ABSTRAK- Komunikasi Interpersonal terjadi tatap muka secara langsung, pesan tersebut melalui saluran antar personal, terjadinya adanya persaingan ketat pada berbagai bidang menjadikan pekerjaan di dalamnya selalu menginginkan yang terbaik untuk orang lain, terutama mengenai service excellent. Dalam upaya pencapaian keberhasilan suatu perusahaan tidak hanya dipengaruhi besarnya dana, penggunaan teknologi, maupun sarana dan prasarana, yaitu faktor sumber daya manusia. Pendidikan dan pelatihan sangat penting bagi karyawan dalam mengatasi permasalahan komunikasi pada pelanggan seperti pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap, sehingga tidak adanya kesenjangan antara karyawan satu dengan karyawan lainnya begitu pula pada pelanggan untuk menghindari ada terjadinya masalah atau komplain. Penelitian ini memiliki 2 (dua) tujuan adalah untuk mengetahui komunikasi interpersonal karyawan dalam memberikan service excellent di PT Zoom & Watch Bintaro dan untuk mengetahui cara mengatasi hambatan yang terjadi dalam service excellent kepada pelanggan PT Zoom & Watch Bintaro. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data melalui pendataan dilakukan secara langsung dan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara tertulis. Karyawan berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dapat berbagai cara, tetapi secara umum komunikasi pada dua arah antara perusahaan dengan pelanggan dapat dengan tatap muka langsung atau face to face, melalui telepon, dan lewat surat/email/fax/tertulis. Cara mengatasinya karyawan harus bisa menjelaskan informasi sesuai dengan pertanyaan si pelanggan, melakukan verifikasi dengan permasalahan yang dikeluhkan dan umpan balik yang tepat terhadap pelanggan dan sebaiknya perusahaan melakukan pelatihan khusus mengenai pelatihan bahasa asing dasar secara berkala untuk karyawan, agar mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan dalam berbicara bahasa asing. Kata-kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Service Excellent, Karyawan, dan Pelanggan.  ABSTRACT- Interpersonal communication takes place in face-to-face contact, where messages flow through interpersonal channels. Very tight competition in various fields of work makes the work involved in it want to provide the best for others, especially with the problem of providing excellent service. The success of a company is certainly not only determined by the amount of funds owned, the technology used, or the facilities and infrastructure, but the most important thing is the human resource factor. Education and training are very important for employees in overcoming communication problems with customers such as knowledge, skills and attitudes, so that there is no gap between one employee and another employee as well as the customer to avoid any problems or complaints. This study has 2 (two) objectives to find out employee interpersonal communication in providing excellent service at PT Zoom & Watch Bintaro and to find out how to overcome obstacles that occur in excellent service to customers of PT Zoom & Watch Bintaro. The technique in collecting data through data collection is done directly and data collection is done in writing. Employees communicate with customers in many ways, but in general two-way communication between the company and its customers can be classified as: direct contact or face to face, by telephone, and by letter / email / fax / written. How to overcome them employees must be able to explain information in accordance with the customer's questions, verify with the complaints and complaints appropriate to the customer and the company should conduct special training on basic foreign language training on a regular basis for employees, in order to optimize employee performance in speaking a foreign language. Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Excellent Service, Employees, and Customers

Abstract: Competition in the increasingly stringent era of globalization companies are required to be able to win business competition with a healthy. The success of a company is determined by the extent to which leaders create and produce good employee performance to achieve predetermined goals. Providing compensation is an activity to improve employee performance. Satisfaction with compensation given by the company can influence employees to work more enthusiastically to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of giving compensation to employee performance in Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. The method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 16.0 and data collection methods by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees of the Dafam Hotel in Pekalongan City with a total of 44 respondents using census techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested using validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test can be concluded that there is a real effect between the provision of compensation on employee performance in the Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. Keywords: compensation, performance, employees and hotel

Inventory has an important role in business activities. This is because inventory has an effect on changes in the production market and anticipates price changes in the demand for many goods. PT. Barkah Jaya Mandiri is a company engaged in manufacturing where the management of inventory at the company is still done conventionally. This causes various problems such as the occurrence of discrepancies in the stock of goods, discrepancies in data and final reports as well as obstacles in the production process in the event of a shortage or excess of raw materials. (Material Requirement Planning) in order to overcome the problems that occur in the company. The combination of the SDLC model and data collection techniques including observation, interviews and literature study were also carried out in this study in order to achieve the system that will be built to suit the targeted needs. With this system, the management of inventory data at this company can be done easily and accurately and save time compared to the previous system, so that the procurement of manufacturing raw materials is optimal and employee performance is better.

