The purpose of writing this article is to find out the management of Islamic education in the perspective of Islamic education theology. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach with data sources obtained from literature studies or literature studies. The results of the writing of the paper obtained is that the management of Islamic education is not only about studying how to plan, organize, actualize and supervise, but all the processes carried out in management must be sourced from aspects of revelation that are manifested through beliefs and thoughts by not displaying the existence and intervention of God. Almighty. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen pendidikan Islam perspektif teologi pendidikan Islam.Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dari kajian literature atau studi pustaka. Hasil penulisan makalah yang diperoleh adalah bahwasanaya manajemen pendidikan Islam bukan hanya mengkaji tentang bagaimana merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, mengaktualisasikan dan mengawasi saja, akan tetapi seluruh proses yang dilakukan dalam pengelolaah harus bersumber pada aspek kewahyuan yang dimanifestasikan melalui keyakinan dan pemikiran dengan tidak menapikan eksistensi dan intervensi Allah Yang Maha Kuasa. The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

This study aims to obtain a description related to the learning of PAI by using ICT and how the impact of the use of ICT on PAI learning systems in the classroom. The research method uses a qualitative approach in the integrated Islamic high school Ummul Quro Bogor, West Java. The results showed that a) there were four stages of using ICT in the learning process, namely; emerging, applying, integrating dan transforming. PAI teachers are already at the integrating stage. In other words, ICT has been integrated into the PAI learning curriculum. b) supporting factors for the use of ICT are the existence of ICT support facilities, the availability of qualified educators, the commitment of the school to implement ICT in every PAI learning. c) Inhibiting factors in the use of ICT are aspects of financing ICT facilities require a large budget. Some elderly teachers have difficulty using ICT in the learning process. Besides, the internet network is unstable. d) The impact of the use of ICT is very significant on PAI learning process. e) the existence of ICT devices not only as a support but already as an important component in the education system. The research led to the recommendation of the need for government support in the form of concern for ICT in terms of policies, facilities, workforce, budget, and organizing training in the use of ICT for PAI teachers to improve their professionalism. Therefore, further research is suggested regarding the effectiveness of the use of ICT in the learning process of PAI.

Pesantren, the Islamic boarding school, is the oldest Islamic education in Indonesia and is constantly undergoing changes from time to time. This research uses the qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the application of the heutagogy method in the growth of pesantren education. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Luqmaniyyah salaf Boarding School has already applied the heutagogy learning method, it means that pesantren education precedes the Westerners in terms of its utilization. Through the study and discussion of Kitab Kuning (yellow-colored textbooks about Islamic knowledge), students determine their systems, study materials, and problems to find a solution. Sources of learning for students are not only limited by the Kitab Kuning, but students can also have access through the internet, online books and applications with trusted sources. PSDS is responsible for managing the talents and interests of the santri (a term used in Pesantren to call an apprentice), as well as training santri skills by making films, recording, creativity, writing, making advertisements, making interesting contents on social media. LP2M Al-Luqmaniyyah with its various divisions is required to channel and facilitate what the community needs from the students as they can also learn from the community it self. Kurikulum merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan. Kurikulum juga merupakan media untuk menumbuhkan nilai-nilai agama pada anak-anak, terutama di bidang pendidikan anak usia dini (usia 0-6 tahun). Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah beberapa Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Kota Salatiga dan Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh suatu tujuan, faktual, akurat dan sistematis proses pelaksanaan kurikulum pendidikan Islam dan strategi yang diterapkan pada objek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam di PAUD di Salatiga dan kabupaten Semarang sudah mengacu pada standar di Permendiknas Nomor 58 tahun 2009. Beberapa dari mereka belum mengacu patokan dasar pemerintah. Mereka juga melakukan pengembangan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik masing-masing lembaga. Bahan pendidikan agama Islam yang diberikan cocok dengan tahap perkembangan peserta didik. Materi tersebut disampaikan melalui bercerita, bercakap-cakap, tugas, Iqro ', simulasi dan praktek. Curriculum is an integral part of education. The curriculum is also a medium to cultivate of religious values in children,especially in early childhood education (ages 0-6 years). The main focus of this study is some early childhood education in Salatiga and Semarang district. This study is aimed to gain an objective, factual, accurate and systematic of curriculum implementation process of Islamic education and its strategies that applied in the research object. The data is collected by several methods namely, observation, documentation and interviews. Then the gathered data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative approach. The results indicate the implementation of Islamic religious education curriculum in early childhood education in Salatiga and Semarang districts already refers to the standards in Permendiknas No. 58 of 2009. Some of them have not referring to the government's basic benchmark. They also undertake the development which is appropriate with the characteristics of each institution. The materials of Islamic religious education is given suited with stage of learners’ development. Islamic Religious Education is an important and inseparable part of the educational curriculum in Indonesia. Besides being an obligation for its adherents, Islamic learning can instill the values of faith and make students possess noble morals (akhlakul karimah). This study aims to examine and discuss how the implementation process of Islamic education in instilling noble morals in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School). This study uses a qualitative approach with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as the data analysis. The sample of this study was the principal of the madrasah, vice-principal, students, and teachers of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that through the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, the students could possess noble characters. There are eight behaviors that are applied to instill the noble characters, namely habituating the smiles, salaam, and greetings, mutual respect (tolerance), sunnah fasting on Monday and Thursday, performing the Duha prayer, performing dhuhr prayers, reciting the Quran, congregational prayer, and getting used to alms giving (infaq). These eight commendable behaviors are recommended for teachers and principals to be applied in their respective schools.

