PENDAMPINGAN  PEMBUATAN MINYAK SUMBAWA PADA KARANG TARUNA DESA REMPE SETELUK SUMBAWA BARAT

ABSTRAK Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat khususnya Pembuatan Minyak Sumbawa (Melala) dalam rangka siar budaya dan pengenalan pada Karang Taruna Desa Rempe Seteluk Sumbawa Barat. Pengenalan pembuatan minyak Sumbawa pada generasi muda saat ini sebagai langkah memperkenalkan minyak Sumbawa sebagai Obat tradisional sebagai obat-obatan yang diolah secara tadisional, turun-temurun berdasarkan resep nenek moyang, adat-istiadat, kepercayaan dan kebiasaan setempat, sehingga merupakan pengetahuan tradisional. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di Desa Rempe Kecamatan Seteluk Kabuapten Sumbawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan praktek langsung. Hasil Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diketahui bahwa antusias dari karang taruna dalam ikut terlibat dalam pembutan minyak Sumbawa cukup tinggi karena memberikan pengetahuan baru dalam mengembangkan budaya local di masa akan datang. ABSTRACTThe purpose of doing community service, especially Sumbawa Oil Production (Malala) in the context of cultural broadcasting and introduction to the Youth Organization of Rempe Seteluk Village, West Sumbawa. The introduction of Sumbawa oil manufacture to the younger generation today is a step to introduce Sumbawa oil as traditional medicine as medicines that are processed traditionally, from generation to generation. from generation to generation based on ancestral recipes, customs, beliefs and local customs, so that it is traditional knowledge. Community service is carried out in Rempe Village, Seteluk District, West Sumbawa Regency. The method used is socialization and direct practice. The results of this community service show that the enthusiasm of youth organizations in being involved in the production of Sumbawa oil is quite high because it provides new knowledge in developing local culture in the future. The Community Service Activity / Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) was held in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency with the target of young people who are members of Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar as youth organization in Cibinuang Village. The problems faced by partner institution in this activity are: a) lack of socialization about the existence of youth organizations and their roles in the development of rural communities, b) less awareness and participation of youth in organizations, both administrator/ other members, c) training of administrators / members in making work programs have never been done. The method of implementation in this activity is active participation with stages namely 1). Seminar and discussing about the role of youth organizations, 2). Providing technical training in making organization programs, 3) Mentoring in making proposals. Seminar about the roles of youth organization for community empowerment in youth organizations in Cibinuang Village presented material in accordance with the theme. The materials presented to the participants including: the role of youth in village development, the mechanism for preparing programs and how to make proposals for effective funding requests. The training in making organization programs and activity proposals were divided into three stages, namely lectures and discussion about the role of youth organizations, providing technical training in the preparation of organization programs and making activity proposals, and mentoring in making organization programs and proposals.� Based on the process PkM activities, it can be seen that 1) there were enhancing youth's understanding and awareness of their capacity in developing villages through youth organizations, 2) members and administrators of youth organizations were motivated to play an active / participating role in building themselves and their villages, 3) administrators of youth organizations to arrange a program, 4) the management of the youth organization was able to make a proposal from each organization program that will be submitted to the Cibinuang Village Government.�Keywords: Youth Capacity, Youth Organization, Organization Program�AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan target pemuda-pemudi yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar yang merupakan organisasi kepemudaan di tingkat Desa Cibinuang.� Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: a) kurang tersosialisasikanya eksistensi organisasi pemuda dan perannya dalam pembangunan masyarakat desa, b) kesadaran dan partisipasi pemuda dalam organisasi baik pengurus/anggota kurang, c) pelatihan pada pengurus/anggota dalam membuat program kerja belum pernah dilakukan.� Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu partisipasi aktif dengan tahapan yakni 1). Ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, 2). Memberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan program kerja, 3) Pendampingan dalam membuat proposal kegiatan. Seminar tentang peran organisasi pemuda untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pada organisasi pemuda di Desa Cibinuang Kec. / Kab. Kuningan diisi dengan pemaparan materi yang sesuai dengan tema. Materi-materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta meliputi: peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa, mekanisme penyusunan program kerja dan cara pembuatan proposal kegiatan untuk permintaan dana yang efektif. Pelatihan pembuatan program kerja dan proposal kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, memberikan pelatihan teknis penyusunan program kerja dan pembuatan proposal kegiatan, dan pendampingan dalam membuat program kerja dan proposal kegiatan. Berdasarkan proses kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat adanya 1) peningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pemuda terhadap kapasitasnya dalam membangun desa melalui wadah organisasi pemuda, 2) anggota maupun pengurus organisasi kepemudaan termotivasi� untuk berperan aktif/berpartisipasi dalam membangun diri maupun desanya, 3) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan dapat menyusun program kerja, 4) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan mampu membuat proposal kegiatan dari setiap program kerja yang akan diajukan ke Pemerintah Desa Cibinuang.

