identity of the Gawe Rukun junk bank organization that the conceptualized branding will bring a good identity to the organization.<br /><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />Analisis Visual Logo Organisasi Pengelolaan Limbah Sampah Rumah Tangga “Gawe Rukun”. Logo atau branding yang terkonsep dengan baik menjadi suatu identitas yang dapat berkomunikasi secara visual. Gawe Rukun merupakan organisasi yang fokus pada mengatasi, menangani, mengelola sampah, dan penghijauan khususnya di wilayah kelurahan Kunciran Indah, Tangerang, Banten. Organisasi ini merupakan pelopor dari program pemerintah Kota Tangerang tentang 1000 Bank Sampah. Secara visual, logo<br />bank sampah Gawe Rukun kurang memperhatikan penempatan elemen visual yang ada di dalamnya. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif analitik dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan studi dokumentasi. Logo yang efektif, komunikatif, dan informatif dapat mengangkat kembali eksistensi dan identitas organisasi bank sampah<br />Gawe Rukun bahwa branding yang terkonsep akan membawa identitas yang baik untuk organisasi tersebut.

In dealing with waste management problems in Bekasi City, the Bekasi City Government has implemented waste management innovations by involving the community's role through the Program for Improvement of Household Waste Segregation Behavior, Revitalization of "Smart Waste Management", and "Waste to Energy" Conversion in Bekasi City. The purpose of this article is to find out how to implement the Program to Improve Household Waste Segregation Behavior, “Smart Waste Management” Revitalization, and “Waste to Energy” Conversion in Bekasi City. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using literature study, observation, interviews and documentation at the Bekasi City Environmental Service and the Patriot Main Waste Bank. Data Analysis Techniques Using interactive model analysis using the theory of Policy Implementation” according to Charles O. Jones which “consists of three activities, namely “Organization, Interpretation, and Application. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Policy for the Improvement of Household Waste Segregation Behavior, Revitalization of "Smart Waste Management", and "Waste to Energy" Conversion in Bekasi City is not optimal in organizational activities and applications. This can be seen from the limited resources owned by the Bekasi City Government and community participation which is still not optimal in presenting Waste Banks in every RW.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

Economic globalization between countries becomes commonplace. Differences in financial rules are used for many parties to practice the Basic Erosion and Shifting Profit (BEPS) which leads to state losses. In tackling it has been agreed to implement Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI), which automatically converts data into large data in the field of taxation.The research method of this paper is a literature study which combines several related literature and global and national implications using secondary data.Drawing up the conclusion that AEoI challenges have been theoretically overcome by Indonesia as a developing country. However, practically mash has not been able to find out whether it can be overcome or not because Indonesia still has not implemented AEoI

This research examines the development of traditional culinary culture,  Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ with the aim of preserving the local culinary heritage located in Bantul. Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is a special traditional business place that sells traditional Yogyakarta food in the Bantul area which still uses traditional methods. This business has been around for a long time since 1997. Lack of the right strategy is the cause when local and foreign visitors do not know much information about the culinary business of Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. Based on this, this study aims to identify and analyze the marketing process carried out by Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ, to determine the potential of traditional culinary culture and to explore strategy formulations in Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method, by conducting direct and in-depth interviews with key persons, observation, and literature study. The qualitative method used is descriptive qualitative which will describe how the right strategy is based on the results of the analysis. The interview data were analyzed by several stages, namely the SWOT stage in the internal and external environment, the weight and ranking calculation stage, the IFE-EFE and IE matrix analysis stage, and the conclusion stage. In the research analysis, the IFE and EFE matrix values were obtained, where the IFE value was 2.774 and the EFE value was 2.842. This condition shows that Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is in the V quadrant position, which means Hold and Maintain, in this position the right strategy is market penetration and product development, and in the SWOT quadrant in quadrant II Cobination supports the Diversification strategy, this is requires making alternative strategies that can be used to increase existing strengths so that they can overcome threats.Keywords: culinary culture, SWOT, IE.AbstrakPenelitian ini meneliti tentang  budaya kuliner tradisional yaitu Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ dengan tujuan untuk menjaga warisan budaya kuliner lokal yang terletak di Bantul. Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ merupakan tempat usaha tradisional khusus yang menjualkan makanan tradisional khas Yogyakarta di daerah bantul yang masih menggunakan cara-cara tradisional. Usaha ini sudah lama berdiri sejak 1997. Kurangnya strategi yang tepat menjadi penyebab ketika pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara tidak mengetahui banyak informasi mengenai usaha kuliner Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa proses pemasaran yang dilakukan Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ, untuk mengetahui potensi budaya kuliner tradisional dan mengeksplorasi formulasi strategi di Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Metode  penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana dengan melakukan wawancara kepada key person secara langsung dan mendalam, observasi, dan  studi pustaka. Metode kualitatif  yang  digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yang akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi yang tepat berdasarkan hasil analisis. Data  wawancara dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap-tahapan yaitu tahap SWOT pada lingkungan internal dan eksternal, tahap perhitungan bobot dan peringkat, dan tahap analisis matriks IFE-EFE dan IE, serta tahap kesimpulan. Pada analisis penelitian diperoleh nilai matriks IFE dan EFE, dimana nilai IFE sebesar 2,774 dan nilai EFE sebesar 2,842. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ  berada pada posisi kuadran V yaitu berarti Hold and Maintain, pada posisi ini  strategi yang  tepat adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk, serta pada kuadran SWOT  pada kuadran II Cobination mendukung stategi Diversifikasi, hal ini mengharuskan membuat alternative strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan Kekuatan yang ada sehingga dapat mengatasi ancaman.Kata Kunci: budaya kuliner, SWOT, IE. Author:Maria : Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta References: Agustim, W., & Nurhidayat, M. The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

One source of Regional Original Revenue is local taxes, regional levies and other legitimate local revenue management. Regional levies consist of 3 types of retribution, namely general service retribution, business service retribution and certain licensing retribution. Market’s levies is one type of regional retribution that is included in general retribution whose collection must be in accordance with the existing operational procedure standards to support the realization of its acceptance. This study aims to determine the mechanism of market’s levies collection and the level of effectiveness of market’s levies in the city of Bitung. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, by analyzing the collection mechanism and the effectiveness of market’s levies. The results of the study show that the mechanism of collection of retribution is in accordance with the existing SOP and the achievement of its effectiveness is effective with an average level of 87.13%. Bitung city government can be better able to approach marketers for example by socializing market’s levies regulations so that later can also support the realization of  levies revenue.Keywords : Market’s Levies, Collection Mechanisms and Effectiveness

This study aims to understand language management for learning in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with the type of literature study. The results show that the State of Indonesia has carried out language management in relation to the recognition of existing languages and is regulating for the government in the context of the state and nation so that there is a triangular relationship between language and the state which is regulated by the government for the benefit of the nation. If the state has guaranteed the existence of a language as a whole, then a number of policies will emerge to guarantee the rights and obligations of each in managing the existing language. Policies are formulated in the form of rules known as regulations, to serve as joint guidelines between the government and speakers of existing languages.
