The current 4.0 revolution requires all lines to continue to transform in providing excellent service to the community. This is due to the development of science and increasingly sophisticated technology. Competition between fields is getting more challenging, including the government, highly highlighted for public consumption. All must be able to maintain the existence of their institutions to survive in the current 4.0 era. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of differences in employee status on employee performance at the Office of the People's Welfare of Mandailing Natal Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a research population of fewer than 100 people, so all 30 employees were used as research samples. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression (t) test. After statistical tests were carried out, it was obtained that the employment status had a positive regression coefficient value of 36,053. The results of this positive coefficient value indicate that employment status has a positive effect on employee performance. All statements of employment status and performance variables have a value of 0.33, meaning that the performance indicators, namely, work quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence, are all good. Employees who have higher employment status will have better performance in service compared to non-status employees.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Training, Infrastructure and Budget on the Performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate of Kapuas Regency . Data was collected using questionnaires and documentation Questionnaires are used to measure the variables of Education and Training, Infrastructure and Budget and employee performance. Data analysis technique used is U ji validity , test reliability , test correlation coefficients , t-test (Partial) , Test Multicollinearity , Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (Test Normality) , ANOVA (F test Simultaneous) and Test Multiple Linear Regression . The results showed that the budget has a positive and significant effect on employee performance . The results of the t test between X 3 (Budget) and Y (APIP Performance) show t count = 3.114. While the t table (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) is 1.740. Because t arithmetic > t table is 3.114 > 1.740 or sig t value (0.008) < = 0.05, the effect of X 3 (Budget) on Y (APIP Performance) is significant. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that APIP's performance can be significantly affected by the Budget .Based on the coefficient because it has the greatest beta coefficient value of 0.707 when compared to the regression coefficient of the education and training variable and infrastructure. this means that H 0 is rejected and h 3 is received, so that it can be concluded that the budget is the dominant variable affecting the performance of internal government regulatory authorities in Kapuas district inspectorate valued at 70.7% and the remaining 29 , 3 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Keywords: Training, Infrastructure and Budget , Employee Performance.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Diklat, Sarana Prasarana Dan Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP) pada Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan koesioner dan dokumentasi. koesioner digunakan untuk mengukur variabel Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggran serta kinerja pegawai. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji t (Parsial), Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Kolmogorov Smirnov (Uji Normalitas), ANOVA (uji F Simultan) dan Uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Anggran mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil t test antara X3 (Anggaran) dengan Y (Kinerja APIP) menunjukkan t hitung = 3,114. Sedangkan t tabel (α = 0.05 ; db residual = 17) adalah sebesar 1,740. Karena t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,114 > 1,740 atau nilai sig t (0,008) < α = 0.05 maka pengaruh X3(Anggaran) terhadap Y (Kinerja APIP) adalah signifikan. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja APIP dapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Anggaran. Berdasarkan koefisien dikarenakan mempunyai nilai koefisiensi beta paling besar 0,707 jika Dibandingkan dengan koefisien regresi variabel Diklat dan sarana prasarana. hal ini berarti h0 ditolak dan h3 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa anggaran merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kinerja aparat pengawas internal pemerintah pada inspektorat daerah kabupaten Kapuas senilai 70,7% dan sisanya 29,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Diklat, Sarana prasarana dan Anggaran, Kinerja Pegawai.

This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.

This study aims to determine Village Governance in Realizing Excellent Service in Jumantuang Village, Siempat Nempu District, Dairi Regency. Its governance is one part of realizing excellent service provided by village government officials. The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection tools used were observation and interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was qualitative data analysis techniques. This technique functions to process qualitative data and analyze data that has been obtained from the results of observations and interviews related to village governance in realizing excellent service. Narrative data obtained from interviews and observations are interpreted for further analysis. So in qualitative research, data analysis must start from the beginning. The results showed that its governance in realizing excellent service in Jumantuang Village has gone well. Jumantuang Village, as a public servant has served the community well and refers to the four characteristics of excellent service, namely by providing easy and fast, open services, in accordance with what the community needs, and implementing a familiarity with the community in Jumantuang Village. So that, the service in the community can be said to be better than before. This research aims to and analyze the effect of APIP Ethical Codes (Integrity, Objectivity, Privacy, and Capability) through the performance of auditor in Maluku Utara Provincial Inspectorate which used quantitative method, with the multiple regression models. The research population is 44 Auditors and sampel is 44 Auditors. Primary data obtained by quistionaire distribution throughout 44 respondents which all fullfiled and operable. Independent variable of this research is APIP Ethical Codes (Integrity, Objectivity, Privacy, and Capability), and dependent variable is government performance of auditor. Regards to the result, therefore variable that APIP Ethical Codes simultaneously affect the government performance of auditor and partial that variable Objectivity affect the government performance of auditor, whereas variable Integrity, Privacy, and Capability rejected government performance of auditor.Keywords : Integrity, Objectivity, Privacy, Capability, And Performance Of Auditor

