Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job performance and achievement motivation in employees. Subjects in this study were employees PT.Cipta Mandiri Perkasa Yogyakarta. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is Product Moment by Karl Pearson.Results of data analysis variable performance with achievement motivation variable indicates the value of r 0.750 p = 0.000 (p < 0,05). Based on the results of the correlation can be stated that there is a significant positive relationship between achievement motivation with the work performance of employees.Correlation test results showed that achievement motivation variables with job performance determinant coefficient has a value of 0.563. Means of achievement motivation variables contribute effectively to the work performance of 56.30 % , while the remaining 43.70 % is influenced by other factors such as job satisfaction, stress level, physical working conditions, compensation systems and job design. Keywords : Achievement motivation, work performance of employees.

Abstrak  Latar Belakang :Access block adalah situasi dimana pasien yang mengalami lama rawat di IGD 6 karena kurangnya akses ke ruang rawat inap dan kepadatan jumlah pasien yang tidak terkendali, dampaknya ditemukan bahwa semakin lama access block  semakin tinggi pula perburukan pasien dalam 24 jam.Tujuan : ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.Metode :Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling. Analisis data melalui uji spearman rank.Hasil : Hasil uji dipapatkan nilai p hitung 0,000 (0,05) ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di instalasi gawat darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasi.Simpulan: Berdasarka hasil penelitian Ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dengan nilai P= 0,000 nilai α = 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,588 Kata kunci: Access Block, Perburukan Pasien. Abstract Background :Access block is a situation where patients who experience length of stay in the ED 6 due to lack of access to the inpatient room and uncontrolled density of patients, it is found that the longer the access block the higher the deterioration of patients in 24 hours.Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship of access block with deteriorating condition of patients in Emergency Installation Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin.Method : The research method uses an analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples taken is 40 people using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis through spearman rank test.Result: The test results obtained p value calculated 0,000 (0.05) there is a relationship between the access block and deterioration of the patient's condition at the Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital emergency department.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between the access block and the worsening of the patient's condition at the Emergency Department of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin with a value of P = 0.000 value α = 0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.588. Keywords: Access Block, Patient worsening

The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between the attitude of love of money (perception of money) with the perception of anti-corruption in regional bureaucratic employees in Sleman Regency. This study uses quantitative methods that are analyzed using statistical analysis of product moment evaluations from Carl Pearson. The sample used in this study was obtained using saturated sampling technique. The sample of this research is the staff of the Sleman Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency which gathers 77 employees. The research data was collected through a scale of love money attitude with a value (α ) of 0.979 and an anticorruption perception scale with a value (α ) of 0.960. Statistical test results obtained with a positive correlation coefficient of 0.514, with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.05), this shows a significant positive relationship between the attitude of love of money with the perception of anti-corruption. Successful, the higher the attitude of love for money, the higher the perception of anti-corruption needed by employees and vice versa, the lower the attitude of love of money, the lower the perception of anti-corruption that demands employees. The average subject has an attitude of love for money and perceptions of anti-corruption in the medium category. The effective contribution of the love attitude of money to the perception of anti-corruption amounted to 26.4% and 73.6% of the perception of anti-corruption by other factors in the study.

There are several factors that affect employees at work, so that it gives an impact on work performance generated by employees, while the factors in the form of incentives and social security provided by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and social security on the work performance of employees of PT. Gondari Media Pratama Padang partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, so the sample is 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the partial test results found that incentives and social security have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Gondari Media Pratama Padang because the significant value <alpha (α) = 0.05. The results of testing together found that incentives and social security have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of PT. Gondari Media Pratama Padang because the significant value <alpha (α) = 0.05. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination is known as Adjusted R-Square value of 0.480, meaning that the ability of the incentive variable (X1) and social security (X2) explains work performance by only 48% while the remaining 52% is explained by other variables not used in this study. Intelligence is the ability to apply the knowledge and experiences that have been gained into the effort tasks are challenging and flexible book. Behaviour is an action that involves aspects of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. Goal: This study aims to determine the relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Method: This study uses correlation with cross sectional design. The study population was all students / i Ners Level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan as 65. The samples used were 65 respondents, the sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling. The instrument of this study using questionnaire and observation sheets by using product moment test person. Result: Intelligence students as many as 30 people (46.2%) classified as having an average level of intelligence. A total of 32 people (49.2%) classified as well-behaved students. Person product moment test results obtained p value = 0.172 where a significant level of p> 0.05 so that this value proves that the absence of a relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Conclusion: Recommended for institutions, motivating students in balancing the behavior and intelligence.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore how the relationship between job scope and in-role performance is contingent upon the level of social support (i.e. supervisor support) received in the workplace. Design/methodology/approach A total of 640 questionnaires were distributed to employees of Pakistani companies, yielding 328 useable responses for analysis. Regression analysis was used to test for both hypotheses. Findings The results support the role of supervisor support as a moderator in the relationship between in-role performance, a dimension of job performance and job scope. The findings show that a higher job scope would facilitate higher job performance from employees who receive high levels of supervisor support. Practical implications The results provide useful insights for managers and consultants, especially HR professionals involved in job design and redesign. Organizations that encourage high levels of social support can help employees improve their job performance as they foster an environment where employees can get direct assistance and advice from their supervisors. Originality/value This paper makes three key contributions to the literature on job design. First, this inquiry shows that a strong link does exist between job scope and job performance; previous studies have failed to find a strong relationship. Second, it highlights how social context, especially in highly challenging work settings, can shape employees’ proficiencies and behaviors. Third, this paper offers a novel perspective in job design research by incorporating a contextual moderator (i.e. supervisor support).

