This study aims to determine customer loyalty through the subsidy program, complaint handling, and the image of Kompas Newspapers in PT Polamedia Cipta Nusantara. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is customer loyalty. Independent variable (X1) Subsidy program, (X2) Complaint handling, and (X3) Brand image. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. This study used a sample of 100 respondents using simple random sampling techniques. Collecting data using a questionnaire that has passed the validity and reliability test Whereas for data programs using IBM SPSS 21.0 statistics. The analysis shows that there is a simultaneous and probability influence of the subsidy program variables, complaint handling and brand image on customer loyalty. Anxiety facing exams refers to the student's tendency to understand evaluativ situations where their performance will be assessed, such as high-risk exams, as they are very threatening. The threat here is their self-esteem, fear will be judged negatively by teachers, friends, or parents.  The purpose of this research is to seek the validity and reliability of the TAI-G scale. This research uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples of this study was 101 SMA/SMK students in Magelang with an age range of 15-17 years. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling techniques. The results of the analysis show 21 items declared valid with a correlation of item-Total 0.25, 1 invalid item with a total-item correlation of 0.25, and an alpha reliability of 0.907.

This study aims to determine the effect of servicescape and brand image on Consumer Satisfaction in SK Coffee Lab. Kediri City. The reason for this research is because there are more and more coffee shops offering product variants, both local and outside coffee, bearing in mind that coffee is currently popular with all people, young and old. The population in this study is not known with certainty so that a sample of 100 respondents was taken with a simple random sampling method. In collecting data used questionnaires, literature and field studies. The analytical methods used in data processing include the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. From the results of testing all hypotheses are accepted. The coefficient of determination is quite high and the value of the influence of a brand image that is higher than servicescape on consumer satisfaction proves that the better the brand image of the place, the higher the customer satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servicescape dan brand image terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di SK Coffee Lab. Kota Kediri. Alasan penelitian ini dilakukan karena semakin banyak dan marak tempat kopi yang menawarkan varian produk baik kopi lokal maupun luar daerah mengingat saat ini kopi digemari oleh seluruh kalangan baik tua maupun muda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui secara pasti sehingga diambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode simple random sampling. Dalam mengumpulkan data digunakan kuesioner, studi pustaka dan lapangan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data meliputi validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner, uji hipotesis serta koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil pengujian seluruh hipotesis diterima. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang cukup tinggi serta nilai pengaruh brand image yang lebih tinggi daripada servicescape terhadap kepuasan konsumen membuktikan bahwa semakin baik brand image tempat tersebut, semakin tinggi pula kepuasan konsumen.

The purpose of this research to determine the effect of moderating variables on the relationship between Switching Costs, Service Performance and Customer Loyalty among Celebrity Fitness members. This research was carried out in a service company Celebrity Fitness. The respondents were limited to the members of Celebrity Fitness in Jakarta. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the sample. The method used in sampling is simple random sampling by means of draws. The sample are 165 active members of Celebrity Fitness. The results showed that there is significant influence of the moderating variable on the relationship between Service Performance and Customer Loyalty. The results also show the Service Performance as an independent variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Switching Costs serves as a quasi moderator (serves as the independent variable and moderation) significantly affects customer loyalty and has a significant influence as a moderating variable in the relationship between Service Performance and Customer Loyalty.

This study aims to examine the effect of Training and the Accuracy of Job Placement on Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable (Study on PKP-PK Employees of PT Angkasa Pura II Persero). The population in this study were all employees of Aircraft PKP-PK PT. Angkasa Pura II and sampling techniques were carried out through probability sampling methods, namely Simple Random Sampling with 93 employees. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the test instrument validity and reliability, classic assumption test, hypothesis, correlation analysis and path analysis. Data processing tools using SPSS for Windows version 24.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on motivation, (2) Accuracy of Job Placement has a positive and significant effect on motivation, (3) Training does not affect performance, (4) Accuracy of Job Placement has no effect on performance, (5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at Abang-Adik Store in Rantauprapat City, North Sumatra. The population used was all shop customers with a simple random sampling method obtained by 98 final samples. Path analysis with the SPSS Version 22 program is used for data processing. The results of the study prove that product quality and brand image have a positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality and brand image have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of the study also prove that customer satisfaction is an intervening variable on the relationship between product quality and brand image with customer loyalty.</em></p><p> </p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan pada Toko Abang-Adik di Kota Rantauprapat Sumatera Utara. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pelanggan took dengan metode simple random sampling didaperoleh 98 sampel akhir. Analisis jalur dengan program SPSS Versi 22 digunakan untuk pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hubungan antara kualitas produk dan brand image tdengan loyalitas pelanggan.</p>