Abstract Youth is the next generation of the nation. Youth is a potential investment that needs good guidance and assistance, so that its activities can be directed and participate in the development of the nation and state. For this reason, it is necessary to accommodate their activeness and creativity in directed organizational associations. In Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Bekasi City, a Katana 22 Youth Organization has been formed, precisely in RW.022 Pengasinan Village, Rawa Lumbu Sub-district, Taman Narogong Indah Housing Estate, Bekasi City, which is stipulated by a Decree of the Village Head of Pengasinan. At the youth organization a lot of expertise is given in the field of management, human resources related to youth development programs. The problem that exists at Karang Taruna Katana 22 is that they do not understand the use of blogs in organizational activities. For this reason, Nusa Mandiri University lecturers and students hold community service activities in the form of learning to create blogs so that youth youth organizations can use it as a promotional event, adding to the creativity of youth youth writing activities. Pemuda merupakan investasi potensi yang perlu mendapat bimbingan dan pendampingan secara baik, sehingga kegiatannya bisa terarah dan berperan serta dalam pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Untuk itu perlu diwadahi keaktifan dan kreativitasnya dalam perkumpulan organisasi yang terarah. Di Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Kota Bekasi telah terbentuk Karang Taruna Katana 22 tepatnya di RW.022 Kelurahan Pengasinan Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu Perumahan Taman Narogong Indah Kota Bekasi yang ditetapkan dengan Surat Keputusan Lurah Pengasinan. Pada karang taruna banyak keahlian yang diberikan di bidang manajemen, sumber daya manusia yang terkait dengan program perkembangan karang taruna. Permasalahan yang ada pada Karang Taruna Katana 22 yaitu kurang paham penggunaan blog dalam kegiatan berorganiasasi. Untuk itu dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Nusa Mandiri mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pembelajaran pembuatan blog agar para remaja karang taruna dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai ajang promosi, menambah kreatifitas kegiatan menulis para remaja karang taruna. Abstrak: Penguatan literasi di sekolah merupakan sebuah upaya yang dilakukan dengan melibatkan guru dan siswa secara menyeluruh dengan tujuan agar sekolah menjadi sebagai organisasi pembelajaran yang warganya literat secara sadar dan bertanggung jawab. Hal ini bersejalan dengan kemampuan yang diharapkan, yakni agar para siswa mampu mengakses, memahami, dan menggunakan sesuatu secara cerdas melalui berbagai aktivitas membaca, menulis, menyimak, dan berbicara. Berpijak dari realitas minimnya akses literasi yang berdampak pada rendahnya minat baca-tulis di masyarakat Indonesia, kegiatan pengadian kepada masyarakat ini difokuskan pada peningkatan kecapakan guru dan siswa dalam berliterasi yang berbasis pada kearifan lokal serta penekanan pada pentingnya literasi dalam bingkai etnokomunikasi. Kegiatan dalam bentuk ceramah diselingi pentas seni bahasa dan sastra ini diikuti oleh guru, siswa, dan komunitas seni SMA Negeri 50 Maluku Tengah. Hasil yang dicapai menyasar pada pemahaman dan penyeragaman persepsi tentang pentingnya penguatan literasi dengan menjadikan guru sebagai pionir literasi di sekolah. Para peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman baru dalam hal alih wahana serta konsep etnokomunikasi sehingga mampu mengeksplorasi kekayaan budaya lokal sebagai wujud jati diri yang mengandung beragam kearifan lokal. Kata kunci: penguatan literasi, kearifan lokal, etnokomunikasi Abstract: Strengthening literacy in schools is an effort made by involving teachers and students as a whole with the aim that schools become learning organizations whose citizens are literate consciously and responsibly. This is in line with the expected abilities, namely so that students are able to access, understand, and use things intelligently through various reading, writing, listening, and speaking activities. Based on the reality of the lack of access to literacy which has an impact on the low interest in reading and writing in Indonesian society, this community service activity is focused on increasing the skills of teachers and students in literacy based on local wisdom and emphasizing the importance of literacy in an ethnocommunication frame. The activity in the form of lectures interspersed with language and literary arts performances was attended by teachers, students, and the arts community of SMA Negeri 50 Central Maluku. The results achieved are aimed at understanding and uniform perception of the importance of strengthening literacy by making teachers as literacy pioneers in schools. The participants gained new knowledge and experience in terms of vehicle transfer and the concept of ethnocommunication so that they were able to explore the richness of local culture as a form of identity that contains a variety of local wisdom. Pesanggrahan Village is a village located on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River, Laren District, Lamongan Regency. In Pesanggrahan Village, there are youth groups, but they have not carried out entrepreneurial activities. Even though one of the goals of the youth organization is to develop an entrepreneurial spirit. This is because members of the youth organization are passive, the management and members are less skilled in starting a business, and lack of funds. Therefore, community service is carried out in the form of providing entrepreneurship knowledge through counseling, discussions to choose the type of business, and starting a simple business. The counseling contains material on entrepreneurial motivation, the benefits of entrepreneurship, home-based entrepreneurship, preparation for opening a business, determining profit, and healthy business space. The business that is being developed by the youth organization is a coffee shop business. The realization of a coffee shop business is carried out by preparing a business place and procuring coffee shop facilities. The result of mentoring youth organizations in pioneering coffee shops is to increase the motivation of young people to become entrepreneurs, open jobs, increase cash for youth organizations, and add supporting facilities in the village sports room.

