The level of community satisfaction with services from the kelurahan is still relatively low, as can be seen from the many protests from the community against the kelurahan policy. This situation can be seen from the implementation of the work which is still slow so that most of the work cannot be completed on time. This study aims to determine what policies and constraint factors cause the less successful policy of Regent Regulation no. 6 of 2019 concerning Provision of Additional Income for Civil Servants in Central Tapanuli Regency in Improving Employee Performance in Sibuluan Indah Village, Pandan District. The research used was descriptive method, and the data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the TPP policy has not fully succeeded in improving the performance of employees in Sibuluan Indah Village, Pandan District, with the following recommendations: 1) that the Central Tapanuli Regency government needs to revise the TPP policy so that it is more detailed about the elements of performance appraisal, 2) Officials appraisers need to eliminate the influence of personal relationships in making assessments of the performance of subordinates, and 3) The government needs to pay attention to the payment of TPP funds can be made in a timely manner.

Performance Appraisal Information System, Supplementary Income Benefits, and Performance Employees are meruapakan one unity and mutually related to each other in the performance appraisal and compensation to the Government of Samarinda City. The application of performance appraisal and compensation information system in the form of additional income support is an effort of Samarinda City Government in an effort to give motivation to the employees to improve their performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of performance appraisal information systems and additional income allowances on the performance of employees of the Department of Education Samarinda City. This research was conducted in Samarinda City Education Office. The population in this study as many as 120 employees, while the samples taken as many as 55 respondents selected simple random sampling. Validity test and test reliability of variable indicator questionnaire using SmartPLS version 3.2.6 with requirements to meet outer model, while hypothesis testing using model structure test (inner model) using SmartPLS program version 3.2.6. The result of the research indicates that the items of variable indicator have fulfilled the criteria of validity and reliability. Test the validity of loading factor, cross loading, AVE value indicates that the instrument is valid. The reliability test tested using composite realibility and Cronbach's Alpha has been eligible. Furthermore, the hypothesis test by using SmartPLS shows that the system of performance appraisal information (e-logbook) has positive and significant effect to the additional allowance of earnings, the additional allowance of earnings has positive and significant effect to the employee performance, while the performance appraisal e-logbook system has positive Not significant to employee performance. The suggestion that can be given is that the city government of Samarinda should improve the performance appraisal information system so that it can describe the performance of the employees, not just the daily activities.Keywords: performance appraisal information system, additional income supplement, employee performance

The formulation of the problem in this study are how is the implementation of North Sumatra Governor Regulation Number 18 Year 2018 concerning Additional Income Allowances for Civil Servants and Prospective Civil Servants in the North Sumatra Provincial Government, what factors are obstacles in realizing improved performance and discipline of Civil Servants in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat, with the aim of research: 1) to find out and analyze the implementation of North Sumatra Governor Regulation Number 18 Year 2018 regarding Income Allowances for Civil Servants and Prospective Civil Servants in the Government of North Sumatra Province , 2) to find out what factors are obstacles in realizing improved performance and discipline of Civil Servants in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is descriptive method, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. From the results of this study indicate that the implementation of Governor Regulation No. 18 of 2018 concerning Income Allowance for Civil Servants and Prospective Civil Servants has not been fully successful in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat. Implementation has been successfully implemented in terms of communication and bureaucratic structure, but has not been successfully implemented in terms of resources and dispositions. Constraints faced in realizing improved performance and discipline of civil servants within the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat are appraisal officials (superiors) unable to control the views of personal relations in evaluating subordinates' work, TTP payments often cannot be done in a timely manner because funds are not yet available, disciplinary sanctions are still relatively indecisive, and employees often report excessively. It is recommended that supervisors as appraisal officials need to eliminate the influence of the element of closeness in making judgments on the performance of subordinates, and be assertive in giving sanctions to employees who subscribe to disciplinary regulations

