There is a phenomenon that occurs in Langsa City regarding the understanding of some Imum Gampong (Village Imams) and some community leaders who argue that in the pronunciation of the ijab-qabul lafadz spoken by the bride's guardian or by the prospective groom, it must be sige tareik nafah. This sige tareik nafah, as said by Tengku imum gampong (village priest), is very burdensome for the prospective groom or guardian, because in addition to the long sentences, nervousness becomes an obstacle and interferes with concentration in pronouncing consent, so many feel afraid before the implementation of the marriage contract, such rules or customs seem too excessive. This article uses the sociology of law theory. The results of the study show that the scholars of Langsa City in this matter are a habit or custom that develops in society, so that the gampong priests understand it as a legal stipulation, then in pronouncing the ijab-qabul it must be with sige tareik nafah, otherwise the marriage is invalid. . Then this sige tareik nafah is an addition to the understanding of the village priest about the prohibition of fashl in pronouncing the ijab-qabul and the qabul-qabul must be in one assembly.

Based on the research results, it was found that at this time the guides in Kampung Tajur did not have any reference material for interpretation. Interpretation is only done as it is. Meanwhile, the development of interpretation material faces several obstacles, one of which is the lack of human resources as a tour guide, especially as a guide for foreign tourists, so it is necessary to make a bilingual guidebook containing interpretation material for guides. Therefore, it is necessary to produce a bilingual guidebook containing translated material for tour guides. This is necessary to anticipate differences in interpretation between guides and clarity of interpretation for tourists.

The article discusses the values and attitudes in the field of family and marriage, common among the population of 17–49 years. The survey was conducted in 2020 in 10 regions of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Bashkortostan. The institutions of marriage and the family, and the values on which they are based, have undergone significant changes in recent decades. Their transformations are interpreted as a departure from the so-called traditional attitudes and behaviours and the transition to modern modernization or postmodernization. It is concluded that the population of the Republic has, on average, more traditional family and marriage attitudes and values than the population of the Russian regions that participated in the study. They manifest themselves in the chosen scenarios of marriage, in its motivation, in the ideas of a happy family. It cannot be argued that this is happening at the expense of the rural population, that it is definitely more conservative than the urban population. Although many views of the villagers are more traditional (attitude to the marriage contract, same-sex marriage and some others). The opinion of urban residents on many issues is often polarized, they are clearly divided into supporters of traditional values and modern ones. The polarity of opinions may explain the presence among them of recent immigrants from the village, who have not fully accepted the new values for themselves. Older groups – 30–49 years old, 40–49 years old on some issues, as well as women – are distinguished by great traditionalism. Among representatives of the youngest group, 17–29 years old, who have already entered or will enter the age of active marriage in the next few years, traditionalism is noticeably reduced.

Pelawan Biodiversity Park is located in the village of Namang, Sub-district of Namang, District of Central Bangka. The Pelawan Biodiversity Park with a size of approximately 47 hectares is intended as a conservation area in Bangka to protect various distinctive plants and animals, especially the plant species Tristaniopsis merguensis (Griff.) Peter G.Wilson & J.T.Waterh. A preliminary review of Pelawan Biodiversity Park management planning was undertaken between January and March 2017. The purpose of this preliminary review was to obtain information for planning and managing the Pelawan Biodiversity Park which has an important function for conservation, ecotourism and research in the Central Bangka District. The method used for the study was qualitative with field data collection; namely observation, intensive interviews with informants and analysis of documentation. The results of the study show that the management planning for Pelawan Biodiversity Park has not been implemented collaboratively with stakeholders. Furthermore, the potential for biodiversity in the Palawan Biodiversity Parks has not been properly analyzed and used to develop strategies for conversation, ecotourism and research. The proposed solution to this deficiency in the planning of the Pelawan Biodiversity Park is to invite relevent stakeholders comprising village government, community leaders, universities, researchers, non-governmental organisations and private organizations to actively collaborate in the process.
