Students as agents of change are required to have a lot of knowledge and skills during their studies. The addition of the ability of the skills of the students should be obtained based on practical activities during the lecture, but is often constrained by the unpreparedness of lab facilities and adequate infrastructure. This has an impact on student mastery of skills is not optimal. Application of science and technology activities aimed to establish a student majoring in animal husbandry skills through training making meatballs with chicken base material salvage. Methods are activities undertaken by: (1) lectures and discussions on potential, prospects and agribusiness agroindusti meatballs, (2) demonstration and coaching of making meatballs, (3) motivated the development of entrepreneurial spirit. The results showed that activities of the training material presented and received positive response from participants was satisfactory considering there has not yet been carried out similar activities. Generally, the participants wanted to adopt the material about making meatballs with chicken base material reject rate. Concluded that the target audience consists of students majoring in animal husbandry are very enthusiastic and active in the manufacture of technical guidance meatballs. In general, trainees wishing to do entrepreneurship by producing meatballs made ​​from chicken meat laying reject rate.

Much has been achieved through the advances of medical science and technology and that calls for improved knowledge and skills for today’s midwife. There is hardly a sphere in midwifery practice that can’t be seen as a challenge for the midwife, for instance as a administrator; as a tutor; as a clinician and a researcher. In the performance of her task certain challenges are placed upon the midwife as person, for instance the challenge as counsellor; communicator; as a member of the health team; as a member of the changing community and as a family planner. Inservice training and continuing education are therefore a necessity to ensure a high standard of midwifery care.

Nowadays, in the younger generation, students in particular, there is less and less motivation for entrepreneurship. This is also because many do not have the skills that can be used to support it. Student organizations are a representative of a part of younger generation who have problems of their own. Student organizations have many activities, which requires skill and expertise in the field of graphic design. This activity, Science and Technology for Community is a positive step to expand the horizons and motivate the younger generation, especially students through student organizations in order to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and the spirit to always learn new things and keep up with technology.                             The targets of this Science and Technology for Community activity are students who represent their Student Organizations in Lancang Kuning University will have skill in using graphic design software, namely Adobe Indesign, and insight into the magnitude of the business opportunities in the field of graphic design which can help the Student Organization’s activities.                The methods which are used, such as workshop or training in using graphic design software and discussion to open up horizons for entrepreneurship. Material which is provided, include handout of Basic Training for Adobe Indesign for making posters, brochures and banners, as well as ideas of business opportunities that can be developed by students or student organizations.                Conclusions, outcomes achieved are the participants have basic skills and knowledge in using the software Adobe Indesign for making posters, and the emergence of ideas in entrepreneurship in the field of graphic design from the participants.

Abstract - Science and Technology Program for Entrepreneurship and Campus Innovation (IbKIK) involves a number of experienced lecturers from various disciplines. IbKIK carries out guidance to prospective entrepreneurs / novice entrepreneurs (students) through business management training and a number of other creative activities to produce new entrepreneurs who are independent in science and technology based. The form of new entrepreneurship offered is the production of fermented cow's milk which is named the "Mooghurt" Business Unit of the Biology Department of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNP. Mooghurt is designed primarily to generate and develop the entrepreneurial spirit of students in the Biology Department at FMIPA UNP. The activities that have been carried out are the manufacture of moquette with a taste of plan (original, pineapple, starwbery and blue berry packaged with 150mL glass. The total production of 600 packs / month with a selling price of Rp.4,000. IbKIK activities have successfully trained and fostered new entrepreneurs. as many as eight students joined in the KWU unit of the student association of the Department of Biology FMIPA UNP.

Community service activities in the form of training in the application of appropriate technology for shredded production aimed at providing entrepreneurial skills and motivation. In this activity, technical guidance is carried out to increase knowledge and skills as well as work insights to the target so that they can form a shredded meat business group so that they can supply shredded needs for the people in the city of Kendari and surrounding areas. The activity method uses the technical guidance method where the participants are first given counseling related to basic knowledge of raw materials, equipment, manufacturing processes and abon assessment. Then there was a demonstration to make floss making involving the participants. The results achieved in this activity, in the form of increased knowledge and understanding of the training participants consisting of alumni of the Department of Animal Science, Halu Oleo University, were very interested and enthusiastic about receiving training materials and were very actively participating in the training activities. This situation shows that alumni majoring in animal husbandry are still in dire need of additional practice material because of the limited practical opportunities they have. In evaluating activities, participants' perception responses to follow-up activities are divided into three categories. Most want to make it for consumption and sell it as a source of income (60%), some want to make it for their own consumption with their families (30%) and some are interested but it is difficult to buy raw meat because of economic incapability (10%).