Abstract : This community service activity is held in SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji on the students of RPL (Software Engineering), amounting to 23 people. The purpose of the implementation of this activity is to provide training to participants about windows server 2008 management and implementation and configuration that has not been previously taught, so it is expected to improve the new skills for each participant. The method of implementing community service is done by providing training with the stages of the delivery of the material from the module and direct practice in the laboratory room. From the results of observations, interviews undertaken and the findings can be concluded that this community service activity provides a very large and targeted benefits, thereby providing additional insight and new knowledge in the field of information technology, especially windows server 2008 outside of learning that had been received by students in SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji.Keywords: windows server 2008, configuration, managementAbstrak : Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji pada siswa-i jurusan RPL (Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak) yang berjumlah 23 orang. This Community Service program is intended as one of assistance service programs for people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, which has created major impacts on the pattern of people's lives in practically all aspects and levels of society, including the youth organizations in rural areas. This program focuses on facilitating activities which can maintain productivity and enthusiasm of the youths during the pandemic/ post-pandemic situation. Some of the initial inputs and data of the youth group targeted for the activity, namely the youth organization Tunas Harapan Ngentakrejo, were obtained during the observation period which was then followed up for realization of the program. All of the activities in the program are carried out online or remotely, with internet communication media, by utilizing common communication technology devices, applications and software. This activity, conducted from July 2020 to mid-October 2020, has resulted in a collaborative video output featuring artistic activities produced youth organizations Tunas Harapan Ngentakrejo. ===== Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan sebagai salah satu bentuk program pendampingan bagi masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19 yang merupakan sebuah peristiwa yang berdampak besar bagi pola kehidupan masyarakat hampir di semua aspek dan lapisan masyarakat, tak terkecuali generasi muda di pedesaan, agar nantinya dapat menjaga produktifitas dan semangat mereka dalam berkarya. Beberapa masukan awal dari kelompok pemuda sasaran kegiatan yakni pemuda karang taruna Tunas Harapan Ngentakrejo telah diperoleh pada masa observasi yang selanjutnya ditindaklanjuti sehingga terwujud program kegiatan ini. Keseluruhan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara online atau jarak jauh, menggunakan media komunikasi via internet memanfaatkan perangkat-perangkat teknologi komunikasi serta beberapa software yang dapat digunakan untuk produksi karya bersama. Kegiatan yang dimulai sejak bulan Juli 2020 ini telah selesai dilaksanakan pada pertengahan bulan Oktober 2020, dan mengasilkan luaran berupa hasil video kolaboratif yang menampilkan kegiatan kesenian dari para pemuda karang taruna Tunas Harapan.

