Different groups of teachers understand and interpret the issue of quality in education in different ways, but they all converge on the same key words which are reciprocal influence, school-family, interaction, synchrony, and cooperation. The studies conducted so far show that civic education is an ongoing general and multidimensional process. The school-family partnership is an important link in the educational process, but in everyday life the interaction is more spontaneous than motivated. This study focuses on discovering the underlying reasons for the barriers faced by the school-family partnership, which shall help solve the problems which hinder the normal process of cooperation between school and family. To find out the extent and reasons for parental involvement/non-involvement in the issues related to children’s education it was used the surveying method to conduct an analysis involving 27 schools, 365 teachers and school principals, 1086 pupils and 924 parents. The data processing will indicate the degree of integration and the different forms of integration of modern elements into the Albanian educational system as well as the causes of the present state of affairs. The study reaches in some findings and proposes some recommendations for improving and reinforcing communication between families and schools. Modern higher education actualizes the need of patriotism upbringing for future teachers as a feel and as a basic quality of the person on the basis of new approaches and new ways of its implementation. To solve the problem with success, it will be effective to create a patriotic educational environment of the University. Patriotic revival, taking place in modern Ukraine, activates society attention to the problem of harmonious, creative, spiritually developed, tolerant personality. Therefore, Ukrainian music using in patriotic education of the future teacher becomes prospective, necessary and relevant. The patriotic upbringing of high school students by means of musical art has its own characteristics, which requires extraordinary approaches to the quality of teacher training as a unique person capable in creativity and innovation in the process of patriotic education of schoolchildren. In order to find ways to improve the activities of universities, it is necessary to synthesize the latest achievements of pedagogy and old pedagogical traditions. Modern science should acquire a profound national content and character, to continuously evolve. Young people need to master new conceptual approaches to a correct understanding of patriotism, their own position on this issue. Musical art as a means of forming the national of future teachers is a powerful stimulus in the young people spiritual and moral formation. But attracting students to art is possible only on the solid foundation of spiritual, patriotic, folk music and the best works of modern times. Improvement of students’ musical education system affected the issues of using Ukrainian national folklore. The eternal spiritual traditions of the Ukrainian people should become the property of future teachers. The attraction of musical art specialty students to Ukrainian folk music is one of the ways in spiritual revival of Ukraine. The national awareness upbringing of youth by means of musical art will be effective provided when innovative technologies are used: purposeful, systematic and consistent introduction into practice of original, innovative methods, techniques, embracing a holistic educational process.

Translator training in the coordinates of the global educational space implies an integrative approach to unification and at the same time extension of theoretical, methodological and didactic approaches. At the same time, the search for effective ways and tools of interaction is carried out at different levels – academic, professional communities, individual persons, since the profession of a translator implies communication without borders, networking and constant expansion of the circle of partnerships. This article analyzes the effectiveness of one of the current tools for interuniversity cooperation in the format of Staff Week internships, integrated into the Erasmus + academic mobility program, in the focus of its validity and functionality in training translators. The study provides an analysis of domestic and foreign scientific and educational works on the scientific, didactic potential of the program, a review of the current state of affairs in the field of intercollegiate cooperation within Erasmus + on the example of the Russian university – Volgograd State University and the German university – International University SDI Munich. These universities have been developing partnership relations since the 90s, however, Erasmus has been cooperating with them recently and quite successfully. The material of the study is an overview of the structure and content of the Staff Week internships of Volgograd State University teachers at SDI Munich. The Intercultural component of interaction is effectively manifested in the optimization of didactic models in the partner university, updating of curricula, expanding the horizons of joint projects, which certainly contributes to improving the quality of educational services in the field of translation and promotes the integration of education in general. The results of this research can be useful for the organization of the educational process in university educational programs in the areas of training specialists in the field of translation and intercultural communication.

This paper aims to highlight essential contributions in terms of management development in preschool institutions, the facts that leads to increasing quality of the entire educational process. Approaching this topic and bending with particular interest in the field of formal education in Romania, we dive into the essence of educational management so that we can offer important constructive suggestions for optimizing analysis activities and implicitly increasing performance in terms of specific management of the network of kindergartens. Preschool education is the cornerstone of the formation of human personality, as well as the first gateway to knowledge. To ensure high quality in education, a complex process is needed, very well organized and structured, which must be integrated into the institutional culture of the organization. Talking about quality management while focusing on quality in education represents in fact an analysis and careful research on management actions aimed directly at increasing the satisfaction of the needs of the beneficiaries of the educational system.