Pregnant women who experience anemia and untreated until the end of pregnancy will have an effect at the time of delivery, so that it can cause post partum hemorrhage which results in death in the mother. This study aims to analyze the relationship between anemia and the incidence of post partum hemorrhage in Puskesmas Lenteng, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. The study design was analytic with a retrospective approach, the total population was 35 mothers, the total sample was 29 mothers, the sampling technique used random sampling. The independent variable is anemia, the dependent variable is the incidence of post partum hemorrhage. Collecting data using a checklist, data analysis using the chi square statistical test, the value of a = 0.05. The results showed that of the 29 women who gave birth, most of them experienced anemia (HB level <11 g%) during pregnancy, as many as 19 mothers gave birth (65.5%), and of the 29 mothers gave birth, most of them experienced post partum hemorrhage as much as 17 mothers gave birth (59%). The result of statistical tests using chi square with a value of a = 0.05, the resulting value (ρ) = 0.000, so that the value (ρ) <a (0.000 <0.05), which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, i.e. the relationship between anemia and the incidence of post partum hemorrhage at the Lenteng Public Health Center, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency in 2020 In order to reduce the incidence of post partum hemorrhage, it is hoped that the mother in labor can prevent anemia during pregnancy, namely by consuming foods that contain lots of protein such as meat, liver, eggs, vegetables, folic acid (Vitamin C) and consumption of Fe tablets regularly and how to drink properly and according to conditions / needs.

This study aimed to examine the extent to which the relationship variables (gender, age, level of education and class) to the discipline of civil servants in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat Bengkayang, to analyze the factors that have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline in General District Secretariat Office Bengkayang. The sample in this study population using all Civil Servants in the General Section Regional Secretariat Bengkayang of 60 people (saturated sampling technique). The analytical method used was a bivariate analysis with chi square test (χ2) and the hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results of the chi square test showed that four factors have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline of civil servants, namely Gender, the value of χ2 count = 6173> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.013. Age to calculate χ2 = 23.741> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.000. Education level with χ2 count = 11 507> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.009. and a group with a value of χ2 count = 10 446> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.005.

The purpose of this research is to know wtether knowledge, skill, responsiveness and communication skill influence in job competition for graduate student from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata AMPTA. The population in this study are student pf Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata SMPTA that graduated in 2013 until 2016, the total population in this studt is 702 and 200 respondents who have worked taken as samples, samples were taken with non probability sampling technique and accidental sampling approach. Sampling approach using regression equations obtained results that through test results F (regression analysis jointly) may note that the value of F = 147.104 count with the significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The test results of the test F reinforced with testing the determination of the coefficient that shows the value of 74.6%) (0.746. From Test t (partially) can result in variable knowledge with a value of t = 3,173 and significance of the value 0002 < 0.05, variable skill with a value of t = 2,949 and value the significance of 0.004 < 0.05, variable attitude with a value of t = 2,688 and value the significance of 0.008 < 0.05, variable communication skill with a value of t = value and significance of 4,497 0000 < 0.05. From the above results can be known that the hypothesis posed was not proven in other words that all of these variables can be said to have a positive and significant effect simultaneously as well as partial toward the ability of STP graduates AMPTA in the face of competition in the world of work

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>. Good parenting produces a good mutual relationship between parent and child. Fathers have a role in parenting. A father is involved in nurturing by interacting with children and utilizing his resources, including physical, cognition, and affection. To that end, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between authoritative parenting and secure attachment to fathers among adolescents in Pidie-Aceh, Indonesia. This study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 200 teenagers. Data collection techniques were performed by using authoritative parenting scale and secure attachment to father scale. The Pearson correlation test results showed that authoritative parenting was positively related to secure attachment to father. The analysis proved that authoritative parenting was significantly related to adolescents’ attachment to their fathers</p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong>authoritative parenting, secure attachment, father, adolescent</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.