THE EDUCATION OF TUBIFEX WORM CULTIVATION BUSINESS AS ONE OF THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE OF LUBUK SABAN VILLAGE, PANTAI CEMIN DITRICT, SERDANG BEDAGAI REGENCY. Lubuk Saban is one of the areas whose population is engaged in aquaculture businesses where a large supply of freshwater fish is needed. Most farmers use artificial pellets which are relatively expensive, while the production cost can be reduced using natural food. Besides being cheaper, natural feed such as Tubifex are environmentally friendly. The purpose of this community service activity is to enable freshwater fish farmers in Lubuk Saban Village gain knowledge of Tubifex worm cultivation as one of the natural feed substitutes. In addition, this activity is expected to help the community in opening new business opportunities, provide natural food, reduce production costs, and improve the community's economy. The implementation of service activities is carried out using counseling methods with material exposure activities and direct practice regarding the stages of this Tubifex cultivation, with questionnaires and interactive discussions between devotees and students. From the results of community service activities conducted, it is concluded that participants of the service received new knowledge on the cultivation of Tubifex worms as one of the very promising economic opportunities. Furthermore, the servants gained field knowledge and new experiences on how to approach the general public, especially freshwater fish farmers

The Village

The organization is a social entity that consciously coordinates and has boundaries and has an ongoing identity to achieve organizational goals. One of them is Karang Taruna Village Morang which is a forum that has a function as guidance and development of the village's economic potential. The youth organization in Village Morang has a superior program in the form of pekan ambyar. However, the lack of understanding and knowledge in terms of organization, administration, and finance meant that this program was limited to planning. This makes the reason for the need to strengthen youth organizations. The method used in community service programs is in the form of community education training in the form of an understanding of organization, administration, and finance. The results achieved in this activity were that youth organizations could understand in terms of organization, administration, and financial aspects. The implementation of the flagship program pekan ambyar is one of the iconic activities that are competitive and makes the Village Morang Maju.Keywords: administration; financial; karang taruna; organizationAbstrak: Organisasi merupakan sebuah entitas sosial yang secara sadar melakukan koordinasi dan memiliki batasan serta memiliki identitas yang berkelanjutan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satunya adalah karang taruna desa Morang dimana merupakan sebuah wadah yang memiki fungsi sebagai pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi perekonomian desa. Karang taruna yang berada di desa Morang memiliki sebuah program unggulan berupa pekan ambyar. Namun kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan dalam segi organisasi, administrasi dan keuangan menjadikan program ini sebatas perencanaan. Hal ini menjadikan alasan perlunya dilakukan pemantapan karang taruna. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan pendidikan masyarakat berupa pemahaman akan organisasi, administrasi, dan keuangan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah karang taruna dapat memahami dalam segi organisasi, segi administrasi, dan segi keuangan. Terlaksananya program unggulan pekan ambyar sebagai salah satu kegiatan yang iconic berdaya saing serta menjadikan desa Morang Maju.Kata kunci: administrasi; keuangan; karang taruna; organisasi

Bogor Regency is one of the Jakarta’s buffer cities that able to provide alternative tourism locations for the citizen of the capital and surrounding areas. Ciasmara Village is one of the tourism villages located in Bogor Regency. The main problem encountered by tourism in Ciasmara Village is the lack of promotion and limited infrastructure. These two problems are the biggest factors that hinder the tourism potential of Ciasmara village from being optimally managed. The purpose of this community service activity is to optimize tourism potential through the information and communication technology. Furthermore, the other purpose is to support the behavior shifting of the youth organization in terms of utilizing information and communication technology for the benefit of Ciasmara Tourism village promotion. The method used in this community service activity was discussion and direct training to Ciasmara Village's youth organization. The objective of this community service is Ciasmara Village's youth organization. In the beginning, the target amount of the training participants was at least 20 young people, because there were only 20 active members of the youth organization. In its implementation, this activity was attended by 31-35 participants, indicating that this community service was enticing for Ciasmara village's youths. Through interviews with the head of the youth organizations and the participants, they acknowledged that they were interested in participating in this activity because they felt they had a responsibility to develop village promotions, some of the youth said that they had social media and could promote their area for free. From interviews with several participants and village officials, it was found that this community service activity was able to motivate them to study photography more seriously and utilize social media for the promotion of rural tourism. This can be recognized from the development of official Instagram social media account owned by Ciasmara Village which is indeed focused on promoting tourism and governance in Ciasmara village.