This research aims to describe the implementation of additional refinement income policy in Kediri Regency. The result shows that: 1. The process of compiling policy runs in a planned and system according to the stage of policy formulation. In identification issues of administration, the wording has been based on strategic topics such as a). The condition of the reality of the performance of employees tends to be lower, b). The level of welfare and income disparities rate for employees. In taking the model or the alternative selection of policy is an interracial process between bureaucracy elite actors in the district government of Kediri which influences the form of additional refinement income policy determination 2). The type of other refinement income policy of Kediri district government is acquired through three variables: position, presence, and employee performance; 3). In the implementation of additional refinement, income policy has been supported by the system, and the existing plan in the operation of finger online towards employee attendance and performance variables through the instrument of performance achievement is made at the end of the year. In the implementation of the other variables based on positions. In the application of the three variables seem less effective in terms of performance variables because it does not reflect the performance of employees every day, while in the acquisition of additional refinement income policy is still perceived disparities between staff employees with the structural employees consequently have not been able to improve performance significantly to the lower level employees.

Organizational Performance is as a whole organizational effectiveness to meet the determined needs of each group that is related to systemic efforts and to increase the organization's ability to continuously achieve their needs effectively. This research was conducted to determine the Effect of Communication and Work Ability on Employee Performance at the Office of Food Crops, Plantations and Forestry, Lubuklinggau City. In this study used a three item variable questionnaire method, namely communication questionnaire (X1), work ability (X2) and employee performance variable (Y). The population and samples used in this study were 73 official employees of food crops, plantations and forestry in the city of Lubuklinggau. The data analysis technique used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that there was a significant effect between communication and work ability on employee performance at the Lubuklinggau City Food, Plantation and Forestry Service Office. Furthermore communication (X1), and work ability (X2) contributes an influence of 64.9% on employee performance (Y). While the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other variables. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management information systems on employee performance at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru. The sample of this study were employees who worked at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru. Data collection was carried out with questionnaires distributed directly to employees totaling 54 questionnaires. Statistical methods using Simple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing statistical tests t. From the overall response of respondents to the variable management information system at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru with an average score of 4.61 shows the response of respondents to the statement on the management information system variable is very agree. From the overall response of respondents to the variable employee performance at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru with an average score of 4.38 shows the response of respondents to statements on employee performance variables is agreed. T value of 4.048. While the critical value according to the table with a significant level of 5% using the formula t table (α / 2; n - k) k = 1 and n = 54 is 2.00575, because t arithmetic&gt; t table then </em><em>Hο</em><em> is rejected. </em><em>This means that the Management Information System has a positive effect on Employee Performance</em><em>. </em><em>With the meaning of the word Hypothesis (Ha) accepted. Positive t value indicates that the Management Information System variable has a direct relationship with Employee Performance at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance and to analyze the mediating role of work commitment. This research is a type of quantitative research, using a questionnaire arranged with a 5 point Likert scale. The research variables consisted of transformational leadership as an exogenous variable, employee performance as an endogenous variable, and work commitment while the mediating variable. The research sample was 80 employees of PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership has a direct effect on employee performance. Other findings indicate that work commitment acts as a partial mediator of the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Future research can develop research by including the role of organizational culture as a factor influencing commitment and performance.

One important factor in sustaining the company's existence in advancing quality and performance management is the mastery of capabilities possessed by human resources and the clarity of career development. A clean and healthy company is certainly due to good employee performance. Employee performance will improve if employees are given the training to improve their abilities and also a clear career development program. This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this study is individual employees of academic civities. The population in this study is all employees of academic civities which amounted to 63 employees. The sampling technique in this study was carried out with saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that training and career development both partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance.

Having a reasonable effort of adapting to the change will improve the organization's performance. Good communication with the leaders, colleagues, and employees will ease communicating the organization's problems for achieving the best organizational performance. A good work environment will influence more the employee's motivation to work to improve the employee's performance. Conducting the working programs, the government will establish teamwork to fasten the organization's performance achievement. This research aims to analyze the influence of adaptability, communication skills, and working environment on employee performance at Medan Mayor's Office with teamwork as the intervening variable. This research population is government employees at Medan mayor's office with a total of 555 employees, with the amount of the sample being 232 employees. The analysis uses statistics and path analysis. The result shows the adapting ability, communication skills, and working environment directly significantly influence teamwork, and then the adaptability, communication skill, and work environment positively and significantly affect employee performance. Indirectly, collaboration is positively and significantly able to mediate the relationship between adaptability, communication skill, work environment, and employee performance. Therefore, teamwork is significantly able to be the intervening variable in this research.