Since 2019 the Government of Mojokerto City has made efforts to convert the performance appraisal system  manually  into  an  online  system.  This  effort  was  made  to  realize  effective  and  efficient governance  based  on  technology.  E-Performance  is  a  website-based  application  used  by  the Government  of  Mojokerto  City  to  manage  and  assess  employee  performance.  E-Performance  is  a staffing  system  that  can  determine  oversight  to  the  activities  of  civil  servants,  who  can  then  directly determine the amount of the additional income of civil servant. The purpose of this study is to analyze and  prove  the  effect  of  e-performance  appraisal  system  and  additional  income  of  civil  servant  on performance  in  the  Regional  Secretariat  of  Mojokerto  City  with  job  satisfaction  as  an  intervening variable.  This  research  uses  a  quantitative  approach  combined  with  an  explanatory  method.  The results  of  this  study  conclude  several  things,  including:  1.)  E-Performance  appraisal  system  has significant positive effect on performance; 2.) Additional income of civil servant has significant positive effect  on  performance;  3.)  E-Performance  appraisal  system  has  significant  positive  effect  on  job satisfaction; 4.) Additional income of civil servant has significant positive effect on job satisfaction; 5.) Job  satisfaction  has  significant  positive  effect  on  performance;  6.)  E-Performance  appraisal  system and  additional  income  of  civil  servant  have  significant  positive  effect  on  performance  through  job satisfaction.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Training, Infrastructure and Budget on the Performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate of Kapuas Regency . Data was collected using questionnaires and documentation Questionnaires are used to measure the variables of Education and Training, Infrastructure and Budget and employee performance. Data analysis technique used is U ji validity , test reliability , test correlation coefficients , t-test (Partial) , Test Multicollinearity , Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (Test Normality) , ANOVA (F test Simultaneous) and Test Multiple Linear Regression . The results showed that the budget has a positive and significant effect on employee performance . The results of the t test between X 3 (Budget) and Y (APIP Performance) show t count = 3.114. While the t table (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) is 1.740. Because t arithmetic > t table is 3.114 > 1.740 or sig t value (0.008) < = 0.05, the effect of X 3 (Budget) on Y (APIP Performance) is significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that APIP's performance can be significantly affected by the Budget .Based on the coefficient because it has the greatest beta coefficient value of 0.707 when compared to the regression coefficient of the education and training variable and infrastructure. this means that H 0 is rejected and h 3 is received, so that it can be concluded that the budget is the dominant variable affecting the performance of internal government regulatory authorities in Kapuas district inspectorate valued at 70.7% and the remaining 29 , 3 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Keywords: Training, Infrastructure and Budget , Employee Performance.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Diklat, Sarana Prasarana Dan Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP) pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan koesioner dan dokumentasi. koesioner digunakan untuk mengukur variabel Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggran serta kinerja pegawai. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji t (Parsial), Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Kolmogorov Smirnov (Uji Normalitas), ANOVA (uji F Simultan) dan Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Anggran mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil t test antara X3 (Anggaran) dengan Y (Kinerja APIP) menunjukkan t hitung = 3,114. Sedangkan t tabel (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) adalah sebesar 1,740. Karena t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,114 > 1,740 atau nilai sig t (0,008) < α = 0.05 maka pengaruh X3(Anggaran) terhadap Y (Kinerja APIP) adalah signifikan. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja APIP dapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Anggaran. Berdasarkan koefisien dikarenakan mempunyai nilai koefisiensi beta paling besar 0,707 jika Dibandingkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel Diklat dan sarana prasarana. hal ini berarti h0 ditolak dan h3 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa anggaran merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja aparat pengawas internal pemerintah pada inspektorat daerah kabupaten Kapuas senilai 70,7% dan sisanya 29,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggaran, Kinerja Pegawai.

In the process of evaluating employee performance, the company has established standard operating procedures. Of the many standards, it is difficult for management to give weight to each standard. Therefore, a decision-making system is needed to improve company performance and productivity. Human resources must be able to improve employee performance. Professional knowledge or ability. The current appraisal problem, including the employee performance appraisal process, is still using the traditional and not yet accurate method. The research was conducted using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. The results of this study indicate that by using the SAW method, management is more likely to pay attention to employee performance evaluation, and is more organized and efficient in evaluating employee performance.

