Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam atau sering disingkat dengan PAI kurang diminati oleh peserta didik. Hal ini terbukti dengan kurangnya respon semangat ketika pembelajaran PAI dimulai, pasif, kurangnya rasa responsif pada pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya tenaga pengajar yang kompeten, mengajar dengan pemaksaan serta kurangnya waktu pada Pembelajaran. Untuk itu dengan menggunakan metode yang menyenangkan atau joyfull learning diperlukan dalam mengatasi permasalah tersebut. Data ini relasinya dengan judul “Implementasi Metode Joyfull Learning Pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Alam Banyuwangi Islamic School.” Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Jenis pendekatan menggunakan narative research (penelitian naratif). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data model  Miles Huberman yang meliputi: kondensasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangualasi teknik dan sumber. Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan (1) Implementasi metode joyfull learning pada pembelajaran PAI adalah dengan cara menerapkan outbound and moving class, outdoor class, mind mapping, pelatihan (training of trainer), game pelajaran disertai dengan iringan musik melalui pengeras suara loud speaker, disamping itu juga menerapkan hafalan dengan super memory rumus. (2) Faktor pendukung implementasi metode joyfull learning pada pembelajaran PAI di SMP Alam BIS adalah motivasi semangat dari peserta didik untuk belajar, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya kreativitas pendidik  menerapkan permainan dalam mengajar menggunakan metode joyfull learning. Kata Kunci: joyfull learning, pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, sekolah menengah pertama Islamic Religious Education or often abbreviated as PAI is less desirable by students. This is evidenced by the lack of enthusiasm response when PAI learning begins, passive, lack of responsiveness to learning. This is due to the lack of competent teaching staff, coercive teaching and lack of time in learning. For this reason, using a fun method or joyfull learning is needed to overcome these problems. This data is related to the title "Implementation of Joyfull Learning Methods in Learning Islamic Religious Education in Alam Banyuwangi Islamic Middle School." This research method uses qualitative research, using purposive sampling technique. This type of approach uses narrative research. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation studies. Analysis of Miles Huberman model data which includes: data condensation, data presentation, verification and conclusions. Data validity uses triangualation techniques and sources. This study obtained conclusions (1) The implementation of the joyfull learning method in PAI learning is by implementing outbound and moving classes, outdoor classes, mind mapping, training (training of trainers), game lessons accompanied by musical accompaniment through loud speaker, besides it also applies rote memorization to the super memory formula. (2) The supporting factor of the implementation of the joyfull learning method in PAI learning at SMP Alam BIS namely is leass motivation of the students to learn, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of creativity of the educator applying the game in teaching using the joyfull learning method.

<p>The success of an education is largely determined by many factors, some of the factors in supportingthese successes are the quality of human resources (HR), facilities, infrastructure, and the curriculum used. The change in curriculum requires teachers to understand and be able to implement all these changes in the learning process in the classroom, but not many teachers understand and are able to implement these changes in learning activities, especially in the use of learning methods. Therefore, this paper will attempt to examine the <em>Sad Dharma </em>method of learning of Hindu religious education and character entitled "<em>Sad Dharma</em> as a Learning Method of Hindu Religious Education and Character of 2013 Curriculum in SMPGurukula Bangli". This paper used qualitative research methods, the location of research was in SMP Gurukula Bangli, the type of data was descriptive data with primary and secondary data sources, informant determination techniques used purposive sampling technique, data collection methods used observation, interview, library study, and documentation techniques, and used data analysis techniques and presentation techniques of data analysis results. Based on the tests which were carried out, it could be stated that the <em>Sad Dharma </em>method was applied in its entirety starting from the <em>dharma wacana</em>, <em>dharma tula</em>, <em>dharma santi</em>, <em>dharma gita</em>, <em>dharma sadhana,</em> and <em>dharma yatra</em>. Constraints faced by its implementation were teacher, facilities, and curriculum. The implications of the implementationof <em>Sad Dharma </em>learning methods were the implications for spiritual attitudes, implications for social attitudes, implications for cognitive/knowledge and implications for psychomotor aspects.</p>

<em>The Impacts of Mind Mapping Learning Method on Student’s Mathematics Achievement. The purpose of this research is to determine The Impacts of Mind Mapping Learning Method on Student’s Mathematics Achievement at SMP Yasdiqin  Citeurup raya street  Bekasi, Rt 02 Rw 05 empirically. The method  used in the research is experiment, sampling technique is random sampling. The instrument for data collection is multiple choice test consist of 25 items and the data was validated empirically. Data analysis technique is t test, and based on t test, t test is 3.15 and t table is 1.70 at significance level of 5 %. It means t test ? t table (3.15 ? 1.70), it can be concluded that the average of student’s Mathematics achievement through mind mapping learning method is more than cooperative learning type STAD on student’s mathematics achievement.</em>

The purpose of this research was to describe results evaluation of implementation halal slaughter vocational training at International Livestock Training Center Batu East Java using a qualitative descriptive method. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Data is tabulated from interviews with informants. Data analysis was carried out by classifying and taking the connection between the interview data. Validity of the data was tested by using triangulation technique data sources based on interviews with informants.