<div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em>I</em><em>nformation and communication technology is used in all areas of human life, including in a company. Utilization of technology aims to improve employee performance. In addition, employee performance is believed to be related to their ability to carry out interpersonal communication activities. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the use of information technology and interpersonal communication skills on employee performance . This analysis is used to test the relationship between independent variables namely the use of information technology (X1), interpersonal communication skills (X2) with the dependent variable namely employee performance (Y). Likert scale as the assessment scale used. The number of samples used was 58 respondents with saturated sampling techniques. This research method uses multiple regression analysis.</em><em> Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variable use of information technology and interpersonal communication skills have a positive  effect on employee performance.</em></p></div>

Communication is an absolute necessity in an organization including on board ship because communication can strengthen, unite, or separate the community in its environment. If communication goes well and fun, then employees will be able to work well too, so that organizational performance will be better. Conversely, if communication is not good, it will cause bad social relations, authoritarian attitudes, indifference, and even prolonged conflict. Communication has a very important influence on employee performance. One type of communication that is very important is interpersonal communication, or direct interpersonal communication, both verbal and nonverbal. Communication maintains motivation by explaining to employees what to do, how well they are doing it and what can be done to improve performance if it is below standard.When carrying out the sea-training on board ship, the researcher found communication problems between crew members including a woman seafarerand a foreign Second Officer (WNA), causing disruption of their interpersonal communication. Currently, woman seafarers represent only 2% of the total 1.2 million seafarers in the world and from this 2%, 94% of women seafarers work in the shipping industry. In this man-dominated industry, IMO has made concerted efforts to help the industry move forward and support women to achieve representation that matches the expectations of the 21st century. IMO has taken a strategic approach to increasing the contribution of women as key maritime stakeholders. IMO continues to support the participation of women in positions based on land and at sea.This research was conducted to determine and analyze how good and effective interpersonal communication skills and skills are able to create a conducive work environment and improve the performance of woman seafarers who work on boats.

Compensation is considered very important tool to increase employee morale in the progress of organization or bureaucracy in a company or institution. By giving any compensation, every employee will have high morale at work. So that the company can achieve the targets that have been set, even more than it should be. Likewise with this study which will look at the effect of compensation on improving employees performance the food security and animal husbandry office in North Sumatra province. Compensation functions as a form of reward received by employees in relation to rewards or for their work performance, both regularly and situational in a company. This research aims to see an effect of compensation in food security and animal husbandry North Sumatra. The process of collecting data in this study uses quantitative methods that are collected based on population and samples at research location. The researcher in this case has determined sample in data collection in accordance with specified problem. As for the population in this study, amounting to 53 people who work in the office for food security and animal husbandry. From the questionnaire given to 53 respondents, each respondent answered 10 questions that had been prepared beforehand. As for this research, it is found that the partial compensation variable has a significant effect on employees performance at Food Security and Animal Husbandry Office of North Sumatra Province. So it can be concluded that compensation is very influential in increasing morale of employee performance and it will have a good impact on activity of food security and animal husbandry in North Sumatra.

With the existence of a conducive and comfortable work environment, will create enthusiasm from employees in work and will improve performance and work discipline in each his job. Comfortable work environment, adequate facilities, and good employee relations. Will affect employee performance. When employees feel comfortable with the environment in which they work will certainly bring them to be more disciplined and can improve their performance in achieving the goals of the company/agency. The purpose of this study is to find out (1) the influence of the work environment on employee performance (2) the influence of the work environment on work discipline (3) work discipline mediates the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach that is useful for researching the population and samples within a company, where in this study using proportional random sampling as a sampling techniques. The population in this study amounted to 208 employees. And a sample of 137 respondents from PT. GatraMapan. Methods of research data collection used questionnaires. Data analyzed with Path Analysis. The results of this study prove that work discipline is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

In operation, the communication takes place on a reciprocal basis and produce feed back directly in response to a message. declared effective interpersonal communication when meeting communication is fun for the communicant so that if good interpersonal communication that occurs then the employee will be able to acquire and develop the task in hand, so that the level of performance of an organization become better.