The current 4.0 revolution requires all lines to continue to transform in providing excellent service to the community. This is due to the development of science and increasingly sophisticated technology. Competition between fields is getting more challenging, including the government, highly highlighted for public consumption. All must be able to maintain the existence of their institutions to survive in the current 4.0 era. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of differences in employee status on employee performance at the Office of the People's Welfare of Mandailing Natal Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a research population of fewer than 100 people, so all 30 employees were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression (t) test. After statistical tests were carried out, it was obtained that the employment status had a positive regression coefficient value of 36,053. The results of this positive coefficient value indicate that employment status has a positive effect on employee performance. All statements of employment status and performance variables have a value of 0.33, meaning that the performance indicators, namely, work quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence, are all good. Employees who have higher employment status will have better performance in service compared to non-status employees.

The many problems faced in life that cause a lot of negative access that is very troubling to the community. Access is, among others, increasingly widespread irregularities in the norms of religious and social life that are manifested in the form of juvenile delinquency. The purpose of this study was to find out what forms of juvenile delinquency occurred in Belawa Village, Belawa District, Wajo District. Knowing what strategies are used to overcome juvenile delinquency in Belawa Village, Belawa District, Wajo Regency. Then find out how the influence of juvenile delinquency strategies carried out by the government of Belawa Village, Belawa District, Wajo Regency. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach and in data collection using the method of observation, interviews, observing and documentation. As for the data analysis technique used is an inductive analysis technique, meaning that the data obtained in the field is specifically described in words that draw conclusions are general. The results of the study are related to juvenile delinquency coping strategies in Belawa Village, Belawa District, Wajo Regency, namely: (1) Forms of juvenile delinquency that occur in Belawa Village include: racing and recklessness, using glue (fox glue), drinking oplosan ( komix), drinking liquor and drugs (2) The strategy carried out by the police in collaboration with the government of Belawa Village, religious leaders, and the community, including: counseling / socialization, patrolling, raids to sellers, parental attention, planting religious knowledge (3) Efforts to overcome juvenile delinquency committed by the government of Belawa Village, religious leaders, and parents have been maximized. Actions that are preventive ineffective, repressive have been effective and curative have been effective enough to overcome juvenile delinquency.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the identification of the process in the SWOT strategy which was carried out in improving employee performance appraisal, at the Karel Sadsuitubun Airport Organizing Unit office. This research is qualitative research with a focused case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth open interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is limited by using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats Analysis) so that the structure and strategic level of these factors can be known. From the results of data presentation and data analysis, it can be concluded that the performance appraisal of officers at Karel Sadsuitubun Airport has referred to the applicable regulations and in terms of improving Leadership Competence in carrying out the assessment, it is carried out through training or workshops.Keywords: Evaluation, Process, Assessment, Task Achievement

Amongst the many objects that occupied the Eleventh International Congress of Orientalists held at Paris, it had the opportunity of noticing also the admirable work done by the Archaeological Survey of Ceylon. According to a proposal which I made in the afternoon meeting of the Indian Section on September 10, the Congress accepted a resolution to express its warmest thanks to the British Government in Colombo for the varied and efficient assistance afforded to the historical inquiry about the island by publishing the Archaeological Reports, as well as by editing the Mahavamsa and similar documents. The Congress hoped also that the work which has been undertaken so auspiciously, will be continued by the Government, and carried out in the same manner. Now I beg to add a few remarks to that resolution, which may explain its origin and its purpose. These remarks are only caused by the anxious desire to make the work of the Archaeological Survey of Ceylon as useful as possible to the scientific world, and they are based upon the experiences which I myself had in making use of its publications for my own historical and linguistic studies.

The purpose of this research is to comprehend the influence of leadership and compensation toward employee performance of PT. Karya Satria Bekasi. The used method  is analysis descriptive method. Population in this research is  71 office employees and field employees. Data analysis technique exerts double regression with SPSS Program.  If it is observed partially, the result is that leadership and compensation variable affect significantly to employee performance of PT. Karya Satria Bekasi, and jointly leadership and compensation affect the performance. Leadership contribution is 50,1%, and the rest 49,9 % is influenced by another factor. Leadership and compensation variable can be used in regression model to predict employee performance.
