The article describes the anthropological concept, its role in the organization of humanistic education based on the anthropocentrism principle. In the article the theoretical and methodical principles of humanistic education studies based on anthropocentric ideas are scientifically proved; the scientific-methodical system and the research concept are developed on methodological, theoretical and practical levels; the level of the psychological and pedagogical scientific studies, educational practice development and subsequently the peculiarities of youth’s humanistic education based on anthropocentric ideas and its role as the main factor of the education humanization process is investigated, the main principles of the humanistic transformations methodology in education is clarified. The notion and structure of a value-centered attitude to a person as a universal, complex personal quality were defined. The criteria of mastering basic humanistic values by modern youth in order to form personal value-centered attitudes ​​(cognitive, motivational, operational and productive), indicators (external and internal), levels of the quality under study were developed. Organizational and pedagogical conditions were defined, proved and implemented, methodological approaches of solving the problem were improved. An important role is played by the subject-to-subject interaction, cooperative creative activity, humanization of partner relationships, scientific and methodological provisions, content, forms, methods and means of educational work. Anthropological educational concepts are described in the article, a fragment of the study concerning the improving the pupils’ level of a value-centered attitude to a person process is presented, the results of work are summarized. The dynamics analysis of teaching a value-centered attitude to a person to pupils of different age groups has proved the suitability of the author's technology. At all stages of the experiment positive changes concerning basic humanistic values mastering, which was implemented in behavior and value-centered attitude to a person took place in the personality’s structure by the cognitive, motivational, operational and productive criteria.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to analyze the nurse’s educational practice in Family Health Strategy. Methods: descriptive study with a qualitative approach, whose data production used the World Café group technique, in two meetings, with 26 nurses of a health district of Manaus-AM. The technique used was Categorial-Thematic Content Analysis. Results: the study generated two units of analysis: Political and Organizational Configuration of Educational Work at ESF and Operational Configuration of Educational Work at ESF, revealing the necessary (re)configurations in co-management, in the centrality of the subject for the planning of educational work, and in (re)pactuation between the management of services and training institutions to overcome contradictions in the implementation of National Policies on Permanent Education and Basic Health Care. Conclusions: the configuration of nurses’ educational practice at ESF works toward interactions, organized to respond to health policies, incorporating creativity in doing, but facing numerous obstacles.

ABSTRACTTwo groups of 3-year-old children (3:0–3;6 and 3;6–4;0) observed two actions of a toy. In one condition an older partner was absent while the subject watched both of the toy actions (fully ignorant partner), whereas in the other condition the partner witnessed one of the two actions together with the subject (partially ignorant partner). When asked about the toy's actions by their partially ignorant partner both age groups adjusted their answers to their partner's ignorance and mentioned only that action which was new to their partner. However, in their answers to their fully ignorant partner the younger children tended to provide insufficient information by mentioning only one instead of both actions.

В данной статье рассматривается понятие экстремизма как социального явления, его основные детерминанты, оказывающие влияние на его распространение в условиях исправительного учреждения, роль оперативного отдела пенитенциарного учреждения в профилактике распространения данного явления. Описываются основные условия, способствующие совершению правонарушений и преступлений, раскрывается понятие оперативного поиска, под которым понимаются мероприятия, направленные на установление первичной информации о лицах либо фактах, представляющих существенную значимость (оперативный интерес), ее систематизацию, проверку и принятие необходимых решений в целях профилактики и раскрытия преступлений экстремистской направленности. Первичная оперативно-розыскная информация - это сведения о лицах и фактах, которые рассматриваются как данные, представляющие оперативный интерес, о которых ранее не было известно оперативному аппарату исправительного учреждения. Получение подобных сведений позволит оперативным подразделениям составить первоначальный психологический портрет изучаемого, а также прогнозировать его дальнейшее поведение. Рассматривается формирование криминологического портрета осужденного, являющегося носителем экстремистской идеологии, так как без данной информации невозможно ведение полноценной воспитательной работы по развенчанию экстремистской идеологии. Раскрываются формы и методы взаимодействия оперативных отделов исправительного учреждения с другими отделами ИУ по вопросам реализации мероприятий, направленных на противодействие распространению экстремистской идеологии в местах лишения свободы. This article considers the concept of extremism as a social phenomenon, the main determinants influencing its spread in the conditions of a correctional institution. The role of the operational department of the penitentiary institution in preventing the spread of this crime. The main conditions contributing to the commission of offenses and crimes are described. The concept of operational search is described, which should be understood as measures aimed at establishing primary information about persons or facts of significant importance (operational interest), its systematization, verification and making the necessary decisions in order to prevent and solve extremist crimes. Initial operational-search information, this is information about persons and facts that are considered as data of operational interest, which were previously not known to the operating apparatus of the correctional institution. Obtaining such information will allow operational units to draw up an initial psychological portrait of the subject, as well as predict his further behavior. It describes the formation of a criminological portrait of a convict who is the bearer of extremist ideology. Since without this information it is impossible to conduct full-fledged educational work to debunk extremist ideology. The forms and methods of interaction between the operational departments of the correctional institution and other departments of the IU on the implementation of measures aimed at countering the spread of extremist ideology in places of deprivation of liberty are disclosed.