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian dan penulisan ini membahas hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Impelementasi Kebijakan dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian dengan teori Merilee S. Grindle yaitu Isi kebijakan terdiri dari Kepentingan kelompok sasaran, Tipe Manfaat, Derajat Perubahan yang diinginkan, Letak pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan program, sumberdaya yang dilibatkan. Lingkungan Impelementasi terdiri dari Kekuasaan, kepentinganm dan strategi aktor yang terlibat, karakteristik Lembaga dan penguasaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengamatan dan observasi, wawancara, studi keperpustakaan dan dokumentasi, sumber data diperoleh dari informan melalui pengamatan dan wawancara secara langsung dan dokumen diperoleh dalam bentuk hasil wawancara dan pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Impelementasi kebijakan Dalam Pembinaan UMKM Pada Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan, dan Perindustrian Kabupaten subang sudah efektif pada Tipe manfaat, Derajat perubahan yang diinginkan, Letak pengambilan keputusan, Pelaksanaan program, Sumberdaya yang dilibatkan, Karakteristik Lembaga dan penguasan, kepatuhan dan daya tangkap, sedangkan pada kepentingan kelompok sasaran, kekuasaan, kepentingan, dan strategi aktor yang terlibat, belum efektif.   The purpose of the authors of this research is to determine the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade, and Industry Office of Subang Regency. This research and writing discusses matters related to the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade and Industry offices with the Merilee S. decision making, program implementation, the resources involved. The implementation environment consists of the power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, the characteristics of the institution and the power. In this study, using a qualitative approach through observation and observation, interviews, library research and documentation, data sources were obtained from informants through direct observation and interviews and documents were obtained in the form of interviews and data processing. The results showed that the implementation of policies in the development of UMKM at the Office of Cooperatives, UMKM, Trade, and Industry of Subang Regency was effective on the type of benefit, the degree of change desired, the location of decision making, program implementation, the resources involved, the characteristics of the institution and the mastery, compliance and capturing power, while in the interests of the target group, the power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, it is not yet effective.

This study aims to determine Public Services through the E-filling System at the Cilegon Primary Tax Service Office and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. To deepen the data analysis interviews, observation, and documentation were carried out. The theoretical basis used is public service. The results showed that the public service through the e-filling system was running well-reviewed with the theory of public service. But there are several supporting and inhibiting factors found. Supporting factors 1) employee upgrading, 2) socialization. The inhibiting factors are 1) lack of human resources, 2) e-filling applications are down or error