Postural problems are very common these days among youth including office workers, University staff, students and from other walks of life.Objective: To evaluate the level of postural awareness and proper positioning during differenttasks performed by teaching staff of University of Azad Jammu &Kashmir, Muzzafarabad (UAJ&K).Methodology: A cross-sectional study with purposive sampling technique was conducted in UAJ&K. In this study 100 faculty members, bothmale and females, with age between 25 to 55 years were included. 54% were males. The data was analyzed on SPSS version 22.Results: 63% worked for 4-8 hours daily, 95%,respondents traveled 1-7 hour daily and 61% had knowledge about posture, among them 47% had back and 20% had neck pain. Majority of the teaching staff used improper positioning during different work.Conclusions: There was moderate level of information regarding correct positioning duringwork in different environment. They used improper postures which leads to physical abnormality,absenteeism, increased expenditure on their treatment.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Cooperative Script learning models on PAK learning outcomes of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Sipoholon. Correlational research of Descriptive and Inferential Statistics techniques.               The population of all class IX Christians is 108 people. The sample uses Purposive Sampling technique that is class IX-A students totaling 35 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire variable X and test variable Y. The results of the analysis of the value of rxy = 0.553 r table = 0.334 and tcount = 3.813 t table = 2.042 showed a relationship and obtained the significance of a simple regression equation, i.e.                This study concludes that there is a positive and significant effect of Cooperative Script learning models on the learning outcomes of PAK students of grade IX SMP Negeri 3 Sipoholon by 30.58%.                                              Keywords: Cooperative Script Learning Model, Christian Religious Education Learning Outcomes.

Soft skills are interpersonal and intrapersonal skills that can boost individual performance, including the teaching profession. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of soft skills held by lecturers as teaching staff in tertiary institutions. This research was conducted in Medan, North Sumatra. The research method used is research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the number of respondents of one hundred and twenty people. The results of this study are the variables forming soft skills such as leadership, communication, effort, ethics have been perceived well by the respondents, and have become daily behavior, although there are a few behaviors that require improvement, such as discipline in the lecture time, while the soft forming variables are skills such as Organizational skills and group skills are perceived to be lacking in teaching and learning activities by the respondents. Soft skill adalah ketrampilan interpersonal dan intrapersonal yang dapat mengembangkan dan memaksimalkan kinerja termasuk profesi dosen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui profil softskill yang dimiliki oleh Dosen sebagai staff pengajar di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Medan, Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif . Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebesar seratus duapuluh orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah  Variabel pembentuk soft skill seperti Leadership, komunikasi, effort, ethics sudah dipersepsikan baik oleh para responden, dan telah menjadi perilaku sehari hari, meskipun ada sedikit perilaku yang memerlukan perbaikan, seperti kedisiplinan terhadap waktu perkuliahan., sedangkan Variabel pembentuk soft skill seperti Organizational skill dan  group skill dipersepsikan kurang dilakukan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar oleh para responden.