AbstractAbility to Write Poetry Theme River using Works Method the Class X StudentMadrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin. The objectives to be obtainedfrom the results of this study are to describe the ability to write a river-themedpoem with the method of class X students of the Islamic MuhammadiyahMuhammadiyah Banjarmasin. To achieve these objectives, researchers usequalitative methods with data collection techniques with observation techniquesto provide an overview of how to teach teachers and student activities during thelearning process. This technique is also equipped with a field note format to obtaindata by observing the data object directly. Data analysis techniques usinginteractive model analysis were carried out starting from the stages of datacollection, data reduction, data presentation, data inference, and data verification(Miles and Huberman, 1984). This method is very appropriate to be used in thisstudy because it examines the subject and is carried out on learning. The resultsof the assessment are a collaboration of teachers and researchers using anassessment rubric based on elements and writing conventions with a value of 95.8.The Indonesian KKM score at the MA Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin is 70.Students who can write poetry are 92% or as many as 23 students who score aboveor equal to the KKM of Indonesian Language Subjects or above 70. Teknik ini juga dilengkapidengan format catatan lapangan untuk mendapatkan data dengan mengamatiobjek data secara langsung.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis modelinteraktif dilakukan mulai dari tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajiandata, inferensi data, dan verifikasi data (Miles dan Huberman, 1984).Metode inisangat tepat untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena meneliti subjek dandilakukan pada pembelajaran. Hasil penilaian merupakan kolaborasi dari gurudan peneliti dengan menggunakan rubrik penilaian berdasarkan elemen dankonvensi penulisan dengan nilai 95,8. Nilai KKM Bahasa Indonesia di MAMuhammadiyah Banjarmasin adalah 70. Siswa yang mampu menulis puisiterdapat 92% atau sebanyak 23 siswa yang memperoleh nilai di atas atau samadengan KKM Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia atau di atas nilai 70. Itu artinyaada 23 siswa memiliki kategori mampu dan ada 2 siswa atau sebanyak 8% siswayang memiliki kategori tidak mampu dengan nilai akhir di bawah 70. The article discusses the features of socialization in education and educationalenvironment in rural and mountain schools. The author analyzes the characteristics of vocationalguidance for adolescents; components of career guidance in schools in rural and mountainousareas. The author believes that the need to create and implement proactive forms and technologiesto learn. It is primarily about school degree, since it is in the high school age formed the basis ofsocial identity formation. This motivated the study of the methodological aspects of the educationof pupils in schools in rural and mountainous areas. Targeting high school students forprofessional work in general secondary education system needs rethinking science, the result ofwhich should be the introduction of educational practice new meaning of educational work, newforms of career guidance. Before modern rural and mountain schools acute problem enhancecareer guidance activities. The main content of professional orientation of young people in ruralareas is to cultivate students' professional interests to sustainable agriculture in the daily academicand extracurricular activities. In this connection it is necessary to start adequate training forinnovative development of rural and mountainous areas in need of systematic approach to trainingprocess that involves complex requirements, which form a system of nature.