Activities of science and technology for innovation and creativity campus aims are: (1) thecommercialization of science and technology campus creativity as a source of financing for the developmentof institutions; (2) stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit among beings campus, and (3) help people get seeds ofdrought-tolerant maize varieties. Methods of execution include the business aspects of the planned businessactivities consist of: provision of raw materials, production processes, management, marketing, humanresources, facilities, and financial. The raw material is obtained from units of science and technology fornovation and creativity campus and through partnerships with farmers' seed corn. The production processstarted from seed, sorting, and packaging. Marketing is done directly, partnerships with local governmentsand konsiniasi with kiosk / farm shop. Results show that the activities of science and technology unit forinnovation and creativity campus drought-tolerant maize seed has gone well characterized by supportinfrastructure adequate maize seed production; IbIKK unit operates under the management of PSAgroecotechnology Faculty of Agriculture, University of Udayana; Of investment made in 2014 amountingto Rp. 39,550,000; Result of sales corn seeds turnover in 2014 amounted to 400 kg (Rp. 12 million); and netcash flow amounted to 17,672,400.

The waste of cassava peel is thrown away by the community, cassava peel can be used as a variety of snacks including sticks. Sticks are an attractive, varied and easier to carry, can be an innovation in increasing people's income. The service activity aims to provide knowledge, skills and guidance to PKK mothers, UMKM people in processing products made from cassava peel into sticks in Kampung Panjang Village. This activity is expected to motivate the entrepreneurial spirit towards innovative and economical efforts to increase income. The method of this activity is counseling in the form of serving the benefits of cassava peel and training and guidance on how to process cassava skin into steak. The results of the community service are obtained: a) Participants knew the benefits and importance of training cassava peel processing as an alternative to household side activities, b) Activness the participants during the service shows a positive response seen from the enthusiasm, discussion, question and answer and good cooperation. c) The achievement level of the target program has been the participants who have applied the processing of cassava peel to sticks with various flavors.

Abstrak Sebagai agent of change mahasiswa dituntut tidak hanya memiliki ilmu dan keahlian sesuai dengan bidangnya, tetapi juga siap untuk terjun ke dalam masyarakat mengimplementasikan ilmu dan keterampilan yang mereka milliki, membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan riil yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat atau memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat supaya mereka bisa hidup lebih baik. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut institut teknologi sepuluh nopember (ITS) menyelenggarakan program kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) kepada mahasiswa. Sesuai dengan wilayah keilmuan mahasiswa yang berbasis pada teknologi dan aplikasinya, maka kegiatan KKN juga bertema teknologi serta aplikasinya sehingga kegiatan-kegiatan KKN di dalam masyarakat juga tidak lepas dari tema teknologi dan aplikasinya. Dengan demikian, KKN ITS menjadi sarana yang tepat untuk membantu masyarakat menghadapi era revolusi industri sekarang ini di mana teknologi dan aplikasinya menjadi inti keberlangsungannya. To meet these goals, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS) conducted community service program (KKN) for students to communities. In line with ITS students’ background, the themes of KKN were related with technology and its applications, so that the KKN activities in the community were also inseparable from the theme of technology and its application. Thus, KKN ITS is the right medium to help the community in facing the current era of the industrial revolution in which technology and its application serve as its core. This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the management of the boarding school leaders in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri, starting from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs. The results of research from three Islamic boarding schools in Jambi Province regarding the management of the boarding school leadership in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri found that it was in accordance with the function in management theory, namely: (1)Planning carried out by the boarding school leadership is the formulation of goals (vision, mission), entrepreneurial advice and infrastructure, planning of Ustad and Santri and curriculum. (2) Organizing: Islamic boarding school leaders share job descriptions for each pesantren program, granting authority, assigning tasks; (3) Implementation: The cultivation of life skills in Islamic boarding schools consists of two forms, namely hard skills and soft skills. Hard skills include teaching and directing entrepreneurship in the field in the form of: Plantation, agriculture, animal husbandry, pesantren cooperatives, catering, fashion, fish farming, carpentry, welding. Meanwhile, the soft skills are: organization of the students, planting foreign languages, independent students, calligraphy, IT, prayer, learning the art of reading the Koran, etc .; (4) Monitoring and Evaluation: Total quality control, visits to business premises, individual learning, evaluating the results of activities, taking clarification and correction steps, assessing and correcting all programs. The conclusion of this research is that the management of the boarding school leadership in developing the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri has been going well, with the various life skills beingtaught to make the students independent.