ABSTRACT Hari Gusmina : 1306082/2013. Youths Concern in Basilawek Tradition of Funeral Ceremony at Kapelgam Village, Subdistrict of Bayang, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The purpose of this research describes the concern of youths in Basilawek tradition of funeralceremony in Kapelgam village, Bayang sub district, Pesisir Selatan regency.The approach from this research is qualitative by using purposive sampling technique to determine the informants. Data collection was done through interview, observations, and documentation studies.The test of data validity is done through triangulation technique of data source, analyzed by reduction of data , presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results shows that in terms of implementation of Basilawek tradition at Kapelgam village has changed during the time of execution, formerly it used to performed after maghrib prayer, but now it is done after isya prayer. The changes are also seen in reading of letters of silawek , formerly letters were read in accordance with the day of the deceased's people, but now letters are read at the will of youth's heart. Concerning of youth in basilawek tradition at the funeral ceremony at Kapelgam village is looked reduced because not all of youths follow basilawek tradition. The efforts to maintain basilawek tradition are done by inviting and calling back young men and young women to follow basilawek tradition, giving early knowledge to the next generation (children), and giving training to keep this tradition running well for the better future. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan, penentuan informan dalam penelitian memakai teknik Purposive sampling, teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui teknik trianggulasi sumber data, dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari segi pelaksanaan tradisi basilawek di Kenagarain Kapelgam mengalami perubahan pada waktu pelaksanaan , dahulunya dilaksanakan sesudah shalat magrib namun saat ini dilaksanakan sesudah shalat isya. Perubahan juga terlihat dalam pembacakan surat silawek, dahulunya surat dibacakan sesuai dengan hari meninggalnya almarhum, saat ini surat yang dibacakan sekehendak hati pemuda. Kepedulain pemuda dalam tradisi basilawek pada upacara kematian di Kenagarain Kapelgam terlihat berkurang, belum semua pemuda mengikuti tradisi basilawek. Upaya untuk mempertahankan tradisi basilawek yaitu mengajak dan menghimbau kembali pemuda pemudi untuk mengikuti basilawek, dan memberi pengetahaun sejak dini kepada generasi penerus (anak-anak), serta diadakan pelatihan agar tradisi ini tetap berjalan semestinya untuk lebih baik kedepannya. Birth of Law No. 6 about the Village has given color to village development. Through the Law, it is mandated the importance of involving the community and leaders of religious leaders / leaders in village development. The presence of scholars is expected to be able to solve problems or conflicts in village development. This qualitative study aims to determine the involvement of ulama in village development in Bireuen District. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of the study show that there was involvement of ulama / religious leaders in village development in Bireuen District. The involvement of ulama in village development can be seen from various aspects. Aspects in village development through deliberations on village development plans (musrenbangdes); The aspect of bureaucratic structure is the presence of ulama occupying positions in the village government; Aspects of religious education, including religious education and budget planning (Balee Beut) activities. The involvement of ulama in the Regency has not been optimal, because there are several obstacles including: (a) Still low incentives received by clerics / religious leaders; (b) Increasing the capacity of religious leaders, especially in solving village development problems; (c) Coordination between village administrations and ulema / religious leaders is not optimal. Therefore, it is expected that the Bireuen District Government can increase incentives, capacity and optimize the coordination of clerics / religious leaders in village development. So, it can realize democratic village development.

AbstractThe corona virus outbreak has forced all universities to conduct learning online using the internet. We have considered to develop students’ creativity through online learning. We therefore applied synchronous learning and asynchronous learning methods in the classroom and observed how these methods influenced students’ creativity. Purposive sampling technique was used to select one out of 40 students from the Department of Mathematics Education at STKIP YPUP to participate in this study. The subject was chosen because he had fulfilled the criteria of creativity. Data analysis was performed in several stages as follows: 1) analyzing the interview data and the learning videos; 2) performing data reduction by making abstractions; 3) organizing the data in units that were then categorized by coding; 4) checking the data validity by doing time triangulation; 5) analyzing interesting phenomena that are associated with the participant’s creativity. The results of the analysis showed that the subject’s creativity was demonstrated through cognitive flexibility and cognitive fluency, indicated by repeated or cyclic cognitive processes before the participant discovered the solution to the problem. It can be concluded that both synchronous and asynchronous learning methods can support the development of college students’ creativity during the covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Covid-19 pandemic; creativity; synchronous and asynchronous learning. AbstrakWabah virus corona memaksa semua perguruan tinggi untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara online menggunakan internet. Kami telah mempertimbangkan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa melalui pembelajaran online. Oleh karena itu, kami menerapkan pembelajaran synchronous dan metode pembelajaran asynchronous di kelas dan mengamati bagaimana metode ini mempengaruhi kreativitas siswa. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih satu dari 40 mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika STKIP YPUP untuk berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Subjek dipilih karena telah memenuhi kriteria kreativitas. Analisis data dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) menganalisis data wawancara dan video pembelajaran; 2) melakukan reduksi data dengan membuat abstraksi; 3) mengorganisasikan data dalam satuan-satuan yang kemudian dikategorikan dengan pengkodean; 4) pengecekan keabsahan data dengan melakukan triangulasi waktu; 5) menganalisis fenomena menarik yang terkait dengan kreativitas peserta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas subjek ditunjukkan melalui keluwesan kognitif dan kelancaran kognitif, yang ditunjukkan dengan proses kognitif berulang atau siklik sebelum partisipan menemukan solusi dari masalah. Disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran synchronous dan asynchronous dapat mendukung pengembangan kreativitas mahasiswa selama masa pandemi covid-19. Kata Kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Kreativitas, Pembelajaran Synchronous dan Asynchronous

This research was intended to find out what and how the independent learning competency of the students of State University of Jakarta. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The scope of study was limited to the students of School of Education, State University of Jakarta. Samples were chosen by using purposive sampling technique. Research findings show that: (1) based on independent learning method, all students of State University of Jakarta can implement independent learning, (2) based on the goals of independent learning the students are expected to have responsibility to themselves and the implementation of independent learning. Further, this research gives some suggestions such as: (1) university, especially School of Education should provide infrastructure, trainings, and compatible components; (2) the lectures should have appropriate knowledge and concept in independent learning; and (3) the students should practice constructivism and active learning as well as to learn without depending on other people.