The article describes experience of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment at university. The model of creating information-managing educational environment of university with elements of artificial intelligence and indicative management is described. This environment contributes to improve quality of training and management of educational processes and resources. The stages of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment are considered systemically, as continuous process focused on a consumer. The inhibitory and facilitating conditions for introduction of the model at university are described. To provide subject-oriented approach to the use of information resources of environment, recommended clusters of information subsystems for each category of users are described.Practically implemented scientific and methodological recommendations for subjects of educational process to overcome resistance to innovations introduced in educational organizations are proposed.Features of adaptation of the developed information-managing educational environment for schools are presented.

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.

Online classroom management is an innovation in the overall educational process. Its main characteristics - pedagogical communication, digital methodology and quality of learning in the online environment are the main semantic pillars on which this article is built. Empirical results from a teacher survey are presented. Their professional reflection outlines three research profiles: personal professional, pedagogical-methodological, competence-reflexive. In the pedagogical analysis of these profiles a number of conclusions are formed for the management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning. They are related to issues such as basic methodological skills, digital skills of teachers; quality of education, continuing qualification and others. The question is to develop a digital methodology for more successful management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning.

The existing legislation determines the education as "an integral and focused process of teaching and upbringing, which represents a socially important value and shall be implemented so as to meet the interests of the individual, the family, the society and the state". However, even in this part, the meaning of the notion ‘socially significant benefit is not specified and allows for a wide range of interpretation [2]. Yet the more inconcrete is the answer to the question – "who and how should determine the interests of the individual, the family and even the state?" The national doctrine of education in the Russian Federation, which determined the goals of teaching and upbringing, the ways to attain them by means of the state policy regulating the field of education, the target achievements of the development of the educational system for the period up to 2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2000 #751, was abrogated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2014 #245 [7]. The new doctrine has not been developed so far. The RAE Academician A.B. Khutorsky believes that the absence of the national doctrine of education presents a threat to national security and a violation of the right of citizens to quality education. Accordingly, the teacher has to solve the problem of achieving the harmony of interests of the individual, the family, the society and the government on their own, which, however, judging by the officially published results, is the task that exceeds the abilities of the participants of the educational process.  The particular concern about the results of the patriotic upbringing served as a basis for the legislative initiative of the RF President V. V. Putin, who introduced the project of an amendment to the Law of RF "About Education of the Russian Federation" to the State Duma in 2020, regarding the quality of patriotic upbringing [3]. Patriotism, considered by the President of RF V. V. Putin as the only possible idea to unite the nation is "THE FEELING OF LOVE OF THE MOTHERLAND" and the readiness for every sacrifice and heroic deed for the sake of the interests of your Motherland. However, the practicing educators experience shortfalls in efficient methodologies of patriotic upbringing, which should let them bring up citizens, loving their Motherland more than themselves. The article is dedicated to solution to this problem based on the Value-sense paradigm of upbringing educational dynasty of the Kurbatovs [15].

Research goal: the research is aimed at theoretical substantiation of applying the augmented reality technology and its peculiarities at higher technical educational institutions. Research objectives: the research is to solve the problems of determining the role and place of the technology in the educational process and its possible application to physics training. Object of research: teaching physics to students of higher technical educational institutions. Subject of research: the augmented reality technology as a component of the training process at higher educational institutions. Research methods used: theoretical methods include analysis of scientific and methodological literature; empirical methods include studying and observation of the training process. Research results: analysis of scientific publications allows defining the notion of augmented reality; application of augmented reality objects during laboratory practical works on physics is suggested. Main conclusions. introduction of the augmented reality technology in thetraining process at higher technical educational institutions increases learning efficiency, facilitates students’ training and cognitive activities, improves the quality of knowledge acquisition, provokes interest in a subject, promotesdevelopment of research skills and a future specialist’s competent personality.