Abstrak: Indonesia memiliki kekayaan bahan alam yang cukup banyak. Berbagai jenis tanaman obat pun banyak ditemukan di Provinsi Jawa Barat, khususnya Kota Tasikmalaya. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat Kelurahan Kahuripan, Kecamatan Tawang dalam pembuatan serbuk jahe   sebagai minuman kesehatan. Metode kegiatan ini adalah menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan terhadap kurang lebih 20 orang warga di wilayah Kelurahan Kahuripan. Setelah masyarakat dapat membudidaya tanaman jahe, lalu memproduksi serbuk jahe, maka serbuk jahe tersebut akan dipasarkan di daerah Kota Tasikmalaya dan sekitarnya.Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan transfer ilmu melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan dari tim Dosen Jurusan Farmasi Poltekkes Kemenkes serta melakukan praktek langsung dalam pembuatan produk minuman jahe dalam bentuk serbuk dan pengemasannya. Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan pembuatan minuman kesehatan dari Serbuk Jahe Instan telah dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kahuripan, dengan sasaran Ibu Rumah Tangga yang berkomitmen untuk mengikuti proses Ipteks bagi Masyarakat berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan minuman kesehatan Serbuk Jahe Instan yaitu sebanyak 6 (enam) orang.Kata Kunci: serbuk jahe, minuman kesehatan, peningkatan perekonomianAbstract: Indonesia has many natural materials. Various types of medicinal plants were found in many provinces of West Java, especially Tasikmalaya City. This program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Kahuripan Urban Village, Tawang District in the manufacture of ginger powder as a healthy drink. The method of this activity is counseling and training to approximately 20 people in Kelurahan Kahuripan. After the community can cultivate ginger plants, then produce ginger powder, the ginger powder will be marketed in Tasikmalaya and surrounding areas. The method used to transfer knowledge through counseling and training of the team of Lecturer Department of Pharmacy Poltekkes Kemenkes, perform direct practice to make ginger powder and packaging. Counseling and Training of healthy drink making from Instant Ginger Powder has been done in Kelurahan Kahuripan, targeting housewife who is committed to follow the science and technology process for the society in the form of counseling and training of health drink making of Instant Ginger Powder as many as 6 (six) people.

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman Kepala Sekolah PAUD dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa. Tema pengabdian yang dipilih adalah game edukatif sebagai media pembelajaran. Dari beberapa metode pengabdian maka dipilih metode pengabdian partisipatif. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa pembelajaran dilakukan pada tanggal 9 November 2019 dengan jumlah keseluruhan peserta 34 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian berupa pembelajaran dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana bersama dengan para Kepala Sekolah PAUD yang tergabung di Kelompok Kerja Kepala Sekolah (K3 PAUD) di Alalak Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tahapan dimulai dari tahap persiapan, dan tahap pelaksanaan yang mencakup pemaparan materi dan pembuatan game edukatif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa pelaksanan Bimbingan Teknis berlangsung lancar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pelaksana telah berhasil mencapai tujuan yaitu para peserta bimbingan teknik di Alalak Kabupaten Barito Kuala tersebut mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pembuatan game edukatif sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik bagi anak-anak PAUD. Para peserta Bimbingan Teknis terlihat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembuatan game edukatif dengan mampu membuat game edukatif mengenal buah dan angka.This service aims to increase the understanding of the Principal of PAUD in making learning media interesting for students. The chosen theme of service is educational games as learning media. Of the several methods of service, the method of participatory service chosen. Community service activities took place on November 9, 2019, with a total of 34 participants. Service activities in the form of learning are carried out by the implementing team and the Principals of PAUD Schools. They are members of the School Principal Work Group (K3 PAUD) in Alalak, Barito Kuala Regency. The activity is carried out with stages starting from the preparation stage and the implementation stage, including the presentation of material and making educational games. The results obtained are that the implementation of Technical Guidance takes place smoothly. This activity has succeeded in achieving the goal that the technical guidance participants in Alalak Barito Kuala Regency have increased knowledge and skills about making educational games as an exciting learning medium for PAUD children. The Technical Guidance participants seemed enthusiastic in participating in the activities of creating educational games by being able to make educational games to recognize fruit and numbers.
