<p><strong>Abstrak </strong></p><p>Alur cerita yang dikemas dalam sebuah tontonan film tentunya menjadi modal utama keberhasilan film tersebut dalam menarik perhatian penonton. Dari berbagai genre yang ada, tidak banyak film drama Indonesia yang menggunakan alur mundur dalam penyajian ceritanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tahapan dramatik tiga babak film Story of Kale dan alur yang digunakan dalam mengemas cerita film <em>spin off</em> garapan sutradara Angga Dwimas Sasongko. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kualitatif untuk melihat secara mendalam struktur naratif dan unsur dramatis yang digunakan mulai dari tahap awal, tahap tengah dan tahap akhir. Analisis data pada objek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis struktur naratif tiga babak menurut Syd Field. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menemukan bahwa alur mundur yang disajikan dalam film Story of Kale tidak menggunakan kaidah struktur naratif tiga babak. Penggunaan struktur tiga babak terlihat dalam urutan kronologis cerita film Story of Kale tahap awal, munculnya persoalan dan konflik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan plot <em>flashback</em> dan teknik editing yang simultan dapat mengubah keseluruhan bentuk cerita naratif.</p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong><br /></em></p><p><em>This study discusses the narrative structure of the three-act film Story Of Kale by looking at the dramatic elements in the story presented. The purpose of this study was to determine the dramatic stages of the three-act film Story of Kale and the plots used in packaging the story of the spin-off film directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko. The research method used is a qualitative description to see in depth the narrative structure and dramatic elements used starting from the early, middle and final stages. Analysis of the data on the object of this research uses the three-act narrative structure analysis technique according to Syd Field. The results of the analysis of this study found that the backward plot presented in the film Story of Kale does not use the rules of the three-act narrative structure. The use of a three-act structure is seen in the chronological order of the story of the early Story of Kale film, the emergence of problems and conflicts. This study concludes that the simultaneous use of flashback plots and editing techniques can change the overall form of the narrative story.</em></p>

Ecotourism as a form of responsible tour to natural areas conducted with the aim to conserve the environment also preserve the life and the welfare of the local population. This research was conducted in the conservation area of the mountains of Arfak inside at Mokwam, Kwaw and Syou village, Warmare district, Manokwari Regency, has the purposes to know the ecotourism potential, Mokwam society’s attitude towards the ecotourism development and its strategy in conservation areas in Arfak mountains at Mokwam village and its surrounding. The advantage is to expand the development of ecotourism atCAPAarea, can be used as consideration in ecotourism development and also as an alternative to protect the environment and the culture of local population towards the exploitation in order to remain sustainable. The research method use qualitative methods. This method was used to get the data or qualitative description aboutCAPAarea. The data analysis technique use descriptive-qualitative and the analysis of SWOT. The results of this research are potential tourism attractions, accommodations, facilities, accessibility and additional services. The attitude of the local people inCAPAarea now is in the phase of euphoria which is they are supporting the development of ecotourism. The strategies that can be done through the programs such as: product development planning of ecotourism, structuring the organization and the management ofCAPAarea, do marketing of ecotourism product.

The problem in this research is the socio-economic condition of the fishermen community in Peling Sawang Village, West Siau District, Sitaro Regency which is still very low. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence the socio-economic conditions of fishermen in Peling Sawang Village, West Siau District, Sitaro Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method that aims to make a qualitative description, a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the conditions of natural objects. The variables of this study are the level of education, infrastructure, socio-economic conditions of fishermen. , fishermen's income. The population and sample in this study were the fishing community in Peling Sawang Village, West Siau District and the sample to be taken was 10% of 225 families, namely 22 families. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview and observation. The data analysis technique in this research is the case study descriptive analysis technique. Based on the results of the research, it was found that fishermen in Peling Sawang Village, classified as basic education (SD and SMP) as much as 87.73%. Fishermen families have many children, with the average child of each head of the family, namely 3 children. As many as 68.26% of dependents owned by fishermen families are classified as large, namely more than 5 people. In general, the fishing gear used by fishermen in this study is only traditional equipment, so that the catch they get is inadequate by using a boat and its reach is limited to waters that are not so far away, only 3-4 km

