Over a new seven-year period, a new personality was formed functioning on three platforms: the first — artificial intelligence and information overload, the second — chronic stress and depression, the third — the self-actualization of individual religiosity. Religiosity plays a major role in the dynamics of self-realization. Individual religiosity is defined by a mature person as a complex, integrative socio psychological property of a person, due to her having a special paradigm view of the world as created by God, and including cognitive, emotional, behavioral, identification and value components. An information new personality is the ability to manage information flows. Chronic stress and depression cause prolonged activation of the body’s adaptation reactions, lead to the development of mental, neurotic disorders and somatic diseases, reduce performance targets, and most importantly, reduce the cognitive brain and increase cognitive deficits, while all aspects of cognitive activity and the intelligence paradigm suffer. New neurosociology and modern neurocommunications are “security tools” and are able to manage and shape a new healthy personality.

Maslow, E. Fromm), the ideas of setting a life goal, determining meaningful life orientations and developing life personality strategy (K. Abulkhanova-Slavskaya, A. Adler, R. May, G. Allport, K. Rogers, V. Frankl), the ideas of individual readiness for life innovations in the process of self-projection (N. Samoukina, T. Titarenko) are analyzed. Self-actualization is a complex process that is one of the driving forces of personal development. The formation of traits characteristic of a self-actualized personality has a significant impact on the adaptability of young people and can have both positive and negative effects. An initial pool of 145 undergraduates was administered the Spiritual Orientation Inventory (SOI), Dimensions of Religious Ideology Scale (DRIS), Personal Orientation Inventory (POI), and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 (MMPI-2). The SOI and DRIS examine the manner in which individuals address issues of ultimate meaning and concern in their lives. The POI measures healthy personality characteristics associated with self-actualization, while the MMPI-2 measures maladaptive personality characteristics associated with pathology. On the basis of SOI and DRIS scores five groups of subjects were formed: High Spirituality, High Religious Ideology, High Combined, Moderate Combined, and Low Combined. The High Spirituality Group was found to score significantly higher than the Low Combined Group for six scales of the POI. Significant differences between groups were also found for the Type A scale of the MMPI-2.

The article reveals the essence of the concept of intensification of educational and cognitive activities, analyzes the lecture form of learning and test assessment of knowledge as the most common ways to transfer, obtain information and control the acquisition of knowledge in the context of activating educational and cognitive activities of students during traditional (classroom) and remote format. It was found that the basis of cognitive activity is a complex intertwining of intellectual, volitional and emotional spheres of personality. Means of activating cognitive activity stimulate will and attention, expand opportunities for memorization, increase mental performance, optimize the functional state of students. The leading motivating factor for active mental activity of the student, as the main condition for the effectiveness and quality of learning, should be internal motivation related to personal development, professional growth, self-actualization, conscious desire to solve a problem, achieve something in life, not external coercive measures. Activation of educational and cognitive activities of students in the conditions of distance learning is facilitated by the following factors: awareness of the need, importance, expediency of studying the subject as a whole and by sections (topics); problem-solving, independent search and «discovery» of new knowledge; the relationship of new material with previously acquired knowledge: the more new information is related to previously acquired knowledge, the more interesting it is; educational material should be difficult enough, but feasible (too light or too complex material reduces cognitive interest); the more often the student's work is checked and evaluated (including by himself, educational devices, etc.), the more interesting it is for him to work.