This study aims to find out the effect of brand awareness and customer satisfaction on corporate image and its impact on customer loyalty in laurier products of PT Kao Indonesia. Customer Loyalty is one of the core goals pursued in modern marketing. By loyalty, it is expected that corporates will get long-term profitability. This study uses quantitative approach and involves 52 respondents in kelurahan Cikoko as the samples collected using probability sampling and simple random sampling techniques. Data processing employs SPSS 24 and the results of the study show that brand awareness, customer satisfaction and corporate image has significant influence on customer loyalty; therefore, the proposed program assistance is necessary to be the strategy in determining the success of customer loyalty of Laurier product.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel bebas (X) adalah citra merek dan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu keputusan pembelian yang diukur dengan menggunakan data dari kuesioner (primer) dan beberapa observasi serta wawancara langsung dengan pihak terkait. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa/I Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Singaperbangsa Karawang Angkatan 2016 yang bertempat di Universitas Negeri Singaperbangsa Karawang dan sampelnya terdiri dari 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana, analisis korelasi Pearson, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) , uji F dan uji-t dengan bantuan perangkat lunak komputer program SPSS 24. Dari hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa data yang diolah valid dan reliabel. Hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan Ŷ 10,019 + 0,582 x. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi Pearson variabel bebas (X) menunjukkan nilai korelasi positif dan berada dalam kategori kuat dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang menandakan bahwa hubungan yang terjadi adalah signifikan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai R square 0,619 hal ini berarti citra merek yang terdiri dari citra perusahaan, citra pengguna dan citra produk memberikan kontribusi sebesar 61,9% terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Selain itu sebesar 31,1% keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.   Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian     This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The variables in this study are the independent variable (X) is the brand image and the dependent variable (Y), which is a purchase decision that is measured using data from the questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews with related parties. The population in this study were Students / I of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Singaperbangsa Karawang State University, 2016 which took place at the Singaperbangsa Karawang State University and the sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), F test and t-test with the help of SPSS 24 computer software program. From the results of validity and reliability test indicates that processed data is valid and reliable. The results of the analysis obtained an equation Ŷ 10,019 + 0,582 x. Based on the Pearson correlation coefficient the independent variable (X) shows a positive correlation value and is in a strong category and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05, which indicates that the relationship that occurs is significant. From this study R value of 0.619 obtained this means that the brand image consisting of company image, user image and product image contributed 61.9% to consumer purchasing decisions. In addition, 31.1% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Brand Image, Purchasing Decision

Abstract. The high public interest in cake and bakery products has made many people join online baking classes. Some of them enrolled on Titan Baking Course. To build and maintain customer loyalty, and to prevent customers from switching to another course, Titan Baking Course conducted Marketing Public Relation activities in the form of free online baking demo. This study aims to measure the impact of the Marketing Public Relations on customer loyalty in Titan Baking Course. By using a quantitative approach, this study aims to find out how the causality relationship between the independent variable (X) is the Marketing Public Relations with the dependent variable (Y), namely Customer Loyalty. Respondents were selected using probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. From the results of the study, it was found that the Marketing Public Relations of the Titan Baking Course had a positive impact on Customer Loyalty and had an influence strength of 38%. Thus an understanding that customer loyalty in Titan Baking Couse is influenced by the Marketing Public Relations by 38%. While the other 62% is determined by other factors not included in this study. Abstrak. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap produk kue dan roti membuat banyak orang mengikuti kelas pelatihan membuat kue secara daring, salah satunya di Titan Baking Course. Untuk membentuk dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, serta mencegah agar pelanggan tidak beralih ke tempat kursus lainnya, banyak cara yang dilakukan oleh Titan Baking Course. Salah satunya dengan melakukan kegiatan Marketing Public Relations berupa baking demo online tak berbayar. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelaksanaan Marketing Public Relations terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Titan Baking Course. Dengan pendekatan yang bersifat kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen (X) yaitu Marketing Public Relations dengan variabel dependen (Y) yaitu loyalitas pelanggan. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling berupa simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan, terdapat fakta bahwa Marketing Public Relations Titan Baking Course berdampak positif terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan memiliki kekuatan pengaruh sebesar 38%. Sedangkan 62% lainnya ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam kajian penelitian ini.

Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and promotiondirectly to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study also examines theinfluence of service quality and promotion indirectly to customer loyalty throughcustomer satisfaction. The study was conducted on 175 customers of Cikarang MedikaFarma Pharmacy taken with simple random sampling technique and given questionnaire72 statement with Likert Scale to measure response to research variables. After testingthe validity and reliability, as well as the prerequisite test, conducted path analysis testusing software Lisrel 8.80. The results showed that there was a significant direct effectbetween service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction as well as on customerloyalty. Service quality also has a positive and significant indirect impact on customerloyalty through customer satisfaction. Promotion has a positive and significant indirecteffect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

The phenomenon of considering the potential for zakat mal with the amount of zakat paid by the obligatory zakat is a consequence of various factors. The causes of the insignificance of zakat realization with the existing zakat potential, namely: low understanding and awareness of Muslims about the obligation to pay zakat, reluctance to pay zakat to zakat institutions because they prefer to pay zakat directly to those who are entitled, and are reluctant to pay zakat to zakat institutions because they do not experience the pleasure and benefits immediately. This study aims to see what factors and the most dominant factors influence Muzaki's decision to pay zakat at LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Ponorogo. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 100 Muzaki from a population of 2,339 Muzaki who pays zakat at LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Ponorogo, using probability sampling techniques and sampling methods, namely simple random sampling. Data analysis used validity and reliability tests, test tests and tests with factor analysis. The results of this study there are 8 factors that influence Muzaki's decision to pay zakat, namely the factor of religiosity, image of service quality institutions, income, worship, reliability and responsiveness, occupation or position, factors of empathy. The factor that most influenced Muzaki's decision was the religiosity factor which consisted of 6 variables and had the highest Eigen value, namely 4.669