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

The panel of judges adjudicating the money laundering case found the defendant guilty of the crime of money laundering from the narcotics crime, and therefore sentenced the defendant to 7 (seven) years imprisonment. Based on this, the formulation of the problems in this study: 1) How are the legal rules regarding money laundering in Indonesia, 2) How is law enforcement against the crime of money laundering in the Medan District Court, 3) What is the basis for the judge's consideration in imposing crimes against money laundering offenders in the Decision Number 311 / Pid.sus / 2018 / PN. Mdn. The research method used is descriptive method, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the crime of money laundering is regulated in Law no. 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering (UU PP - TPPU). The threat of money laundering is regulated in Article 3, namely imprisonment for a maximum of 20 (twenty) years and a maximum fine of Rp. 10,000,000,000. The panel of judges at the District Court that adjudicates money laundering crimes acts decisively in imposing crimes, especially because the examination process usually receives public scrutiny, such as money laundering from narcotics and corruption crimes. The basis for the consideration that the panel of judges, the defendant has participated in the circulation of narcotics by receiving, transferring money as payment for narcotics, this is commonly done by the perpetrators of the Crime of Money Laundering to disguise or hide the origin of the proceeds of crime. However, the panel of judges had imposed a sentence that was too low on the defendant, namely 7 years in prison, far below the threat of money laundering in Article 3 of the TPPU Law where the defendant was found guilty, namely 20 years in prison.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap suara-suara masyarakat yang dimarginalkan dalam kumpulan cerpen Orang-Orang Pinggiran karya Lea Pamungkas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori sosiologi sastra dengan metode penelitian deskripsi kualitatif hermeneutik. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah karya sastra berupa kumpulan cerpen Orang-Orang Pinggiran karya Lea Pamungkas. Data pada penelitian ini berupa teks yang memperlihatkan suara-suara masyarakat pinggiran. Hasil penelitian ini berupa marginalisasi terhadap perempuan dan kelompok masyarakat. Marginalisasi pada perempuan, yaitu perempuan dianggap hanya sebagai subjek pemuas nafsu kaum laki-laki. Marginalisasi terhadap kelompok masyarakat ini berupa suara yang diabaikan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehingga menyebabkan kemiskinan Indonesia.Kata kunci: kumpulan cerpen, marginal, masyarakat pinggiran, sosiologi sastra ABSTRACT This study aims to reveal the voices of the marginalized in a collection of short stories Orang-Orang Pinggiran by Lea Pamungkas. This research uses sociology of literature theory with hermeneutic qualitative description research method. The Source of this research is a literary work in the form of a collection of short stories from Orang-Orang Pinggiran by Lea Pamungkas. The data in this study are in the form of texts that show the voices of marginalized communities. The result of this research is the marginalization of women and community groups. Marginalization of women, women are considered only as a subject to satisfy the lust of men. The marginalization of this community groups is in the form of their a voice that is ignored in meeting their needs, causing poverty in Indonesia.Keywords: a collection of short stories, marginal, marginal societ, literary sociology

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

This study Wages and incentives are important elements in increasing employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, it is expected that the productivity of 5 SME Service Businesses in west Java, Bekasi will increase, so that companies are ready and able to compete with other companies in facing competition. The research objective of this study was to determine how high the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity. The sampling technique is quite simple, namely by using a saturated sample, namely all employees of 5 SMEs, totaling 81 people. The research method uses the PLS technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, outer inner loading analysis and t test. The results of this study indicate both partially and collectively salaries and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity.

This study aims to empirically prove the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage and intensity of fixed assets on tax aggressiveness (Empirical study on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016). In this study there were a population of 46 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The research method used in this study was quantitative. Through purposive sampling method, researchers obtained a sample of 12 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The model in this study is panel regression using the Eviews 8 application. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the profitability, liquidity and intensity of fixed assets have no significant effect on tax aggressiveness, while the leverage factor has a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Profitability, liquidity, leverage and intensity of fixed assets together have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan intensitas aset tetap terhadap agresivitas pajak (Studi empiris pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, yakni melalui metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 12 perusahaan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Model dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 8. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa faktor profitabilitas, likuiditas dan intensitas asset tetap berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Sedangkan faktor leverage mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Dengan demikian, profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan intensitas asset tetap secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Pada era milenial saat ini masyarakat membutuhkan suatu iklan baik melalui media elektronik maupun cetak. Salah satu iklan yang digandrungi masyarakat Indonesia adalah toko jasa jual beli online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menelaah struktur iklan “tokobagus.com” menggunakan struktur model Van Dijk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah iklan “tokobagus.com”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, superstruktur, yang terdiri atas struktur headline (kepala iklan), illustration (ilustrasi), body copy (isi iklan), dan signature line (logo). Kedua, struktur mikro, yang terdiri atas unsur verbal dan unsur nonverbal. Ketiga, struktur makro, yang terdapat unsur makna iklan dan pesan iklan. Struktur wacana iklan tokobagus.com telah menggunakan struktur wacana iklan yang lengkap, sehingga pembaca dapat menirunya untuk memasarkan produk atau jasa dan mampu menarik minat pembeli untuk membeli produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan.(In the current millennial era, people need an advertisement either through electronic or printed media. One of the advertisement that is loved by the people of Indonesia is online buying and selling shop. The purpose of this study is to describe and examine the structure of the Tokobagus.com advertisements by using the Van Dijk model structure. The type of this research is qualitative research. The data analysis technique is done qualitatively. The object of this research is Tokobagus.com advertisement. The analysis results show three points. First, superstructure consists of the headline, illustration, body copy, and signature lines. Second, microstructure consists of verbal elements and nonverbal elements. Third, the macrostructure, there are elements of the meaning of  advertising and advertising messages. The discourse structure of the advertisement for Tokobagus.com store has used a complete structure of advertising discourse, so that it can emulate it to market a product or service and be able to attract buyers to buy the product or service offered.)

Reading interest is one of the important keys for someone to gain knowledge and information. So by reading, students can get the knowledge that has been provided. The more often a student reads, the broader his knowledge and insight will be. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the 15 Minute Literacy Movement in Fostering Reading Interest in Class 4 Autistic Students in Indonesian Language Subjects in Narrative Story Text Material at TNCC Banda Aceh Special School. This research is a qualitative research, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and studies. documentation. The subjects in this study were students of class IV Autism at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh, which consisted of two people, and the data analysis technique was carried out qualitatively with stages including: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation. (3) Triangulation, and (4) Verification / Conclusion Withdrawal. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Literacy Movement 15 minutes before the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) is very effective in cultivating students’ reading interest in autism in class 4. This can be seen from the results of completeness of the indicators of the effectiveness of reading interest, with 15 minutes of Literacy activities for autistic students there are significant changes. in recognizing letters and students’ reading interest increases.
