LOCAL FOOD INTRODUCTIONS INTO FISH PROCESSED PRODUCT AS A WAY TO ENHANCE COMPETITIVE VALUE. Bilayuk Village is one of 18.25% underdeveloped village with IDM (Village Development Index) score below 0.491. Based on Forum Group Discussion results with village officials, one of the main reasons is the village’s human resources lack of knowledge. The lack of human resources knowledge leads to unutilised village’s local food. The abundant and unutilised local foods are tubers and san-sankng leaves. The tuber has potential as filling agent to reduce the amount of fish use in fish processed product, and san-sankq leaves can be used as flavour enhancer substitute (MSG). Therefore, in this community service activity, we provide training and assistance to fish cultivators in Bilayuk village to process the harvest into hekeng which enriched with tubers filling and used san-sankq leaves for seasoning. The purpose of the activity is to increase local competitive value of Bilayuk village with increasing knowledge in fish processing by processed it into hekeng made from local food. The results showed that there is increasing knowledge since audience never made hekeng and processing food without flavour enhancer before, 77% target audience understand how to make hekeng, 22% target audience really like the result, and the rest of the audience just like the result. All audience are practising how to make hekeng for their family consumption. The audience are expected to have interest to make hekeng to increase their family income.

Towards the creative industry today economic activities are forced to intensify information and creativity by relying on ideas and knowledge from human resources as the main key in moving economic activities, housewives and women generally become the main guard in community life to regulate and cultivate the family economy. In fact, housewives have not been able to exploit their potential to help the family economy due to various factors. This community service activity is focused on empowering home industry actors in helping to increase family income, while the problems faced are (1) Lack of knowledge about home industry, 2) Low understanding of the perpetrators of home industry about the importance of the internet to support business activities. The aim of this program is to develop business carried out by groups of housewives to become economically independent communities.

The partner problem is that many administrators of Community Empowerment Institutions in the Kulim sub-district do not yet know and understand the prohibition of concurrent positions for the management of Community Empowerment Institutions based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 18 of 2018 concerning Village Community Institutions and Village Traditional Institutions. The target of community service is to increase knowledge and understanding of Duties, Functions and Prohibitions for administrators. The output plans for this service activity are from drafts of scientific articles and mass media publications. The solution offered and agreed upon by the proposer and partners in overcoming the problem is that socialization needs to be conducted in legal counselling and discussion. The implementation method uses lectures and discussions. Lecturers deliver material, and participants are freed to have an interactive dialogue to obtain input in the form of problems, aspirations, proposals, ideas and solutions. Partners' participation in this activity is willing, provides time and place, and mobilizes the community as the target audience. The outputs that will be produced according to this community service activity plan are: for partners, of course, increasing knowledge and understanding of the duties, functions and prohibitions of management, for proposing the output to be achieved is in drafts of scientific articles.

Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. In order for local food initiatives (LFIs) to have a transformative effect on the larger food system, greater levels of economic, organizational and physical scale are needed. One way for LFIs to reach the scale necessary to generate a more significant impact is through increased institutional procurement of local foods. But how do people and organizations come together to generate the social infrastructure required to shift food purchasing practices and processes? This field report shares the story of an innovative community of practice consisting of institutional food buyers, large-scale distributors, regional retailers, processors, producers, researchers, municipal and provincial government representatives within the Edmonton city-region that formed for the express purpose of “creating a positive community impact by getting more local foods on more local plates”. In describing the formation and first three years of the Alberta Flavour Learning Lab we examine the unique characteristics of this community of practice that has aided the development of a common framework for learning, understanding and joint action. In addition to the accomplishments to date, we also discuss the challenges faced by the Learning Lab and the strategies used to overcome them.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Koperasi, Masyarakat RW 09Community service activities are one way for Trilogy University students to have social skills. The target audience of this service is the community of RW 09 in Ciasihan village. Community service activities were carried out on 11 August-11 September in Ciasihan Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, followed by all RW 09 people. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this service were obtained, including increasing community motivation for the importance of cooperatives, and the importance of using organic waste into fertilizer. This service activity went smoothly, due to various supporters, especially the participation of enthusiastic participants and actively participating in cooperative formation activities. ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian bertujuan membentuk sistem kemitraan dengan peternak melalui pemberian bantuan kambing terbatas selama enam bulan atau satu kali siklus reproduksi dengan introduksi teknologi manipulasi ovulasi dan inseminasi buatan sehingga penguatan modal usaha dapat ditingkatkan. Pada kegiatan ini dilibatkan sepuluh orang khalayak sasaran dari Desa (Gampong) Ajee Rayeuk, Kecamatan Ingin Jaya, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Kriteria khalayak sasaran yaitu 1) mempunyai pendapatan terendah, 2) mempunyai pengalaman beternak kambing, baik memelihara ternak kambing milik pribadi atau memelihara ternak kambing milik orang lain, 3) mempunyai kandang minimal untuk empat ekor ternak, dan 4) mempunyai anggota keluarga yang mampu dan mempunyai waktu untuk fokus mengurus dan memelihara ternaknya. Pengadaan kambing bantuan dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi berdasarkan kriteria sudah pernah beranak, sehat secara klinis, dan berumur 3 tahun, sehingga masih memiliki produktivitas yang tinggi. Jumlah pengadaan kambing sebanyak 30 ekor yang diberikan masing-masing tiga ekor untuk tiap khalayak sasaran. Kambing-kambing tersebut mendapat perlakuan manipulasi dan inseminasi buatan.Kata kunci: Ajee Rayeuk, kambing, peternak ABSTRACTThe community service activity aims to establish a partnership system with breeders by providing limited goat assistance for six months or one reproductive cycle with the introduction of artificial insemination and ovulation manipulation technology, thus the strengthening of business capital can be increased. This activity involved ten target audiences from Ajee Rayeuk Village, Ingin Jaya Sub-District, Aceh Besar District. Criteria for the target audience were 1) having the lowest income, 2) having experience in raising goats whether their own goats or other people goats, 3) having a pen for at least 4 livestock and, 4) having family members who are able and have time to focus on managing and caring for their livestock. The community service team was procuring goats based on the criteria that the goat have given birth, clinically healthy, and 3 years old,  so the goats had a high productivity performance. The total number of goats provided was 30 goats, with three goats for each target audience. The goats were then subjected to ovulation manipulation technology and artificial insemination.Keywords: Ajee Rayeuk, goats, breeders

This Community Service and Empowerment Program offers solutions to overcome problems encountered in Sedayu, especially the under-five health problems, such as the lack of knowledge about the provision of MP ASI according to World Health Organization (WHO) standards, the lack of utilization of quality local foods for MP-ASI and many the provision of instant breastfeeding by mothers in infants, the provision of MP-ASI is less appropriate with the duration, frequency, texture and variation according to age stage and the lack of attention of parents related to the growth of infants. The data shows that there are many toddlers in Sedayu who suffer from malnutrition and even malnutrition and stunting (short). The purpose of this community service is to improve the community's knowledge about the making of MP ASI by optimizing the existing local wisdom. The hope of this program can improve the knowledge, behavior and health status of children under five. The target of this program is the mother of the students from the students of  TK ABA Argomulyo, TK ABA Sedayu and TK Tapen, Sedayu Subdistrict, Bantul who have under five children. Activities undertaken include training on the basic principles of MP-ASI, training on making and assisting various processed MP-ASI using quality local food. And held a mini gallery of processed products of various variations of ASI MP using quality local food to promote MP ASI products to the public.

This research was done in Bantul district. The purposes of this research were to find out the motivation rate of women farmers group in diversification of local food in Bantul district, the influencing factors, and also to find out the influence of motivation and the other factors to successing local food diversification. This research bassicaly applied analytic descriptive method and used purposive method for sub-district and women farmers group sampling. It was took 15 group members from each women farmers group using simple random sampling, so in total there were 60 members as sample. Data analysis has been done by using propostion test and multiple regression analysis. The research results showed that the larger part of women farmers group in Bantul district have a high motivation on the local food diversification, price of rice and active counseling have a possitive influence on motivation. Meanwhile, age, level of education, income, perception of local foods, and mass media access do not have influence to the motivation of local food diversivication. Price of rice has a negative influence on success local food diversification, while income, active counseling, perception of local foods have a possitive influence of local food diversification sucess. Meanwhile, age, level of education, mass media access and motivation do not have influence on local food diversification success.