The background of this study is to examine the profile of child terrorist and the motivation behind the crime of terrorism in children by using child development theory and sosial ecology theory. This research is a qualitative study using a phenomenology approach. The phenomenology approach aims to describe the meaning of the life experience of a terrorist child so that the level of belief or paradigm of the terrorist child changes, so to learn and understand it must be based on the point of view of a terrorist child as a subject who directly experiences the incident. The subject of this research is a child who commits a terrorist crime. Data collection techniques by conducting deep interviews, observation and documentation study. This research was conducted at the Juvenile Penitentiary Class I Tangerang (LPKA). The results of this study indicate that the profile picture of a child terrorist can be assessed based on the child's speaking style, behavior, motivation, beliefs, and experiences in the past. The main factor for a child committing a terrorist crime comes from the lack of figures and supervision from parents in their teens so that children look for other figures to be used as examples.

The government has made many laws and regulations, but corruption issues cannot yet be controlled. Police and Prosecuting Attorney Institutions have not yet functioned effectively and efficiently in eradicating corruption. Therefore, the public hopes Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK)/the Corruption Eradication Commission eliminates the crime. KPK is considerably appreciated by the public due to Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT)/Red-handed Catch Operation to many government officials involved in bribery action, but the subject matter thereof is whether the OTT is in line with the fundamental consideration of KPK founding pursuant to Law Number 30 of 2002 as updated by the Law Number 19 of 2019 in order to increase the eradication of corruption crime causing the state's financial loss with respect to people welfare particularly KPK powers pursuant to the provision of Article 11 thereof, among others, specifying that KPK shall be authorized to conduct inquiry, investigation and prosecution on corruption crime related to the state financial loss of at least Rp 1,000,000,000 but in fact many OTTs performed by KPK have a value of hundred million Rupiah only and even there are any cases below Rp 100,000,000.-, and bribery action control through OTT being more dominant if compared to the state's financial corruption is not in line with the primary consideration of KPK founding, and similarly the OTT below 1 billion Rupiah doesn't conform to the provision of Article 11 thereof.

SummaryThe article is preconceptual in its nature, as it is an introduction to a planned research project in the area of pedagogy and law. The author describes the research in current trends in modern childhood studies, choosing the protection of children’s rights in the event of their parents’ separation as the basic research category. This category will be analyzed in ontological, epistemological and methodological dimensions. In view of the growing scale of family breakdowns, it becomes justified to ask a question about the way of experiencing, understanding and constructing knowledge about the subject of pedagogical and legal interactions – the child themself. Building knowledge about a child whose parents separate is not only intended to expand and build interdisciplinary theoretical knowledge, but also to provide a basis for designing adequate tools and activities to protect the rights of a child experiencing their parents’ separation. This article provides an outline of a research concept aimed at protecting children’s rights. The article contains extensive justifications for the research topic and the framework of the methodological concept.

Considering total crisis in education in Informational Age, we suggest that to overcome the crisis, it is necessary to promote pedagogical science up from "pre-paradigm stage” to the "paradigm stage". For this purpose it is necessary to separate the "educational science" from "education." “Educational paradigm” in such study will be the subject of the science. The key concepts for the "pedagogical paradigm" should be the concepts of "educational practice", "class of problems" and "educational text". We offer some axioms around these concepts.

Background: Guillian Barre Syndrome is a polyradiculopathy characterized by symmetric ascending paralysis andareflexia. It affects all age groups and both sexes with an unpredictable outcome. Objectives: The aims of this study were to identify thevarious diseases presenting as Acute Flaccid Paralysis and notice clinical features and outcome of cases of Guillian Barre Syndrome.Materials and Methods: Retrospective analysis of 53 patients presenting as Acute Flaccid Paralysis was done. Clinical features andlaboratory investigations of 39 patients of Guillian Barre syndrome were reviewed. Results: Among all cases of Acute Flaccid Paralysis,Guillian Barre syndrome formed the bulk of the cases (73.6%).It was more common in females and in age group of 10 years or below. Inmajority of the cases, rapid onset of weakness was the initial symptom. Mortality was 100% in patients who had respiratory muscleinvolvement and who required mechanical ventilation. Conclusions: In our study the main factor causing death in a case of Guillian Barresyndrome was bulbar involvement requiring mechanical ventilation. Early recognition of the prognostic factors may lead to decreasedmortality in case of Guillian Barre syndrome.
